Expensive for the quality of the food. The burger was good but for $22, I expected better. My wife had a pizza, and the crust was too hard, not worth what she paid.

On the service side: at the beginning we took good care of our table. Towards the end of our evening, we were less calculated... too bad... maybe it was the effect of Friday evening...

Being returning customers at the restaurant, we were expecting the same extraordinary food and service that we always received. Tonight, it was a complete disappointment. Everything was wrong. My plate came 10 minutes after the other 6 people that I was with received theirs. They were half done before I even started. My friend ordered beer and it was flat. My daughter asked for cheese for her pasta and only got it after she was half finished. My husband never got his dessert. His plate came with coffee, and the waitress never offered it until I told her that everything was wrong tonight. And, my daughter found a hair in her dessert. Tonight, Elixor really sucked.

We were a group of 20-25 people, a little bit late to the restaurant. Staff and servers were accommodating, friendly, one of the best service I ve gotten in the area. Food choice is vast, something for every taste. Portions are MORE than enough, and I eat a lot! Everyone in my group loved their food, everything was fresh and warm. Price is VERY reasonable for the portions you receive. 5 star service, 5 star food. Would highly recommend for a large group or head-to-head dinner. Thank you to the hostesses, the servers and the cooks for maximum effort. 5/5

The dishes are mostly quite good but last night the nachos with braised beef changed as the quality of the tortilla chips changed to the cheaper, thick, over-cruncy, stale like with the added corn and blackbeans tasting off.. It was a nice place! The lighting was good and the food was amazing. I got the salmon to eat in the restaurant with fish and chips to go. The waiter was really nice and everything arrived on time. It was just slightly loud but we had a few people celebrating their birthdays that day. I would definitely recommend this place and its great to bring the kids as well. Also, the cheesecakes here are absolutely delicious. I was a bit hesitant, but it ended up tasting amazing. I had to take a piece home for later! First visit after strong recommendation, VERY satisfied!!!! ASIAN SALAD chicken/almonds excellent, superb portion, delicious, fresh ingredients, homemade vinaigrette! Prosciutto/arugula pizza quality ingredients and generous portion! Atmosphere very similar to the Cheesecake Factory fast service despite Friday evening! UPDATE 2nd visit Server seemed bored...except at the tip, it was 2 other servers who served our table as well as filled our glasses of water. Womens bathroom in a pitiful state: pieces of hand paper all over the floor, 3 toilet cubicles out of 4 were unusable (out of order, paper empty, lock missing) toilet water also on the floor in addition from a sink without any pressure (thin trickle of water)... A little more disappointing

I have been a regular at elixir since they opened. We often go for the fish and chips.but unfortunately this last time the fish was raw and smelled like it was washed with some kind of substance.French fries were not their usual(white and cold). For this time I had to give it a 1 Star.

I ordered the rosemary chicken ,not what I was expecting, looks like management changed the menu, here we have a broiled chicken with a sausage on top that wasnt even cooked well , it tasted like ham also had the intestines in it, just discusting, all was on a bed of mashed potatoes with heavy gravy, not the original grilled chicken with rosemary, very disappointed

Long time customer here since you guys opened! I ve ordered here more than 50 times easily but each time in the last year prices have gone up, you guys used to be known for the generous portions but now each time on delivery you change the packaging and it s much smaller now but still at a higher price. The last straw was on my last order, 18$ or 20$?? For spinach dip ! fine it s not fast food I understand! but you serve the sour cream and salsa in a damn condiment cup for ketchup. It s not even enough for 1 person. Cmon guys you can do better for your customers who are paying a premium to support your business.

I ordered a Cesar salad and chicken wings with Asian marinade and it was super tasty and tender, bursts of flavor.

Ordered a pad thai via ubereats. Worst and most disgusting pad thai I ever had. Shrimps and chicken were hard as a rock and seemed rotten. Neverrrr again. Beware if you order with ubereats it seems they cut corners with quality.

I have been coming to this restaurant for over 10 years, I have always really enjoyed my experiences, but over time that has changed. they took away the cheese that I loved so much I was traveling from Laplaine to Laval just for this cheese in my pasta phone and they also took away my favorite wine, I had to choose another wine for which I Had to wait 32 minutes after being seated. The waiter was more concerned about groups larger than our small family of 4. The toilet was so dirty and stinking that I had to ask a young girl who worked there to do something. Anyway, next Saturday evening outing well go elsewhere.

My family and I came to dine here for the first time. We were warmly greeted by Danika , the receptionist , who took the time to take care of us and got us a table as quickly as possible. The food was also delicious, the santa fee rolls and spinach dip were amazing! Overall very good restaurant and good service.

A very varied menu, each dish of which is delicious. The dishes are also plentiful and we often take them home. The salad section alone is worth the detour. A perfect place for a business dinner, the tables and benches are spacious which allows you to work, chat and eat well.

Great food and service. Restaurant ambiance is nice, but the acoustics are a bit off, so the restaurant is very loud. We ate the shrimp and Mac and cheese balls to start and the chicken Caesar salad as a main. All were delicious. The menu is huge with something for everyone. The Caesar is delicious less on the creamy side and a bit tangy, loved it, and the coconut shrimp entrée is amazing. Would recommend.
