The food is good but when I order take out they often dont read the notes on the order

Nicely renovated location. I like the ambiance. The atmosphere is definitely group, family, friends, casual type of place. Lots of booth seating. Service was number one. The menu is nice, good selection. Take the Grand Saladier, where you mix salad bar with a BBQ selection. Its good quality and very good price. Ribs were better than OK.

We took two original chicken skewers, my partner took with a loaded baked potato and she was disappointed, since we took the salad bar we asked to wait, later we were asked, can I skip the order, we answer yes the plate arrives in 5 minutes, so we assume that the plate was put under a warmer throughout, so result, potato garnished with my lukewarm spouse, and the bacon in the garnish not very cooked. For service and cleanliness, still good. As for the price, score has raised the prices of its meals too much (in my humble opinion)

Poor service.... They marked everywhere that the salad bar is unlimited!!!! Not with all meals, moreover, when the waitress asked me what type of fries/potato I wanted, I answered pillaged potato!!! She said that I got $2.50 more for some pilled potatoes And the service we received at our table, NOT ONCE did the waitress come to see us, nor ask if everything was to our liking!!! I had to get up to inform the cook to send me the waitress, because we wanted something to drink... poor service... and the waitress the only time I saw her when saying my order, had the She looked as stupid as her two feet, it seemed that she didnt like her job!!! Go to another Scores Restaurant if you can.....

Sava cuisine its eatable my one of the waitresses phew a weed face doesnt really make you want to go back we give her a 15% tip and shes going to complain to one of her colleagues that we didnt give her enough and she had just made a table of 10 people like sorry my people made it unpleasant in this restaurant

I use the salad bar most of the time I go there for dinner. There is a good choice and always 2 varieties of soups. It gives me a healthy meal at a good price.

I ordered over the phone and the service was fast. However, they changed the recipe for the leavened sides... it made it very salty... they are no longer sweet.. too bad.. I wouldnt recommend it anymore.

The menu Be careful the main meal is not accompanied by anything free etc, example: The rib or half rib if you ask for baked potato or sweet potato the price changes. The drink is also not included in the price change. The salad bar is free with certain meals, but with all these extras you just have to pay for your salad Lol Be careful to read the menu carefully until the end, the small print.

We took an adult salad bar, a childrens salad bar and a fish & ship. We used to go there for the salad bar but never again. Tuesday October 1, 2024, the containers were half empty (or less). A handful of angel hair in the bottom of the container soaking in the juice; three pieces of tangerine floated in the juice; no potato salad, 2 pieces of cantaloupe; penne salad was dried out; no chili etc. Very disappointing and definitely not worth the price charged. The soups, however, were still delicious. The fish&ship was good. We decided to give the rider a chance after the announcement of the fines recently given by the MAPAQ to this establishment. But it seems that it is the customer who pays the extermination costs, so sorry but no.

I ordered 2-club sandwiches, paying $40. Order to take away. At the counter I never leave TIPS (I moved, no delivery, THERE IS A LIMIT ON EVERYTHING WITH TIPS). When we dont give TIPS, the cook gives us food of lower quality than in the restaurant (old, faded salad) EXPERIENCED twice. Take-out order, AVOID. HORRIBLE welcome from the waitress when we arrived. I ve been going to Scores since I was 5 years old. This restaurant has always had an important place in my memories, and it s sad to see how their service standards have fallen Heres what happened: Sunday evening September 15, my friend and I returned to this Scores at 8:30 p.m. The waitress (brown hair, 35 years or older) abruptly told us I m closing my kitchen in 10 minutes. We kindly respond: no problem, we already know what we want to eat! . The waitress adds, again coldly: and I don t stay here more than 25 minutes loh! She made us understand that we were not welcome Heres where the problem with this behavior lies: Ive been a waitress for 10 years now, and even when Im tired and the kitchen is closing soon, Ive NEVER spoken to customers like that. At all the restaurants where I have worked, even if the kitchen closes at 8:30 a.m. for example, we let customers eat at their own pace and we serve them with RESPECT. Disappointed and confused by this striking lack of professionalism, we still went to the table. However, we were so shocked by the waitresss behavior that we decided to leave. Scores has always been one of my favorite childhood restaurants where my family and I always received warm service with incredible waitresses and waiters. Very sad to see how the Scores service is no longer like before...No more Scores for me. I hope this waitress finds a sense of passion for her work.

Wow, impeccable restaurant, very very well stocked buffet and excellent service

Before we went, we called to see if they had guacamole and tzatziki sauce and chilli and they said yes. When we got there, there was neither.

The last 2 times we went there, we felt a clear deterioration in service (by 2 different waitresses) and the buffet is far from being the best that the regions scores can offer. For us, it will be the last time.

Good morning. I have never been disappointed when I went to your place, like this time. We know very well that we dont share the salad bar, its written in black and white. But the worst, on the chicken leg a long hair...the height of it is another hair for the chicken breast. We expect the owner to apologize, but nothing he expected us to leave. So lousy service and the food is prepared with hair. Bad experience, never go there.

Salad bar looks good but tastes questionable. The chicken tasted weird. Good service. The best SCORE is that of Terrebonne in my opinion.

They rudely told us they were closing before closing time. We were giving the place another chance but guess it was an error. Had to go somewhere else

wanted to order two cooked plates, informed us that they had more and it was only 6:30pm. so we paid extra for the brisket ($10 more with tax) the meal arrived 50 minutes later at our table very dry and much too salty, I paid extra for the grilled vegetables instead of fries, the vegetables was only a small green bean not grilled at all full of oil, not edible, I am disappointed with this restaurant being used to much better in the other scores or are used to going I do not recommend this one.

On delivery unable to reach anyone, after more than 2 hours of waiting still nothing... its clear that we will never order it again.... it was a try that we made and clearly that I I will advise against it to everyone around me.

The food was incredible i ordered the half chicken and it was so filling and juicy and specially with that amazing gravy in was smokey moist and seasoned perfectly, the mashed potatoes were mediocre but they were okay with the gravy, and the salad bar chicken noodle soup was great but lacked salt, but the dessert was fantastic the molten lava cake was hot fudgy and amazing but the carrot cheesecake had a wierd texture to it but i didnt mind as much overall it was a great experience and i would definitely come back but i forgot to take photos

One Saturday for dinner, the soup at the buffet was lukewarm, the chicken seemed to be warming up. The waitress was very nice and we had excellent service. I dont think Ill go back, the Scores are getting expensive. A breast is $19 and if we add the buffet it s $6.50 more. I wanted to have just the buffet but it was $18.50 so I let it go. Its a beautiful restaurant and you have to dress warmly it was chilly. Its an ordinary restaurant, dont expect anything more.

The waiter was in a hurry because she was closing but I didnt know I felt myself being pushed out the door.

Not expensive, still plenty of choice and the salad bar isnt worse but the oranges (which clearly come from canes) tasted like wine. The waitress was friendly and good service.

We went there after an outing to Illumi and we had a lot of fun and almost had the restaurant to ourselves!!! Wheelchair accessibility: A suitable bathroom and it is very easy to move around the restaurant. THANKS

Usually a good place to order from, but with a 30-45 min scheduled window to receive delivery, after 1h of wait still nothing and when we called, we got all sort of excuses all that to find our order still didn t leave the restaurant for delivery. After asking the hostess to speak with someone in charge, the restaurant manager didn t bother to try to figure out a solution, and instead basically suggested that she ll cancel the order. Quite disappointing and would have expected a better level of customer service when they basically failed to provide the service. Stick to Uber eats and other such services, at least you know what to expect.

Good food, horrible service! We sat for over 10 minutes before someone came over and asked do you want anything other than water? Salad bar ran out of lettuce, and we didnt get silverware until 10 minutes after we served ourselves. Waitress came by 0 times to refill our drink. They make you feel as if you arent welcome. Its a shame, the food was very decent (minus the fries, which were soggy).

We missed the salad bar during the pandemic!! So glad it s back, even if the nacho cheese is way too watery and the watermelon isn t replaced quickly enough! Chicken is always a classic. The salmon is excellent. And the sweet potato fries are the best I ve had in a restaurant in a long time! Super crispy (they are very soft in a certain competitive chicken restaurant )

The meal was good but the service was very slow, we arrived at 6:45 a.m. and served at 7:20 a.m.

I still give 3 stars even if the waitress spoke to us informally at the beginning and I asked her to address us

Saturday June 17, 2023 / 6:00 p.m. This is the first time in my life that I havent tipped a waitress. An Ispanic waitress (So that she recognizes herself). I always tip a minimum of 30% to the waitress wherever I go. Apart from Mac Donald of course.!!! Very bad service, she even dared to raise her voice after us, because we were not satisfied. When we left the waitress shouted at my cousin next time there wont be a buffet, my cousin didnt have the buffet... There will never be a next time lol. (Change your job!!! You are not cut out to be in customer service.) The salad bar was meh, there wasnt much choice. My vegetables were cold and not cooked. Chicken fillets very bad and cold No bbq sauce (cold) available. Just honey and hot regular bbq sauce. She told us that we were not at McDonalds, raising her voice. We know, having known we should have gone to McDonalds, we would have eaten better. The childrens menu is disgusting. I brought back the leftovers for my two dogs. Because we didnt eat much. I had to pay to get a container...Its the worst Score restaurant Ive ever been to. If you want to eat at Score I highly recommend going to another franchise!!

Came here for a paint nite. Got here 1 hour earlier to eat but our food was not ready till after the activity started (1 hour later). We returned the food as it was too late and couldnt eat and paint at the same time. The waitress was upset and I understand it was not her fault.... I felt bad, but I didnt get to eat either so..... Then, someone at the event left without paying their drink and the manager seemed to want to make the event planner pay for it which she didnt. So the manager got upset and said he would not allow paint nite there anymore.

Booked a soccer team reservation here for 60 people. Lots of variety for dinner, servers were great and handled our large group very well! The chipotle burger is delicious. Some members of our group added the salad bar option and that had great options. Great locations be free parking!

The food is acceptable and the salad bar is a bit limited. The service is sometimes too fast, because there is no time to eat a soup between taking the order and service, especially since the salad bar is charged at $6.95. Big negative point, bring your Tupperware if you dont eat your entire meal, they charge $0.50 for a cardboard container. RIDICULOUS. Just for that I will think again before going back, because this establishment encourages food waste.

An excellent Scores, we go here all the time and the service is very good. A nice salad bar, good soups and what you expect at Scores!

Its not even good. I wanted to share my soup with my child and we were told that it was forbidden and that we had to pay. And you know what? We had some food left, so we wanted to take out and we were told its $0.50 for each plastic box. Never seen before!

Desert isint good used to be better the new brownie with coconut is not good i hope they bring back the other one

I liked the salad/ soup bar: the soup was great, and there was a pretty wide variety of salads. I had their favorite: Portuguese chicken: tender with the right amount of spices. Im definitely coming back !

Bad service and cold food

Clean place, good atmosphere, service is good and staff is friendly. Whats a shame is that everything is surplus they have to charge us for the spicy sauce, plus a surplus if we replace this, another surplus for that. I completely understand that they charge for the takeaway, but for the container of sauce which is supposed to come with charging a second surplus it ends up being a lot of surplus! So in the end, next time, if there is another time, we wont change anything and we will bring dishes from home.

We went to Scores on Saturday 10 days ago for dinner and it was an execrable experience. It s been a long time since we ve been there and I remembered why. It was the last time I went to Scores, that s for sure. My chicken fillets were wet and undercooked, my mothers chicken breast was undercooked and my girlfriends chicken thigh was overcooked. The mashed potatoes were tasteless and the rice was not edible. The waitress was as stupid as her feet. Plus they charge us 50 cents for a takeaway after paying a bill of over $100 for something that was worth $30. I hope this restaurant will change management team.

A bit ordinary compared to what I expected. Little explanation on the menu and poorly arranged table, but acceptable all the same. The food is a 0/10 and especially the service is a -10/10, they felt watched by one of the waitresses. Ultimately, we felt very awkward and uncomfortable.

The owner has no concept of customer service. Closing time at 9:00 p.m., he refused to serve us even though we showed up at 7:45 p.m., claiming that there was not much traffic, to his liking. With this idiotic way of running his business, I hope he loses all his loyal customers, of which I was one.

It says on Google that the place closes at 9:00 PM. We were a party of four and decided to eat at scores for my girlfriend s father s birthday dinner. We come in at around a quarter to 8:00 PM and were immediately told that the restaurant closes at 8:30 and that we ll need to leave at that time. We were also told that the salad bar closes in 20 minutes and that we d need to get whatever we needed at the salad bar before it closes. We were all uncomfortable and felt very rushed while ordering and eating. The waitress kept hovering around us so that she could pick up our empty plates as soon as possible. This is no way to treat paying costumers and I will not be returning to this Scores. On the food: My girlfriend s mother s brochette was burnt. My burger was dry. The fries were good. The food was okay, but it would ve been fine if the service was better. The sign in the front of the restaurant says free salad bar, but the salad bar is only free if you order chicken or ribs.
