Great discovery. A cozy atmosphere, modern decor, sophisticated and fresh dishes. The service was courteous, discreet and friendly. I enjoyed my tuna salad which had fresh vegetables. Pickled ginger pieces add an interesting touch. The tuna tataki was very good. The fish and chips were perfect: crispy and not oily. Unfortunately the fries were a bit soggy. I will definitely go back!

Very good food and A1 service! I booked for a large group for a special occasion, everyone loved their dishes, the service was impeccable, our server was very polite and courteous, we didnt miss anything! Their new apple cocktail Ève was very good, the calamari was crispy and excellent with the spicy mayo. The portions of the main meals were perfect to leave room for the desserts which were delicious and comforting ! The atmosphere is warm and despite the fact that there were a lot of us, we were not crowded, we had plenty of room to move around, its very well done, the space is well thought out! Thank you very much for the experience, we will be back! Parking: Maybe plan on having to park across the street at Burger King Kid-friendliness: A nice little menu for children which is very appreciated!

After several visits to this great restaurant, we often came across Dominic as a waiter and he is always very attentive. Also, each time, he gives very good suggestions for food and drinks. He is a rare gem of the restaurant industry in Laval. The cuisine is a delight at a reasonable price. I highly recommend this unique place in Laval. :)

Congratulations to the whole team. We will come back. Parking: The only fault of this restaurant is the parking which is not big enough. We didnt have a problem because we were there very early at lunchtime but when we left around 1 p.m., there was no place available. I imagine that in the evening it must be quite a headache to park.

It was our first visit on August 2 and this restaurant is a great discovery for us. The food is tasty, the portions are more than adequate and Savanas service is impeccable and done with a smile. The music is good but not too loud which makes conversations possible and we appreciate that. Well done to the whole team. It was clearly not the last time, you will definitely see us again!

Used to go to Bistro Edmond every Tuesdays when I was working in Laval. Went back again and got greeted by Andy once again. Obviously had to get the classic, the Edmond Poutine. Seems pretty simple but the bavette and mushrooms goes amazingly well with the poutine. The ambiance is great and the service is as always perfect from Andy. Highly recommend this place and will definitely come back next time I m in the area!!

Unfortunately very disappointed with the pizza (for the price), I could make the same identical pizza by buying extra thin dough already made and gattuso sauce at the grocery store. In short, for pizza lovers and connoisseurs, this is really not the place. For the same price you can have much better pizza right across the street. Positive point, service and atmosphere are good!

A positive experience every time you visit! Warm decor, attentive service and lovely, tasty and well-balanced cocktails. Something to make you feel comfortable and happy! The cooked dishes are always plentiful, well presented and appetizing. I recommend Océane pasta, delicious! Fresh homemade pasta, yum!

Nice looking place. Too loud as most places seem to be. The service was very good. The starters were well presented, nothing extraordinary but tasty and interesting looking, I had the fish and chips and it was doughy and undercooked and the fries were limp and greasy. It should never have come out of the kitchen. The other two mains in our group were just ok, nothing to make us want to go back. So, for 200$ with the tip for 3 people it was underwhelming. We will not go back. I feel bad leaving this review as I know that it is hard for restaurateurs but I work hard for my money too.

I love this place. Perfect for a romantic evening or an evening with friends. The atmosphere is superb and the decor is simply perfect. The music is not too loud and allows you to have conversations without having to raise your voice. The cocktails are beautiful and good!!! You definitely have to try the desserts, because they are really good. I am never disappointed and I continue to go there for various occasions. The service is always impeccable, respectful and in solution mode as soon as there is the slightest problem. I highly recommend.

Nice place. The service is good but lacking in staff. Needs some renovation: leatherette benches replaced. Tear. Very nice cellar but the windows need a little cleaning... and depending on the time of day the wine is in the sun... the food which is normally excellent was rather bland and the portions smaller. Bad day . possibly. Ill give them another chance to see... to be continued Parking: Very little parking space. I had to wait for a space to become available to park.

Excellent food, I had the halloumi cheese starter and my father had the delicious foie gras with torchon! And the very good crispy fish and chips with good tartar sauce and fries and spicy mayo just the coleslaw that I didnt like. The service by Amélie is one of the best received in my life, well done to this super warm and attentive young woman. Very modern and young decor without being distorted and great music at the billie rock style bar I will definitely go back!

Went to Edmond Bistro last night had the planche a Gouter (shared for 4 people) it was perfect as an apetizer. Delicious varied platter. Then we had the lexperience Edmund Grill wow what a treat everything was so delicious.(see photo) we even brought home food. It was an amazing restaurant outing. To add to all this we were catered by ZAKIYYAH the best waitress we ever came across so Professional in her work, polite and relaxed. She contributed immensely in the great evening we had there. Compliment to everyone. We will be back soon.

Wonderful resto where staff is exceptional and fish and chips hust great. Super sangria. Bit pricey for the type of food but nice place and we wud recommend but check out menu before you go to see if the cuisine really suits your taste and wallet.

What WOW! Impeccable service, food prepared with care and with quality products. We didn t take a photo because it s not our habit to do so we prefer to enjoy the moment! We were a group of 7. 3 fish and chips 2 shepherd s pie 1 bib 1 fettuccini carbonara Starter platter to share, grilled halloumi, onion soup and brie and pesto puff pastry. Overall rating of 99.9% . We subtract 0.1% because the standard Bloody Caesar was bland. The Edmond signature one was very good. Homemade fries are decadent! The atmosphere was perfect for chatting with family and the service was impeccable. Thank you all for the wonderful evening and we will see each other again for sure!

Me and my partner have gone to eat there twice now. The first time we loved it. The second quite disappointed. The dishes lacked flavor and were too filling. Its less chic than we thought.

The menu for two at $76 is just perfect! Everything is excellent, the tastes are complementary, and the presentation, on a long wooden board, is just wow! The ambiance and service are also perfect. A restaurant I will definitely return to!

This was a first for me and my wife. It s a simple but well-executed cuisine. We really liked the availability of 12 Lunas white wine (a wine that we know well ) The service is good and I love the aprons.

The decoration is beautiful. That said, the dishes are still quite expensive, especially for the quantity and quality. Parking is definitely problematic, very little space and very busy. I recommend making a reservation before you show up and arriving early to ensure you have a place to park. Bring your entourage to impress them with the place but not the food.

Service was nice. 2 stars for the food. Calamari: good, light, wished the squid were cut more thick. Fish and chips: very greasy, fish felt soaked in oil. The fries were good. Thai pasta: shrimps were over cooked, random pieces of ginger disrupted the dish. For the price, the food did not match the expectations, very underwhelming.

I love everything about this restaurant since I discovered it next to my office. The staff is so kind and very attentive in addition to being generous. Everything I have tried is very fresh and good, especially the Caesar salad wow! I recommend giving it a try, you won t be disappointed!

Quaint bistro style restaurant in laval. Very serviable staff. Had the tuna tataki as an entrée, the braised lamb shank was delicious & Bavette de beouf which we ordered medium rare (but it was slightly chewy).

Visited September 23, 2022. Food was delicious! I had the onion soup as a starter and the Edmond experience for the meal to share with my boyfriend. My friend chose the Sheep pizza with goat cheese in the photo. My other friend chose the choice of the day which was braised beef. I stole a piece from him and it was delicious. On my platter, there was duck confit with blueberry sauce, ribs (option of the moment as braised), tuna tataki (divine), golden fries, grilled vegetables and an apple and bacon salad. . The meat was very tender. Special attention to food allergies (egg for me). The waitress offered impeccable service. She knows her menu. Beautiful atmosphere and beautiful decor. I recommend this place. Looking forward to coming back to try other choices.

The food was delicious. A good old bistro with the regular classics but some with a little twist of originality (Im thinking of the beef flank poutine). The portions are very generous! The service was also impeccable. The servers were in training but it didnt show as we had everything we needed and we were served in time to go to our show. Moreover, the proximity to Place Bell makes it a good place to go and eat before a concert. A good little restaurant, in an industrial decor but at the same time warm atmosphere, to which we want to return!
