Inedible. This has to be some of the worst pizza that I've ever tried to eat. Ordered two medium pizzas, one pepperoni, one sausage, onion and mushroom. The sauce was so sweet that it was more sugar than tomato, weirdly the "Italian" sausage also was just as sweet. When the delivery driver handed me the pizzas, the first thought was "wow, these are hefty" and it was because the cheese was so thick measuring nearly a quarter inch thick that when you picked up a piece it failed to maintain even the smallest sense of structural integrity it just flopped, and because of the sheer amount of cheese the other toppings under them just steamed taking on the texture of a soggy sponge. The dough had no taste, texture or chew to it. The pizza was under baked, barely any colour on it, just enough time to melt the cheese and just heat through other toppings enough to call it "cooked". The one redeeming aspect of this order is that it arrived quickly, under 30 minutes. Which is a feat in itself considering the store is nearly a 15 minute drive away. Panago used to be a good upper end of a decent delivery pizza. I would rather eat a discount frozen pizza. At nearly $40 for two medium pizzas this was a regretful experience, one I do not intend to repeat.
You must strive to speak Hindi if you want to order from this store. I couldn’t carry on and had to hang up
We are currently eating what we feel might be the best tasting Panago pizza slices we’ve ever had from any of the franchises. Well-cooked and superior tasting crust somehow. So much so, we decided to write this review.
The food from here is good but the delivery service is completely messed up. Either the in-store employee's or the delivery drivers are using their system wrong. The website will inform you that your order arrived a full 20-30 minutes before their driver actually shows up. As a result your will be standing outside your house like the fool they take you for, waiting for your order. This is not a one time accident because it has happened many times and I am no longer willing to have my free time lit on fire by these delivery clowns. I'm done with Panago, Little Caesar's it is.
We have tried ordering here many times, usually get home in Calmar and the order is wrong. Have caught it at the store a couple of times before leaving but shouldn’t have to be their QC. Wings are rubbery. Toppings are often wrong. Food quality isn’t worth the money IMO. You call Panago office and you get a credit back but its only good for 3 months. We usually miss out. I’d find somewhere else to get pizza. Let me know if you find a good spot?
Ordered a pizza tonight. Came moldy. Pretty sure it was the onions but hard to say. Terrible thinking of what the quality control looks like to have a moldy pizza. Called them but it goes to a 1800 location and they couldn’t help me because I ordered through Skip. No way to actually talk to the location which is pathetic. Welcome to 2023 I guess. Sure this feedback won’t even make it back to them so I just won’t be supporting their business anymore.
Huge rave to Panago pizza Leduc! I went in and ordered 18 pizzas for my son's birthday party. I needed them for 11am even though that's when then open. Owner said it wasn't a problem and I could pick them up at 10:30. Orders were perfect! It's always our go to pizza place but even more so now!! Thanks for the great customer service!!!
Consistently good and delicious. Ordered delivery and it arrived within 20 minutes from order! Pizza was great, chicken was good. Panago has the best cheese sauce also, highly recommend

Pizza has been going down hill quite a bit lately. The wing are just globs of fat on bones and pretty gross. Probably not going to order again.
Lately I started ordering pizza from Panago. I have to say they have the best pizza. Non greasy with lots of toppings and cheese. Cinnamon sticks also taste great. Keep up the good work.
Great Pizza as always. The only thing that I would mention is the wait on timed orders. Last four times I placed an order hours in advance and had to wait at least 10-15 mins for the pizza once I arrived at the scheduled pickup time.

Feb 6, 2022 Must be under new management. Staff that was there before Xmas were great. Very friendly. Pizzas were well made. Went once after they left to try new management. Pizzas seem to have as little ingredients on them as possible and if original crust, it sure has gotten thin. Gave them second chance today and wont go back. Super thin crust on all 3 pizzas and skimpy ingredients with little sauce on all. Wont be back.

Used to be good pizza. Starting to find hair in my order. Staff should start wearing hair nets when they are working in the kitchen.

Im sure the pizza will be great but waiting an extra 20 minutes in the lobby passed the time they said it would be ready is unacceptable. Especially when I can see that they forgot it and only put it in the oven when they realized I was waiting.

Very disappointed in this location and very unhappy with the customer service from the manager imposter. Ordered food to which became ready after they closed and were unable to pick up ourselves. When trying to get a refund manager imposter refused and told us the costumer was in the wrong and also would not give his name proceeded to be very ignorant and then took photographs of me and my vehicle and license plate. Also they were not wearing masks while preping food which goes agents covid regulations for public health and safety. I will never order from panago pizza in Leduc and of you dont want covid, I would recommend you also not order from this location.
Fast and hot
Excellent customer service, the food is hot and fresh. Panago has the best options for vegans and vegetarians out of any pizza place in Leduc. The manager is helpful and friendly. Store is clean and regular sanitizing is completed. I would recommend Panago Leduc if youre looking for quality.

Service very bad and slow Stuff very rude
Staff very rude, ignored me several times, then started yelling at me of how I was being disrespectfull to him. I got frustrated and did slam the counter and asked him for about the 5th time if my order, which I had already paid for, was ready. Well that got him yelling at me again and he took out his phone and took my picture (for which I posed) he finally went to check for my order then yelled he had called my name several times and I hadn t responded. I tried to tell him that he had told me that it would be ready in 7 min. and I had been waiting in my car but he wasn t interested in listening to that, just kept on yelling at me. I will NEVER go back there again.
Wrong pizza, called it in and they were very polite.

Normally great service, today seems they are shorthanded and the man making the pizzas after dealing with 3 customers, barley rinsed his hands, no soap and 2 seconds of water. Gross!!!

ordered chipotle chicken pizza 2 weeks ago .......no cheese no toppings only dough .....this is the only Panago store in whole Edmonton .......where i got pizza without cheese ........please dont waste your money on this place
