Since when do we not fill the blizzard full!!! Even on the commercials and your signage there ice ice cream about the rim! At 7+ for a blizzard it better be full!! And what happened to the blizzard lids!! And why the only DQ that doesnt give pup cones...

That for half order of everything. Orders a kids meal and litterly got 6 fries/half a small fries. And 3 tiny chicken fingers. My meal was a small handfull af fries and 3 small chicken fingers 1 regular side one. And half a container of gravy I paid extra for. Was disatisfied to say the least but was in a rush and had no time to go back.

ORDER CHEESE BURGER JUST CHEESE BURGER CAME BACK 2 PATTIES AND LOADED . So milk shake and cheese burger costed me $1950 !! 2 patties 2 peirce of cheese and loaded with tomato witch I am allergic too .Third time I have gone there and had Problems with my food

The food is fine, its the staff thats an issue. I advise against this location unless you want to be judged with snide looks and comments from the staff, complete with eyerolls, condescending tones, and not-so-discreet laughter at customers. I know I personally wont be setting foot at this location any longer.

Food was decent but my got the prices at this place are getting out of hand, got a flame thrower meal and 4 chicken strips and it was $27, did I mention its fast food ? Couldnt went to a site down place for a better meal ans prob only spend a little bit more.

Went drive thru. Cheeseburger tested like it was cooked or microwaved yesterday. Forgot an order of fries, had to go back thru drive thru. Charged extra for a change of sauce on a wrap but no credit for the sauce they didnt have to put on......

I typically go for the same thing at DQ. I got the Flamethrower meal and there was a ton of sauce on it, it was messy to try and eat and the inside of the burger was slipping out. The food was hot enough, and the service was good.

Its like no one in Leduc knows how to do things right. Ordered to stay in and have a bite to eat with the kid, got it in a bag to go. Every major Corp is terrible

There is no customer service. 1 cashier and there is 2 extra people just talking and standing , won t even help the cashier who is struggling to take the orders. Poor Customer Service.

Guy at the counter was very good and polite.

Upon entering I was told no shirt no shoes no service after a partial order was taken I asked them if they had a sing up due to it being hot summer weather if that is the standard then were is your sing the manager on shift just kept repeating the words no shoes no shirt no service while disregarding my question. Plz you find time to paint your windows find the time to make a sing a unwritten rule is not a rule. Thanks

Always excellent ice cream and for me they have my favorite pecan mudslide.

For the amount of money they charge for their food I would at the very least expect it to be hot and fresh. I would barely classify my food tonight as lukewarm which is unacceptable. This place used to be about quality but these days I can t think of a single fast food restaurant I would rate lower. I will never give them another penny of my money. Next time my family wants ice cream I ll take them to marble slab.

Picture says it all. Burger swimming in sauce that you can not taste the burger...and that fly just wont go away.

If you have a dog. Do not take here. They do not give pupcones. And serving sizes are smaller than other stores.

So we got a sad amount of fries with our 2 chicken strip baskets. We called in and they said they will replace the fries. After we got the fries for the second time they only replaced one order. COME ON. ABSOLUTLEY TERRIBLE.

Ordered Sundaes she never asked what flavour we wanted just gave us chocolate without asking just assuming. Not very good service. Food

In the drive-thru we got charged for the wrong items (on a card), didnt talk to us, then tried to hand is random change without explanation. When we asked for clarification and the money refunded to our card, they said that wasnt possible and asked if we want any money back at all! The staff were remarkably ill-equipped for fixing their own mistakes, and well stop at an Edmonton DQ next time we want a snack prior to visiting my parents in Central AB.

Not truly a reflection of the location. But I tried that seasonal snickerdoodle blizzard and it was AWFUL!. If I took a spoonful of sugar and mixed it in ice cream, thats what it tasted like. It was grainy, texture of sand, and a sugar rush and thats coming from someone who likes sweet things. $8 or whatever, straight in the garbage, sad when it was supposed to be a special date-night treat.

I asked if a burger had bbq sauce on it...the kid said no. I get the burger...it had bbq sauce on. I ate it because whatever, not a big deal, probably a first job situation. I think it was more worrisome that the teenagers were swearing and joking around quite loud with people in the restaurant....I could hear them so everyone else could. I am all about having fun at work and whatnot, but it seems kind of unprofessional. All in all it wasnt horrible.

The drive through driveway is like driving through a war torn country. My full size truck struggles to navigate the enormous potholes. What a dump.

Its almost 10 PM after an oilers game and these workers are doing everything they can. Its busy but they are getting through the orders and keeping up. Mad respect. I dont know the employees but whoever the short dude is deserves a raise for the back and forth hes having to keep up with.

Asked for a cute dog treat. Literally tiny bit of soft serve at the bottom of a cup and I was told we dont do those here. Just crazy to me. Never been denied before.

Bought 2 blizzards and the bottom half of both of them were not mixed, juat plain ice cream. Sure have gone down hill.

Great customer service. We bought an ice cream cake and it was dropped accidentally. It was a bit of a mess!! Brought it back and even though the cake decorator was done for the day she stayed and repaired the cake. It looked even better then when we had purchased it. Thank you SO much!!!

Its a small town DQ that tries to do a good job but often isnt equipped to deal with how busy it gets at the drive-thru. It always takes a fair amount of time to get your order and if its a hot, sunny day, forget about getting an ice cream cone fast

We were the only vehicle in the drive thru got told to pull ahead when no one was behind us. They also got our order wrong which was simple. Terrible service terrible time to order and get our food and they got it wrong DQ is another dying franchise

Came for ice cream. Asked for a glass of watered got charge $1 for a plastic cup and tap water. Seems a little steep.

I ordered 2 ice cream almost a hour and half ago and I still never got my order, very disappointed in the service.

The man in front of me in line was taking his sweet time choosing which cake he wanted at the till At this point my patience was being tested because I was thirsty and craving a Mango Pineapple Julius, but my goodness I got that Julius instantly after I paid. On a regular day when people arent buying cakes for 10 minutes and holding up the line, the service must be very fast.

Funny how they ask you which sauce you want to dip your strips in and then dont include it in the bag.

I was disgusted today when I realized that the young lady serving my food had on long fake nails with no gloves on. You guys need to do better proper hygiene is important when you work In a kitchen.

DQ is all about the frozen treats! Delicious and sweet... The go to on a warm afternoon. The burgers and chicken are a great value and have not been disappointed for a quick meal.

The cones are not consistent, and you always, I mean always, have to ask for napkins. And the giant pothole in the drivethru lane is atrocious, fix it already.

Ice machine out of ice. Had ordered a double flamethrower combo. Burger had tomatoes when I asked for no tomato and there were only a couple very small pieces of lettuce ends.The amount of onion rings I got was pretty pathetic compared to many experiences in the past, maybe 7 average sized rings all stuck together. I do not usually have any standars for fast food restaurants but it felt like a very poor effort was put in to slap my order together. Seemed very disorganized and lacking any sort of enthusiasm and/or motivation. Food tasted OK, that s what makes the 2 stars.

I ordered a birthday cake online for pickup July 10, 2022. I arrived to pick the cake up and they could not find it. I ended up getting one from the display case, had to wait for them to write on it. I was late to the party and didnt have the correct cake. NEVER AGAIN!! The supervisor did give me a discount for my trouble.

Afternoon trip for ice cream and a snack took way to long. Ice cream was quick and delicious. Fries were cooked quick and sat in the window to the kitchen ignored for 10 minutes while other orders joined it...

Delicious orange Julius

Dairy Queen used to be about quality which it most definitely isn t anymore. The prices have drastically increased which I realize that given the economy is to be expected. What isn t expected is that while raising the prices they have also significantly decreased their portions. My daughter and I went for lunch. We purchased 2 chicken wraps, 2 order of onion rings and 2 slush. It cost me $30. The chicken on the wraps was half the size it needed to be and there was barely anything else on it. The onion rings that used to fill the box now come with exactly 9 rings, most of which are stuck together and total mush. They were inedible. Their twisted summer slush .just grape flavour. Thought maybe it was an off day. Went through the drive through tonight with my son. The medium milkshakes that used to be the same size as a medium drink are now more expensive and the size of a small drink. And his chicken fingers and fries .like warm and not fresh at all. I won t be going back again. Such a disappointment and a total rip off.

Food was good and staff was friendly can never go wrong with a DQ burger

Food was just ok, service was a bit slow for no one in the drive thru. I was surprised they didnt have a real breakfast sandwich like other fast food places also the DQ ultimate was my favorite burger here but they changed the menu to stack burgers and I dont find them as good as what used to be on the menu.

The last two time Ive been there they have messed up my order badly both times. Then i get attitude from the supervisor when i called to complain. Not very impressed with them at all

The staff is always friendly when I am in to pick up Skip the Dishes orders. There was one young man that served me twice last night...sorry cant remember his name but he is above and beyond with customer service all the time

If I could give Dairy Queen in Leduc a 0 star I would! I ordered on skip the dishes from Dairy Queen and they missed 2 items in our order. I called in about it and spoke to the manager, he told me there is nothing he can do and to just contact skip about a refund. I expressed how we ordered for 4 and only were served for 2 and they wouldn t do anything! When I told him I was going to do a review the manager hung up on me! Absolutely awful customer service and would not recommend to order out from them ever again!

Were quick and efficient. Didnt mind me adding something at the window. All my order was there and done to the best of their abilities :) it is after all fast food...definitely was quick! Thank you for your service DQ Leduc. May you be blessed as you are a blessing in times like now!

Stopped to pick up some ice cream treats. You wouldnt believe they have butterscotch dip cones back in action. Wow what was that a 25year hiatus? Brought back childhood memories. Quick service, friendly people. Best ice cream treat out there.

Terrible service

Ordered a cotton candy blizzard; a personal favorite and noticed a different taste tonight. Got to the bottom and the taste transformed from cotton candy to chocolate. Not bad BUT not right!!! At nearly $8 a treat they best try to get it right!!!!

Fast, Good Service and pretty decent food!

Today we went to DQ and my son ordered the girl guides blizzard, not knowing it was mint. I asked the manager if this could be changed. He was very unfriendly and grunted a single word, No. Add to that, when they brought our blizzards to the table they did not tip them upside down like they re supposed to do. I should had a free one just from that. I m a big DQ customer but where s the customer service and friendliness?! Even Starbucks knows this is key, they ll make any order right even if you don t like what you order. So disappointed today to see my son hating his ice cream, he s just a kid after all.

Its Dairy Queen. Good blizzards. Good burgers. Good chicken strips. I miss the double burgers now they are just bigger patties.

More sweet n more calories still great place for young kids! Offers better products than walmart of the world! Would prefer to get birthday cake n icecream from them instead of grocery store. One suggestion: Also make some smaller Icecream cake as most of the time you have medium size or large cake.

This DQ is always on the slow and slightly disorganized side of things. I was also shocked when a small (think Tim Hortons small coffee) fountain pop and small coffee where $5

Its partially due to Covid but the service was very slow. The layout is small so they can only have one till open. We only picked up an ice cream cake and it took 15 minutes. Stick to the drive through and youre sure to have a better experience.

Charging $2 to add lettuce and tomato to a burger that doesnt come with it is crazy. Service was not good as person taking the order was new but had to ask 5-6 people what ultimate sauce was.

Put in a large order for 7 people. Was delivered on time however was one burger short. Yes I was refunded for the burger and given an apology, however most other restaurants I have dealt with offer something for the inconvenience of one member of our family not having a meal. Going forward I will not hold Dairy Queen up to the same standing as their peers in Leduc and choose to order from an establishment that has a higher value for their clientele.
