Tried few times at this location in Leamington, lately food quality has been greatly reduced. Probably exhausted staff ? I like one in Windsor on Tecumseh St though which I usually go. Update after initial review : Third times in a row : over cooked , burnt, no sauce at all. Date: Dec 15-2024: Time of order 16:40

Lady at the front can be little nicer. first she messed up my order by putting too much of ghost pepper and then she said she could not hear me because she s on headset for drive through and machine overthere is very loud. I was just waiting for an apology. Thanks for giving me new wrap.

Not only can they not get an order correct but they are no longer curtious either. Can they not tell you how much your order is before getting to the window. A thank you goes a long way. This is Canada, a Canadian company and you need to train your staff to be can be canadian courtious Well a year later & nothing has really changed. Prder buffalo chicken sandwich with lettuce & tomato but I get they couldnt find the toppings, only hot the chicken which was half the size of my husbands. Wouldnt print a receipt because I paid with a gift card. Other Harveys always print a receipt. Just a really poor attitude from the girl with blue & green hair. Getting so disappointed in the quality at Harveys anymore. Price goes up & quality goes down

The staff here is not only friendly and make a mean veggie burger. They are complete joy to interact with! They will joke with you and your kids. Definitely suggest asking one of the girls with the blue hair to take great care with your bun! lol

First time here, combo location with Harveys and Swiss Chalet. Service was outstanding. Lisa did a great job. She was helpful, happy and attentive. The food was delicious. Freshest of all the Swiss Chalets in the area including Windsor and its an Express location. Portions were excellent and truly was a complete meal. Only odd thing is being in Leamington and served Heinz ketchup from the US. Head office should be supporting a Canadian produced products like Frenchs ketchup from Leamington not Heinz from the US. I will definitely be coming back here when I am back in town.

Very pleasant atmosphere

This was at the Leamington, ON, location. Limited staff to serve. One girl was servicing the drive through and front counter while the other was on break. After ordering and paying, waited about 20 minutes or more for the food. The lady who came back from break was not friendly. I asked her if they were short staffed. She replied no and that she has a right to a break. Once we got our food, the top bun of one burger was dry. While there, a young man who came in to pick up his mobile order, got tired of waiting and walked out. We won t be going back there again.

Waiting 30-40 minutes in drive-thru every time I come. When noticeably upset the person operating the drive thu told me to grow up. Extremely unprofessional. Will not be returning

I was at the Leamington Harveys at 11:30am and the staff were so friendly. I will be coming back and recomming this one to other people. I got everything I wanted and more

Got one of our drinks and it was handed to us like this note: its supposed to be blue but was given to us half empty and greenish and it happens all the time and the poutines are never made right there is either no gravy or ranch or hot sauce and there always seems to be missing something then having to go back and get it fixed but often meet with snarky workers def needs better management (do better!)

went here at 7:45 Pm last night , dinning room was locked, says it open till 10 PM , there was customers still eating inside, asked nicely if i could order at the window and was told she would get manager and never did. 8pm .. ordered crispy chicken wrap , frys well done & soda combo .. was asked to pull aside.. no biggie .. food comes out and frys are double fryd to the consistency of a pencil .. ate about half because drive thru was so slow I wanted to have sandwich before it got cold .. went back to window and employee said she needed the frys back .. took them & she says you ate half .. true that but they were so overcooked they should have never been served .. no apology or let me get you a new order .. said basically every order of frys is accounted for and we cant just give one away if you ate some of yours .. unbelievable , does customer satisfaction mean anything to this location .. put out a sub standard offering and then treat the disappointed costumer like hes the enemy trying to rob you of an order of frys ..small town treatment in Leamington.. glad I live in the big city where they know how to treat valued customers & also what a well done fry should present like to the buyer .. sad job Leamington harvey !!

What can I say for $30? How about #$!t! Absent service, zero personality and hours old food. Fries were dried out, chicken nuggets like bullets.

It was very overpriced we paid 31.00 for a chicken burger and hamburger deluxe with cold and old fries that were reheated never again

Ordered through Skip The Dishes, received: a bug in my drink, 3 nuggets when it shouldve been 5, and it seems theyve cut the size of their medium onion rings in half. Absolute dogsh*t, and Skip was equally unhelpful so theyve been deleted as well. Save your THIRTY dollars and go elsewhere. Total trash.

Should have realized as we looked at weeds by the front door that we should leave. The overall place was dirty. Dirty windows, chairs. Shoes were sticking to the floor as we stood waiting for the food. Food was so so with a longish wait. Staff were pleasant. Won t return.

This place is very dirty . Almost every un-occupied table was dirty. Around the window sills and ledges was dirty ..... Food debris , straw wrappers. It doesnt take long to wipe things down . The food was mediocre at best . The chicken on the sandwich was like a piece of leather. The fries in the poutine were old. Is it that hard to have some pride in making food . Make food like you would be eating it . Pretty sad . No wonder the reviews are low .

I love this place. I have never had a problem with the food or the service and it is the only place I will go now. The staff makes the place even better. I also love how clean the place is. I worked fast food for 8 years and cannot possibly think of any improvements to make. I went from one place regularly ( BK) until the let me down 1 to many times and now Harveys gets my Burger Buck.

Asked for the works, only got lettuce, tomato and onion, I repeated myself and the associate seemed ticked off. Bathrooms need a deep cleaning, hand sanitizer is out. Do better !

The service was friendly and nice. They were very patient and knowledgeable. We did have a small issue that was immediately rectified. I love the atmosphere and recommend this place. Came here for the first in god know how long its beenand will never be coming back our hamburgers were all made wrong and we only had 3 and ended up with an extra burger then had to make my burger a second time and then we had 3 fries were supposed to have 2 regular fries and one small got 2 small fries and one regular fry i also ordered something on the side which i had to ask for twice also then preparing our order before the lady who was before us and stopping our order to do her order needless to say probably wont ever come back here again.... The pop tasted good. P.S. edit... Sorry for the late review on the fixed order..... Went back to get the fixed order... And my rating will stay the same and even worse the pop was warm and flat the burgers were all almost cold when i got home and i live only 5 minutes from my house they should not be almost cold ... And im very disapointed in the lack of training they have or the amount of time the trainer spends with them to ensure PROPER SERVICE. When you are taking an order and filling said order you stay with that customer til they have the food bag in there hands not go off and help another employee who should have the proper training to do his/her job... People pay good money for supposed good food and ill tell you id rather have eaten the money. TRAIN THEM BETTER. you feed thousands of mouths... Dont feed us garbage
