Excellent little restaurant

Beer was good. Food was ok. Staff was good. Bill was to high for what we got. Only get ripped off like that once. $88 for a wrap burger and two drinks is nuts

I went here with my wife and two sons aged 7 and 9. Kids meals were $15 (a bit much for a kids meal in my opinion). The chicken nuggets seemed like frozen grocery store chicken nuggets. My other son got a burger which also seemed like a grocery store frozen burger with a cheap bun (no brioche or potato bun, basic Wonder bread). At least the fries were ok. I got perch fish tacos. The perch was good but the tacos had tartar sauce. A fresh pico de gallo with some cilantro or something would have brought it to life. My wife got a Ceasar wrap which she enjoyed. The service was good and friendly and the house brewed beer was VERY good. I would go here for a beer but the food was low quality and over priced.

Cant speak for the restaurant itself, but SKIP the ice cream shop. Prices are outrageous!!!!!! 4.95 for a BABY size (not even a full scoop). A single scoop is 5.95 and the prices go up from there. 8$ for frozen yogurt.

Amazing food and staff! We came for the weekend from Detroit and couldn t ask for a better time. We had so much fun and the staff was great, interacted with us like we were locals. We will be back. Wish we had this in Detroit!

If you are heading to point peele national park you cant miss this spot. I had the Freddys burger with a side of fries paired with Freddys beer. To top it off Mr.Freddy himself stopped by our table to check on how we were doing. The place has a great vibe and good food. Everything was perfect but the black flies that bit my legs under the table so make sure to wear pants if you are visiting in July.

Business brought me to Leamington, and I was looking for a restaurant to visit. Freddys seemed like the perfect fit for the vibe I was looking for. They delivered! Excellent food, and awesome craft beer. Would come back in a heartbeat. Thank you Mike for the awesome service!

This will be my first time writing a negative review, but I truly did not have a great experience. There was confusion from the moment we walked in. No greeting so we found ourselves a booth near the bar. After a while, we wondered if we did something wrong as we had no menu s, water, or had been greeted yet. The server kindly apologized and after another wait, we had gotten some water. It was not overly busy when we arrived, but it was hot and we were thirsty. We decided that since we had dinner reservations, and it was after 3:00, we would get one meal to split. When the waitress came back for our order, she mentioned there would be an ADDITIONAL charge for splitting a meal of $5.00. We already upgraded our fries to sweet potato fries, ($6.00 up charge) and we were paying $22.00 for two perch tacos. Coming from a family of fishermen, I understand the cost of perch. I had never heard of an additional charge to share a meal and we were shocked as we had put a decently expensive order in. They said it was a new rule , so we said we would leave and eat somewhere else. All the sudden, she said she would go back and ask, and the rules changed and that was okay to not pay $5.00. Our tacos were small, two tortillas, what seemed like store bought slaw, each with one 3 piece of perch on it. Our $6.00 upgraded fries had no seasoning and came with what tasted like plain mayo. The WORST part was when we fought about the $5.00 up charge and the waitress went back to confirm what the rules are, her, the owner, along with another employee, stood in the bar across from us whispering and staring at us. What I way to feel welcomed. We were very uncomfortable. We had no refills on water, and the bill came to $32.00. That s with no drinks. If we had to pay the $5.00 extra for sharing, it would had been $37.29 + tip. That s crazy for such small portions we received. Two 4 round tacos and unseasoned bowl of fries and water. I can t wrap my head around why this would be okay. I don t understand that if you care about return business, you would whisper and stare at us because as two young people, we don t want to spend an extra $5.00 to enjoy one meal together. I understand the perch is expensive, but this was beyond underwhelming. We won t be back or recommending this place to anyone.

The food was good, the staff were very committed to service and the patio was wonderful. Lots of plants and flowers , comfortable chairs, and very well shaded. Great job!

My expectations were high, first time visitors to Freddy s. We ordered the fattoush salad and the bacon burger with fries. The salad was warm, almost hot, maybe a half of a chicken breast cut up into it. We were charged an extra $9.00 for the chicken. A few cucumbers in the salad and that s it. The burger was ok, fries needed to be cooked a bit longer. Our bill was 62.00 and we ordered one beer. A bit overpriced for what we got. Disappointing. Positive note, the staff was interactive but it wasn t busy. Just too pricey for what you get!!!

Only reason I gave this place 2 stars was because of the price. I had a cheese burger and a mixed drink and my wife had a mixed drink with fish taco and side salad and our bill with taxes and tip was $100 dollars

My first time out to this little gem of a restaurant. I loved it. The owners and staff were great. The food was so good. Nice to sit inside or outside on patio. I will be back.

A favourite stop of ours when birding point pelee. Delicious fresh perch and pickerel. Great beer. A must if youre in the area.

Have been going to Point Pelee for years and always passed this place but finally decided to give the place a try a couple of weeks ago. It was a Monday night and the patio appeared fairly busy but there was no one eating inside. We were greeted promptly and asked if we wanted to sit inside or outside. We asked for inside and she turned and looked around at the empty room and asked if we had reservations. We said no and she asked us to hold on for a moment. She went over to talk to the manager or owner or whoever he was and he proceeded to look around at the tables for a minute or so. Finally, from 1/3 of the way across the room he pointed at a table and told us we could have that table in the corner. Can t say it left us feeling overly welcomed. We walked ourselves to the table and sat down. After a couple minutes the waiter came over with the menus and said he d be back to take our orders. Didn t take a drink order or anything first as you d expect from most restaurants. Sat there for 5-10 minutes looking over the menu which also gave plenty of time to notice the prices. Appetizers starting at $17. Hamburgers starting at $22. Fish and chips starting at $25. 10oz steak for $45. Now we don t mind paying higher food prices if the menu or atmosphere or service warrants it. However, this is a family diner type menu, in a family diner type setting with service where all three people we had encountered made us feel like we were inconveniencing them by being there. Nothing that seemed to indicate it would be worth paying a 50-100% premium over the prices they charge at similar looking restaurants with similar dishes. Had the waiter taken our drink order when we sat down we might have felt committed to stay and order and cross our fingers that the portion sizes would justify the high prices. Fortunately he hadn t and for only the second time ever, we got up and walked out of a restaurant willing to chalk it up as 15 minutes of wasted time but at least no wasted money. Looking at food pictures online after we had left made me realize we lucked out as it doesn t look like their portions warrant the prices either. I m not holding that against them at all in this score since we didn t get any food, so I m not rating them for that. All in all, between indifferent and slow service and prices that were all but guaranteed to make me feel sorry for my money I and the other two people in our party all agreed that this was our worst restaurant experience ever. Edit from after response was posted:It was not Victoria Day weekend. It was the Monday before the long weekend. Seeing other reviews posted here I can see that the level of service we received was the exception rather than the rule. This post was not made with any intent at malice to keep other people away, but to let you know there was a problem and work toward making sure it doesn t happen again in the future. You ve lost us as potential future customers but that doesn t mean you need to lose others. Seeing that your response was just a list of excuses based on an incorrect assumption that ignored most of what was said I get the feeling the criticism wasn t received in the intended way.

Had the Mediterranean wrap. Nice patio, good food, excellent fast friendly service. Prices noticeably higher than Mississauga or Toronto for similar food but on par for a tourist area near the park. The wrap was delicious, on the small side but that was made up for with an abundance of fries. Server was very friendly and attentive. Patio has a nice view of the water across the road.

Extremely small portions for the price, for example- two very small tacos (ideal for an appetizer) for 25+tax+tip though they tasted good Kids meal chicken fingers were poorer quality than McDonalds chicken nuggets All they offer is lots of french fries in these meals to make the meal appear larger and plate full. Not a long wait for food though for a weekend. May not go back because of the exorbitant bill!

First trip to the Point Pelee area and passed by Freddy s just before entering the park. We had a fabulous perch meal for lunch. I had the deep fried perch. It was lightly battered, not greasy, and was a good size. My wife had the blackened perch. We were forewarned that it would be spicy, but not too spicy, and that was exactly the case. No disappointment at all. The owners were friendly and helpful and the atmosphere on the patio was tropical . We returned after our park visit for ice cream cones. They had close to thirty flavours, maybe more, as well as frozen yogurt. It was very tasty. I would encourage people to drop in and include it in your visit to the beautiful Point Pelee National Park.

We had the most delicious wraps. Best falafel ever!! ( I eat lots of falafel) So fresh, flavorful ,mouthwatering. Bite after bite was the same. Food : 5/5 |

Extremely average food and not inexpensive. No liquor, two entrees and it came to $80. Good service, nice patio. I have pretty low expectations for Canadian restaurants and this was about right.

I must give a huge shout out to the brothers incharge of the operations.. Such a warm and friendly vibe.. The food we ordered was excellent right from the freshly brewed coffee to the Fish and Chips, the Salad and the Falafel wrap.. Great experience and a must try if you re around Leamington.. I would definitely visit again to try their beers!

Coming back down to Point Pelee, Wheatley way, Freddies is a must. Blackened perch of course! Also the dry rubbed bbq ribs were good also. Kaylie, the server had great interpersonal skills. Definitely, have to come back.

We are unsatisfied customers, not because of our skin color, but because of the unfair treatment we received. They gave us only two tables, while the white people behind us had three tables. This made us feel discriminated against because it was unfair. There were 11 of us squeezed into just 2 tables, leaving us with not enough space. Do you think thats fair? The white people, who were fewer in number, had 3 tables. This kind of treatment made us feel marginalized and undervalued. It s not just about the tables; it s about fair treatment and respect for all customers. Such disparities in service are disheartening and unacceptable. We hope that in the future, all customers will be treated equally, regardless of their race or background.

Not very vegan-friendly. They advertise that they are vegan-friendly, but there was really only one thing on the menu that is vegan, and thats after modification. The food was good, but very limited selection. Dietary restrictions: The website and a sign outside the restaurant will make you think its a great place to get vegan food, but the selection is very limited.

Excellent little restaurant. I really enjoyed the special: a crab sandwich with fries.

Do not recommend, especially if you have children. Kids meals were $15 and did not include a drink. The kids meal was frozen chicken strips and soggy fries. It was not worth half of what was paid. Greek salad was good but was $17 without any protein. Find another place! Kid-friendliness: Although it was friendly for children to be there, the kids meal price is terrible and the food was not worth it!

Good food good service but bad business practices. When they offer the choice of fries or salad, but they don t mention a huge surcharge for the salad leaves with a bad taste overall. Specially if you are paying for several salads. Not cool !!!

We usually come to leamington for Birdies Perch but seeing that they are closed now we decided to give this place a try. Let me just start by saying there prices are ridiculous, I got the 3 piece perch with fries , my husband the perch tacos and my grandson got the kids burger. You would think a perch dinner would come with coleslaw, plus the kids meal only has two choices and they were $ 14 , for a kids meal. The perch was nothing great, the fries were awful and if you want sweet potato fries it was $6 extra are u kidding me?,Oh! How we miss Birdies, there fries were fresh cut and the perch was to die for. We do not recommend this place solely on the prices and the food was not that great!

Good perch tocos and friendly staff

Advertised as the go-to for perch in the area. Prices are higher than Toronto and maybe New York City. Expect to spend just about $100 for lunch if you get fish. The dishes were alright but having to pay $6 to upgrade regular fries to sweet potato fries is obscene. Most good restaurants just allow you to swap. Oh, and swapping their lowest-end McCains fries for salad also not allowed without upcharge. C mon guys get some customer service savvy. Overcharge, great, but work with your clientele yeah? Check out great alternatives in nearby Leamington and save your calories and pocketbook for something worthwhile.

DRINK the On Point IPA: a juicy, Rich hazy milkshake IPA with floral, citrus taste and aroma of Amarillo hops. EAT the perch!

I love eating here. I come at least once a season to eat on the patio. I was disappointed this time though. We sat on the patio and were told we had to place our beverage order first even though we knew what food we wanted. I ordered a hamburger, which was very good, but it didnt come with ketchup or mustard. I asked for both. The ketchup came after about 5 minutes but the mustard was nowhere in sight. After more than 5 more minutes the mustard arrived. By this time my friend was almost finished eating. My hamburger was also getting cold. It was disappointing. The french fries also had no seasoning at all, no salt or anything else. I will return at some point though to give them another try.

Overpriced, bland food, slow service, tiny portions. $8 for a tiny house salad? $19 for a falafel wrap? $35 for 5 pieces of the most bland perch I have ever tasted with a side of frozen french fries? The 5 pieces of perch barely amounted to a whole fish. The outside of the restaurant looked like a side of the road run down family diner. They tried to fancy up the inside but I wouldnt call it nice. Do not go here if you want a good tasty meal at reasonable prices. Honestly, the food at our hotel was better and significantly cheaper and that says a lot! I had to force myself to leave a tip because I didnt want to punish the server.

Stopped in on our way out of Point Pelee park and glad we did! I had the falafel (Im vegetarian) and my husband had the pickerel, both meals were really great and staff are super friendly. We will come back next time we are in the area for sure!

Unfortunately I can t recommend this place. I received way too little change after purchasing items from the ice cream shop and when I back to ask for the right change the person behind the counter refused. I ended up leaving feeling scammed and taken advantage of.

The portions were very small, especially for the price. I was honestly hoping for just a big plate of fish & chips, but the 3-piece size is not enough food. If you want more than that, though, and youre up to almost $30/plate. The vegetarian felafel wrap was also surprisingly small for the price. Charging $6 to upgrade the French fries to sweet potato fries wasnt worth it. Im used to getting better food in larger portions for half the price. Maybe Leamington is just a very very expensive place, and this was a normal dining experience for here?

A restaurant that you can meet before entering Point Pelee. If you want to dine in the garden, they have a beautiful Patio with friendly staff. If I visit Point Pelee again, I will visit again.

Do not get the calamari. It was over cooked and freezer burnt. Perch was good but my goodness...for the gourmet prices they charge, the food doesnt add up. At least provide fresh cut fries or something. Quality does not match cost. Staff were nice.

My husband, baby and I visited Freddy s and had a great time. We are a little confused who Freddy is, but we loved it nonetheless! I wish I could purchase the fatoush dressing, as it was the best dressing I ve had in my life! Yummy little perches, and delicious drink well worth the visit! Skip the breaded wings. We stopped for a snack after visiting Point Pelee. Patio is beautiful has lots of shade. Perch was delicious, as was the baba ganoush. They have in-house beer, very refreshing.

The perch Ive had the perch tacos and everything is good I just think the portions can be better for the price, but all in all what was a good experience otherwise I wouldnt be going back

Excellent perch dinners, affordable beers and very friendly service. This is a normal go-to spot for us when in the Leamington area. The poutine fries are superb, and worth the upcharge for your side.

I ordered chicken tenders & was served boxed chicken nuggets. The waitress was nice & didnt charge me for the nuggets however it was disappointing to wait 25+ minutes & have chicken nuggets brought out instead of asking me prior if I was okay with nuggets instead of tenders.

Great place in Leamington except for the prices. Unreal. 20 bucks for a bruschetta that was a pita with some tomatoes and cheese thrown on it. Outrageous what we paid for 3 people (one a child) for lunch. I would not go back because of this. Great patio atmosphere just not great food and extremely overpriced

EV owners beware of this place. This isnt the place to stop and grab food while the car charges since they want $12/h for access to the EV charger (even if you eat here). This is the most expensive L2 charger I have ever seen. I dont think the owner realizes that EV owners often choose a place to eat that has charging or is close to a charger. Instead of the owner trying to attract people to this business with a free charger that might cost $1/h in electricity (almost nothing) when a car charges, theyre trying to make a profit of 1,100% off of EV owners. The pricing of this charger has for sure lost this business more customers than its ever made. I highly suggest the owner remove this fee as it does nothing but tell potential EV owners that they are not welcome here. No sane person would pay $12/h for a L2 charger.

What a fantastic meal. The food was amazing... not your typical pub food like we expected. The service was friendly and quick. Enjoyed every minute of it. The portions were big enough that we made a second meal out of it. (The reviews that complain about the prices are puzzling. It was extremely reasonable for such fresh, home cooked food.)

Brought my friend from Mexico here. He really liked it and would come back. Perch Tacos were great! They have a brewery right next door and serve it in the restaurant. Flying Squirrel was our choice.....very good owner came to talk to us....always nice. Staff told us it was a great place to work and that the ownership is very good to them. Will be making a return visit

We went to visit Point Pelee National park and saw this restaurant with the outdoor terrace and it looked really good.. we went inside. We were seated by the waiter who was very kind. Really enjoyed the view next to the lake and all the plants that were surrounding the restaurant and the tables. We ordered the perch and well it was good. Im not going to say the food wasnt good but the portions were just horrific. I mean really salad or fries. Thats ridiculous. It should be salad and fries on the plate for $33. My only problem was the portions are horrible otherwise food was good location was nice. Atmosphere was nice. Waiters were nice but I did not fill up at all.. maybe we are spoiled up in Quebec with the restaurants.. but to pay $33 plus tip so I can get a couple of pieces of perch with some fries.. not worth it in my opinion.

Great place to eat if you are visiting Point Pelee.

Keep driving . Be prepared to pay $100 for lunch before drinks. Paid extra to have fish pan cooked instead of fried?? The up charge for salad is almost $9.00 which is unheard of anywhere especially from the waitress herself who was likely too embarrassed to tell us. Food was tasty but very small portions.

Freddy s is very clean, with great food, friendly staff and beautiful garden/patio. Vegan, vegetarian options. Fresh perch. Definitely recommend if you re in the area visiting.

There were 4 in our party and we came for lunch. The good ...the outdoor seating and the taste of the fries. The not so good... price was very high for a lunch. Two ordered house salad with chicken. The dressing was an oil and vinegar with no alternative but caesar salad dressing. There was a charge of $2 per person to switch salad dressings to caes. Fatoush salad was room temperature when served. Falafel wrap was sparse. Three salads, 2 fries and a wrap, no drinks, totaled $112.

Very kind people and delicious food, especially the perch!

DO Not go to this restaurant. We visited here with our 2 years old son recently and he went inside the restaurant and was running around a bit. One of the server shouted at him that dont run inside th restaurant, and then my wife held our son but the server again shouted we dont run inside the restaurant as if first time in wasnt enough. We ended our meal right there and then and left. What does the restaurant expect from a 2 years old. Or put signs that kids are not allowed if you are so anti-kids. Given it is close to a national park, you would expect that it is a family restaurant but that wasnt our experience. If you are visiting the national park from outside the town, then would suggest to go to any place else than this restaurant. We stayed in the town for 2 weeks and didnt eat there again and never will in future again.

I was a first time guest. The proprietor served me. I have a health situation that requires me to ask questions about how the food is cooked and presented. He was very patient and interested in making sure the food would be good for me. We had a friendly discussion about that. He delivered lunch and it was perfect. Im not at Pt Pelee very often but I will be back to this restaurant when I am. Dietary restrictions: Will consult with you about food ingredients and preparation

Questionable pricing and definitely not homemade. All for supporting local small businesses but not for $20.34 for two small boxes of bland fries with 2 packets of ketchup.

I honestly cant adequately describe how disappointed we were. The portions were small and tasteless, the fries were probably from Zehrs, and the prices were beyond ridiculous. I cant imagine why anyone would give them more stars.. you all clearly dont get out much, or maybe youre friends of the owner.. but trust me, its absolute nonsense. Id give zero stars if it was an option. Seriously Freddy, shame on you.. borderline criminal. Respectful would be charging a reasonable price for your mediocre food. My only interest at this point is in helping other unsuspecting consumers avoid the same sort of disappointment.

This hit the spot for a quick lunch on the way home from Point Pelee National Park. We ordered the blackened perch tacos, fried perch and fries and a cup of tea. Our bill was $61 before tip. I would say this is not a good value. The portion sizes were small and the food was just ok. The service was very good and the restaurant itself was clean and comfortable.

Had a great chat with the owners about fresh vegetables and dandelion salad. We stopped for ice cream and bought some organic garlic as well. Friendly, lovely people. Wish had time to go back.

Simply the best

Stopped for lunch and a glass of wine the day Rogers was out nationwide and Im still dreaming about my food. The service was great (Madison rocks) and the perch was delicious. Definitely get the five piece meal. So yummy. Added bonus: this business has their core values posted in the bathroom. As a recovering auditor and general nerd, I love to see that

The fresh perch was disgusting. I never had fish so dry before. It may have been freshly caught but it definitely wasnt freshly made. Very disppointed for the price I paid. The place down the street from this location has much better perch. To compare how our perch was is to compare to fish youd get at an all-you-eat steam table. How on earth the cook could even send this out is beyond me, Id be embarrassed to allow a customer to eat what we were served.

We were in the area for the weekend and looked up the restaurant situation, and once we drove around looking, Freddys seemed the obvious choice when we saw the outdoor patio. And indeed it was great on all levels. Fast, friendly, great food, great atmosphere. On our second night we headed straight to Freddys. Its also an ice cream mecca where lots of Point Pelee visitors stop.

Went there for dinner, and the staff was very friendly and courteous. The food was amazing, I had the steak which was cooked to perfection. My wife had the burger which she thought was amazing. We highly recommend this establishment.

Great restaurant close to Point pelee park. Great perch, love the spiced pan fried, so fresh and lots of flavour. They have their own beer brew, the drive and Freddy s lager, both are very refreshing! Service is good too, a great place drop by after the visit to the national park.

Went with my friends for a bike ride and we decided to go to this place for lunch( one of our local friend recommended this place). The food was good and both the owners were very nice and friendly. Example of great customer service.

Portions were incredibly small. Fries were soggy, perch was just OK . Prices were quite high for what it was. My kids and father ordered a Mediterranean wrap-in short it was gross. The staff was friendly but it did take 10 minutes to get a menu. My family wont go again. But I wish them well.

We had a delicious lunch at Freddys. The staff was friendly and the food delicious. Had the wings as an appetizer and the flavour was great. Our kids enjoyed their burgers and fries. My husband had the bacon burger and my falafel wrap was good. Not a single negative thing to say.

Found this place on Google while out for a drive, had a 4 star rating and based on reviews sounded good. It wasnt.....my husband had the blackened pickerel and the spices were just ok. The problem is the cook seems to think blackened means charred. Blackened is the seasoning blend not burn it. And for $37 you would think you would get a better portion than what he did. I had 3 pieces of perch, pan fried and I asked for no spices or breading (I am having chemo treatments and garlic and other spices doesnt do well for me) the waiter said no problem we can pan fry in olive oil, seemed very accommodating. And the we get the bill. I was charged $24 the price on the menu plus $3.00 for olive oil and $7.00 to upgrade to sweet potato fries. I get prices have gone up but that is ridiculous. I doubt you used more than a tbsp. Of olive oil to cook 3 tiny pieces of perch. And I would know I used to cook in a restaurant. We will never stop or recommend this place to anyone.

A bit overhyped and overpriced but great service.

Love it. Locally own restaurant serving locally grown foods such as the perch fish which is freshly fished from the lake and served. The food is great and staff is amazingly nice. There is are outdoor seating as well as indoor. But in my personal opinion, the outdoor seating is better because your surrounded by the plants and trees. I recommend the Perch fish menu, oh is it so good and delicious. When I pas by to Point Peelee again, Im going into Freddys just to get the Perch fish again.

Disappointed, overpriced. (August 2022) Went for perch dinner and ice cream. Perch dinner was rubbery and fries undercooked, $35+tax a plate. Ice cream was $4.50 for one scoop (literally one scoop and tiny) plus $1.85 for the waffle cone, so almost $7 after tax for one tiny cone. Mine was full of ice chunks and tasted super old, my child s was extremely runny and soft. Felt very ripped off. I guess since there s no competition around the quality doesn t need to be there, and price can be jacked right up. I won t be going back.

It was good food, a bit pricey. The char flavor on the buns was lot ideal.

Food was okay but the prices were high and pretty much everything that should come included was extra. Feta on bruschetta was $3 extra and same goes with other things like fish and chips. Server was good and so was patio

The Freddy burger is fantastic. Loaded and very tasty from the bun which has a nice slight sweet flavor to the juicy burger Patti and everything in between.

I would give less than one star if I could. the portions are incredibly small and meal are over priced. if you want coleslaw it 2.50 extra for 3 fork fulls. also parts of my blackened fish were uncooked. very disappointed do yourself a favor and dont waste your time or money.

We had lunch at Freddy s and it was very tasty. Perch was fresh and the rosemary seasoning was amazing. My husband ordered pickerel fish n chip and it was excellent, a large piece cooked to perfection. My kids shared the calamari plate and they lived it. Service was prompt and Mike was very attentive. We highly recommend this restaurant if you are visiting Point Pelee National Park.

Enjoyed the restaurant atmosphere. Right near the water, so great location. Owner was friendly and started up conversation with myself and family. Fish sandwich was delicious. The only issue was we thought the prices were a bit high. Will return.

Great little spot in Leamington! Freddys avoids the trap that many local restaurants fall into with large, bloated menus; instead, you get a focused menu of specialities that they know they can deliver on consistently. I had the perch burger which was fantastic and finished it off with a chocolate cake for dessert. Would recommend sharing their dessert though because the portion is very generous! My only feedback would be that the fries could have done with a bit more time and seasoning, but they were tasty none the less. Would definitely recommend!

Meh, my dinner partner had the cheeseburger, I had fish tacos. Darn, didnt take a picture of the burger. We thought the price was a little high for what we received. Server was pleasant and attentive. We sat on the patio, which was nice.

We love the friendly staff and atmosphere at Freddys. Freddys himself even welcomed us this last time. The yellow perch was perfectly cooked and we loved the fresh fattoush salad.

Fish tacos, burger, and fries were all delicious. We sat on the garden-like patio, where they let our dog hang out too. Everyone was very welcoming and friendly. I d come back to Point Pelee just to visit Freddy s again.

We always stop here after visiting Pt. Peelee. Great food. I especially like the fish dishes.
