Reheated chicken therefore very dry and without any taste, ribs over cooked very dry also without any taste, meat in the salad unmachable mediocre quality, cocktail undrinkable, just the waiter deserves 5 stars but everything else no stars total disappointment Last visit to this restaurant In addition they generate self-responses which have no relation to my comments as they have just done in their off-topic response since there was no waiting time on the contrary our dishes were quickly served but it Its the extremely mediocre and cheap quality of the ingredients which is the reason for my comment...it gives an idea of the respect they have towards their customers...

Might be the worst hamburger I have ever had. I was told by staff not to request temperature and thstvis always cooked medium. The burger came so over cooked I hardly eat.

We took 20 minutes to look for the restaurant IN the Laval crossroads, since thats the place Google map shows us. Finally upon our arrival I speak to the manager about this issue (while the rest of our group is looking for the restaurant) and he says that it is known but that the parent company and the carrefour laval are on the file. A waitress (who does not speak French) guides us to our place (bench for 6 but we have a group of 9). The waitress didnt have the right name, back at reception: we waited 10 minutes for our table already ready in a half-empty restaurant where all the employees seemed overwhelmed. An exceptional experience at Baton Rouge.

Front desk was crazy- we had a reservation and we wait in the hall for another 20 min, then it took over 1 hr to get our food, we had young children with us. The food was not that good. Childrens mini burgers were completely burned and the chicken tenders had mostly friture and no meat.

Its been over 10 years since Ive been to this restaurant, a lot of renovation, I thought Id see my old waitresses there :o) good food once again, good service at the bar from Shaunika. One day of the week (Wednesday) couples with their children near the bar ???? Weird. Parking: Located in a shopping center, there is plenty of parking available.

Everything was excellent except for one thing - I was served a frozen burrata. Otherwise, the service was excellent and the food was good! Kid-friendliness: Reserved for 7 persons with 2 kids. Upon reservation, I was asked if we needed a booster or a high chair. When we arrived, a booster and high-chair were already set up at our table. Bonus: the kids got free crayons and paper for entertainment.

For my part. I love their Santa Fe chicken. I would eat it every day if I could. My partner had the table dhôte and the portions of salad as a starter were gigantic. The equivalent of a salad meal in any restaurant. Wow.

We had lunch here at Bâton Rouge Laval. The spinach dip was disgusting, we returned it and they did not charge us for it. We ordered fish and chip, it was full of batter and the fish was way to over cooked. The chicken salad also had to much extra batter on the chicken but I can say the service and the waitress we had was excellent. Will I return? No, thank you.

The ribs are good (like in all BR). We had a long wait for 2 plates of ribs and 1 kid pasta; the restaurant was nearly empty but they seated us on a table for 2 (we were two adults and a 2 yr old), didn t gave the kid a glass of water and when asked for it they brought a full pint in a glass. Not the best experience. The food is ok , maybe a bit pricey.

Thank you very much, 100% service from the moment of booking and on-site service. We were 18 people and 2 young adults in wheelchairs, we had 2 tables and enough places for the girls to access and move around. Everyone loved their meal choices. Here are some photos. Parking: the parking lot belongs to the shopping center. So sometimes it can be difficult to find a restaurant close to it. Parking reserved for disabled customers and also families. Wheelchair accessibility: yes the restaurant is accessible and that was an asset for us. We are not disappointed, on the contrary, a great experience.

Went for a diner of 4, great vibe and great experience, prices are pretty okay. I got the club sandwich for 23$ and it was really good. GREAT PORTION like really amazed. Except for the Mediterranean bar, the portion was a little smaller but still filling. Great place to go with the family.

The service was extremely slow, and the staff was careless. We waited so long for the food. The food is tasty.

Imagine calling for a reservation, they confirm it, and then once youre there on time, you end up waiting 20minutes, and then after the wait they tell you that our reserved table is occupied and we have to wait until people clear it. Bunch of comedian staff. Dont finesse being able to take reservations if you end up telling people their reservation is worthless.

Food was delicious but the crowd & the music were too much, we barely were able to hear each other. The girl that served our table was practically asking for more tips money, hope the management would look into these issues.

Yesterday I ate at this restaurant and ordered a Thai salad, it was impossible to eat. Terrible quality meat! I dont recommend it. There were also ribs with mashed potatoes, unfortunately everything was not tasty!

Used to be excellent food and generous portions... Today its the exact opposite and way too expensive for the garage they serve. Ribs are practically invisible, theyre so small. No meat on the bones. Portions, under half the size of what they were even 5 years ago and all you taste is the sauce. I ordered a burger which was over $24.00 and I could have had a better burger at Harveys for half price. That doesnt say too much for their food. Ive been eating there since the first store opened in 1993, and was always great. This is a travesty. I will never be there again. Nothing but an expensive rip off for garbage food, if you can even call it food.

Expensive $$ The lunch menu is no longer available. The restaurant was empty. We understood why when we saw the prices! Following a comment, we received a call telling us that the lunch menu will be back. Thanks to Bâton Rouge St-Sauveur who took the trouble to call us to correct the deficiencies. I got the ribs and chicken filets, my mom got the branzino. Food was lovely, service warm and friendly, and the restaurant is huge! Haven t been since the renovations and it s very nice inside. Overall great experience. Will be coming back! :)

Took the salmon. Was good however I don t understand that pricing is 30 $ ordered online on their website for pickup and 32 $ if you order from the front in the restaurant . It use to be the same price. Fish portion & veggies is generous however the rice on the side quantity is very low and never warm. Always cold. The price was in question here. Whats the reason for difference when ordering from the front then.

Best sea bass dish in the town.

There was a plate with rotten ingredients in it. They apologized and offered dessert to make it up, yet, the chocolate of the pretzel was burnt. We asked for a coke with one of the dishes, it arrived after the plate was cleared. Service was amazing, our waitress is really nice, but she cant handle everything on her own. It used to be sooooo much better :/

We went there last night. We waited a long time for our food. When we finally received it. My sons hamburger patty was dry and burnt in places and missing BBQ sauce. We had the grill platter. Everything was good but cold! The attitude of the waitress didnt help either. We will never return to this branch. We usually go to Boisbriand and we are never disappointed there.

This is not my usual experience at this location. We were a larger group so its understandable that there would be one or two mistakes. They ignored us the whole time, no water refill no bread, nothing. The food also took an unusually long time to come, from what they told us they forgot one of the orders so they left all of our food in the oven or under warming lights until they prepared the order they forgot. The result was that everyone who ordered a steak (all medium rare) ended up coming almost well done and a little dry. Nothing was done to correct the situation and barely a curt apology.

The ribs are just outstanding. You will not find better ribs anywhere other than another Baton Rouge . UPDATE : Oh how the mighty have fallen. Ive recently had my worst experience at this BR . Dry boney ribs. The ribs have always been my favorite for the longest time. But to serve them without any of their sauce on all of our dishes (we were a party of 5) was really unexpected. The chicken tenders were also not good. They are usually awesome . But this time, they actually sucked. The sweet potato fries were the high point to this meal. Excellent. The service was also really slow. It took about 30 minutes to pay and get one to go order. Only to have the bus boy toss out the to-go plate after we briefly stepped out. After many years of willing to pay the premium to come here. I cant recommend it. You actually are better off buying their frozen ribs at Costco. Its a shame. These were some of the same issues I had at the Anjou location as well. Its a shame .

We didnt like our experience during our evening. Everything started well (cocktail and starter) however when receiving our dishes we each received (2 people) two dishes higher than our order after returning the dishes our waitress confronted us by telling us that the dishes in front We were the dishes to order. So, finally not to have a confrontation with the waitress who was Afro-Canadian, we ate the meal presented but left the place without having coffee or a desert. For the atmosphere it is very noisy throughout the restaurant. His response was I do not have access to the volume control but I will try to notify the manager unfortunately for them nothing about the request was followed up since the manager could not be found. We were 6 adults and a reservation was made in advance. Unfortunately, the bench seats are very uncomfortable, too small and almost sitting on top of each other. Not made for 6 adults! As a starter, the tempura shrimp are excellent, as is the flank steak. The beef tartare, for its part, is very disappointing and the filet mignon has no taste, it is bland. What about pasta? The sauce is so thick that it becomes mushy. The dessert...crème brûlée is delicious and large portion! For the red wine, which should be drunk at room temperature, it was very hot as if it had been placed near an oven before serving. We even put a few ice cubes in our cups. The service is very average!!! Anyway, it s been years since we last went to Baton Rouge and we know why?

It was really good they changed the menu, the dishes are very generous although the rice was not well cooked and the shrimp too, the dish is served cold the vegetables are not al dente! But the service is impeccable and the restaurant is magnificent.

We are told we have 2 hours of service for a group of 30, but the service is very slow. Brings us the starter after the meal, forget the drinks, we have to recommend our drink several times, we receive it after having finished eating. Passable food, nothing more. Leaves a scoop of ice cream for the birthday person without warning, without having offered dessert to the group. We felt rushed from the first second we arrived, they had a second group arriving before our reservation was even over.

The club sandwich ($22) was excellent with plenty of fries. I think it could be shared between 2 people. The food is always excellent regardless of what you eat.

Service is terrible, its been 2 times that we have had to wait 1 hour for the table, plus we called beforehand to reserve. And also on the day of St Valatin, we left for another restaurant....

I ordered the chicken tenders which were delicious. The other orders were ribs, fish & fries, and the new fried chicken sandwich. The only complaint was regarding the fried chicken sandwich. Both the chicken tenders and the sandwich meal cost $20. However, while the tenders meal was huge and generous the sandwich consisted of two chicken tenders and was quite small. For the same price I took home half my food, but the person who ordered the sandwich was left feeling like their meal was small, and was left feeling kind of cheated. The service was excellent. Absolutely make a reservation or the wait time is quite long.

We came in around 3ish on a Saturday. There werent many people so it was easy to find a seat. Food came out quick, and was fresh, get what you pay for... Dont go looking for a cheap meal.

Uber meal delivered quickly but the quality of the dishes is ordinary! The Lotus bowl is very expensive at $28!!! Ribs and chicken breast for $37, mixed with fries in the dish! Very expensive prices for delivered items! We do not recommend this restaurant when ordering Uber or other delivery. The dishes are not worth those that are served to you when you go to the dining room. From Baton Rouge to home, an ordinary experience! Go eat at a restaurant instead!!!

I came a few times. They used to be very busy but not anymore. My kids like their kids menu. Their prime ribeye is good. Nothing special, but its a good choice if you are lazy and want something a bit more fancy than fast food. Service is ok

I substituted my fries for sweet potato fries, so they didnt give me the coleslaw. I asked why and they told me because I subbed my fries I cant get the coleslaw. Really? A small bowl of coleslaw? I recently had the pleasure of dining at Baton Rouge restaurant and I must say, it was an absolutely delightful experience. The club sandwich had a very tender chicken. Every bite was bursting with flavor and the portion size was incredibly generous. Moving on to the steak sandwich, this dish took my taste buds on a mouthwatering journey. Again, the portion size didnt disappoint, making it a fulfilling and satisfying choice. Overall, I was thoroughly impressed with the deliciousness, tenderness, and generous portions of Baton Rouge Restaurants club and steak sandwiches. If youre in the mood for a satisfying meal that will leave you coming back for more, I highly recommend giving these sandwiches a try. You wont be disappointed! Prices were very affordable and the staff were friendly.

Le baton rouge stands out from the majority of steakhouses in terms of quality, freshness and the choice of side dishes as well as the choice of main dishes. Despite being a franchise, the quality of their food is high quality and delicious. We had the filet mignon and lobster for $64. Maybe you find it expensive? On the contrary, go and compare the majority of channels, in relation to quality-price. The portions are huge so you get what you pay for. Everything was delicious, including the filet mignon, cooked perfectly (medium rare), and the lobster with butter. The choice of vegetables is by far the best I have had the pleasure of tasting and diverse in comparison with the others. Madisons and the rest of comparable chains should take their cue from menu choice and quality. The baked potato was perfect with the sour cream, cheese and bacon. Caesar salad is included when you get the filet mignon and lobster together. The size of this one is immense and Im not even exaggerating without mentioning the freshness, very tasty, no photo sorry. As a starter we had the artichoke dip which in my opinion is one of their best successes, taste it and you will see. The service was impeccable, the atmosphere nothing revolutionary, it was quiet but nothing more. Baton rouge or Google initially deleted my positive comment, I have no idea why.... Well I lost 2 additional photos but hey here is my comment 2.0. I highly recommend the Carrefour Laval branch, the employees there are welcoming and professional. Impeccable service and delicious, hearty and delicious food. We will return there.

Very large restaurant with several corners instead of one huge room. But despite this configuration, the noise level is quite high. The tables are large and the seats comfortable. The food is good but lacks seasoning. The beef tartare was good but lacked flavor. Our very friendly server Kevin informed us that we could order it spicier next time. In addition to Kevin there were food delivery men who were also efficient and courteous. Overall the atmosphere is good but be prepared for more noise than a restaurant but less than a sports bar - which may be exactly what you are looking for! Its not great cuisine but they will be happy to adjust the dishes according to your preferences, you just have to communicate well with the team. Vegetarian options: Several dishes available. Parking: Large shopping center parking lot. Kid-friendliness: Several benches and a few tables further back for high chairs. Wheelchair accessibility: Everything is on the ground floor level.

The appetizers were amazing. We loved the fried calamari and the chips with the spinach and cheese dip. I got the halloumi gnocchi as well. It was very good too but the gnocchi were a little too salty . My friends got the ribs and the fries and they absolutely loved it. Very good table service, large portion, too big for me but I was able to bring the extra.
