We were served by Audrey, who was very professional and kind. As for the dishes, the cooking of the steaks has to be worked on especially at the price of the bill in the end. Vegetables to freeze I guess... The sweet potatoes are superb! If you come across Audrey you will have a good time

Very good food, relaxed atmosphere, price too high because the service is very very ordinary. $185 for 3 people and my two children ate a plate of chicken fillets. Invoice error, very long wait for an aperitif, very limited individual space for a group. We asked to add a table and the manager refused. I dont recommend this place!

Ive been here a few times and its been hit, miss, hit, miss. But last week, Tuesday the 20th of August, was just awful. I ordered the prime rib au jus medium rare and what was brought out to me was a rib steak thrown on the grill for maybe 10 seconds. The fat was not rendered AT ALL, I needed to saw this thing apart with the knife they gave me. I left at least 50% on the plate as it was raw and the furthest thing from being tender. This was not prime rib au jus, not even close. Do not order this. My girlfriend ordered chicken skweres with shrimp on the side (9$ for two medium-small ones) that came 15 minutes after the main dish and were so overdone, like rubber. I dont know what happened but the food was barely edible. Hopefully it was a one off, but I wont be taking that chance again after spending over $160 for meals, apps, and 1 drink. The waitress however was exceptional and super sweet. I didnt even want to tell her how horrible everything was so we tidyed up the table, paid the bill and left. Edit: owner responded to this review saying to email them. Well we did, and have yet to see a response from them. Zero follow up on top of high prices and bad quality food. Did I mention the salad served with the meal looked like it came out of one of those plastic containers at the grocery store? Im bringing the score down for service from 5 star to 2 star

I would give the atmosphere 10 stars if they didnt put a birthday table of 20 people next to me. You must confirm your order 2.3 times to prevent the waitress from making a mistake on the order.

We had a starter, main meal, drinks, and dessert, we were 2 adults and 2 teenagers I enjoyed my evening also everything we ordered. The only problem was the bill obviously I understand this is not a fast food restaurant. But with the tip the bill cost $300 for the 4 of us. I admit that we are spoiled and took a lot of things but it is still very expensive to go eat in a restaurant with the family. Obviously I recommend because the service was very good and the meal too. Despite very high prices.

We went there for our first wedding anniversary (we also had our wedding dinner at the same location). The meat cooked, according to your tastes, to perfection! Fast service! Side dishes: fries, mashed potatoes, baked potatoes, vegetables... We love this restaurant: perfect cuisine, very friendly waitress, comfortable and intimate atmosphere... In addition, the prices are very reasonable. Our favorite restaurant! Parking: Free parking right next to the restaurant. Wheelchair accessibility: No stairs to enter. Accessible bathroom. So Im going to put something else. I didnt have lunch (morning, dinner at noon cursed French from France, we are in Quebec) Side of beef with juice is not one of your options, but thats what I ate! As it is very expensive for a take-out of 2 chicken Caesars (and this will be our last time), we would like to point out that it lacks refinement to find a core of lettuce in the salad mixture.

I would like to share my experience every time we come we go to the bar or terrace section and Lucie has served us on many occasions. Excellent service, very kind and great waitress. We enjoy coming here for her.

Food was ok but we got sat next to an event of 30 ppl When we asked to change tables the server was very rude for nothing saying there s no other tables. Ok so we decided to leave, then he said we could go on the terrace. Why not just say that instead of being rude?

Staff always courteous and very attentive to customer needs. The dishes are succulent and the portions are generous, suitable for all appetite levels. The menu is varied enough even for children. The music is at the right volume to allow for intimate conversations. The cleanliness of the toilets is immaculate.

It was nice. The food is saltier than Im used to but overall it was enjoyable! The drinks are hit or miss from what I could tell; the strawberry daiquiri and tequila fiesta are both tasty, the old fashioned is a bit heavier on the bitters but is still enjoyable. I the rib steak was good, the mashed potatoes are nice and creamy. The gravy was salty but not inedibly so. The staff was nice

We are 2 families with children aged 6-12, who wanted to have dinner together in the restaurant near us (Resto Madisons highway Chomedey) Unfortunately, we had a very bad experience with this restaurant. Firstly, the people at reception are not nice at all, very impertinent and arrogant. We asked them to have 2 tables pushed together, but they made unpleasant faces and made really unpleasant reproaches, which we found very strange. Second, our server was unclean: clothes, hair, nails. Always unhappy. Third, after 1 hour of waiting for our order they mixed all the meals and waiter released the contents of a plate. In the end, by mistake they charged us more than we needed. And the next day our friends who ate tuna were poisoned. Even if the service would be ok, the restaurant is very busy and the dishes are very ordinary. I think the team and its manager do not respect and appreciate the customers. This is why I do not recommend this restaurant. Besides, there are many other places with better quality.

This is my favorite place to eat in Laval. It is pricey but the quality of food and service is paramount. Very clean and efficient, and more food than I could eat at one sitting. I will be returning again.

Service and wait time was extremely slow (mothers Day) never again. We were 2 adults 1 kid. Several restaurants do not accept reservations unless its a group of 6+. Food was tasty for regular meals, kids menu, the portions were poorly served, pasta was flat. My kid had to ask for his juice in the middle of its meal. Overpriced, the waiter did not offer or came to check if we needed something else like another drink (only had one). Overall, a poor experience. Not even a promotion or discount for mothers day. For the price we could have been to a real steak house.

Exceptional location, setting, food, however, our Server, Theresa, was wonderful, pleasant, friendly, smiling, helpful, caring -- the very best EVER!!!! Parking: Had several parking slots for handicapped people wih mobility issues not far from the entrance to the Restaurant.

Impeccable service. Slightly limited menu for food as well as for wine. Quick and friendly welcome. The requested location was respected and the food was fresh and the presentation pleasant. Our kind waitress Theresa deserves to be asked for again on our next visit. Very pleasant choice of restaurant. Wheelchair accessibility: Entrance equal to the rear entrance and accessibility also for the toilets. On the other hand, the disabled parking spaces are too far from the entrance. I parked near the door in spaces marked prohibited. Otherwise, I wouldnt have made it to the entrance.

Belle ambiance, section bar très cozy qui donne envie de retourner jai bien aimé lentré de trempette aux épinards et les calmars, bonnes portions aussi. Les côtes levées étaient très bonnes, la salade de choux très bonne aussi!! Un endroit que je recommande. La serveuse Lucie est sympatique et professionnelle, elle prend le temps de sintéresser aux clients.

The meal was good and the service friendly and fast. For the atmosphere, we were surrounded by families with young people who didnt sit still and babies who were crying. Nothing too serious but perhaps an effort could be made to put families with children on one side and adults/couples on the other?

Tender, perfect breading, excellent aiollie. Delicious chicken noodle soup. The prime rib super tender and cooked as requested. Unfortunately there was no more crème brûlée. EVERYTHING was very good, but be careful, NOTHING is given . The prices are VERY high, to the point of limiting our visits. Parking: Places for the disabled are very limited compared to the number of places in the restaurant.

The service and cuisine were impeccable. Unfortunately, the table we had was next to the kitchens and there was a lot of comings and goings from the waiters there, which detracted from the atmosphere at the time. But still, very pleasant experience overall. Small concern before booking about the menu on the website, which does not indicate prices. But ultimately, the prices are normal and the quality of the dishes is very good (at least the ones we had!) Well come back! Parking: The restaurant parking lot is behind the restaurant and I didnt know that there was a back door to the restaurant which ended up being the busiest door, based on where the reception desk was installed. A clearer indication that the intended access is to the rear and not the front door would be desirable (perhaps on the home page of their website).

A pleasant evening the food was good I ate the seafood linguini. The were soft and flabby otherwise it was good. The waiter Giovani (I think) a real pro. He takes his job to heart, efficient but discreet at the same time. Everything you ask of a waiter.

After all these years, before and after COVID crisis, this is still our favorite restaurant. Not a single negative comment. Staff is very friendly and quick. And food always on point no matter what you order.

ate at this location last night. my hubby has a bloody vein in his chicken breast which turned him off of his meal. were only offered a complimentary coffee or dessert. we have been going to madisons for years and this is the first time such a thing has happened. my hubby did not want dessert or coffee as his stomach was upset. the restaurant charged full price for a meal that was unsatisfactory and for all he ate was the mashed potatoes. hopefully management sees this as it will most likely be the last time we dine at your establishment.

I love this location. They give you bread vs the other location I always have to ask . I never had a bad waitor or waitress . Your meal is ready about 5 minutes after ordering. They have good deals. The starters are very expensive but delicious. The main meal, we get what we pay for, the portions are very large, especially the chicken and its delicious! And speaking of the desert, I had a crème brûlée and it was quite exquisite!

We found the welcome from our waiter quite ordinary, he was ready to take our orders without us having the menu. There is nothing I tried on the menu that was not delicious. The waiting staff is talented and jovial (thank you Alex), and the service was quick and efficient. The music is not loud enough to drown out conversations, which is a must. The booths are comfortable and cozy. 10/10 would recommend
