My experience at the Leduc outlet in Alberta, has always been phenomenal, and this review is overdue. The staff at this location, who goes by the name Rudra, is amazing, friendly, and clearly loves his job. He does provide exceptional service. An asset to this brand outlet.
Rudra is very welcoming and he always greets me with a big smile. He also made sure to change the gloves between orders so that my veg bowl has no cross contamination.
I had a very amazing experience. It was on Friday around 6.30 pm that I visited the restaurant and it was very busy. But the guy working over there was so quick with taking the orders as well as preparing and handing out to the customers. I was worried initially that the taste would be compromised as he was handling it all alone. I ordered pesto quesadilla and kudos to him that the taste was up to par. Definitely visiting back here.
I went there twice. I wanted a pesto cranberry sandwich on a wrap. They stated they would Not and wanted me to do La a carte for the same thing. For which would be $7 more. All just to change the bread option. Absolutely the worst service.
I pre-ordered online for pick-up, got there to pick up and it hadn't even been started yet, so had to wait longer. I get home to find out all of the toppings that specifically come in the bowl were missing, only got half of the extra toppings. After paying $26 for a bowl that I technically didn't get is ridiculous.
Prices are ridiculous for what you get. I designed my own salad and paid $16 for mostly lettuce. Barely had any cheese, salsa, chicken, peppers or anything else in it. Brutal
Extremely slow service. No urgency what so ever. Waited over 15 minutes for 3 wraps. 2 wraps had double protein and 2 portions were forgot till the last minute and were not heated the first time. A customer in line walked out as he realized he wasn't going to be able to order anytime soon. I saw one of our wraps sitting on the pita warmer, while she had to walk away and get something that wasn't stocked. Protein in the first made wrap was not hot or even warm as it was made well before the last two.
Had a sandwich and quesadilla. The taste was amazing. Also the customer service was really great. The staff was very kind and welcoming. The restaurant was super clean and well maintained. Will definitely visit again.
Rudra is amazing, he makes the best salad. Very clean and tidy location.

Amazing food. You actually feel good after and its fast and reasonable prices. Really enjoy this location, and its always clean. Best place if you are in a rush but want to eat healthier.

That was the most awkward experience for all of the customers in the restaurant. Silvia, one of the workers, appeared to be working-mad throwing and banging things around while making orders. When she took my order, she was short and borderline rude. I especially felt sorry for the young girl working with her who was walking on egg shells, trying to stay out of her way and when she tried to help, Silvia would respond dont worry about it, Ill do it. There was clearly an imbalance of power, and Silvias behavior to her young coworker (nevermind the customers) was rude and was acting like a bully.
Our food was okay, however, the girl and boy working on June 2nd in the evening were awful. When I ordered my food, they literally gave each other the side eye, making fun of me. It was so distasteful. Honestly, I always tip well at my local Chopped, but their audacity didnt deserve a tip. I will never return to this location and I will make sure my friends dont either.

The restaurant was great clean well kept, staff was friendly no complaints. Portion sizes are shocking!! (pic attached with a golf ball for comparison) $15 wrap I realizes food prices have gone up and inflation is out of control but give me a break, I easily eat 4 of these little cuties. 1 star on value for your dollar. Would recommend if you re not hungry at all but want an expensive little healthy treat.
Quite likely thee worst whole bowl Ive ever had and the prices. Forgot the salsa and the sour cream, the rice was mushy. i honestly don t think I will ever eat at Chopped leaf ever again. Only reason it got 2 stars is because the service albeit a little slow was very good
I ordered two no.4 bowls one with chicken and one with tofu. The women working made one meal with both chicken and tofu together. Told me that next time I need to look at the screen to make sure the order is correct because it s a waste of time. I don t mind waiting for the correction to be made as I understand mistakes happen but to blame a customer instead of taking accountability? Yikes

Food is good I always like Chopped Leaf, but this location - the woman that works there is miserable. She practically threw my to-go salad at me. Ive gone here a few times and every time it was her taking my order she has been miserable. The guy that works there seems really nice though I just havent had the luxury of having him take my order. I even tipped so not sure why the hostility. I will likely be back because its the only location in Leduc but, dont expect kindness here!
I messed up on my order and was willing to pick out the things I can t eat. I spoke to a kind gentleman in the phone. Chopped Leaf surprised me and went above and beyond what they had to, I suspect he had something to do with that. Thoughtful and attentive service. Thank you!
One of my most favorite healthy food places in Leduc! So many options, customizations, and it s delicious. Food is made quickly and the seating is cozy too :)

Chopped leaf is always a great option but we had a great experience with them this evening at this location. We picked up the order that was made online and recieved a call that there was a mistake and the right oerder would be ready for pickup as we got back. Much appreciated!!
The food was top quality so no worries there. Had the Bangkok salad, was delish! But the floorplan is too common. (Probably not even a reasonable reason to lose a star but i am who i am, deal with it hahaha :)

I love being able to grab a healthy fresh meal when Im out and about. The salads are always fresh and tasty. You should probably try it out.
I had left this restaurant a 5 star review 5 months back. I have been placing online orders there for long time there. Today my Sunshine wrapp was about 1/3 smaller than regular. I thought I had picked up the wrong order so I went back to the counter. I was informed that the Sunshine Wrap is smaller than the other wraps. That was news to me, it had always been the same size..... I dont know if the restaurant is under new administration, but the wrap just didnt taste the same. It is sad, there are not a lot of similar lunch options in Leduc, but I will have to find something different
Went in today at 12:30 in the afternoon, the young man that was working was amazing. He was super kind, and said hello to everyone who came through the door. The older woman working was not so nice. She seemed rushed, impatient, upset, and rude. She cut off customers when they were ordering numerous times and she did not seem happy to be there. She was also rude to the boy who was working and ordered him around in an unprofessional way. The wait on the food wasnt too long, and that wouldnt even matter if we had waited for a long time. Because 9 times out of 10, customers wont care if the person working has a good attitude.

Bad experiences every time! I will no longer be going to Leduc chopped leaf. I will start driving back to south side Edmonton chopped leaf again!
The place is nice and not too much people when i came in just one table. I was patiently waiting in line for a good 5 or more minutes (im the only one in line) which i dont mind waiting that much but the 2 ladies who worked there not even tried to look at me or at least make a smile just to know that they saw you. Not a place to go and enjoy food coz employees are so lazy to even greet a customer. I just walked out because that is not how customer service should be.
Excellent service. We had the pleasure of having Chopped Leaf Leduc cater our party. It was perfect. The food was so fresh, tasty and healthy, no one felt guilty for going back for seconds. The platters were arranged nicely and presented very well and labeled so that you knew what you were getting. I highly recommend the salad cups. They were a real hit.

If you love healthy, flavourful food, this is the place for you! Their kids menu is affordable, and tasty, my 6 year old loves everything on the menu. The staff is friendly and helpful, and the owners are amazing. Highly recommend!

The food is fresh and the service is great! Unfortunately, they use all of the romaine leaves in their ceasar salad. I dont like the outer mature leaves of the romaine as I find them very bitter. Otherwise lunch was good.
If you want healthy and good food this is the best restaurant in Leduc.Clean,Staff are friendly and knowledgeable (Thank You Bernice & Linda)Large portions,Reasonable prices and Clean Washrooms.Food is excellent.Coffee is excellent.I can t see anybody complaining.If so and if you want to put extra layers of fat around your heart then go to McDonald s and have a greasy hamburger or go next door to Ricki s and take a bucket with you and clean their washrooms..We ve been to chopped Leaf 4 times in the last 3 weeks and loved it.We will be back.

Pricey and SLOW We recently tried the Chopped Leaf in Leduc Common, and we have now visited 3 Chopped Leaf locations that are in or near Edmonton. We have come away with the same observations in all places. They are expensive and they are SLOOOOOOW. The two customers in front of us in Leduc Common waited nearly 20 minutes to get their takeout order of two salads. Our eat in order took 16 minutes for one sandwich and one quesadilla (which my wife ate with a spoon as it just fell apart). This place had 3 or 4 staff working at the time and we were the only occupied dine-in table. Sure, its an appealing trendy healthy menu, but if it is far more pricey than other options and it consistently takes a ridiculous amount of time to get a simple order, then these places arent gonna make it folks.

Restaurant menu offer vegetable dishes with balanced combination of needed nutrients and micro-elements. One can enrich their meal with animal proteins which also in menu. Healthy eating.
This place is amazing on all levels. Its clean, healthy, the service is great and the staff are awesome to deal with. Once you go there, your will go again and again.
Waited for a Caesar salad and soup for over 20 minutes. Salad was croutons filled when shared gluten allergies, the soup was oily and overall food was just rushed and no attention/care to what was coming out. Expected more because it s typically good everytime I ve been there before.

Enjoyed a wonderful dinner as a group of 9 family and friends. Food was delicious, service was fast and super friendly, restaurant was clean and warm and the atmosphere was inviting. Will be back again.
The first two times our experience was good. To begin with there was just the two of us seated in the restaurant, we placed our order, 25 minutes later we are still waiting, it was our impression that take out orders seemed to take preference. Some people ordered after us and got their order, they forgot about us they hadn t even started our order, we got a refund and left.
