The sauce and portions were good but the sub itself was freezing cold, even after toasting

Older staff member greeting people is miserable to the young staff training. Belittling him in front of us. We were the 2 people waiting. Did not acknowledge us or greet us and I would recommend not working here.. suggest people skills
Foods fine, I’d appreciate being spoken to. Girl didn’t say anything to me, she just looked at me and waited for me to instigate the interaction. I asked for my sub , then when it came out of the toaster she just looked at me again. Didn’t say a word lol. What did I do wrong ?
Ladies, leave your attitudes at home. Every time I go here, the attitude is ridiculous. Also as a customer service person, you're required to give good customer service. Not just tell people to "read the signs"
Great little place with a good menu of food and adding to their menu frequently. Nice staff. Worth the price :)
I always believed in giving people the benefit of the doubt. I continued to order the steak and avocado rice bowl in the hope of getting some avocado. My hopes have been dashed 5 times. No more. And I heartily recommend giving this place a pass. There are a lot of other good restaurants (even subways).

Horrible experience tonight, both ladies had attitudes and couldnt follow simple instruction on how I wanted my sub assembled. This location is usually my favorite, but not tonight...
Staff is always angry no matter who it is. If you order ahead on the app expect your sub to be sloppy and not well made .

Had a basic black forest ham 12inch loaded up and toasted. Tasted great, a nice break from the traditional greasy fast food.
Worst service we have ever experienced. A couple of weeks ago, we placed an order with our local subway (Leamingtons Talbot st location) through the subway app. (two orders to be specific, since we were ordering for 7 people and you can only add 6 subs to an order). When the order was almost ready, our teenage sons and preteen daughter went for a walk to pick up the order. When they arrived, only one of the two orders were ready. (no biggie) When told that there should have been a second order, the employee rudely told them there isnt a second order and they didnt know what to tell them. My kids called my wife who gave them the second order number. The disgruntled employee groaned and suddenly found the second order. As they were making the last sub, the employees, at a volume loud enough for my kids to hear stated the lady who ordered must be really fat to need 7 subs. The employees standoffish attitudes, snide remarks toward my kids and their mother as well as their overall demeanor upset my daughter and made her feel uncomfortable to the point that she went and waited outside. When they returned home and told my wife what happened, my wife filed a complaint through the contact us form of their website since that was the only option aside from going to the restraunt and complaining to the employee who made the comments. The next day, we received a sweep it under the rug type reply from someone representing the local stores with an apology that felt more like a cookie cutter non-apology apology. Which seemed to focus more on the technical glitch that caused the delay in the second order as opposed to the employees comments and behaviour. This was followed by a statement that they strive to craft sandwiches in a positive environment and would use this as a teaching example. The whole reply felt very generic as if with a little tweaking, it could be used to reply to every complaint without actually admitting fault. While I understand that everyone has a bad day, and that can be reflected in the quality of their customer interaction, there is absolutely no reason a person should speculate on and then go so far as to comment on a persons weight. That is something that if it hasnt been learned by the time they are old enough to work, wont likely be learned. We wont be ordering from here again.
The food was good but the service was bad. The women behind the counter seemed very unhappy to be there and I got overcharged. I got 2 half portions of extra steak and a 1/4 portion of breaded chicken for which I was charged $8 extra. At this price I might as well go to a real restaurant and eat.
Customer service is worst! Especially team member called Ira she was very rude! Being so racist to everyone! Every tym she is being like this to everyone! I felt this many times! Very bad! I dont recommend this place to anyone just because of her!

Wasnt satisfied gone here couple times and had to keep asking them to put a bit more topping on my sub it seems like they want to put on as little as possible.
Service is horrible. The ladies working are so rude and quick to get angry at the customer for not speaking up. Food is good but it s subway it s always the same. I much prefer the other location and will not return to this one. With all the negative reviews I d hope these women would start being kinder to the customers.

Went to the Talbot Street Subway tonight. The woman was beyond rude. I was with someone who has started overcoming social anxiety and is finally able to order for themselves. They ordered by saying.....well have two the same. Before she was able to say what the rude employee blurted out....two of what the same. Body language and eyes showing all signs of frustration. She was rude and short with all customers before us. We left the store after sandwiches were complete and paid for our order. The person I was with told me they wanted to order cookies and and a drink but was nervous at that point that they may not ask for it right. That bothered me so I went back in and asked if I could interrupt as she was waiting for subs to toast for another customer. Explaining that I was just in the store and said I understand frustration. I just wanted to give your some advice....she turned to the toaster and then looked at me saying....oh God.. under her breath....then you can leave my store. I said I havent even said anything....she then proceeded to tell me she did nothing wrong and that I was just there to cause a scene. I told her no but if she wanted me to leave I would have a conversation with Jo....ya I know her. (Franchise owner). She proceeded to tell me to leave. Told her that she should really think about what people go through or may be going through before she treats customers the way she does and yes I yelled at this point and told her that the person I was with has just started overcoming being able to speak to people she dont know. Walked out as did the person waiting to place an order and the two that were told that only 5 could be in store. I will not be back to this location.

I asked the girl about this and her reply was because Subway makes us wash our hands after handling cash every time and it would take forever. So... I should wait because shes to lazy ??? Nice . Typical subway experience
We arrived at subway relatively late 1030 PM. The large man that waited on us was clearly annoyed at the fact that we arrived late. In fact he did complain about subways late 11 PM hours of business. He refused to accept our 50.00 dallar bill as payment but the other server (young lady) eventually took our money when he wasnt looking.
Simple. quick. Usual prices as every subway company is.
Meatball or pizza sub. Add mayo, sweet onion sauce & parmesan cheese. Its a game changer ;)

Typical decent Subway experience. Service was friendly but sandwich was messy.
I had an issue with the poor & unnecessary attitude of one employee & how she put very small amount of steak on 2 of the subs & how she constructed, more like slapped my subs together! When I contacted SUBWAY via email to lodge my complaint, I was contacted by the owner of this SUBWAY location, he was very apologetic & eager to replace every sub that was in my order. All my other visits at this SUBWAY location were great, without any portion issues or complaints about service. Store is on the smaller side but kept clean.

Always a decent sandwich made with good amounts of toppings, but dont go for the employees. This morning they were especially rude, which is prompting me to write this review. Its Friday people, cheer up - and dont give me sass when I nicely ask for where the breakfast menu is, because Ive never been to Subway for breakfast! As a former fast food service manager, I always treat fast service employees the way I would have liked to be treated, I understand their pain, if this was a one time incident thatd be fine - I get it.
Poor attitude, Sydney is her name, I ordered my sub and she didnt even cover my whole sub with cheese nor the Toppings. Bullshit
