Worst customer service. I paid $40 for 1 bowl of salmon. They made a mistake with the order and dont want to correct the problem. They want me to pay another $40 for another bowl. She wont even let me explain the problem, she hung up the phone in the middle of the conversation. If you go there, think twice before going

I went to get some poké from Poke Station, but found that the portions had decreased significantly while the prices had increased. After discussing it with the manager, I was shocked by her lack of professionalism and her deplorable attitude. She bluntly told me that she would rather lose customers, claiming that her business was in the negative. I rather suspect that it wants to keep its profits high. For example, the poké it offers are around $20 or more, while just across the street, another restaurant offers larger poké for $17. Ive been here hundreds of times, but after this experience I wont come back. The manager clearly told me that the portions had been reduced because it was necessary, which clearly demonstrates that she would rather lose me as a customer than ensure quality service. Bad service, unprofessional attitude and small portions, I absolutely do not recommend this place.

We have gotten half-full bowls multiple times in the last few months. I got shrimp last week and only had 4 small shrimp pieces in the whole bowl. Same for other toppings. Employees are nice, but the service is not that good.

The food was excellent, all ingredients were fresh and tasty. The portions were good but always slight room for improvement. The only issue that I faced is they didnt accept virtual coupons. Which I didnt find it practical and wasnt able to benefit from the offer. But apart from that I will go back for the freshness.

Idk where to start. Paid for brown rice, received white rice (can t eat due to health reasons). Fried tofu doesnt have tofu in it, it felt like potato croquettes. The bowl supposed to have « fake chicken » but there was only croquettes. In the other bowl, They place warm food with raw/fresh salmon, not food safe. Honestly the worst poke I ve had so far. And paid $45 for two poke + tip for bad service.

Too bad I really like this restaurant I just went 6 minutes from closing time I was told its closing, its a shame we dont refuse a customer if the closing time is 8:30 p.m. and the door is still open with 3 employees inside, you lost 2 customers.

I used to always order from this place and it was always really good but these past few weeks the salmon is smelly and old never fresh anymore absolutely disgusting the whole order went to the garbage

I cant believe! I had two staples in my dish. I called the restaurant to warn them that I had two staples so that they could be careful for the next customers because it is very dangerous. No empathy and they offered me two free shrimp tempura for next time only. I asked them for a refund for my dish of which I only ate a few bites and they did not agree to reimburse me. They told me that if I want a refund that I have to travel a second time with my dish to bring it back to them for some things they are responsible for. Really worst customer experience and its the last time I ordered it even though it was a place where I ordered twice a week. Staples are super dangerous and are not supposed to be in food. The minimum would have been to compensate me for the dish I ordered and sincerely apologize. Last time!

I am so upset after I ordered poke bowl and I got scammed by the charged me more and gave me less. When I got home after opening the bag. I was so not happy I called they say they cant do anything they well be giving me 10% off for the next time.wich is not going to be a next time.i ordered the vegetable chips and I find that they put the crumbs of the chips not the actual chips.in the picture you can see that it is all crumbs. That should have been an order of two time vegetable chips.

Picked up poke with my girlfriend, sign outside clearly said maximum 2 people allowed, walked in and a min later a 3rd person came in, walked in front of us while we were looking at the menu in front of the cash and was served before we did and was never told to wait outside as we were now 3, while being rude. No acknowledgement nor apologies from the staff after the self-entitled customer left. I rate the poke a 4/5, but the service was a 1.

Not usually a big fan of poke bowls, my friend recommend me their place and wager that if i didnt like it shell pay for my lunch. I loved it, their poke bowls are truly different and have converted me to a poke bowl lover! its all in the sauce, whatever magical ingredient they put is really working! i usually ask for an extra sauce on the side. It perfect for a lunch meal because it is light but big enough that you can have some left over for dinner. I usually get the Sama bowl which is a combination of salmon and tuna chunks mix with corn, peas, radish and mangos on top of mix garden salad with season rice for the base. Can;t forget the panko for a crunch in every bite! My coworker chooses mix greens only for a healthier option. Sadly i devour my poke bowl before i could take a photo :(. Love the service , love the food!

Tried this place for a second time, their pokebowls are really delicious. Only negative point is the employee working at the cashier, she needs to work on her customer service and wear her mask properly (it was under her nose).

I had so much waiting for this restaurant!!! The comments, the menu, the ease of ordering online. After 1:00 of waiting, I still have not received my order. There can be delays, especially in a situation like we are. I am understanding. I called him, ... they are looking for a delivery man!!! How come there is no delivery person if they offer specific delivery times on their ordering site. Im 10 minutes from the restaurant!!! He tells me it wont be long. Okay! 10 minutes later I called back to follow up. He tells me that the order has left, I ask him how long, he answers 5 minutes, asks me to wait in line and finally tells me that the delivery man is on his way to collect the order! After more than 1:30...I request a refund! Which I finally got. Im so disappointed! Please do not offer a delivery window if you are unable to make deliveries.

Seeing high review, so I told myself this might be a good place, ordered a tuna end up receiving salmon and marinated salmon. Like mmm ok? Since I was in a rush I didn t wanted to argue, and I had a feeling the cashier is new and probably has language barrier. 10% discount for online order to take out but they can t offer it when order up front to take out, they either have promotional issues, or communication issues, well the cashier wasn t really to help. Ordered more than a few times. They make the orders right, and fresh and always tasty. Sometimes the eait can be long, but you can see they are working as fast as possible and the wait is worth it. Recommended!

Twice I stop there and W-O-W! It is delicious!!! I ordered online and my order was just finalized when I arrived. The Supreme and Sama are simply delicious.

DELICIOUS! The food is fresh, the choices are fantastic, the bowls are brimming with ingredients, and the staff is very pleasant. I am not a fish lover, but I get their chicken Katsu or the shrimp as my protein options. Highly recommend!!!
