I ordered the bison burger and it was not famous. The burger was cold and tasteless. There was a live band, the drinks were good and the service was nice. Overall it was ok, will I come back? Not really

I didnt know what to expect, as I went there on a whim to have 1-2 beers after a 3 brewers dinner. I didnt know that the music got so loud at the end of the evening and that it became very danceable there. It was good overall, but its not a place to chat at all in the evening. The atmosphere is more party, which can be ideal if thats what youre looking for.

we where forced to pay tip, even when the service was bad: no water , we have to ask because she pass old the time talking with a man. My son is over 18, but its true that he looks younger. If you had asked for identification, nou you wouldnt say I was lying. But I can prove it, just like your poor customer service. Vegetarian options: I dont know

If the music was less loud we wouldnt have to shout to hear each other at dinner time otherwise its a nice place with good service

Our server was very nice and efficient. The general quality of the meals was OK, nothing more. On the other hand, the salmon tartar with poke sauce was honestly bad, with a questionable aftertaste. Replacing salmon with a huge amount of capers is absolutely incorrect. Also I expect the salmon to be pink, the one on my plate was white like salmon having been frozen too long. It was a 2nd attempt for me at Balthazar in Laval, it will be the last. Also, I was told at the entrance that there was no reservation in my name, even though I had received a confirmation text message. However, thank you to the waiter who served us and who had nothing to do with this whole disappointing experience.

Beautiful atmosphere! The service was slow, my fish & chip was oily, not extraordinary, I didnt even finish my plate, there were 3 of us who took this plate and all had the same comment. We were among colleagues and unfortunately all disappointed.

Impeccable service, really. For some items on the menu, its expensive vs. the quality and the music is super loud, its difficult to hear yourself speak. It depends on the vibe you want. If that doesnt bother you, the place is very good all in all!

The atmosphere is very good. Drinks too. On the other hand, the food is really not of good quality. The last time we went there the Mac and cheese was very bland. We gave them another chance and old and lukewarm fries, burnt chicken burger. Very disappointing considering the prices in restaurants today... a few years ago the food was much better. Unfortunately today it is no longer a restaurant but no longer a bar.

A Friday evening when I chose this restaurant to meet a long-time friend that I hadnt seen in a long time. If you want to chat and exchange, don t go there! The ambient noise is so loud. A live band from 7 p.m., which buries all discussions. The percussionist himself wears headphones to reduce noise. That gives you an idea! We were placed right next to the front door and the cash register, where the waiters gather to place orders and give each other briefings. Hello privacy. Their conversations buried ours. The dishes were OK but nothing more. The fried squid dish as a starter was more fried, with a few pieces of squid. Not the beautiful fried rounds that you can enjoy elsewhere. The salmon tartare with orange was good but not as tasty as the menu suggests. If you want a great atmosphere, with loud live music, this will be your place. I wont go back there again.

After 10 minutes of waiting, we had to signal to be served on departure. Afterwards, everything was perfect.

Just decent food and an atmosphere that isnt out of the ordinary... not to mention that the place is so noisy that you almost come out with your voices dying because you have to shout to talk to each other. In the end, it remains a late-night repair, nothing more. So when you add to that questionable customer service... its hard to find the desire to go back. Addressing customers in a stupid, haughty and condescending tone for an invoice error made by the restaurant owner is totally unacceptable and a mark of lack of professionalism. Please note that no apologies have been made for their error. Rather, they allowed themselves to put the burden of the solution on the clients between themselves: all you have to do is pay the other client s bill and she will make a transfer to you it s not complicated . It would be worth making BIG reminders of decorum and good customer service manners in this institution.... Very disappointed with this experience

Group of six on a Tuesday evening, the place was full, very long service, understaffed staff. Decent food based more on looks than good taste and quantity. Overcooked fries, almost black, overcooked fish and chips breading coming off the cod, leaving a lot of empty space in between. The amount of coleslaw is tiny, it doesnt really taste like coleslaw and they charge you $2.00 to get another one thats just as tiny. Ok, nothing more, but I certainly wont go back.

We went through the restaurant to reserve a table near the window and the singer. We are assured that this is done, when we return from the cinema the table is occupied and we are told that they do not make reservations and we are offered a table in the back without apology or smile. We went to Zibo with impeccable service!

Restaurant very poorly marked that it is only for 18 years and over we have. Drive 1h15 with a reservation of 14 people to be kicked out because we have 2 children In addition to all this we had elderly people who had difficulty moving Thanks to the 3 brewers for taking us on at the last minute

When we arrived the table was full of dust on the terrace and we waited 20 minutes for water which we did not receive and the employee told us that if we were not satisfied we can leave UNACCEPTABLE!!! Service 0 atmosphere 0 Fortunately Zibo next door served us well 5 minutes later.

The food is way too expensive for what it is and the waitress complained about 15% tip asking me if I wasn t satisfied with her service , I believe they are just used to get 100$ tip from drunk people or something because otherwise I don t understand. I think this place it s definitely overrated.

It s really tiring and disrespectful. My partner and I were eaten once and he ordered a burger without bacon and the burger arrived with it. They just went to the kitchen, removed the bacon and came back with the same plate. (If we just wanted to remove it we could have done it ourselves. We wanted a new burger without it coming into contact with the bacon). Once again today we gave it a chance but exactly the same problem happened with my sandwich. They brought back the same sandwich just removing the bacon but, they left a piece of bacon still in the sandwich (proof that they just removed it and brought back the same sandwich.) Really pitiful poor service! What if it was an allergy? Are you trying to kill people or what?

My husband and I decided to go out and try a new place. As it was a Friday we knew that without a reservation there would be a wait. When a table was available, our server Nicholas F. (Worst service I have received in a restaurant) asked us what we would like to drink. I give him my order and my husband shows him what he wants on the menu. A mistake is slipping in the choice of beer but the error is human no problem the other waiter (really nice) made the change. Nicholas returns to take our order. I give him mine, when I gave him my husbands, he had already left. When he comes back close to us 10 minutes later I inform him that my order was not complete and I tell him what I want to add he starts to leave without me even finishing again. I understand that there are a lot of people at the weekend but the least you can do is finish with me properly before leaving. So unsurprisingly, my order arrived and my husband had to wait more than 20 minutes before being able to eat. No excuses nothing. He just told us that there was a group so its normal that its long and in the most condescending tone Ive heard!! With inflation, when we decide to go out to a restaurant, its to have a good time. Not to end up regretting spending $110. Too bad because the atmosphere and the food were quite good. I sincerely hope that Nicholas will have the chance to read this comment and will be able to question this. If youre tired or more irritable one day, theres nothing stopping you from taking time off and coming back smiling the next day. Truly a horrible experience.

The service was fast, courteous and efficient, despite the busyness. Food however average, at most. Noisy, busy and lively atmosphere given the full capacity (lots of people!) So, it is difficult to communicate and exchange. Waiting at the door, no parking space either.

Im there to eat today. I gave all the order at the same time and they were incomplete and they said there was a mistake and the kitchen was closed. I ordered them all at the same time, so its not my problem if the kitchen is closed. distressed staff
