Its just OK, its a little better since they changed the salad bar but I dont think Ill go back. Prices for takeaway meals could be better. Updated August 20, 2024: Tacos were crackers. I tried the takeaway poké bowl and found a bone, it ruined my appetite. Unfortunately that doesnt encourage me to go back.

Worst service of my life??? The waitress (Katy) was super cold and came to us max 2 times the whole evening. It took WE having to say goodnight to her for her to welcome us. Our water glasses were not refilled only once, we waited 30 minutes after eating to get our bills because the waitress was talking about work gossip with her colleague. Honestly, Im not the type to make these kinds of comments, but its really not strong. For the atmosphere I gave 2 stars but only because it came from me and my boyfriend.

Loved our experience. Excellent service, meals and accommodation for organizing a retirement dinner/evening. Access to the private room and a TV to present videos, à la carte menu with table dhôte option to give guests the most choice. I highly recommend for your group outings. Another big thank you especially to Inna, Marilou and Spiro for their help.

Disappointment during our last visit to the Scores restaurant located on Boulevard Saint-Martin (Chomedey). Unfortunately, the experience did not live up to our expectations. The soups were excessively salty, to the point where the taste of salt overpowered everything else. Although our server was professional and courteous, even going so far as to apologize for the soups and correct them by adding water to the pots, it was not enough to straighten out the entire meal. The pasta salads were not convincing, one of them, the one with noodles and green peppers, had a strange, almost fermented taste. The main course, a roast chicken leg, was particularly problematic. Some parts of the flesh were crunchy and visibly undercooked, which is not acceptable for a chicken dish. Additionally, the rice accompanying the dish was dry and poorly cooked. That said, there were some positives: the chili con carne was tasty, and some of the salads and fruit from the salad bar were nice. However, the entire experience was disappointing, to the point where we decided not to return to this or any other Scores restaurant. Since 2024, we can only see a sparsely filled parking lot and a very empty restaurant, even on weekends, which should be among the busiest and most profitable days. It is regrettable to see such a drop in quality since the takeover by the MTY Group. We hope that the establishment can improve the quality of its dishes to provide a better experience in the future.

Very good service however the chicken thighs were too dry, overcooked. Below the skin it was hard. Its a shame since the salad bar is nice, but the main course is a flop

I have been ordering from Scores for several years. I have always had good service at different branches. For my dinner I placed an order on the Scores website, I ordered a Caesar salad with grilled chicken. In the comments (and it is noted on my invoice), I noted without parmesan. I know the error is human, so I call Scores to request a new delivery, due to cheese intolerances (I cant eat the current salad). The guy on the phone persists with my order, and ends up asking me what are we doing? I kindly ask him to send me the correct salad as I ordered it. When we arrive, the driver asks me to give him the wrong salad again?! This is the first time Ive heard that we have to give back FOOD? What is he going to do with it? Give it to someone else? What is food hygiene, do they feed me someone elses old stuff? I do not recommend this restaurant in any way.

Weve been several times and Ive always found it to be good. Today, with the chicken skewer, we were treated to lukewarm rice and common vegetables, soft, reheated and tasteless. Dont be fooled by the superb photos of the skewers on the menu, you will be very disappointed!

Its very good, great service. We go there occasionally as a family and we are never disappointed. We even organized a fundraiser for our daycare and it was a success. A large room to accommodate up to 80 people. Thank you to your team, to Spiro and Jerry, the bosses, for the welcome and for being very helpful in making our event happen.

I like that the salad bar is included again with certain dishes. The chicken was a little too dry though.

Catastrophic service. Slow delivery. They re always half an hour to an hour later than their estimated times. Reason sorry we re overloaded but don t worry we just made your food it just left if you re overloaded adjust your delivery times. If we order for a specific time and the food comes over a half hour late it s a problem if the food is prepared after the promised delivery time that s even worse. Seriously ridiculous.

Already well known, I will not make long comments. The salad bar is smaller than before covid, but fresher in my opinion, still good. My review is the Piri Piri Chicken. The sauce is perfect. Too often elsewhere it is too salty, too spicy or not spicy. At Scores Laval it s perfect, delicious.

Friday On April 19, 2024, we went to eat As a family we had excellent service During our meal by the waitress Florence When paying at the end, my sister-in-law left it on The table has an envelope with $400 inside Today while looking in her purse She could no longer find her envelope. All Thinking about it, we contacted the Score restaurant and to our surprise he had the envelope with the money inside. In todays world I can only give honorable mention to the score on St Martin Boulevard in Laval. Entering yesterday We had already had an extraordinary experience at the restaurant. It s a place to go in groups and especially with children. my daughters loved the place and the atmosphere. The staff are very kind and professional. The meal is ordinary.

Came in to eat lunch, we are used to having the salad bar included with our meals! The waitress failed to let us know that the salad bar was no longer included with all meals but only a selection. She mentioned it to us after we had all started eating from the salad bar thus it forced us to have to pay our meal as well as the salad bar. It s unacceptable that the waiters/waitress doesn t inform the clients of new information . I can guarantee you, I will no longer be eating there.

Usually, we dont make a mistake when we go to this Scores but we were very disappointed during our last dinner where there were 6 of us. The waiter brought us envelopes of mayonnaise which were already opened, soiled and greasy!! Out of 4 envelopes, 2 were open. Clearly, they were taken from a previous customers table. Yeuark!! When we told the waiter, he brought back some more... also soiled!! He said he had chosen clean ones! Nooo, they werent clean and I showed him, but he just gave up on serving us well. Very disappointed with this experience. We will abandon this Scores in the future.

Horrible expérience. We were 6 who were seated to a round table that was dirty. The chairs had ketchup and noodles on them. The floor was full of food and utensils on the floor. There was no way we could sit there. I made the two hostesses who were on their phone clean it while all the waiters were at the bar joking around. Food was good but the bathroom were very ghetto. Old ketchup bottle for soap dispensers really. This store has been open over 20 years. Time to revamp it and the franchise should watch them closely

Scores Chomedey is one of the better Scores. The service is very good and the salad bar always fresh!

Food was ok. Waitress forgot to bring us our drinks but got charged for them anyway. Full amount of the gift card we had was not honored. We had to pay the taxes and tip extra even though money left on card. Manager was not present to discuss according to waitress.

We each ordered burgers, my wife ordered a spicy burger, & I ordered a Beyond burger. While the burger was tasty, it was a mess, with too many ingredients & sauce. It couldnt even be held properly without falling apart. I wont be ordering burgers again, but will stick with the chicken. Kid-friendliness: Great kids menu. However, poor choice of desserts included. The cookies were packs of Celebration Oatmeal chocolate chip cookies! Kids liked it, but disappointed.

We went there as a family on a Thursday evening during the holiday season and we were almost alone in this great restaurant. So we had unparalleled service! The atmosphere was a bit gloomy, and it was very cold in the restaurant, as if the heating had been turned off to save money. I hope its not always like this, it would be sad to see my childrens favorite restaurant close!

I liked it but the waitress gave us the receipt made us wait ten minutes for us to pay. She never gave us a refill on water. It was pretty expensive and she didn t help with the tip options. Other than that good food and a nice experience. Parking: Ton of parking Kid-friendliness: Its very kid friendly place offering crayon a coloring paper and a kid menu.

Just had the salad bar, ok selections. Nothing was great, just a plain salad with some dressing and cottage cheese. The other salads were tasteless, We showed up after 730pm for dinner, the menu has a variety of items. The restaurant was literally empty, at that time. And our waitress was cold and looked like she just wanted her shift to be done. We Felt rushed, well never be back here again.

If i could give no stars i would. No mention on wheat in the allergy menu. I went with a safe option, so i thought. Made them aware ory allergies. Ordered online and paid. Recieved a call back and they were so rude and barked at me fifeteen years im in the industry and this is what we do. There was no asking question. They were just HIGHLY confrontational. So i simply asked to cancel my order cause i was no appreciative for how i was being treated he says fine and hangs up on me. I wait hours and still no refund and i call and they say it takes 3-5 days to get your money back. Horrible customer service.

I go there on a Tuesday early afternoon. The restaurant is almost empty..Im alone I would like to have a seat (there are about 50 yen left) they tell me no...that if they say yes to me they will have to say yes to the others (there are almost people) ect lol ridiculous... 0 good sense... goodbye I went to St Hubert opposite.. it was excellent!! ;)

Maybe the waiter didnt have the experience because the bills were mixed up, we were 4 people, he offered to start the bills again but they told him that we would settle it between us.

We have been regular customers at this particular Scores. Events, birthdays and so on. We eat at last once a week. However yesterday at diner time was my biggest disappointment! while having diner with my family, I saw the waiter taking the half full dranked from water glasses being emptied in the same container to serve other customer (which he did !!!!) I did not say anything and just wanted to finish our meal and leave!! Disgusting behavior !! Why is this acceptable ?? Needless to say my family and I will never go back !!! Very unsanitary!

Really disappointed, I took the pasta with chicken Poulet Margimiana, it was actually by far the worst pasta Ive ever had :/ its like they over cooked boiled pasta and then opened a tomato sauce can and add on the top ... my 5 year Neale couldve done better .... The burgers my friends took were not either, dry meat. Will not go again, to the laval place at least.

This is the best scores by far, the food is delicious. The employees are also lovely, however there s something wrong with their online orders because it s the second time they don t receive mine and I have to wait on location.

I went with my son who s autistic and asked for an isolated table, Chantal our waitress was very nice and empathetic. She was very helpful which made all the difference in our dining experience. Alex was great too and was able to accommodate our various requests with a smile. Food was great: nachos and chicken parmesan so delicious, only negative was the beef burger as it came very stiff, overcooked and burnt on the side. As a parent to an autistic child, it s very rare to find a restaurant were we can feel comfortable but Scores Chomedey made us feel that way, by having such great employees. Thank you Chantal, Alex and Scores for the pleasurable experience, we ll be back for sure.

Shout out to server Jason for an amazing service. I had him twice in a row in 2 weeks and he has been amazing every step of the way. Everything was clean and the food was delicious. Unlike the rice at Scores Dorval. It wasnt undercooked.
