Good food but poor service

Very good experience, we come from Paris, my daughter and I came in mid-July to this restaurant below our hotel. We arrived 20 minutes before the end of the kitchen service but the very kind receptionists at the reception still let us in for dinner. Starter and main course very very good, the cocktails were delicious. Special mention for the waitress Maya who served my daughter and I very well. We wish you all the best and hope that we will come back to Montreal to greet you.

Our out of province team needed a place for dinner. Not only was Milestones able to accommodate us on very short notice, every staff member we met was superb! Excellent food! Excellent atmosphere! Will definitely return for next tournament event! Parking: Underground parking available. The restaurant simply validated your parking ticket! Easy and convenient!

This was our first time but not our last. The staff and atmosphere was great. Great variety from entrees to main dishes and desserts along with a variety of drinks and wine. Dietary restrictions: Staff was very knowledgeable regarding celiac and offered gluten free options. Parking: Our indoor parking voucher was validated by the staff for 3 hour free parking.

Food was horrible no taste to the tartare. Service was bad and the drinks were awful. We also had the fire alarm run for 15 minutes to add to this. I don t recommend.

Food was excellent, drinks were good. Had to wait a bit for our bill as there was only 1 server for our area and he was dealing with a party.

Thanks to our waitress Yaseen, Saturday evening on the back terrace. Very good service, beautiful decor of the restaurant, good food and above all good bellinis! It s now a must-have!!

The service is really good, especially the drinks which are impeccable, with the martinis and glasses of white wine perfectly chilled. The interior of the restaurant is very beautiful. On the mark, thank you for the beautiful evening!

Attentive service, great teamwork. The food was served hot and in good quantity. I like that the fries are served hot and that they dont have to wait under a heat lamp for 15 minutes like the competitor across the street ;-)

Very good experience overall. Very smiling receptionist and waitress. Delicious cuisine even if a little expensive on the menu but remains honest for the quality. Dessert a little below imho. Very friendly atmosphere even if slightly noisy for my taste (but Im a little demanding on this point :)). Very good service and quite fast without being rushed, we were able to appreciate the moment just enough. Small downside on the service however, another waiter brought us the dishes before having cleared the starter and therefore waited for me to do it myself (which led to a small accident for an anecdote!)...

My first time at Milestones is I am very satisfied with it. Smiling welcome, warm and chic atmosphere. Good quality meal, colorful plate and delicious cocktail. A little expensive for the quantity for my taste if you dont take the couples menu. I had a great time with my husband, I recommend keeping your eyes closed. I will return there with great pleasure.

The cuisine is incredible, I loved the food and the flambé burger is sublime. There is a fabulous little performance. The service is excellent, our server Philipe is super nice and helped us a lot. Its super beautiful and the atmosphere is good. The prices are affordable and are even too low for the quality of the food! I really recommend this restaurant, it s incredible!

Great experience definitely worth reliving. I went there with a friend before a concert at Place Bell and the place amazed me. Incredible service (if ever our server was Philippe), calm and warm atmosphere (and I remember we were just before a concert) as well as the food was super good value for money. You have to calculate around $40-50 minimum per adult. *No Childrens menu*. In short, super recommended!

I enjoyed my recent visit to Milestones. The atmosphere was inviting and the staff were friendly and attentive. The food was delicious, especially the fish plates. I would definitely recommend Milestones for a night out with friends or family.

The restaurant is beautiful but food left a lot to be desired. There was a special on tartares but only two types were available at 5:30. The calamari appetizer was bizarre and bland, they are strips instead of rings. My husbands burger was cold and my friends filet mignon was tough. The plating also leaves a lot to be desired. There are much better restaurants in the area

Very nice experience at Milestone Laval The decor is fabulous which sets the mood the menu is varied and I love their cocktails thank you to Audrey for her excellent service I highly recommend this restaurant

The starters were excellent (burrata, tacos, iceberg). The portion of fish tacos is very generous and could be a meal on its own. The drinks were impeccable (citrus spritz, Caesar). The main dishes were very good, the meat was cooked successfully and the quality of the service was high. A small downside for the coffee which was bland. The place is beautiful and clean! Dietary restrictions: We mentioned seafood and nut allergies to the server and careful attention to this detail was given throughout the dinner.

First - I travel extensively for work. I have visited countless restaurants, in countless USA States and within Montreal. The food is amazing and the staff is amazing. More on Staff - When you visit the newly opened Laval location, you need to request Vanessa. She is literally, hands down the best. She is attentive enough to make sure you always have what you need, but does not bombard you with overwhelming attention to where the meal becomes unenjoyable.

Truly a place to discover!

I had a great experience from the moment I walked in the door. Olivia, my server, was fantastic. Definitely ask for her when you go there. Food was top quality, had The Wham Bam Shrimp and a Steak. For a new spot, theyre on their A game.

First try of this restaurant this evening and we are very delighted with our meals and the service received from our server Maxime! Affordable prices and free parking on site for customers of the restaurant, located in the basement in the public parking lot. Too bad for the bad review left on this subject because a simple call would have been enough to find out. We will definitely come back!!

Beautiful restaurant! Food was awesome. Recommend the spinach dip, chicken portobello and for dessert cookie with ice-cream! And the service was very friendly and on point! Keep it up!
