I ordered and its not at all what I wanted (it was terrible) and the order cost $72 with $20 delivery for very little, I would like a refund.

The service is very slow, we had to ask each time we wanted water, the waitress gave us 7 plates but there were 8 of us, the food was still good. I give 3.5 out of 5

The most tasteless pitas I have ever eaten are in Lahmacun and Iskender and it is not reasonable that such a tasteless product should be sold at such a high price. They said they would serve tea. They waited 5 minutes. Ive been waiting for 20 minutes. This was not a product that deserved 1 point. The best product is closed. Ayran and cola closed.

I came to eat yesterday, it was catastrophic... 1 hour of waiting for service, while people came after us and we were served before us, there were 2 of us and 5 of them.. All this to serve cold dishes! The icing on the cake, they brought me rotten mold mayo. I let them know and they tried to make me believe that it wasnt mayo, that it was a green piece, it was a piece of salad. Well never again

During our first visit to the Anatolia restaurant, we were seduced by the warm atmosphere and the original decor highlighting Turkish culture. The menu was varied, with a particular emphasis on grills and meats, especially kebabs and doner kebab, which stood out for their diversity and taste. Very poor service this Thursday at 3 p.m. We took our table but no one came to see. I had to go to the counter to ask for a menu. People were still waiting to come see us but nothing happened. Very welcoming and friendly staff. We bought 2 trios to take away. Chicken shawarma and chicken skewers. The grilled chicken skewer sandwich is sooo good. Maybe the price of the trio is a little expensive but I dont regret it. It filled me up without stuffing me and it lived up to my taste expectations.

worst restaurant ive been to. the food is okay, but the service is the worst ive ever experienced. even after bringing this to their attention, the staff told us that they already know their service isnt the best. it took us 30min before receiving the menu, and whenever we needed the waiters, they would ignore us until we went to look for them.

the employers are very welcoming and kind. The atmosphere is rare to find elsewhere. Therefore, I really recommend it, the food is a real delight.

Honestly its not worth the price, 25 balls for chicken skewers, very little rice and meat. The prices are increasing, but the quality is not there. Before it was good, but now its rubbish.

Food was mediocre, ordered beef shawarma they gave us chicken instead without telling us because supposedly they didnt have any supposedly. Ordered hot tea and lo and behold, they said they didnt have any hot tea. The waiter was nice and apologetic but it seems that the owner didnt care. We should have left once we saw plastic chairs used to seat customers. At 40 dollars a plate, what a disappointment.

The dishes are delicious but they become less generous and too economical. Even tea is no longer offered.

I just ordered the Adana sandwich, a lamb and beef kebab and it was absolutely delicious. It was flavourful and spicy. Will definitely order again.

The food is excellent, the portions very generous and the service fast. The servers are dynamic and super friendly. I love this place! And tea is offered.

They have become less generous and too economical, the quantities are small and the quality of the meat is poor and when I asked for a glass of tea, he told me that there was no more.

We ordered 2 beef Iskender meals. The portion was lesser than what regular turkish restaurants serve. Lesser than any other Iskender meal you usually get. The sauce, bread and yoghurt were standard. But when it comes to the beef, it couldn t have been worse. It was definitely old meat, probably from the day before or even older. I would definitely not recommend Iskender at this place

I went to eat with my family but almost ended up in the hospital due to food poisoning. Im sure its because of their meat because I took the mixed plate.

They treat customers like idiots, last week we made a reservation for Iftar and we were served after an hour of waiting and on top of that the meat was all raw, the service was mediocre and organization was poor, and something else happened with customers was on the table next to ours: the customers had a baby of 1 and a half years I think, and the little one vomited on the floor, the mother reported the incident and to get an idea of how the Turkish people take care of their customers, they explained that it is the babys mother who must clean up the mess on her babys floor and they bring paper to do the cleaning, all the customers present this evening were surprised by their warm welcome. Personally, I would never set foot in their house again, they are scammers, thieves (a small bowl of tasteless soup half filled 100ml for $10). It doesnt even deserve a single star

Worst experience ever. Went there with the family today. First the waitress make us change table, then she comes 10 min later to take order. She takes order for 4 people without writing anything. She validates the order by repeating the wrong dishes, I correct her. She comes back after 10 min with a pen this time and asks for the order again and writes it down. In the meantime, the new clients are served. When I ask her after an hour she says they threw the paper and did not prepare the order. 10 min later still nothing. We decided to leave and when telling the lady at the cash she does not even apologise only says she knows. Note that in all this wait nothing was put on the table and we had to request water 3 times before they brought it. Really disappointed.

Everyone needs to be careful Me and my husband had a really bad stomach ache and vomited because of food poisoning. I took the mixed plate. We have to stop playing with peoples health, we travel far away and we pay money to get sick. Stop giving poison to customers.

The food was delicious!!!! I strongly recommend that you take the large platter for ten, in fact, very interesting for eating there as a family!!! There is everything on the platter: meat, bread and vegetables. Delicious flavors and a meat and bread that melts in your mouth, I highly recommend. Their pizza is fresh, hot and a little spicy. In addition, they offer you Turkish tea as well as coffee for dessert towards the end!!!!!

We walked in at 19:53 and weren t acknowledged for at least twenty minutes. We asked for water for 30 minutes until we got up and got a pitcher on our own. Not only we waited an hour for our order to be taken but everything we wanted, the kitchen was out. Mind you they close at 21:30. I understand it s Boxing Day but parties of 12 were being served even as we were leaving. I didn t want to think we got the service we received bc all of the other patrons are non-black but it really felt that way. The food we did receive was tasty. Their bulgur was some of the best I ve ever had and the lamb skewer was well seasoned. Sadly the waiter dropped our fries on the table and set the utensils directly upon the table (after we had to ask for them once our food arrive). It didn t feel like anyone cared that the service was subpar. Won t be going back. Won t be recommending friends either.

So first off, there was some effort with the decor. The menu was decent enough, but despite the server taking our order correctly, the food that was brought to us wasnt what we had ordered exactly. The food was good. We were sat near the entrance and it was cold despite the double doors. Not sure well be going again, but perhaps.

Amazingly tasty food while service needs improvement. I ordered take out 2 hours before arrival but it wasn t ready and then one item was missing which they provided next day along with an additional item at no extra cost.

I would give only 0 star was extremlly sloww, we went around 3pm was not busy only 2 table were occupied .. it took 15 mintute before somone came to our table .. we had to wait for every thing at least 10mnt to 15 for every thing .. we ask for extra bread the server came with cold bread.. we had kunafah with tea. The server brought tea first by the time we got kunafa tea wad cold and kunafah was cold as well which is supposed to be serve fresh and hot with extra sugar syrup..kunafah was dried and not enough syrup on it. Every one seemed tired even slow even though the restaurent was empty. So think 100time before spending your money and your time.

A clean and caring business. We tried it for the first time and would love to go again. A restaurant where we find the flavors we miss. Especially the lahmacun is crunchy :) Their meat is also very delicious. Their service is very elegant and attentive. For dessert, I can say that künefe is the most delicious taste you can find in this area.

I didnt like the food

Even if the place is not very beautiful, the food is very good. The service leaves something to be desired...I ask him for another glass of tea, he tells me there is no more!!!!! Weird...he couldnt put a tea bag back in a glass????

The first time we were there, they brought us the wrong dish and told us we picked that and argued with us. We gave them another chance, but that time they completely forgot one of our main dishes. No one asked us if everything was alright or anything else, and just avoided eye contact while I was waiting there without my food. And the place was not even that crowded. When we decided to go and told them I never got my food while paying the bill, they told us they forgot 5 other costumers foods as well...

They started by forgetting one of the two meals we ordered. When we finally received the chicken doner plate, the chicken pieces were raw. They told us that it was too late to serve us another plate and that the chicken was raw, because we had ordered shortly (1 hour) before the restaurant closed. The cashier also said we should have ordered skewers and they would have been cooked. Terrible service, horrible quality, dirty restaurant.
