Lucille's Laval in Laval

Ordered a steak, it was dry and tasteless. Same for their burger. It had only a pickle and some ketchup in it, nothing else. Overall not worth visiting.

Delicious, we all loved our meal.

An exceptional experience at Lucille s in Laval! I recently stopped at Lucille s in Laval and I must say that the experience was memorable. I ordered two junior cheeseburgers, and they were simply excellent. The meat was juicy and perfectly seasoned, the cheese melted to perfection, and the lightly toasted bread completed the whole thing to perfection. Every bite was pure delight. The service was also impeccable: fast, courteous, and attentive. The atmosphere of the restaurant was warm and friendly, perfect for a meal with friends or family. If you are in Laval and looking for a place to enjoy a quality burger, I highly recommend Lucille s. This is an address not to be missed for lovers of good food. I will definitely go back!

Recently went to the Laval location and the food is just good as the original. We ordered the lobster rolls, ribs, Kansas cut steak, grilled chicken and all was outstanding as usual. Only issue was the wait at the table itself...I ve been there quite often on various on and off days and each time, the place is rammed and full of hungry patrons. Maybe they can add some more floor staff or just have the night s host do a few rounds around the restaurant

Great food but we decided for Lucilles resto for its oysters offer. However, oysters pricing was exorbitant so i decided for grilled octopus, my wife Beef tartar. Both were very good. Service was great. Noise level a little too high for us. Final bill very high but given the fact that all restaurants are struggling since the pandemic, it is possibly the case for the whole restaurant business to try to recoup. Parking: Nil

Always so pleasant for the quality of the food, the speed of the service and the smile and kindness of the staff.

My 2nd time there, the food is great. My fave is the Kentucky style chicken appetizers. They are big pieces that you can actually have as a meal. I would prefer a wine/alcohol list instead of having to download a scanning QR app. The ambiance is great and the overall experience was nice.

If I could put zero i would. The hostess didnt smile and we felt that we were disturbing her. We were seated next to giant open trashcan and during the following 15min, staff were doing shots with customers while others were busy talking amongst them. No one even filled our water glasses or acknowledged our presence. We got up and left and im convinced that no one even noticed. We are not regulars but we do visit every other month. We are done and again, convinced nobody cares.

Loved it! We had a little bit of everything. The oysters were fresh and tasty! Fish Tacos where yummy and the Sea Bass was tender and well seasoned!

I love this restaurant, we often go there for the $1 oysters. Weve tried several things on the menu, and we always come back for the delicious taco tower offered at brunch on the weekends. Argentinian shrimp are perfect, I see them even in my dreams. We really like their cocktails too! The service is impeccable with Noémie!!! The only problem is the uniform. Its 2024, the poor girls in their skirts, its really hot. But the guys dress all wrong, that doesnt matter. Come on guys!

Very young and inexperienced staff. Our food arrived within 1 minute of placing the order, we just wish we had been warned about the speed of service. Octopus: sauce too sweet, tuna tartare: very little tuna. Very good squid. Atmosphere in the bar section, the staff had a lot of fun .

The servers were wonderful. Very attentive the team could not have been better. Our meal, equally good. What was off putting was how cramped everyone was, stuffed in to one dining space. You could not comfortably take off your coat. And once you did you had to squeeze it tight to you otherwise it would be in the lap of the stranger beside you. As people would leave, they would push the table to the side so person on bench could get out. Horribly awkward for staff as well. Wheelchair accessibility: Due to very tight dining room Tables, a wheel chair would take careful maneuvering to get to their table.

Outstanding dining experience, casual location. A-1 customer service by Océanne who was assigned to us, lounge/bar area and dining area communicate without intertwining, Good quality/price ratio (its more expensive than Paccini but my god its worth the difference !!!) There were 6 of us and we tasted several varieties of dishes and starters EVERYTHING EVERYTHING is sua coche!!!!! Several starters (fried chicken is my favorite, let yourself be tempted, its not what you expect!) There is grill, seafood, etc... I have never eaten so much in quantity of my life, for my moms birthday our choice is already made thats where it happens!!!! Ps for those who intend to go in a group, those to whom this has already happened will understand... (strung like sardines) not like that at Lucilles. I highly recommend this restaurant enjoy!

Lucille is a restaurant known for its oysters and good cuisine. On the other hand, when you pay such an amount to eat at a restaurant, you dont expect to eat in a cafeteria. The staff was impeccable and the food good, but the very close proximity of the tables, the very high ceilings and the industrial decor make this restaurant an extremely noisy place where it is impossible to have a two-person conversation.

The server was not up to the task of working with the audience. I placed the order at 7:40 p.m., there were 11 of us at 9:00 p.m. the other 10 people received their dishes and had time to eat and finished.... I hadnt received my dish yet When I called the waiter to explain the situation, this was the response I got: Today its a hit, I have no control over the kitchen.

We frequent this location a lot. We are always are greeted with a smile by the hostess staff. The servers are great. Whether we sit at the bar or a table we always have a good time. The food is delicious and portions are perfect. Management is friendly too. Our out of town guests enjoy their visits too.

$1 oysters were extremely small, but surprisingly good. Carb cakes were disappointing because not very tasty. Lobster rolls were fantastic, very generous portions and definitely lobster meat. The salmon tartare starter which I had as a main dish was very liquid and the salmon taste was smothered by some kind of citrus taste. The restaurant made me think of a cage aux sports. Wow I loved my experience everything was excellent the noodles at 1$-2$-3$ were delicious the steak was perfectly grilled and with impeccable service, but expect to come out with a fairly high bill because these cheap Giorgio or McDonalds that you are going to eat. You pay for quality.

Oysters are $1. Wow they were delicious. What can we say about the beef carpacio. Fried chicken. Phew. The food the ambiance wow. It s noisy but very friendly. Really generous portions. We had to bring back the leftovers because they were really big portions. We will return there for sure.

We were visiting Laval. Our friends made a reservation at the Lucille s. Surprising good seafood and food atmosphere for a restaurant at the parking lot of a big shopping mall. Service was excellent. We had a good evening catching up with our friends and enjoyed the evening. Highly recommend. I will go back again

It was a great experience! I chose this restaurant to celebrate my birthday! It was a success. The portion of the main dishes are a good size, however, I find that the starters are very small for the price. They deserve to be a little more generous with the price. A bit exaggerated for the quantity served vs the price! We will return there for sure but we will avoid the entrances, expensive for nothing

Food was excellent. Well seasoned and comparable to a high end restaurant. Service on the other hand was more like a family diner restaurant. Took the time to let her know that she could have easily sold me more drinks and should have checked on us when the busboys served the table. 17 minute time lapse between main course and just coming to give us the dessert menu. It was 5:30 diner for 2 people on a Thursday night. Not very busy. Coming back for the food and hopefully a better service next time.

Waited 25 mins for initial service. Never was able to order even a drink. Walked out. I have never had an experience like this at a restaurant. Very amateur service.

The food was great, the restaurant is a bit noisy and pricey. They offer a mix of whipped cream with strawberries for a birthday celebration and I found that very cheap. Put some extra effort in doing something special on special occasions .

We ordered a plate of 24 oysters as a starter, they were good but there was a little sand left in some. We also ordered the fried squid as a starter, delicious. As a main course my husband had the cheeseburger he said it was ok. My daughter had the flank steak which was good. However to our disappointment, Howards roll was horrible as was the salmon tartard trip. The taste being 0 noted. In short, we were looking at a fast food seafood restaurant... the quality and flavor have changed enormously compared to when it first opened. Besides, when we called to reserve the hostess told us that there were no tables available for 4 people at 7:00 or 7:30 but I was very easily able to make a reservation online for 7:00 p.m. and once at the restaurant there were also many tables available... in short, I would go eat oysters and fries and thats it. The octopus salad is good, I have it often but it also tasted better before. They also removed an iceberg and blue cheese salad from the menu which was delicious, too bad.

I went for dinner on August 2, 2024 with my family and friends. There were 6 of us. The servant is a young boy. He spilled an entire glass of drink on my son. Hes probably paid a lousy salary, he didnt even have the courage to blow the price we have to pay for my son. Not only was my son doused with an alcoholic drink, we were obliged to tip 15% for this service. The managers of this restaurant are gone. They dont want to deal with these kinds of problems. They are there just to collect the money that comes in. What bad management. Mistakes happen to everyone. All we ask is to do something to satisfy the customer

Lots of noise... The ceilings should be soundproofed... The food is excellent and the service too, but too many decibels for the ambient noise. It is possible to make everything more user-friendly. Kid-friendliness: Yes, but for children hypersensitive to noise to avoid....

My favourite octopus on Greek salad was just fantastic as always. We were a party of 5 and we all had it and enjoyed it. Also the calamari was delicious. We really went all out with the $1 .00 oysters each eating a dozen they were quite good. And of course white wine. It is not my first time but it was for my friends and they will definitely be back.

My steak was not trimmed well it had too much cartilage I was not happy with it when I asked the waitress she told me people like it with fat! But it was not fat it was more rubbery cartilage

I dont get the hype. My lobster roll was dry and not the tastiest. Quite expensive to be disappointed by something so simple. Add a beer and a dozen oysters and youre down 100$ easily. I wanted to like it but my experience was such that I will not return.

Nice place with good atmosphere, polite and courteous staff but a little expensive for what we are served. Not the best place to celebrate your birthday anyway. I get charged $11 for a piece of dried whipped cream with a few small pieces of strawberries when I take a group to celebrate my daughter. In many other places the birthday cake is free and much better. To add to this a little comment about mixed toilets . When it costs me $475 for dinner and I go to the bathroom and I have to lower the seat and I end up in urine, I find it a bit ordinary. Not the best idea of the century.

I had a reservation at 20:00 PM for 3 persons, we were greeted fine and seated and by 20:05 we have ordered our food since it was not our first time as you can see also my previous review 3 years ago was way better! By 20:55 still no sign of apperor food of any kind and a couple get seated next to us and within 5 mins they have received their order which consisted of some of the plates that we did order. Here comes the waiter and tell us sorry for the delay the food is in it s way. 10 mind later we decided to leave since it was looking any good. On our way out of the restaurant the manager Naomie starts apologizing for the delay and claimed that the waitress forgot to punch in the order but now it is being processed, regardless we still decided to leave! Conclusion: i do not recommend at all! That was really unprofessional and it did ruin our mood for the night out!

Nothing extraordinary. The price is high for the quality. The lemons were cut in advance, dry on the surface. Same thing for the mayonnaise jar which had a discolored film on the top. In my opinion these are small details that I dont like and which tend to ruin my appetite. The fries are frozen and dry, same goes for the fried squid. On the other hand, the sauce for the ribs was delicious. I imagine we would have been more satisfied if we had had oysters and drinks. Dont go there for the food. Service ok.

Very nice presentation for the seafood platters, although a little overcharged ! The flank steak with Bordeaux sauce accompanied by herb butter was excellent. The seafood pasta was good but the portion rather limited for the price. Very noisy. The tables are very/too close to each other. Despite the very high prices on the menu (and exaggerated prices for the wines - almost x3 the SAQ price) you have to pay extra to have parmesan on your pasta! The service is expeditious. They wait for their tips and the next customers. Overall disappointing experience.
