Good atmosphere. On the other hand, the food was expensive and really not tasty. The pasta tasted very bad. Very poor quality/price

My first time here during a CSQ conference Great service really! Excellent food and affordable price for a hotel of this kind! They made me a dish with what I had left and even added to the stock! Nachos $13 wow excellent wine and Thursday a DJ with lounge music! Excellent experience!! A big 5 stars!

I liked this place for our Saturday evening dinners and especially for the music offered .. it was so pleasant to listen to them and even do a few dance steps, but unfortunately they changed people I really liked the Cocktail Special Events performance.. Great atmosphere with them!!! Damage. The service is a bit spotty. Let s just say it s not too Relaxing! I had to reorder my wine twice. Im going to try again for Sunday brunch...to be continued...

The waiter was excellent, the food was excellent, I had dinner with my wife alone, there were other couples in the restaurant and they dimmed the lights to have a more cozy atmosphere, everyone was happy. When the big boss (possibly a supervisor or something like that) arrived, he turned up the lights and all the beautiful atmosphere disappeared with it, we had the impression of suddenly being in a cafeteria.. Unfortunately...we finished our dinner quickly and left quickly. An evening that could have gone on much longer and been very pleasant. we even considered staying for the evening in accommodation. My beautiful romantic evening was therefore interrupted by the attitude of a superior who did not have the right vision at all. Moreover, all the staff agreed with us. A lovely welcome and a lovely atmosphere. Remarkable service and cuisine. I highly recommend the lobster risotto. A place to indulge your taste buds with accommodation fit for the gods! Parking: Very functional location for large groups even if the hotel is crowded

We will never renew at the Sheraton Laval unfortunately due to the restaurant at this location . Be careful when you go to the restaurant at this hotel . because the amount changes from the offered price to the invoiced price, more than once... really saddening

The gastronomic buffet on Saturday evening is abundant and very well presented, but in terms of taste and quality... clearly not worthy of its price. The desserts are nice, but not good at all (grape Jello! Really!??) Decent service, nice place, live music all evening.

Saturday evening buffet...a little expensive75$. ! For an ordinary choice. The service has gone down a notch...less class...forced shortage of employees. Very good food and pleasant music. However, always the same repertoire from Saturday to Saturday. Change please! Still a pleasant living room atmosphere.

I ordered a vegetarian pizza without cheese. The only vegan option. On a fairly good pizza dough, I saw 5 thin slices of red peppers, around fifteen thin slices of button mushrooms, and several slices of small black olives. Everything was dry and bland. All this for $25. Its scandalous. I will never go to this restaurant again. Vegetarian options: A vegan option. Without animal products.

I came to dinner here for my birthday, 65th birthday, and I was received like a king. At the end of my meal, I received a really unexpected surprise cake with candle, the whole kit. Really good. The waitress Sandra and the manager, so I dont know the name, were up to the task of welcoming a customer. I would give 10 stars, even 20, but there is a maximum of 5. In any case it is 100% good. Thanks everyone!.

My friend and I went for the Sunday brunch... The food was truly delicious and the service was very good but, the accordion player, although he is talented, played way too loudly... It made it difficult for my friend and I to hear each other, and made the environment stressful and unnerving rather and then the cozy and relaxing feeling Sunday brunches usually give me. The cost for the two of us was $160 with tax and tip, it was in my opinion a huge waste of money and a Sunday morning.

Sunday Brunch: Expensive but very large selection of food items, and in general, very high quality. The only disappointment is with their choice of main dishes, which you can select one from three options. They were average at best. I recommend you skip their main dish and stick to the much better foods at the buffet area.

Stayed at the hotel a couple of weeks ago with a few friends. Beautiful hotel with amazing professional staff. They were very welcoming and nice. We tried the La Piazza restaurant on a saturday night and all i can say is wow. The environment is perfect and they have a wide selection of food to choose from. If you want to have a good time, eat well for a great price, i highly recommend to try La Piazza.

Pricey but good. Its a buffet with a main course. Prides are around 59$ but the food is good. Good selection of salads and cold cuts. Did not try the hot buffet but they can make you some pasta if you want some.

Breakfast buffet is good and has a lot of variety. But dinner is a bit pricy and service is very slow. It took over half an hour for dessert and 40 minutes for an entree. If you go for dinner prepare to stay there for an eternity.
