3 times I have ordered a lemonade and because i ask for little ice , they fill half my cup with water first then half lemonade. Going to send head office a message

Food was luke warm. Pop was flat. Ketchup was out not impressed as it was not busy and they should be addressing these items

On a positive note, food was decent. Let down by surly staff and an unpleasant atmosphere in the restaurant. Best bet is to get drive thru and sit in your car to eat it - would be a more pleasant experience.

We actually come here fairly often as its near a Costco we frequent, so its really disappointing to leave this negative review but due to how we were treated by the manager here I felt it needed to be done. We ordered with our apps for dine in as usual using the coupons, my wife ordered for her and our toddler in the car and than I made my order shortly after parking. We waited patiently with a hungry toddler at our table for around 15 minutes and noticed nobody else had any orders or were making orders so it was pretty quiet inside. The order screen was completely off and not working so we had no idea where our order was which is another issue entirely but still we still waited patiently. I finally decided to stand up near the waiting area and waited for someone to come, eventually someone came and I asked about our order. Turns out our orders didnt even come through, there were no issues on the order on our apps but they couldnt find our orders. By this time its been over a half hour with a toddler who was of course getting restless. I showed the manager the app on my phone and the receipt showing we made the order and its been paid with our credit card number, there was an order number and all the details very clearly. He than made us look up our credit card details online to see if we actually got charged, all this while still our toddler was getting more and more impatient. We than looked up our credit card transactions and showed them to the manager clearly showing the recent order from wendys and than he tells us that the transaction is pending and implying that hes not going to do anything about our orders that we clearly made on their app. Is that supposed to be surprising in any way? Any recent purchase will show pending... I even asked him are there issues with the app, he said its been like this all morning. He could even see on our app history that we order from this location fairly often. In all my 40ish years of life, by this point the store/restaurant would have tried to make things right one way or another, we waited patiently, I remained calm even though our toddler was getting restless, the manager literally kept trying everything he could to not fulfill the order we clearly made, in the end he won and we had to walk out upset and get some food elsewhere with our time completely wasted. I would complain about the app but the treatment from the manager to resolve the issue seemed far worse. I would consider coming back here and give them a second chance but this has definitely soured our love for Wendys, especially this location/manager. Who knows if our orders will go through or not and if there are any online/app issues (entirely unrelated to the user) it seems they will not do anything about it, even if its clearly ordered and paid with credit card records... You would think having an order history with a valid receipt of our order would mean something and have a purpose but doesnt look like it here.

The Cobb salad and green tea was the perfect lunch on a hot day! Sherri was super wonderful! Nice, convenient location by the YEG costco gas station. Dont forget to get the $0.99 frosty... available for a limited time only. Thanks for lunch!

Worst ever! All I wanted was 7 burger patties.... thats it! They said no. Because people are leaving bad reviews saying they didnt get the bun. Lol. Thats not my issue. Your not gonna force me to buy 8 separate burgers for 75 dollars instead of just the patties for 20 dollars. What other people are doing is not my issue. Its yours. Im the customer. You are not. I am now at fat burger buying my 7 patties for 25 dollars cheaper than you.

It s beautiful inside and the staff seemed to know their customers.

Had the chicken wraps. Just lettuce and chicken. No sauce and very dry. Portions are small and not worth the price. Fries were soggy. Too much ice in the lemonade hardly anything to drink.

Ive just ordered an apple pecan salad for the first time, and it was surprising ly delicious and fresh. Good job, Wendys. It was the healthier meal I was looking for on the fly.

Says they close at 11pm, yet 10:40 they were counting cash and not acknowledging drive thru or even when you pull up to window. Should probably change hours of operation then on Google. Sucks cause its 5ons from airport so come in late and cant get food from there right near hotel your staying in.

long line up in rush lunch hour and they were so fast! barely touched the brakes going through. and with that speed , still got my order correct, impressive!

After 12 hours of travel - discovered no bacon at Wendy s .okay, no big deal. I ll take my salad without bacon ..but no wait, we have no grilled chicken either. Wha? I get it. Things happen but no bacon and no chicken?

Came to drive thru at 10:20pm tonight Ordered bunch of things including a poutine on the side. Came to me with barely no gravy on it, didn t receive any fork. I asked for ketchup which the man on the drive thru didn t hear, before he shut the window fast. Payed $30 entirely would ve at least had bare minimum service. They had couple of minutes to meet a good service but they didn t.

Food worker goes to the toilet with her apron on and returns to the food line wearing that same apron. Manager said she has no clean replacement available!! Gross and very disgusting. Called complaint line and was fobbed off. Dont eat here. Could make you very sick.

I brought my son for lunch here and was told because I had a brown bag lunch we could not sit in the restaurant and eat. The restaurant was completely empty at the time so I don t see what the problem was. I was ordering food for him, a drink for me and we would have got frosty s as well. I ordered his food and we left. Not only did they miss out on what I would have purchased to drink and desserts, I will never come to this Wendy s again!

Ordered in UBer. The app says someone in the store will deliver my order since i was just like .4km away from the store. The waiting delivery time says 10 to 15mins. So i waited. And it has been 30 mins, there was no sign of delivery. So i called them. The person i talked to said no one will deliver your order but we made your order like 20 minutes ago and its ready Id picked it up if they wouldve called me and explain their side. But NO. They made the order, left there sitting for 20 minutes and didnt even bother to call. What a service they have. So i ordered somewhere else and it arrived on time.

Showed up at 7pm restaurant closed at 10. No employees in sight. Waited 5 minutes said hello and finally employee came out of back. Wife decided food wasn t worth the risk of it just sitting there so we left. Franchise owner should have word with staff

The thing I like most about this location is the windows letting in lots of natural light. The food is the same fresh goodness you get at all Wendys, but the windows are unique.

Just awesome staff. My favorite burger stop in Edmonton.

This fast-food restaurant is very clean and not busy when we visited. I love the Wendys fries as they are thicker and tastes fresh. This is also a good for spot if you are waiting for someone at the airport so that you dont have to pay for airport parking.

A bit dissapointed. But stuff happens. Ordered a double cheeseburger and only got a single. Had to drive back, park...go in and get it fixed. Had the receipt so no problem. Lady just put 2nd patty on burger and thought that was OK. No way lady. If I have to drive back and park and come in, I expect a fresh hot burger beginning to end. They changed it and made it fresh as it should be. So overall it ended well. Also of note...I found it very pricey for 1 double cheeseburger combo and an extra double cheeseburger on the side (not in a combo). Over $25.

Coffee is a bit overpriced ... $C2.30 + tax for large, at McDonalds $C1.99 + tax for large coffee...

Its a little out of the way for a quick stop while passing on highway 2. It looks close but to exit that area is very backwards. Great food like all Wendys. You know what you are going to get.

Relatively clean location. The staff were friendly. I ordered some meals from the drive-through. They either forgot to give me straws for my drinks, or they have a policy that allows them to only give straws upon request. I should have asked for straws it was a long and hot drive home, and I was parched.

Ordered a side Caesar salad and the lettuce was brown, took it back up to ask for a new one, I got eye rolled at and thrown another salad that looked just as bad. I didnt want to bother her again so I didnt bother going back up.

Food was good and fresh but the dining area was so dirty, tables were not cleaned , floor has lot of mess the staff was just chatting the staff were so slow . the washroom was quite filthy. They need to do a better job

Wendys needs to ok Tvs. Weather, sporting and current events . Dietary restrictions: My wife is lactose intolerant, they skipped cheese, but did not know about buns.

Came in for lunch. It is chaotic. Not organized. I get it its busy time but they have no idea on whats going on. Giving people wrong order then call them back with a finger which I find quite disrespectful and offensive. Heres the best part. My salad is all mushy and wilted, not edible. Such a high standard. Doesnt seem like theres any quality check here. Someones going to get sick real soon.

Service was terrible, waited 5 minutes to ba acknowledged at the counter , we were the only people in the restaurant , ordered our breakfast for dine in, waited another 10 mins for it to be put on the tray, opened coffee lids to cool the coffee cream was sour , it was replaced. I am a Wendys fan but will never go back to this location.

This is the only location I will go to in the area even though its further from home for me... the staff are always fantastic, the kitchen is very open and you can see how clean it is and the food is always amazing. I can either indulge in burgers and fries or eat a salad and a baked potato if I want to eat healthier... either way I always leave satisfied and so do my kids!

I recommend eating here for a quick, hot, fresh bite. I was helped by Cherakee, she was friendly, polite, and had a warm smile. The food was hot and fresh and picture perfect. So to the cooks, excellent job yall. Thank you Cherakee, you helped make my day brighter! Food

I happened to go here when it was slow, so service was super fast. Burger was 7/10 lost points for presentation, fries were average, nothing to write home about. I used the self order kiosk, which is speedy and all, but placed about 1 foot away from the one beside you, so social distancing made that a PITA. I cant recall if they had a drive-thru.

Ordered a salad earlier today 03/11/22 and the salad was expired, was rotten, chicken was either undercooked or left out for days the employees seemed to be in a rush to leave I expect nothing less from a fast food joint netherless.

Typically I do not eat fast food but if I have to, I only stopped at Wendys. Reason being, they are the only ones that serve a decent salad or for that matter, serve one at all. Highly recommend giving them a try!

I stopped in to try the new Wendys breakfast menu today. I had the Breakfast Baconater. They use a new type of bacon, smoked appl . Was a great touch. The eggs were perfectly cooked on the sandwich, great bun as well. The potato wedges were immaculate, perfectly crispy. I was greeted within a good time and my order was completed and in my hands with impressive speed. The coffee isn t my favourite, Wendys still has a bit of work to do to catch up in quality to the big dogs. Still good though, but definitely an area of weakness for now. This is a smaller, modern take on Wendys. Even offering USB outlets for charging. There is a lot of polish that went into this establishment, including 3 full size bathrooms, despite its small size. It has everything else you d expect in one of their locations This is absolutely a stand out Wendys location. If you re a fan of the franchise, check this spot out. Elena and her team are doing a great job. I ll be back again.

Great food but the entrance door makes no sense. Anyone who has wheel chair will not be able to get in with the design for them. You have to go onto the side walk but down into drive thru then turn around to push the button and wait for the door to open. If you got to leave, the door then opens blocking the side walk forcing you to go down into the drive thru to turn around and wait for the door to close so you can use the side walk or you can just go into drive thru, take it out to the next ramp that forces you back to the door then around the building to go back down thru the exit of the drive thru. Or you stay on the road. Seems poorly planned.

I was traveling with my backpack, and that scared personal so much that they just run out from me, and ignore me like I was not in front of them... Im not a homeless just traveler) I will never come to that place.

Went there for some drinks on the way to the airport - was rushed and the drinks didnt come out as ordered. The team was rushing me and there was no one else at the drive through... Maybe a couple tables indoor. They didnt complete the order and when I asked for the drink they didnt get I was met with a scoff.

Was very good here before, but last time they didnt even put egg in my egg and sausage sandwiche. And had to repeat coffee order 5 times. Said medium and large then some how got changed to 2 larges then one small and one large. Which is no big deal but the no egg in an egg sandwiche, how lol

Honestly a very trashy location. Slow service, staff seem to have zero communication and argue about every order they made while I was in the store. Waited as people who order at the cash register got their food before us as we ordered at the kiosk. And after all that didnt even receive the right items but the staff were too busy yelling at each other to even try to listen to what we were saying. Save yourself the hassle and go to the Wendys further into Leduc

A Wendys is a Wendys...

I had two kids with me, so I was using the driven-through order 2 burgers, one burger combo and salad. After they gave me the food only two bags then I double checked, It was missing one burger. I went in and told them. No apology or sorry. One Filipino lady just said to me lets checking and even told me I was yelling. With the mask and shield at the cash counter. Her attitude was so terrible. There were 5 staffs in here, no one checked carefully. Then an Indian staff said to me Man, everyone makes mistake. still no apology. The way they responded really made me so disappointed and not appreciated. In the end, I told her that I am going to make a complain. she even strongly said Sure, go for it. It was the worst experience with Wendys. The food was not good. the fries were dry and tasted re-cooked. No catch-up provided. the Southwest salad was not fresh at all, the Avocado dressing was bitter. I went to so many Wendys locations. This new location was my first time, also my last time. I hope people can see my review, choose wisely. That location staffs need to be re-train. so bad!

Not happy to pull off the highway knowing there is a Wendys here only to find they allow ordering in the store but have closed off their washrooms. I will be sure and drive right on by and spend my money where customer convenience matters. Edit May 2021 After my complaint to both the Location Manager and Corporate. This location now allows customers to use the washroom.

To start this off, weve been here a few times and have yet to receive good service. Today my girlfriend and I came to this location and ordered 2 burgers, two bacon poutines and a drink. As soon as we seen the poutine the bacon doesnt even look cooked well and was very chewy. Second of all while eating said poutin she pulled out a very long hair. Would try to bring it up to the staff but they dont even seem to be interested in taking payment.

Ive been here 3 times and each time there has been something wrong with my order. Once its fixed the food is.good, but I definitely wont leave the parking lot before checking the bag!

In and out of the shockingly tight drive thru in under a minute. Food came flying out of the window about as fast as I could grab it! First bite revealed a hot, juicy, asiago spicy chicken with cool lettuce and tomatoes. Perfection. Fries tasted crispy and toasty. Just enough salt to help my taste buds realize theres more to life than a spicy asiago chicken sandwich. Finished off with a coca cola classic to bring it ALL together. 10/10 team Wendys.

Went to this location after shopping at Costco, food is ok. However, the staff is not very friendly. Asked about a drinking tray, but stuff told me about the food price, then stuff become inpatient and unhappy. Not a very good place to visit overall.

If I could leave 0 stars I would!! We love wendys usually however I will be hesitant to ever visit this location again! Wow. We pulled up and were very aware of the sign stating they may not have all things on the menu etc.. we are also very aware this may happen at allt of places because my husband happens to be a dispatcher for trucking company and is working hard daily to get trucks to and from BC to get products to everyone. Anyways...we pull up and ask if they can make what we wanted and they say no as they have no bacon so he just replied oh okay no bacon and before he can even start placing a new order someone else comes on and says in a rude tone while cutting everyone else off uhh ya thats why we have the sign umm okay well thanks for being rude and cutting us off from a new order we will now just leave. Then as we sat nice and waiting to leave they actually pointed and looked at us and we could clearly see and feel them starting and talking about us. NOT professional!!!!

My 5 year old son loves the Jr Bacon Cheeseburger. So I get them to make the burger in the kids meal just like it. This is now the place prefers over the Mac place.
