Run away and avoid this restaurant with bad service and terrible food!!! Hamburgers with completely uncooked buns (completely cold and not toasted), rock-hard fries that make you dream of frozen fries, Caesar salad with tasteless dressing without anchovies and without garlic and with too many pieces of bread that is not garlic!!!! Long wait to be served before Starmania. We warn the waitress who tells us no worries, but she decides to respond to three people who have just arrived immediately after taking our order, without having transmitted it to the kitchen... Long story short, the 3 people arrived 15 minutes later we have their drinks and their food before us... We tell the older waiter who seems to be the manager who explains to us that we ordered chicken and that he doesnt want to poison his customers (hamburger disease does not exist in this restaurant) Monsieur seems offended by our remark which is nevertheless normal and he speaks loudly and asks us shouting if everything is to our taste so that the other tables can hear him And as in fact, the table of next door who had arrived 15 minutes later shouted loudly that the service was excellent (were they friends?) Mr. waiter in his 50s, in 25 years of frequenting restaurants, I have never seen a waiter sowing discord among his customers NO CLASS or professionalism.

Great place! We came before going to a music show at Place Bell and he was playing the artists music in the restaurant! Otherwise the food was excellent!

Finalement nous avons attendu énormément pour tout les commandes. Personne na mangé en meme temps et plusieurs erreurs... Pour un établissement qui devrait être habitué davoir un rush pré place bell. Très ordinaire.

Never again! Very stingy with their fries and burger ingredients as if they were searching the corners of empty bags to empty into their burgers. Food itself was worse than 3am McDonald s what a waste of money!

I really dont recommend it Positive point: the food is good Negatives: - no air conditioning, we are dying of heat - Menu only in English - we order, 45 minutes later, still nothing even though our tablemates ordered after us, and we finished eating - notice that the name of the restaurant is Express - I ask the only waiter if we are ready to receive our plates, he seems to have forgotten them - the main courses finally arrive, the starter arrives later - note that I receive Andrés plate and André receives mine, so we exchange - we dont have any utensils, we have to ask for them - the waiter forgot our drinks, he couldnt remember what we asked for - we finish eating, we ask for the bill, we dont see it again, we had to go to the cash register to receive it What a saga

What a great place! Food was fantastic! The buns are top notch on all the burgers. Davids Smash Burger and Buffalo Blair are my faves and highly recommended. Tater tots, jerk fries and onion rings are all great sides. Dont leave without getting dessert, specifically fried Oreos or cheesecake. The owner was there and was super cool. Hds a friendly guy who gave good recommendations and set a good atmosphere. Anytime youre at a Laval Rocket game, or just at Montmorency metro, walk 3 minutes and stop by. You wont regrert it

Superb service, delicious food, and a great vibe. Went before a show at Place Bell, Dany (the host) and the waiting staff were really great at managing the lineups and tables to allow as many people as possible to have a nice drink and a great tasting meal, and still make it to the show on time. Excellent burgers, poutine a little weird, the sauce has a funny taste and the cheese is not fresh. Prices a little high for the size of the portions. But for burgers, they have it covered!

The express version of the restaurant does not live up to the original. The order I received contained very thin burgers and not very garnished. Plus, the $10 sweet potato fries on Uber were not worth the price at all.

Wooooooooooow We went there for a Rocket game dinner. There were 2 million people waiting in line-up, 30 minutes later, everyone had a table.... REAL MACHINES in there.... Plus the food was good... Whats that? you want more

Service was good and attentive. The man who served us spoke both French and English fluently making ordering easy. It appeared that they definitely could have used another person to help out. There was a small mix-up in the kitchen with our order but they happily offered to fix/remake it. Overall the burger was good and was made with genuine good tasting ingredients, this coming from someone who doesnt care for fast food style and tastes. The fires needed to be cooked longer or possibly have a different cut. They have cold drinks that are from the can if you go with the takeout route but put it on ice if you dine in. Overall it was a good experience and can recommend it if youre looking for a quick bite to eat while at the Place Bell or just in the area. Vegetarian options: Some vegan meat options, etc. You can customize a lot of the menu options to your liking. Parking: Decent amount of parking close by on the same street. Wheelchair accessibility: Easy same floor access from street, could be a bit tight in some places

I have rarely seen such efficient service, I cant believe it yet. When the manager gives you a big hug so much that he is happy with my satisfaction. I cant wait to come back.

Disappointed with my order. I ordered via Uber and the delivery person made 2 stops before delivering my order. I ordered $60 worth of food and it arrived cold and the tots were soft... Very disappointed.

Ideal for taking away. As soon as I arrived I was greeted warmly by I think the owner. He presented me with the menu, I had the club sandwich with fries and a drink, the food is good, the place is clean. I recommend it!

Best Burger in Laval! I was there on a Thursday evening 30 minutes before closing and they received me as if the restaurant had just opened! :) Everything was fresh honestly the only word I can say is excellent top quality with every bite it was a moment of comfort .. Holy Swiss and Smash a Daniel with potato balls and onion rings. The potatoes and onion rings were very disappointing, clearly quickly prepared frozen food. The burgers were good but with a Five Guys 1 minute walk away, I dont think Ill come back here. The nail that sealed the coffin was their miniature pogos (poorly explained in the menu) at $7...go to La Belle Province for pogos, its not worth it.

Smash burger was good but on Uber they charge 14$ for the most dry, bland, boring, tasteless excuse for a mac and cheese Ive ever had. Super disappointed, cardboard would have been more flavourful.

Very kind service!!!! I ordered a burger on Uber EATS but they had difficulties finding a driver so my order was a whole hour late. Even though this was not the restaurants fault as it was Uber that couldnt assign a driver, they kindly called me and made me a new meal so that I could eat it fresh. I would order again and I will visit in person next time.

I took a takeaway Burger was good But only at the metro I saw that the guy didn t put a drink inside and charge me for it I even left a tip so I won t go there again cause haven t got a respond from them

I visited on September 3 before the NF show at Place Bell. The restaurant was very busy. I sat down while waiting for my friend, once he arrived we waited about ten minutes before being able to order. I received my meal which lived up to my expectations. However, I had time to finish the latter before receiving our cocktails. I had to go see the bartender myself to ask him to make our drinks after about 30 minutes. In short, good meal, cool atmosphere with NF music to introduce the show but I was somewhat disappointed with the service.

Probably the best burgers in Laval. Always fresh and on point everytime Ive been there. Service is really good too, especially the big guy who always wears funny looking caps. AND found out on my last visit that the water they serve is reverse osmosis filtered , A+ on that. #INRTG

Congratulations on your business. Well decorated and bright. Fantastic service. I had a smash and melted cheese accompanied by fries. Despite the claim of ground beef every day and all the mostly excellent comments, I found it average, nothing more.

I ordered from Uber Eats and the burgers dont look so much like the photos. For $18 a burger, I was really disappointed. Small, flattened burger and shriveled bun. Maybe in a restaurant its better, but in delivery its pitiful.

The Holy Swiss burger is good! All burgers can be customized, for example changing the meatball to Impossible. I liked that you could have the tater tots as a side at no extra cost.
