Resto has a good Vibes ,The staff are friendly but the service is not great due to the delay in serving the food was not hot enough😌 . The burger 🍔 delicious 😋😋 but small in size Compared to other restaurants' prices and sizes. The salad delicious no complain A1 . The drinks ((cocktails)) 🍸 are good but needs to add a little alcohol , they taste more like juice.

I recently dined at Zibo Restaurant and was thoroughly impressed. The food was absolutely delicious—each dish was crafted with care and packed with flavor. What truly stood out, however, was the service. The staff were attentive, friendly, and made us feel right at home. If you’re looking for a dining experience where the food and service are both top-notch, I highly recommend it. It’s definitely worth a visit and perfect to bring a client for a business dinner.
Burger was delicious ,perfectly cooked. French fries were cold. Gnocchi au bolognese chicken and sausage was good .
came here for dinner and I am beyond disappointed. First of all, it took forever to get our entrees and when we did they were very bland. The main issue was the main meal. I ordered a steak sandwich and was met with something that resembled steak (probably roast beef) and the menu should have said pita bread and thick cheese with a side of “steak”, I had to order a side of poutine for how hungry I was and how distasteful the food was. The poutine was watery and the cheese was very cold, pretty much hard. You can quite literally see the other side of the table for how poorly filled the sandwich was. The waiter was very nice but service was very slow and the restaurant was not super full either. Not the waiters fault that the food was bad although I will not be returning here.
Mentionned ahead of time that I was vegan and they were really ready for my arrival ! Even tho they don’t really know the difference between vegan and vegetarian (she gave me a menu with cheese and fish saying I’d find something there ?!) another waitress took the time to tell me the ingredients list for all mains I was interested in. Ended up having the fettuccine on the regular menu but no feta cheese and it was amazing !!!! I was more than satisfied. Even tho there’s not a lot of vegan options, I’d gladly go back with colleagues to eat that meal again:)
Food and atmosphere ok. Service was good except that, when we asked for a table on the terrace, the girl at the reception told us to wait in the bar until she would let us know when the table was available. When a table became free, the girl called us on the cell phone to let us know, but since we couldn't answer, she gave the table to another client who had just arrived. We had to wait for another free table. If we were at the bar, a few meters from her, why didn't she tell us personally?
Big disappointment! Let me tell you, we arrived at 5 p.m. and we had a reservation with friends for 6:30 p.m. We asked if we could have a drink, by the way the restaurant was empty, I was told that the two hours would leave immediately, after discussion between the two hosts they end up saying that it is correct. Otherwise, it doesnt matter, well go elsewhere and come back at the scheduled time. We sit at our table and not long after that our friends arrive, I wont tell you the intensity of the service.... We ordered a beer as an aperitif, not yet a sip of the drink that we were asked for to order. I mention to him that we are going to have an aperitif and order afterwards, well I think the message is not getting through after three drinks and half beer and in the restaurant for barely 30 minutes we are going to order to have peace. Aperitif still not finished, he serves us the wine, finally we drank it without our meal which was really ordinary. I can understand the principle of moving the tables when the restaurant is packed, but yesterday it was empty, I find that a shame as a restaurateur, you have lost money, a reputation and caused a bad experience. We left to finish our evening in another restaurant next to ZIBO. I do not recommend it, very disappointing experience.

Good option for friends meet
We were an office group for a seating on a Wesnesday at noon. I ordered the Onion soup as appetizer. It was lukewarm, at best, and fairly brand tasting. For entree I had the beef burger with cheese and bacon. That was hot and tasty, quite delicious, but the side order of fries was disappointing. About 30% were stringy Julienne type, with the rest of the basket remains of the longer fries, just inch long ends and such. Overall, not impressed.
The Mariette Clermont team recently invited our staff for an end-of-year meal at the Zibo restaurant in Laval. What a great experience! The service, provided by Gabriel and his assistant Vincent, as well as Pierre Luc who came as reinforcement, was impeccable. The quality of the food and the variety of dishes lived up to our expectations. A big thank you to the whole team for this magnificent festive moment!

Very good waiter but waitress came to grab our jacket in the toilets because we were laughing in the toilets (we would have understood very well with a better attitude) I am outraged by the behavior of the waitress towards us since we is just young people but other than that very good service from the waiter! I just recommend not going to the toilet if you are in a large group!

We had to leave without having had the chance to have dessert, because there were only 10 minutes left before the end of our 2-hour reservation. the manager wanted us to respect HER law despite the fact that no one was waiting for our table and that the restaurant was not even at full capacity. We will never return to this place and do not recommend it plus, we were 4 people.

I was once for a corporate event and it was really good, our team loved it, but I have another event coming up quickly and no news! I called twice and told me the manager will contact me the same day but NO news... 3rd time I called I had to leave a voicemail message still NO news, I guess they dont want us worst service ever .... well look elsewhere I guess they dont want a corporate event...but dont even bother to inform us! very disappointing!

I got the oriental salad, it was delicious and a really big plate. The restaurant is beautiful inside and out with plants, bunch of lights and great scenery. The service was great he was kind, funny and bilingual. He was great! Overall, this is a great restaurant, recommended.

Beautiful place, but mediocre service and poor food ruined the experience. My expectations were never met when grilled salmon was pan-seared to the core, leaving it dry and devoid of juice. A scattering of quinoa filled barely a third of the dish, which was my only consolation. In spite of the waiters preoccupation, we were lucky to be served at all.
