Very king & friendly Patric is . Food is ready as soon as I walked in. good pricing. 5 stars all aspects. He even said the pizza was going to be extra good and he wasn t lying. Probably the best pizza I have had from Dominos in a long time.

I ordered my pizza and they completely ignored my order and just put random topping on my pizza never ordering from here again

Ordered 2 pizzas online and selected that I would pay cash upon delivery. I planned to tip the driver 20% but when I went to pay, the driver had no change forcing me to have to tip 40%. Saying that they had no change is dirty and will never order here again. The cost of the tip he stole from me would have covered the cost of another pizza. UPDATE Really dominos??? Your way of fixing this is to tell me that I need to hang out in my room and someone will bring me the change I should have received yesterday... and then send someone at 12:15 in the morning and wake me up when I have to get up in a few hours to go to work?!? It feels like this was out of spite and is completely unprofessional!!!

Totally screwed up my order time , so when I showed up for my custom pizza two hours early, Justin started my pizza right there without me having to ask . #10147 Had a thin crust pizza done my way and was perfect and the staff was friendly and the place looked clean and well organized . The only change I would have is a few chairs for people that are waiting to pick up .

Pizza was great. Only thing was I asked to pay in cash online and when the delivery driver showed up he didnt have any change he said and I was forced to pay with debit which I didnt want to do. Tell you delivery drivers to have change with them. The pizza was $28 and I had$40 cash on me. Like cmon! Other than that everything was good.

We thought crust would be a bit thicker getting a traditional but it was still delicious. So not a big deal at all.

1st time ever I liked Domino s pizza in Canada while traveling to Edmonton . Exceptional service with perfect taste and toppings. Note: I hope same service can be provided in Calgary northeast quadrant while removing unprofessional dealers who are spoiling the name of the franchise where they just touch toppings to pizza instead of putting it on pizza.

Absolutely horrible pizza I ordered 2 pan pizza and cheesy bread pizza had barely any toppings the pizza was raw doughy it was eend of night I get it I called and told them what was wrong they said they wanted to see pizza i agreed they told me if get a credit so w days later still havent picked up pizza I put order in they told me I have credit on 1 topping pizza wort 15 dollars and refused to honour it unless I had pizza to show delivery man they expected me to cart a raw pizza 2 of them and wait for them to confirm so delivery guy didnt show up thinking Im gonna still have a 3 day pizzas to cart around absolute joke cheap and peti

I have ordered from this place consistently for years because the pizza was always good. That was not the case tonight. I ordered 2 large feast pizzas added extra cheese to the one that didn t have it. I also added onions and bacon to the other which didn t get added. There was hardly enough toppings to cover either pizza. There was no sauce and the pizza was all together terrible. I called to let them know and I was told because it was a pizza that already had 4 toppings they didn t add much let alone the toppings I had added. They then offered me a medium 2 topping pizza to make up for it. The pizza they had delivered are in the garbage and I can t say I will be ordering from here again. It s to bad as this was my go to place.

Ordered pizza this evening, the Waite time was ok (average approx 45 minutes) the price was reasonable, when the pizza came it was warm and not hot and tasted pretty plain, not many toppings. The packaging was done well, the online points are quite good as well. I was expecting to receive a text to let me know when my order was close, I didn t receive one .

Consistently disappointed. The last time that I ordered, our food was delivered to the wrong address. When I called, the person I spoke to was incredibly rude and then told me it was on the way (despite having signed up for the text message service which lets you know when your food is coming) and then hung up on me. I called back several times only to be hung up on. My husband had to call on his phone in order to speak to someone. We were granted a credit after going back and forth for a while. I have attempted to use this credit twice now but have been declined because there isn t a manager working who can process/approve credits. Disappointed because I enjoy the pizza but the service has ruined the experience at this point.

I ordered a pizza for the first time since we moved here from Ontario. The location in Leduc as far as Im concerned exceeded my expectations. The pizza was exactly what I ordered and was still hot when it arrived. I will definitely be ordering my pizza from here again. The delivery driver was so nice and the delivery time was almost exactly the time they quoted when I placed my order online. I forgot to take a photo but I definitely will when I order again. My friend had an allergy to green peppers and she had called and asked if the pizza she wanted had green pepper, they hung up on her and when I had called and asked to speak to the manager he said he was the manager and he said I don t care and hung up the phone again when I told him what had happened.

Theres plenty of parking the food is ready fast like. Usually 15-20 minutes. Its a good pizza joint but no seating really just there for pick ups and delivery. Waiting for your good when its busy can suck, your crammed into the front entrance shoulder to shoulder. But good pizza and wings. I always get the philly steak and cheese with extra everything highly recommend if you havent tried it yum yum.

Its Dominos but compared to all of the other fast food pizza joint they have done the best. Is it the best pizza no, but for 19.99 for an XL pepperoni pizza there is nothing to complain about. They have never made a mistake on my order, they are always on time or early. Everything you could ever ask for.

DO NOT pay and tip on online for your pizzas. -32 today. I patiently waited one hour for pizzas to arrive before investigating and found them ON MY PORCH. No doorbell rung, no call, nothing. Cold pizza for $60 Lesson learned- let the drive freeze to death waiting for me to come and accept the pizzas and pay. Just incredibly rude.

Over priced. Skimped on toppings. Requested double toppings and recived less than I would have expected as a normal topping. Only one reason they put the stickers on the box to stop you opening before you leave the shop to see your order. Anyway wont do again.

My husband just went to pick up our dinner order from this location. There were children running around the back of the store with no masks. There was an employee standing behind the counter with their mask pulled below their chin. My husband told them that this was a direct health violation and he would not be paying for or accepting our order due to concerns over Covid-19. The employees simply said okay and let him walk out the door without a single offer of apology or attempt to make this right. Extremely poor customer service with health violations. Do not eat here.

SAVE your money tonight at this Dominos Pizza in Leduc Common! We ordered a pizza so dry, lacking sauce plus pasta with marinara sauce AGAIN lacking sauce SO DRY and BURNT! Chicken Carbonara BURNT and Also lack of sauce SO DRY! To top all that off Brownies BURNT! The staff there obviously doesnt care what they prepare for customers and so I strongly recommend be careful.

Wow so disappointed!! Ordered over $30 worth of food and it went basically in the garbage. My granddaughter did pick thru her pasta with marinara, she got maybe 5 that werent hard and had sauce on them.The pizza was dry hardly any sauce, but it was one item that wasnt burnt. The chicken cabanara was sooooo over cooked it was almost dry! Then desert, a total disaster, the brownies were black not brown and after cooling to hard to eat. I would suggest opening your pretty Dominos cartons prior to leaving, ensure (I quote) penne pasta is baked to perfection.

Google said was open until 1 AM on Thursday which was not right. Got there around 11:45, the door sign said was still until midnight. I was waiting on the door because the door had a buzzer. I can see the Indian guy working inside but didnt open the door for me. I ring the bell many times but he was just ignoring me as if he doesnt see me. I also called on the phone but he didnt pick my call. Waited until closing time the ignorant guy never open the door. Unfortunately had to leave empty handed.

Ive always loved dominoes... they make amazing pizza. but... for the love of god, why have i started to get my desserts burned? I love the lava crunch cakes, but the last few weeks the bottoms have been burned or overcooked, and obviously, taste terrible because of this. I hope this is changed.

Extremely rude customer service, the lady working the front desk told me she was brand new and couldnt make my delivery because it was not in Leduc, when in fact this is the nearest Dominos (by the airport), when I asked to speak to someone else she told me she was in charge before proceeding to hang up (I doubt someone brand new is running shop). Was ordering $400 of pizza for my team. I ordered from a Dominos a few days ago online, it corrected the address from SW to NW, and their driver drove over 40 minutes to get the job done. Huge contrast from this. I encourage Dominos to listen to the call.
