Look no further for your next best slice!! Dean aka ProfessorZaa has landed in Leamington as new owner. He creates and serves up some of the best zaa in the county and my family is truly obsessed. He and his pizzas are the best & we'll head to Leamington for his creations all day long! Stopped by for a panzerotti and ended up having a seriously great meal. It was awesome—crispy on the outside and packed with gooey cheese and flavorful fillings. The shredded pepperoni, bacon, and mushrooms were spot on, and the sauce really tied it all together. I think I’ve found my new favorite pizza place.
Edit: I just got a call from the owner, who was very apologetic, and took care of things right away! I am blown away by the exceptional customer service I just received.... Just for this, we will give Armando's another try at some point!! Thanks Sean! We ordered 2 deep dish pizzas and an order of garlic knots. We've never had their deep dish pizza before, and I can honestly say, we'll never have it again. The bottoms of the pizzas were mushy, and the pepperoni one tasted burnt. For $90, you'd expect exceptional pizza. I've had better deep dish from a big box corporation... Disappointed.
Take out… So disappointed in my experience today. I had my granddaughter place an order at 4:05 pm. She clarified to be delivered. The order taker asked for the address then she said it would be here in 45 minutes. An hour and 10 minutes later I called to see if the order was out for delivery. The young lady said we weren’t sure if you wanted that delivered or not. Really? Why didn’t you call? We can bring it right over now. I asked how long it had been sitting there already. She had more excuses than anyone I-have ever heard from a business. Then she was sorry they just got busy! My grandson had to be at soccer in Kingsville for 5:30 with not having eaten but they could credit my account for a future order. Bahaha. Like I’ll ever order there again! Like I told her if you can’t run a business, then don’t run a business!
First time trying Armando’s pizza Leamington since Professor Zaaa took over and it did NOT disappoint. Went with an old favourite, the new pepperoni paradise and a panzerotti! No skimping on toppings AT ALL, cooked just the way we like and absolutely delicious. So glad he opened back up and hands down, makes the best pizza around. Added bonus is how literally simple it is to order on line and just pick up! There are so many options to add or change but it is so simple to maneuver on line! Thx for great tasting pizza that is so worth every penny you pay! (And it isn’t a lot!). Delish
Tried Professor Zaaa’s new pizza offerings at Armando’s and wasn’t disappointed. Well executed pizzas with great toppings and flavours. Some unique offerings and pickles on a pizza were surprisingly tasty. Overall everything was good and would recommend. Ate inside. Tables were spaced out but set up a little weird. There was little space between my chair and the person behind me. Food was AWESOME! I ordered the Detroit deep dish and was the best pizza I’ve had in a long time. Well done! Service was really good!
Food was good but service was slow. Server seemed more occupied with personal business than looking after the few customers that were seated. EDIT: second visit was more impressive. Faster service, better food. Californian flatbread from their lunch menu was tasty.

I remember these guys on 77 Highway by the Fairgrounds pizza was ok but i ordered a pizza today what a big improvement big difference from the old.place ..Ill be ordering again alot more The other pizza places in Leamington dont match the Quality of ingredients they provide on their pizza s great job
Tried the PBR (pickle bacon rancher) WOW!!! Sooo good and HUGE. Husband had the panzerotti he said it was really good! We will be back! Great job

Such lovely people! The owner went out of their way to accommodate my late order, which made me feel truly cared for. It might sound surprising for just a restaurant, but there was something special about their hospitality; it felt genuine. And let me tell you about the pizza it was absolutely divine! The flavors were so authentic, and the veggies were cooked to perfection. Thank you! Will be ordering again tonight!

Terrible food . Dried out chicken parm. Obviously completely deep fried in a French fry fryer. Disappointing to say the least. Would never recommend ordering food from them again .

Just had their BBQ chicken pizza. It was delicious. I will certainly be ordering it again.
Had a couple issues. 1. The directions were to the closed location. 2. The pepperoni isnt even pepperoni, its beef. The pepperoni is also cut up. How do you ruin a pepperoni pizza?
Excellent, the staff is very attentive, they give you good bivra, I recommend them.
Ive tasted several pizzas and this was one was definitely on the meh side. Sauce was good and well done just how we like it but the pepperoni was sliced into thin pieces ( Ive never seen that before) and the mushrooms were from a CAN!.. You can so tell the difference. Not your typical authentic pizza taste at all. Maybe they have better food options on the menu, the pizza was just meh.

Being a local, and a foodie, i have to say, this is probably one of the best restaurants in Leamington for dine in, in my opinion. Sure, it may be slightly smaller and quieter atmosphere (which i love), but the quality is in the food. Absolutely delicious. From Broasted chicken to their pizzas, Im quite impressed. Thank you

Terrible service
I was trying to take my mom out for a nice lunch. I definitely had higher expectations from this place. The food was whatever but the customer service is terrible here. The waitress was so disrespectful and she had such a bad attitude. I had to ask for the bill and leave because I wasn t having it. I wouldn t recommend this place to anyone.
Wings & pizza were great. All 8 of us enjoyed every last slice. Service excellent.
Our server was very good as she got our beverage orders as we sat down at the table. She gave us time to get settled then took our orders and took them to the kitchen. Food was served piping hot and there was plenty of food to fill us up. Two of us had ordered to take home from the restaurant and again, our waitress made sure they were ready when we were ready to leave. All five of us enjoyed the dining experience.

Im a truck driver in this pandemic time we truck driver have no time to go home I was in Kingsville on picking up load I order pasta (Penne Portobello) and chicken Chicken was ok but pasta was so dry no sauce at all Just boiled pasta and nothing I wish i could give you 0 star

Waiting 1.5 hours for delivery and still not came. Only got driver on road will be there shortly 20 mins ago, called back was told shortly. Had to cancel and go-to mcdonalds as kids couldnt wait any longer. First and last time ordering

Im sorry when I expect to go out and have a good meal I didnt expect to be there for two hours. Our appetizers took 40 minutes to come out. We had to ask when we were getting our salads that came with no dressing on it . Then our pasta came and we were still trying to eat our salad . Meanwhile we were ask several times do you want containers for our appetizers that finally came at the end of our meal. The hole meal took forever to get people were seated after us and were finished before us and gone. Not sure if I could do that again.
Stopped in and being a vegetarian asked for custom pizza. WOW it was amazing. Loaded with tons of vegetables. Didnt skip on anything. Waitresses were great also.

Went for dinner there tonight with our family. The restaurant has a nice ambience, very clean, and family friendly. The staff was friendly and polite, and even though my meal came out a few minutes after everyone elses at my table I didnt mind because they were apologetic. I ordered the veal parmesan with pasta and meat sauce. The veal parmesan was delicious, but my pasta was a little cold. My side was cesar salad which was so good and I love the amount of garlic they had added to the dressing. Definitely will be back for future visits or special occasions. The appetizer we got was the spinach and artichoke dip which is a must if you go to any Armandos location.

Yesterday was my brothers 40th birthday. I live in Toronto but wanted to do something special. Armandos is his favourite pizza so I ordered it to be delivered to his house as a surprise. I asked Armandos if they could write happy birthday somewhere and they wrote it inside the box and even drew balloons!! They also wrote it on the packaging for the salad and dessert. Great customer service and great pizza! Thank you.

Went for lunch today and was looking forward as Im a weekly customer. I ordered what I normally do (chicken fingers) and the waitress seemed bothered and said chicken fingers werent on the menu. To give our waitress the benefit of the doubt I just moved on until she completely acted like we were bothering her and she neglected to give us the salad we paid for. Unfortunately the service was not pleasant at all.

Wrong order, got meat when I specified prior to ordering that I don t want any meat. Then I had to wait over an hour for the food to be re-made. When I finally got it, I had to take it to go as the group had finished eating a long time ago. My receipt indicated I requested a substitute and was charged for extra meat. I brought this to servers attention who said it couldn t be removed. I ve ordered online and have had no problems with the food. Some issues with the times delivery is available. I ordered for take out and only had the minor hiccup of them forgetting I ordered dessert. However, only had to wait 5-10 extra mins for them to retrieve it. For take out, the food and service was good.

We were seated right away and Alyssa had our drinks on the table and orders to the kitchen so we could get the most out of lunch! Great selection on the menu and the pricing was really reasonable for such a nice restaurant! We will definitely return for the yummy food and great service. Perfect place for our lunch meetings! Wonderful thin crust pizza and a great waitress to boot. Doesnt get much better than that.
I love the pizza here. They do have gluten free options if you are into that. Prices are good. I would eat here again. However, it can be hit and miss. I have had a couple of substandard dining experiences but I dont hold it against them.

I ordered take out. When I picked it up everything seemed fine. While udriving home I realized something was leaking. The lid to the soup was melted and my soup went everywhere. The sauce for the pasta was wrong. I wish I could add a picture to show what a desaster this was.
The atmosphere was slightly run down and the food was not great. I ordered pizza and it was just ok. My friend ordered the pasta and said it was not good. So I would not go back or if trying it for the first time I would definitely skip it.

ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE!!!!! My fiancée & I frequent Armandos and the food is always fantastic, but then we ordered from the one in Leamington while we were in the area and we had nothing but problems from start to finish. We called for delivery & the workers knew absolutely nothing about the menu, we were told 30-45min and waited an hour and a half for our food just to realize they got our order wrong. We called them to try and correct it but got nothing but attitude from the workers who also did not want to do anything to try and correct the mistake they had made. Will NEVER be ordering from or visiting Leamington Armandos again!!!

I ordered a gluten free meal. When I got home I checked my bill and as I already suspected, the noodles weren t gluten free. So glad I only ate a small portion at the restaurant. Now I wait for the stomach pains to go away. Other than that a good experience.

Great meal, courses came at a steady pace, and were seasoned perfectly. Its so nice not to have your soup or sauce not over salted.

Worst experience ever whit food in Leamington! The pizza soup was as salty as the sea and as thick like spaghetti sauce. The steak that I ordered was burned and tasted like charcoal and covered whit 5 toes of garlic. Never will I be visiting that place again. Only one good thing was the waitress. She was friendly.
We ordered take out yesterday. The food was absolutely delicious. We have had food from here many times it is always good but today was exceptional. This is my place to go for best Italian food.
