I give 2 stars because we were a group and the manager did not respect her commitments. Twice in the evening the terms of the agreement changed. We lost benefits and paid more. We were forced to collaborate, because we had already made a deposit Very disappointed I wont go back

Please read their reservation policy. Otherwise, its going to cost you your ass... because the price of the full meal and the tip is charged extra for people who dont show up in the group.

My colleagues and I held a work rally there. We were a group of 80 people. Obviously, they were used to hosting such large groups, and the organization of the evening was made easier. They were able to advise us on the course of the evening and the entertainment. Service at the bar and tables was efficient. The food was excellent, and they paid special attention to those with allergies or dietary restrictions which was much appreciated. We had a great evening and will return in the future.

It was good, but nothing more. I think there are way too many decorations. It almost gives a headache.

I was very disappointed with this restaurant, I think you should change your way for group services, your concept is not functional. Cant charge $60 per person and you dont even offer an adequate quantity to satisfy a group.

My partner threw me a surprise party on Saturday October 5 in the V.I.P room at this location and it was more than perfect. The food is excellent and the service is awesome. Go for it without hesitation. A special thank you to Kim who gave great advice and supported my boyfriend in his efforts.

Very disappointed with the Pad Tai! What little chicken he had was dry. Dish with very little sauce and bland. The pasta was also dry. It looked like it was reheated. I hope you will do better for the next customers.

We were a group of 35 adults and around ten children. Everything was perfect, the food excellent, hot and tasty. We had the semi-private room. Beautiful atmosphere music and decor not to mention the staff Sam Elena and Merina were attentive, smiling and very professional a huge plus!! In short, we will come back for sure!

We rented a room for 15 people for my mothers 70th birthday. As she is easily insecure, I was looking for a quiet and intimate place where we could have fun as a family. We were delighted, everything was perfect! The food was delicious, the service was impeccable. The pace of the 5-course meal is quite slow, which is very pleasant for spending quality time between adults, I recommend less for young children under 6-7 years old. We ended the evening with karaoke, what fun! I highly recommend! Dietary restrictions: Despite the 5-course meal which was standard given that we were a group, a guest who was gluten intolerant was offered very nice alternatives.

Never had a chance to go there... In april I want to reserved the Kyiomy Room for a family party in august, let a 300$ deposit... 2 days later after made a poll with my family they ask me to do the party on the south shore of Montreal for convenience and proximity. I ask for a refund of my 300$ deposit they said no (told me to check the website, that there was a notification for that fraudulent policy) Its absolutely illegal... I tried to be super polite and comprehensive, and tell the owner that they have plenty of time to book the room since it was only in august, but they refuse!!! Try to negociate and give them 50$ for the work they did (the work consist of entering a date and send me a confirmation email) but they also refuse. Try to exchange the 300$ for gift certificate in their restaurant so they will still get my business and my money, but the refuse it also. Ive talk with the office de la protection du consommateur they confirm that its illegal, but they cannot do anything!!! So make sure before letting a deposit, that you are really going there... because you wont be able to change idea ;)

Very disappointing. The green curry didnt taste much and the crème brûlée was actually scrambled eggs, without much flavor. I absolutely do not recommend.

Not going back here again. Except for our server, who was super nice, it was very disappointing. Were told they have no vegan options, turns out theres a vegetarian/vegan menu. What?? Then, the lack of ingredient transparency couldve seriously harmed my friend (theyre allergic to mangoes & pineapples and looks like they put it in most of their meals). As for the food we could eat, I thought it was way too expensive for what it was...

The food lacked flavor with the exception of the tapas platter. The shrimp tasted like water and were clearly not grilled and way overcooked. There were 6 of us and all our dishes were disappointing, bland, overcooked, tasted damp, not fresh. The service was strange, not due to the waiters words but rather their absence. The meals on the childrens menu include a won-ton soup starter. Strangely, they served us their soups and their main meals at the same time and even more surprisingly, they served them all of this at the same time as us adults received our starters . Definitely a restaurant to avoid.

Being able to draw on Thai AND Korean cuisine makes this restaurant very interesting. Great service, tasty and fresh dishes, I went there twice with friends (the 2nd, my husband was with us) and each time, we were charmed. Special thanks to Michelle, our waitress, who was super attentive and attentive to our needs. Well done! We will come back again.

We chose the Kyomi private room for our wedding reception of 65 people and also hired DJ Stéfano referred by Ms. Kim. The food, atmosphere and staff met our expectations and the event went perfectly for all our guests and ourselves . My wife and I highly recommend Sukho Thai for a delicious dinner or a private event! The location is great, the decor very intimate and the quality of service is incomparable, particularly at unrivaled prices (for lower quality) for traditional reception rooms!

The value for money is not worth it.

Very disappointed with the experience And I realize that I should have read some reviews beforehand. Some foods were bland and tasteless. Time between services long. The portions were trickling in, stretching out our waiting time unnecessarily. The cocktails we ordered zerooooo.... We were in a group, the portions were calculated individually and insufficient for the experience. We left with a total bill for 2 people of $158 without the 15% tip strongly suggested on the bill. RESTAURANT TO STRONGLY AVOID

A beautiful place, an experience that met my expectations. We were a group of 8 and the whole service flowed easily, smoothly. Everyone found something to their liking, personally, I went with ease; the Pad Thai which was very very good, especially generous. My only criticism would come from the cocktails in general, which people found low in alcohol for the price, but that is easily fixed with an extra eleven, really cheap too. The crème brûlée was also literally... burnt! Hahaha. A good positive point, the team was very friendly, and they even took the time to show us around the facilities, its definitely a place for a birthday party with groups. We get away with a price that remains really reasonable. A new reference. Vegetarian options: Several vegetarian options. Parking: Very close to a direct entrance to the Centropolis parking lot. Kid-friendliness: An accessible menu for children.

This place has a nice ambiance, the pad thai is good but overall it s really pricey for what it is.

We went to Sukhothai to celebrate my husbands 40th birthday. The guests really liked the atmosphere, the service from the team as well as the food. Several of them told me that they were thinking of coming back to introduce other people to the restaurant. It was a beautiful moment and the evening even exceeded my expectations. I recommend Sukothaï to everyone! It s a must-see in Centropolis!

We held a private event (~25 people) at Sukho Thai and had the VIP group menu. It was a great experience all around. The service was A1, the venue is nicely decorated, they set up karaoke for us, which was pleasantly fun. The food menu was fairly diverse and good, especially the fried calamari. Kids had their own menu. Our family greatly appreciated our celebration and Sukho Thai was the best place we could have hoped for! Would host other events there and warmly recommend them. Thank you!

We were there for a 30th birthday party, there were around twenty of us in the VIP room. We had a memorable evening. The atmosphere was intimate and perfect for our group of friends. The service was impeccable and the food delicious. An ideal place for a successful dinner with friends! Beautiful evening, we rented the private VIP room with Karaoke and Photo Booth for my brothers 50th and it was a great success. The food was excellent, choice for gluten-free and vegan, there was something for everyone. Karaoke is a must at this place, people got on board and we really had fun. I recommend this place! We will return there for sure!

I booked the Kiyomi room on a Friday evening for a birthday and we all had a great evening!! Im really happy with how everything went, Kim, Thierry and the whole team provided exemplary service! I highly recommend!

We got there around 6 got a table for me my husband and 9 year old . Although it was on the quiet side took a while for the waiter to come but he was very nice. My daughter got her meal , chicken nuggets where good only had 2 small Ones the rice was mixed with wild rice wich was hard and had eggs. Wontong soup was great she asked for seconds! But the most dissapointing was that we had to wait for more than 25 minutes for our food! I took the duck noodles duck was on the drie side, veggies where crunchy but drenched in oil . Not empressed for the price . Would not go back .

I celebrated my partners 30th birthday in the K-pop room last Saturday, April 27 and we LOVED Cindys service. Very courteous, attentive and kind! I took the KARAOKE option which is a plus. My guests really appreciated the concept. I went back and I recommend 100% My favorite dish was the Singapore noodles.

This is a none authentic thai food restaurant. Its okay to satisfy a craving but nothing more. Basic flavours and slightly overpriced.

Terrible experience. Prices that were discussed when we reserved, were somehow different when we received our bills (we had a group of 15 people). The manager, who was not even on site, clearly hadn t advised her staff of how the bills for our group were supposed to be spread, and of the amount of time we had for karaoke. Cool venue for a karaoke party. The food is exquisite. I especially loved the little wonton soup hors doeuvre. Its a bit pricey, but everything is these days. Service was very courteous and friendly. Be careful with boxes of donuts at the reception, please. Gives an off putting feel against the rest of the gorgeous decor. All in all, its a great restaurant.

It s my first time at the restaurant. We came here for networking event. The ambiance is fabulous. The food is delicious the prices affordable. I had the pad Thai with chicken and finished the plate. This is a great place to reserve for your events.

Didnt have the chance to try it as I was extremely turned off by the lack of professionalism and call follow-up for reservation. They called me 1 day before my asking reservation date when I called a week prior. They should provide an exclusive number to call for reservation or train their staff to confirm and take reservations. It will prevent them to not return calls and trying to catch it up a week later.

I liked the atmosphere. The kids menu was great and they brought it really fast for our kid that was very thoughtful. The mango salad, wonton soup, cocktails and main plate were perfect. The only negative point was the reservation. I had reserved a table online a few days ago and I mentioned that we would need a high chair but when we arrived neither of those were ready. I certainly recommend this restaurant and will come back again.

Definitely my favorite restaurant in Centrepolis. A modern and relaxed atmosphere, a marriage and range of extraordinary flavors. Very courteous, professional service. We were at Sukho Thai for a 40th birthday. We had the small private room. Excellent communication with manager Kim. The food was abundant and delicious for $60 (group menu). The service was good, waitress friendly, but nothing more. I recommend Thai sukho for a festive event. The only downside is: the lack of space on the tables. In addition, I advise you to arrive early to enjoy the evening, because you can feel rushed at the end of the evening. In addition, ensure the EXACT number of guests because you may have a little surprise in terms of costs .

Very disappointing experience. We had a group reservation in a private room with karaoke option. First, it was my worst karaoke experience: the sound was poor and the computer kept freezing. Then, regarding the food, the sharing dishes did not even allow each person at the table to obtain an acceptable quantity of food. For example, we had to share 5 bok Choi between 11 people or four pieces of carrot for 11 people. Then, we received a small bowl at the table in which there was a small breaded shrimp per person!! Is this a prank? This is not acceptable. I believe that paying $60 per person plus tax for a five-course meal deserves greater respect from customers, especially since it is not really a 5-course meal given the quantity offered in each dish. Between each course, no server circulated at the tables. Then, at the end of the services, we had to get up from the table to go and pour ourselves coffee at the bar. Since when has coffee not been served at tables? In short: very slow service, absent servers, rationed food, mediocre karaoke experience and very disappointing value for money.

We were a group of around 50 people. I think there are 4 rooms and they were all busy that evening. The 3 servers were super friendly and available. The food was excellent. We had the $60 VIP menu to share. Indeed, the tapas starters were portioned each but there were 5 . And after receiving the mango avocado salad and more, a good soup and the 4 main meals to share: chicken fried rice which was delicious, chicken padthai and tofu which was so good, salmon and vegetables and filet mignon, we were all very full. There were 11 people at our table and we ate more than we were hungry !!! Atmosphere ; well decorated room and its a karaoke evening , so in my opinion its up to the group to create the atmosphere by singing... but the waiters still found little activities for the children present to keep them busy . I recommend this restaurant!!!!

Its not the same sukho thaibin Toronto, but surprisingly the food taste was good. Its just the prices were a bit rich for my taste but the decor and ambiance was good as well. I gave it 3 stars cos the price could have been a little less in my opinion.

WOW such a wonderful experience!! I asked for their Korean menu (Kiyomi menu), and the variety is outstanding. The egg rolls and salmon tartare are a great choice for appetizers and the bibimbap and Korean tacos are a MUST. I will definitely come back and try the many other things. I recommend it 100%

I went to Sucko Thai to celebrate my birthday with my girlfriend. We were welcomed as soon as we arrived and assigned a seat as we wanted. Our server was Chad. Excellent service 20/20. He advised me on the food and drink menu. Everything was perfect. Delicious food and service that exceeded my expectations. They even brought us the singing robot cat! It was a memorable experience. Thanks for everything!!

Just horrible.!!! The waitress was alone, there were 12 of us. We have 3 HAIR IN THE 3 main departments. The manager offered quite insulting shots thank you! Never again! A bill for $137! Just poor waitress for having experienced this. In addition, there was a lot of noise from our group.

I had a great experience at Sukho Thai. Although it was a bit crowded and loud, the tapas were great. Our waitress Vivianne was amazing and very attentive. 10/10 would go back.

Wafa did an amazing job at doing the service. So friendly and kind, she would always check up on us and made sure we had everything we needed. The food tasted amazing and the portions were really good! We loved the variety of choices of food they had to offer.

We had my daughters 15th birthday at the Kiyomi private room at Sukho Thai (45 guests). I dont even know how to start with the many good things that happened that night. First, Kim and Truc were very helpful in explaining how all worked, pricing for add-ons (like Karaoke and Photobooth). Truc gave me a walk around the space and showed me the equipment available, we discuss the menu, etc. A very clear contract was signed. Second, decoration was spot on, my daughter was super happy with the delicate touches they added. They made available extra tables for gifts and our Candy bar. Third, the night went smoothly due to Terry, Zoe and the second girl (I am really sorry I forgot your name). Terry ran the evening, making sure I knew what was happening. He went above and beyond to understand my guests allergies and food restrictions. My guests were relieved to be able to eat without worries. The kids had their own menu and all the teenagers (and adults) loved the mocktail bar making drink after drink without loosing the quality. The coupons tactic put me on control of expenses. A full bar was also available to adults. Fourth: THE FOOD!!!!! 5 services one better than the other. Quantity was more than enough, all my guests eat in abundance (and Terry made sure my son had some fried rice leftover ;) ) Fifth: entertainment. Everyone danced (we made the playlist and equipment was very ease to navigate), everyone had fun with the karaoke (lots of music to choose from). The photobooth was a blast and I had the pictures on the next day. Adults had a night of fun as we havent had in a long time Teenagers (specially my daughter) and kids had a night to remember. Truly a wonderful experience for a first time that will certainly not be the last! The atmosphere is family chic, very pretty restaurant and the team is just exceptional. Great place but the staff didnt know what the word Vegan meant. They brought me a gluten-free plate and I inadvertently ate salmon. I then mentioned to the waiter that I was Vegan and he told me that I could eat the salad (it had mayonnaise or dairy products on it). As for my non-vegan colleagues, they really liked it, which is why I give it 4 stars!

Bad service. Server never came to take care of us, we were the only table in the place.

Servive was TERRIBLE!!! NOT GOING BACK AND NOT RECOMMANDED. We were the only people at the restaurant by 8:30pm and yet our food only came at 9:40pm. No one greeted us at the door to sit, We had to run after the waiter for the menu after sitting for 15 mins and no one was coming to us. When it was time to pay, we had to get up to the front desk to ask for our bill.

I wouldnt even go back for free. The Service: After sitting for about 20 minutes, we were able to get the attention of our waiter for some menus & water. That kind of delay is more than fine if the place is busy, but it was not. It was 2 hours from closing, the place was completely dead and we were actually the last table of the night. If you want to recreate the vibe in your mind, think of the scene in the Godfather where Michael shoots Sollozzo and McClusky in the empty restaurant, just add some kitschy decorations and some yuppie-friendly, royalty-free dance music. We ordered around 8:30 PM, our waiter asked what we wanted with so much boredom in his voice, not quite with contempt, but in such a way that made it clear that we were his lowest priority and highest source of inconvenience. Guy ignores us completely for a half hour but yes, were the problem. This happened to be the last time any of us had a full water glass. Our waiter wasn t seen again until 9:22 PM (52 minutes later) when the food comes out, after which he disappeared again to serve the zero other tables he had. Finally, around 9:58PM, with bone-dry water glasses on our table, we ask a random person for the bill. This random person was nice, not sure what her job was but she actually had a personality and was pleasant to us. It was extremely refreshing to talk to someone who was not a dead-eyed misanthrope. Our shaggy-haired dude comes back and is somehow surprised at how low were tipping, sarcastically wishing us a nice evening, completely oblivious to how bad he was at his job tonight. What do I usually tip? My entire life Ive tipped 20%, 25%, 30% depending on how it goes, but tonight was the first time I ever tipped 0%. This guy was salty, surly, did the absolute minimum for us and did it poorly. If anything I should have tipped the friend I was with for getting the menus and single glass of water accomplished. For the absolute minimum I cant help but tip the absolute minimum. The Food: Easy to do at home, just order Thai Express, dump it on a plate and burn a ten-dollar bill. Portions were almost abnormally large, possibly to make up for the food being average at best.

Loved the ambiance, the decor and creative space in the restaurant. Its very appealing to my artistic style. We went for dinner on a Sunday, it took forever to get our food and the waitress hardly came by to check on us. The chef sent us some very yummy rolls to apologize and the waitress explained that they didnt expect so many people at the time. Lots of food choices between a Thai and Korean menu. Vegetarian options: They have a whole menu for Vegetarians. Parking: Its located in Centropolis in Laval so parking is free and easy. Kid-friendliness: The kid menu was delicious with free dessert. Wheelchair accessibility: They have two entrances, the main entrance is wheelchair accessible.

The service was impeccable! The food is very good. The hostess placed us at a bench next to a beautiful water fountain. The decorations are very beautiful for photos and it gives a beautiful atmosphere.

I came to Sukhothai wanting to book a private room to celebrate my birthday. I complied with everything they asked for, meaning having enough people for the room and as well as letting them know necessary information. First red flag, our server was mediocre at best. Making me, the host and the birthday girl, do his job! Example. He would signal us to put down the food FOR HIM. Secondly, he was very rude to my guests and as well to me. Third of all, the server basically harassed me about tipping and trying to cover up his harassment with explaining the principle of tipping. The main problem is with the Owner of the establishment. She is extremely horrible at communication and will never admit that she is in the wrong. Not only that, they basically embarrassed me in front of all of my friends when it came to payment for the food. She basically blamed me for HER being incapable of mentioning a contract which was necessary for the room, which mind you, I was never made aware of. In conclusion, if you don t want to spend basically 200$ on terrible service and horrendous management, go somewhere else.

The karaoke is very disturbing and breaks the ambiance of the restaurant. Very slow service over 2h30 to receive a meal.

We had the dish to share (large starter to share) and each a drink. It was perfect for us because we werent very hungry and didnt want to stuff ourselves. Its not filling like a meal, but if you just want a little bite to eat its good! Or if you want an extra meal, go for it It was good! I would take it again without hesitation! And the atmosphere was great and different I think

We plannned a last minute family event planned for September 16th, the staff helped us made it a successful event. The reservation process was smooth. The night of the even the decorations were ready for us and it was even more than we expected. The food was great and portions very good. Chad and Selena were outstanding with their service, it made the night for everyone even better. Definitely a place recommended for a happy hour, dinner and definitely for a group event.

Without a doubt the worst event organization experience I have had. I do not recommend renting a room to anyone who cares about having a pleasant customer experience. The manager works for her pockets only and will under no circumstances prioritize her client. I will spare the many problematic details that she caused me because we would never end it, but basically I was changed rooms 3 times despite my deposit, she promises me things that she does NOT RESPECT, but against us we must ABSOLUTELY respect her contract, she repeats it to us enough!! She makes us pay top dollar on top of that. But she, UNABLE to respect her part of the contract. Despite several attempts to get along, she doesnt give a damn and she made that clear to me. Its staff is friendly and offers good service. Too bad, because it ruins the potential of its establishment.

New chef, new menu. You removed the lotus salad which was one of the best. Since your change of chef, I have been disappointed and I do not intend to return there. Instead of buying a food processor, you should review the quality of your food...the peanut chicken was dry, and personally, the sauce was more like crunchy peanut butter but without any taste.

Worst Thai food.

I was part of a wedding reception, and our menu was tapas and sharing dishes. A delight from start to finish, not to mention the excellent service. We always had carafes of cold water at our disposal and someone came to serve me wine on two occasions. We will return there in another context, thats for sure!

A star for the atmosphère. Terrible service and food just okay. We came in around 9pm, finished our entree and drink around 9:45pm yet our main dish didn t arrive yet. We asked the server, it seems like they forgot our order. When our plate arrived, almost 10 mins after another server came asking if she can take the plate while we re still eating. It wasn t a very nice experience.

We celebrated a 50th birthday at Sukho Thai and had a great evening. The room is very well designed for a group of 40 to 60 people, there are screens in several places where we could see the montage of souvenir photos of the birthday girl that we had prepared as well as the photos taken with the Photo booth that was offered with the room, it is recommended it is fun to see the photos of the people present at the party paraded on the screens. Take note that the next day the manager sent us the Dropbox link to access all the photos from the Photo booth as souvenirs! Also we had fun with the Karaoke system which is available....easy to use system.. For the 5-course meal, the tapas were excellent as well as the Wong tong soup and salad (homemade vinaigrette was excellent!) We had chosen for the 3 main meals: Filet and mignon, salmon bok choi and peanut chicken with spinach. The dishes were all excellent but the only negative comments I received from the group was the quantity of the dishes...given that it was a gourmet meal to share, several people mentioned to me that it was Was of value that the quantities were not larger otherwise everything would have been perfect! I highly recommend Sukho Thai to organize your party....I will go back there for dinner as a couple without hesitation, the food is excellent!!

I absolutely love this place. The food is just so good and the atmosphere of the decor and how spacious the restaurant is makes everything that much more enjoyable. My favorite dishes were the vegan dumpling soup and the creme brule for dessert. But what really takes the cake is the service. Amazing staff. Special mention to our waiter Nadim, who went above and beyond. We got hooked and went back again in the same week. Highly recommend.

We celebrated a law graduate in October and it was a wonderful success. We had booked the VIP room with its VIP menu and it was simply a treat. The starters were succulent and exceptional as was the rest of the meal. Quantity and quality 6/5! We even brought back some small dishes. The waitress assigned to our group was patient and efficient, always with a smile. The owner, manager, Kim came to make sure everything was to our satisfaction at the end of the evening and it was herself and her charming little daughter who welcomed us. The piano served well, as we had professionals with us, but the karaoke was all the rage throughout the evening. The decor, WoW! There were 30 of us, it was a little crowded, but warm, it s the maximum capacity. You need to carefully prepare the number of people per table, as this can be an issue. It was very well signposted. Read all the well-written information carefully and get ready to have an unforgettable evening! I cant wait to go back and Im telling all my friends about it. Thanks again to the team and Kim for this fabulous evening

I reserved the VIP room at Sukho Thai on June 23, 2023 for my partners party, we were 20 people. The service we received was extremely slow and poor. When we arrived, there was no one to help us in the room. We had to search the restaurant for someone to come. We only had one waitress, ordering the cocktails took 40 minutes and receiving them took another hour. In the contract I signed, it was asked to mention our allergies, which I did. I am deathly allergic to peanuts. I even specified not to serve peanuts at all in our dining room and to change the peanut sauce for soy sauce. They confirmed to me that it would be done and that there was no problem. They still served peanut sauce to the entire table, which could have been very dangerous for me. I did well to check it all the same before eating it. We paid for the table dhôte at $60 per person and never received our desserts. We asked for them, but the service was too long so the guests started leaving. We were charged $100 too much for a bottle of alcohol. On several occasions I had to go downstairs to get staff since, among other things, we did not have any glasses or ice cream with our bottle purchase. I also had to go down to ask them to come and refill our water glasses. When I spoke to the owner the next day to explain everything, she checked the cameras and told me that the service I received was unacceptable and that her employees were, in fact, sitting downstairs on their cell phone instead of serving us. There was no one else in the restaurant besides our group. We agreed that I would get a $100 gift card from the restaurant to compensate for all these mistakes since she refused to reimburse me for the money that had been overcharged. Now that I try to get my gift card, the owner tells me that she wants written proof since she doesnt remember it. However, she had told me that she would leave my gift card in my name at the hostess table. This was not done. I am very disappointed with the lack of honesty of the owner (Ms. Kim) and will never return to this restaurant again. I advise you to keep written proof of all conversations you have with them if you ever decide to reserve a room in their restaurant, but I highly recommend going elsewhere. Dietary restrictions: They served peanuts to our entire table despite our repetitive mentions of our allergies.

We organized a Christmas party for a group of 60 people from work. We had a magnificent private room with projectors, Photo Booth , private bar service, sound system. The food was very good, the whole group really enjoyed it. The room was great, and the staff had decorated everything. I would like to thank the staff members; Wafa, Billy, Mac and Zoe. Vegetarian options: More personalized meals for vegetarians on request. Dietary restrictions: The restaurant has organized meals for employees with gluten intolerance and for vegetarians. Wheelchair accessibility: We had an employee in a wheelchair. Our room was on the first floor, it was possible for the employee to move around and also go to the toilet from outside. But take note that not all rooms are wheelchair accessible.

We reserved a room adjacent to the main restaurant for our work group. The service was great, the ambiance number one and the food really delicious!! I really recommend it for Christmas dinners for large groups, their formula is perfect. The only point to improve is the payment... We waited in line for a time that seemed interminable... I started counting the time when there were 4 people left before me in the line and that worked. took 35 minutes. Implausible you might say, Im still perplexed by it.

Second time there for Xmas party. First time in December 2022, it was a blast; excellent food in quality and quantity. But this December 2023, disappointing experience: food was not great, lacks taste and limited quantity, we could not take more than 1 entrée per person if we dare taking we had to put it back athe servers will tell u bluntly u could not take more than 1! it was also freaking cold...couldnt wait to have a warm coffee to warm.up . ..however had to wait until the end of the evening... The decor of restaurant is fancy though.

We had our Christmas party there, 27 people in a private room upstairs. Worst service ever received!!! Our server, Thierry, said he wanted to give us a great evening no drinks ordered before the whole group arrived, no drinks received before the main meal: we had 4 course starters of tapas, soup, salad then main meal...we had almost finished our meal when the bottle of wine arrived, forgetting a 2nd course of drinks...carafes of water always empty, mix-ups in all the bills, some people waited 20 minutes before being able to pay...and in addition he added 15% to all our bills straight away without us being informed that this was obligatory...we had requested and paid for karaoke, finished the meal at 9:30 p.m., when we ask for karaoke, not installed and we are told that it ends at 10 p.m.!!! We had to demand to have the full hour we had paid for Luckily the food was good... but I dont think Ill ever go back or refer people there... too bad... but when you pay $150 for a dinner, you expect a minimum of service
