Thin crust all burnt and other pizza Disgusting I was used to love Pizza Hut not now
I tried calling to order, but the phone did not link into the store. When I told the girl at the counter, she said, " it never rang here." We'll that's what I was trying to tell her. She was not concerned what so ever. Pizza was good, but they really need a few people who car. Although I waited in my car and another person brought them out. She was very friendly and kind.
Sam was amazing. Even tho she hasn’t seen me in more than a month she still remembered who I was and had my order ready in a very prompt manner. Keep up the amazing work team.
Great food. Friendly service. It's just unfortunate they no longer have in-house dining or the buffet.
Worst pizza ever. Ordered the box of 3 for delivery. One was okay. One was burnt to a crisp top and bottom and was inedible. One was only slightly burnt but came with thin crust when regular crust was ordered. Whatever kind of sausage of they used was not the usual Italian sausage. Basically 2 of the 3 pizzas were terrible. It was our first time using Pizza Hut and it will also be our last.
Long story short. Party of 8. 4 of them kids. Wait was too long elsewhere. Not knowing the area that well anymore, we decided on Pizza Hut. When we got there, the staff informed us they only do takeout and delivery only but we could order take out and sit at the table instead. The staff at the counter were top notch. She was more than patient with our children's lengthy ordering process and corrected my counting order with ease. She was more than friendly and explained the disappointing future of this timeless restaurant chain. The food was made right quick and was delicious as per usual. My 6 year old took it upon himself to go to the counter and kitchen entrance to ask for ketchup, to which he was met with the utmost care and patience in informing him they don't have ketchup and offered him an alternative. It's really a shame that Pizza Hut is doing away with the dine in experience. Many childhood memories involve going to the Leamington location with my parents and sisters. I would have continued this with my family but I guess that's not possible. Thank you for the great experience tonight.
Very good pizza but the pizza had a little too much cheese.
Ordered takeout through their online system, quick and easy. Food was ready on time and staff were friendly during pickup. No troubles and it tasted great.

The food was good but the place was not clean at all, the dining room was closed and the bathroom wasnt clean too, recommend for take away or odreding online
I dont know what happened to Pizza Hut. Their dining area used to be packed. The pizza is good and I like their crust. It just feels like they want to compete with Little Caesars when they had a different go to market strategy. I hope they rebound to that family restaurant vibe soon.

Why doesnt Pizza Hut have dine-in in Leamington, is it in all locations. My Son and I use to enjoy going there for Dinner, so sad that Leamington is losing restaurants.
I ordered BBQ chicken pizza the test was good but it came with very light cheese . You should fair enough cheese for next time .

We normally have a decent pizza from the Hut. On this occasion it was not good at all. We ordered the box of 3. My husband had the pepperoni and it was burnt on the bottom and top. I ordered the delux and it was greasy on top and the dough was still raw in the middle. I do not know how 2 pizzas going in the oven could come out so differently but they did. The cookie was also burnt on the bottom, was not cut, and hard not a chewy cookie. With service like that I will not be back anytime soon or at all.
Fix your site Ive left this on Google maps for various locations as it seems to be an Essex county pizza hut issue the website will not allow you to pay online anytime you attempt to click and fill out information it blows it up and then when you shrink it down it will not accept anything that you are writing I attempted to make contact through the site as provided by you only to have the exact same issues so its definitely a pizza hut site problem I love your food Id love to continue ordering please fix your site

When will pizza hut offer deals over the phone, I do not order online and I get nothing for being a customer ordering over the phone ...this needs to change as well as the website needs to have canada offerings not American as this reflects on you by myself ordering from another 12 different pizza places in Leamington. Step up your game and get with the programe pizza hut !
Tried to order your specials but no luck. Lost patience and went somewhere else
Order was ready when expected and the pizzas were delicious as usual. Staff need to remind people of their 2 person inside policy and waiting for their orders in their vehicles, NOT inside. Had to wait to go in to pay and collect my order because 2 people were standing inside just waiting around for theirs to be ready.

If I could give negative stars for a review I would have... there were THREE pepperonis on pepperoni pizza, the cheese in the crust was like rubber and the deep dish was as thick as a napkin... I havent even had thin crust pizza that thin.... so disappointing for my first ever (and last ever) Pizza Hut experience

The people here were so nice. They kept my pizza warm till I got there and so kind even though I was 15 minutes late picking up my order.

Pizza was alright for Pizza hut. Waited 10 minutes at table to cash out. Nobody came. Went to the cashier and waited over 10 minutes for people who were ordering and picking up to be served before me. Told one of the staff I was leaving in 30 second if my money wasnt taken. Just got additude back. Will never go to thi location again. Only go here if you have nothing else to do all day. Staff members could care less, dont want to cash out fine in customer. Was going to leave a 20% xmas tip but the fact I sat and waited for 10 minutes and then stood and waited for another 10 minutes while staff members joked around. No way. Edit: the server was very nice but I would suggest like any other pizza hut or NYC other dine in just take the bill at the table.

Did the lunch buffet. Nothing there to eat for most of the meal. Continuously out of pizza, breadsticks, pasta, etc. Each time they brought up a fresh pizza, everyone in the restaurant attacked it like a school of pirranah and it was gone before we could get there. Ran out of plates. Had to double and triple use of your last plate if you wanted to eat at all. This store is understaffed and doesnt know how to deal with large pizza orders AND keep the buffet supplied simultaneously.

The staff is very friendly and the food is good! Unfortunately it seems very unorganized, food does not come out as should. Refills are very often forgotten. This is one place my family and I would continue to go to more often if it was more organized.

1st crispy thin crust pizza was so soggy was not edible. Leamington store sent replacement which was only marginally better. I give up. Just gonna put in oven for 10 minutes and not order from there again
Wonderful service and great atmosphere
Ordered pizza online, aug 29th 6pm. Confirmation claimed it would be delivered in 19min but that it was an estimation. 40 min later it was delivered. I understand it was an estimate but double the amount of time is rediculous! Pizza arrived missing part of the order. I informed the driver and he said he would go back for them and would be back in 10 minutes. He only asked that we call the store and give them a heads up. I called the store and was transferred to a call center. After being on hold nearly 6 min the call center person informed me all she could do was transfer my call back to the store but I would be transfered back to the call center if it rang more than 3 times. No answer at the store, sit on hold another 9 minutes and give up. Finally 40 minutes after the driver left, he returns with a bread sticks and apologizing for having to go back for them, claiming it was because they were busy. An hour and 20 minutes to have my whole order at my house is absolutely rediculous and then when you try and voice your concern to the store, you cant get ahold of anyone there. Rediculous.

Worst pizza Hut ever. Takes 2+ hours if you choose delivery. Today we ordered 2 medium pizzas. Pick up for 550. 7pm and still no pizza. Left with no pizza. Never ordering here again.

Excellent pizza and buffet
The food was exxeltent and was served quickly. The service on the other hand was very disappointing, in my experience (I worked here as a student so I have a level of understanding) the issue is management, I saw the sight manager walking by tables with dirty dishes and not clearing them, there was no intertaction from management at all. The experience was made worse because the waitstaff followed managements lead, they were very disorganized. The most disgusting moment was when the waitress dropped of my drinks and handed them to us with her fingers on the top edge of our glasses and didnt even bring us straws.
