Service was quick and exactly what I asked for. I asked for no tomatoes and sandwich came as I ordered it without tomatoes.

Shitty slow, customer service

I would have given Zero stars if that was an option, based on this last experience. Watching Burger King in Leamington dive downhill so quickly, is heart breaking. Used to be a great place to eat when certain people were in charge a decade ago. Now that everyone I know that used to work there has been replaced by immigrant workers, the place has taken a nose dive. The fact that many people that work there now can barely speak English, is a testament to the huge divide this now causes. The place is a mess when the normal day staff arent working. I placed a mobile order the other day for 4 of us and said to make it right away and it was for EAT IN. I went inside and stood at the mobile order pickup spot and waited....... and waited....... and waited.... as everyone passed me and got their food. I finally asked one of the 3 east Indian guys working there if I was supposed to wait all day for my food or was it coming anytime in the next 30 min, given I had already stood there waiting for at least 20 min and had no acknowledgement that I was even there. He had looked at me and my son standing there many times but never said anything. After I made that comment, he finally acknowledged my existence. He then showed me the order ticket and said in a specific tone, that there was no Coke Zero, like I should have known this (it was a mobile order made on my phone and Coke Zero was an option available). I told him that Diet Coke was fine if the Zero wasnt available, as I had no idea that it wasnt. Turns out, our food had been sitting in bags (not on eat-in trays as specified on the order) on another counter getting cold, as usual for this BK. So I waited 25 min for cold food while the world passed us by. The food quality was on par for BK, but nothing spectacular. When we left, we went to put our garbage in the bins but ALL bins were completely full and garbage was being piled on top of the bins where the trays normally go. Garbage was all over the floor under the bins from an hour of spill over. Nobody was cleaning tables (they were all messy), floor, pop machine area or garbage. Looked like a pig stye. If this is what is to be expected of this restaurant moving forward, were no longer going to support it. It was a complete embarrassment, but fits right in to the state of our country these days. A disaster.

Ordered through the drive through, when I finished saying my order the lady responded With SERIOUSLY? I found this very inappropriate and unprofessional as it was over an hour prior to closing time.

They have Poutine! The counter person thoughtfully made sure that we got combination discounts, instead individual line items, which are more expensive.

This place is disgusting. Dirty floors, Dirty tables. Floors were sticky from spilled pop. Tables sticky. Trash on floor. Trash in back kitchen. A bucket of something like grease by sandwich prep area. Trash in back by the flame boiler on floor. The whole restaurant was filled with blue smoke. The flame broiler exhaust fan must of been malfunctioning because blue smoke was pouring out of it and filled the whole kitchen and restaurant. Workers were complaining about eyes burning. We had to leave early after trying to have a sit down meal. Our eyes were burning. Bathrooms were disgusting. They should of shut down the restaurant. This had to be a saftey concern not just for employees but for customers. The whole restaurant was a mess and dirty. Disgusting. Worst Burger King. There were lots of employees so not sure if its lack of employees that the restaurant is in such disarray.

I love original chicken sandwiches and my husband likes whoppers, but everytime we go to this Leamington Burger King, the staff are overwhelmed. The service is jaw droppingly slow, the drive through always has you pull up and wait, and tonight was our worst experience yet. It took them 10 minutes to even approach me at the counter to order, another 15 minutes to get a fry and 8 piece nugget. They were completely out of beef. No whoppers to be had at the home of the whopper. I write this not to ruin their business, but rather in the hopes that the owner will step in and fix this. What a shocker.

Im giving 1 star. the last couple visits have been horrible! The food is ok, sloppily thrown together, the drive thru wait time is ridiculous, today there were 2 vehicles in front of me waiting to order and i waited 12 min just to give my order. I was in drive thru a total of 25 min with 3 cars total ahead of me! Another time, a few weeks ago, i was greeted at the drive thru very rudely by an older woman after a few minutes of waiting, with what do you want? I gave my order. Was told second window , (no thank you or anything, call me old school but when i worked in fast food we would get written up if we werent courteous) and then she practically threw my food in the window after i paid! There are so many other options in this town that i will now only go here if everything else is closed lol. i know a few people who have worked here and said how horrible it is and how bad employees are treated by managers and other staff so idk if thats why the place has declined so badly in the last few years in every aspect (service, cleanliness, food quality, etc) or if it just doesnt care. Im honestly surprised its stayed open with all the other options available.

Onion rings taste like spices, not much onion taste. When did the Bacon Double Cheeseburger get to be so small? Felt like I ordered off the kids menu.

Me and my family decided to go out for the day and decided to stop here for lunch. Ive been to this burger King before and had nothing but good quality food and great service but the experience this time was honestly not good. The employees in the back seemed to have no clue what they were doing or where they were going, and the lady at the front taking the dine in orders had to direct everyone like they were clueless. I only had a small order but I saw it sit there for 15 minutes before it was handed out. As a fast food employee myself I understand the struggle, but this was inexcusable unless it was every single one of their first days.

Its Burger King. You either like whoppers or you dont. The three of us that went together all love Whoppers and hadnt had one in ages. I have to say it was fresh and hot, including the fries and the all you can drink Cherry Coke washed it down nicely. We left quite satisfied. I should also mention it was Whopper Wednesday so a Whopper combo was only $7:00. Great price. Just yesterday an A & W combo cost me $16:00 and it really was no better than the Whopper. Just saying. Vegetarian options: They have a great vegan burger called the impossible burger. Its quite good. They also have some salads I believe so there is something for the vegans and veges. Dietary restrictions: Thats why the old Burger King tag line was HAVE IT YOUR WAY AT BURGER KING. Enough said. Parking: Plenty of room. Easy access. Kid-friendliness: paper crowns and crayons for the kids and plenty of choices for kids to enjoy. Wheelchair accessibility: Yes. Easily accessible for the disabled.

The young teens working nights are something else. Absolute terrible service. Had the rock music blaring even thru the speaker you can hear it and was hard to hear if they got my order. Then get up to the window and pretended that I was never at the speaker menu. And onto of that messed up on the food gave me the complete wrong item. Terrible management to let these kids act like its a party and not a business

Dirtiest fast food restaurant Ive ever seen! Couldnt sit at a table to eat they were all extremely dirty, windows were beyond dirty with grimy hand prints, chairs disgusting..the dining room is most def not maintained at all regularly...the drink station a mess ..apparently none of their employees are taught to clean?

Excellent if you like hamburgers, there are many different prices, the best thing is that you can have any soda you want, it is unlimited.

Absolutely filthy, garbage over flowing, disgusting sticky floors, napkin and pop area was even filthier, no clean tables. Shall I go on? Amazing the health board hasnt shut it down.

I usually have no issues with Burger King, but I was in Leamington for an outdoor concert and wanted to stop at the drive thru last night. It took us 30 minutes to get our order, the line was very long due to there only being two workers inside. I get my food and drink, I had a whopper meal, and the drink was an Ice Tea instead of the root beer I had ordered. My fries were cold, and one wasnt even a fry, it was like a dehydrated potato with 0 salt on it. There was also a moldy fry. I then had a whopper with no pickles, tomatoes, or onions on the burger and I got a regular whopper. Very disappointed with this location.

Tried to enter from the front parking lot, door was locked and broken, had another customer open it for us. It was not clean, window sills havent been cleaned for months, most of the tables were not wiped down and all the chairs had food or dirt on them. Chicken sandwich had brown, wilted lettuce on it.

This is the grossest Burger King Ive ever walked into. Couldnt find a clean table. Couldnt put drinks down on drink station because it was so dirty. Do better. I wont be back. When taking my order she repeated something back that I didnt say. After correcting her she still got our order wrong.

One of my top 3 fast food restaurants. Always consistent and fresh. One of the only burgers to not shrink in size over the years. I love when they bring out new limited time whopper options. Always a delicious surprise.

This Burger King in leamington has closed during breakfast hours for the past few years. Now they finally open at 9am, and they don t serve breakfast. Why are you open during breakfast if you don t serve breakfast. This specific location could do so much better , but it s been in a rut for so long.

The service was good, but their attitude changed when i wen back with the receipt after the survey for my free Whopper. I was first at the line and they asked me to move to last. They asked me to write down the code on the receipt and whey i asked for a pen and the lady at the counter took off. I felt offended by her behaviour. I dont know why their behaviour changed when i went with the survey code and receipt. I m never gonna go back to this store again. And i am sure this may be the reason that the burger king is not busy.

Came here to grab a quick bite to eat and was blown away by the complete ignorance and attitude of the woman at the front. She was argumentative, treated everyone that ordered like they were an inconvenience, and was just miserable. All in all, the experience of walking into this location was absolutely horrible.

Asked for light ketchup, mustard, etc. When taking a bite, stuff was ozing out the sides. Otherwise, all else was good.

My husband wanted to try the New Pretzel Bun King burger. We were in Leamington On so we went there. When he opened the wrapping he found no bacon as shown in photos. Somebody slipped up. Chicken BLT was good though.

Make sure to always check if you got what you actually ordered. 9 out of 10 times they will mess it up. And also expect burnt buns and old produce from time to time. Ive also been served mini burgers instead of whopper inside whopper size bread a couple of times. Not impressed by this burger king seevice at all.

The manger was very rude to a worker..The way she spoke to the young man was on real.The pop was running i told the manger she gave me a dirty look and walk away..I will never go there when she is working..I have work in the food industry for along time and that very unacceptable..

Made an online order for pick up, there was a super long line at the door so I went through the drive thru. The manager basically yelled at us for not coming inside to get my order. Most of the employees are amazing but the management team is horrible.

They need to staff their store better. There is not enough staff on to handle both inside and drive through during busy times. We waited over 30 minutes today and then left the drive through. Half the time the people at the speaker had to wait several minutes before someone would even acknowledge that their was a car waiting. Thankfully they arent the only restaurant in town.

HORRIBLE experience. The drive thru wasnt moving so we decided to go in. The staff couldnt care less about customers. The cashier rang in our order completely wrong. Another staff member was cursing and the kid making the sandwiches kept using his gloved hands to adjust his clothes and hair and then made peoples food. Never again.

I think its a good place to enjoy a hamburger at a good price, but the service from the staff there was not good.

Placed a doordash order for 20 nuggets a Jr chicken burger with pickle, bacon and cheese added and a bacon cheeseburger. Unwrap the order and the cheeseburger has only mustard on it and the chicken burger only had lettuce and mayo and the sauce was everywhere. Threw out the two sandwiches and couldn t even eat after how disgusting both burgers were made. Wasted $30 for nothing.
