Ordered a Chicken Thai wrap and it had no Thai sauce on it, and felt like I was eating chicken and Cole slaw, and I had had garlic parm fries, and I felt like they werent cooked enough.

Our poor waitress clearly had no training before being thrown into serving. Other servers walked past her, watching her drown. The only person that tried to help her was another server who let us know that she too was new, but they would do their best to figure out the bill that had numerous mistakes. The manager was not much help, flailed her arms and proclaimed that there were too many fires to put out. I hope this restaurant can take the time to properly train the staff....servers to managers. I felt bad for those girls who really were trying but had no help.

We picked going to Boston pizza for dinner because you cant go wrong, we were stopping In for a casual meeting, so we decided to stop at the Leduc BPS. And I will say Gabe, our server, made this truly a five-star dining experience. The food was to be expected from BP, not bad but not anything spectacular Gabe is an excellent server who probably doesnt get paid enough for his top notch service, it didnt stop him from providing us with an excellent dining experience. Good work gabe

Worst service in the lounge ever! Bartender completely ignored me at the bar for over 10 minutes while helping other people and cleaning tables. When complained to management bartender said I didn t ask for a drink which is beyond the worst excuse I have ever heard.

I recently visited Boston Pizza Leduc and had a rather disappointing experience. The lounge area features a jukebox that can be controlled via an app, which initially seemed like a fun addition. However, my enthusiasm quickly turned to disappointment. At around 2 pm on a Saturday, during a commercial break of a soccer game, I decided to play a song through the jukebox app. The place was practically empty, with only about eight other patrons who didn t seem overly engaged with the game. Despite this, my server came over (male with longish hair) and informed me that they had to reject my song because people that are here came here to watch the game. Now this reasoning seemed questionable given the sparse and disinterested crowd. Even those watching the game could still see it without the commentary playing. (Let alone during a commercial break, which was when I was playing my song.) There was maybe like 8 other customers max. I felt disrespected and singled out. Why should my enjoyment be dismissed so readily in favour of someone elses? Was there a collective consensus where the majority of patrons said they preferred to listen to the commercials over some music during the commercial break? Again, this was 2pm on a Saturday in Leduc. I looked around and there was practically nobody in there. And even the ones who did occasionally glance at the game didnt seem to be enjoying it too much. Even if lets say I had been playing it during the game, I dont think anyone really cared whether or not the game had mumbled commentary playing over the speakers or not. You could still see what was happening. If Boston Pizza Leduc wants to ensure everyone s satisfaction, why offer a jukebox if they aren t prepared to let customers use it? Why install an ami jukebox and then become all dumbfounded when god forbid someone simply decides to use it? I even had to spend money on credits just to try out this feature for the first time. But that doesnt seem to matter to whoever decided that they had the supreme authority to gatekeep this. But I didnt decide to argue with anyone about this because frankly I didnt have the energy for it but overall this experience killed the vibe and left me feeling patronized, undermined and I expected better treatment and respect as a paying customer. In conclusion, if you value being treated fairly and not being singled out/discriminated against for simply taking the opportunity to utilize one of their features, I would suggest looking elsewhere. Not saying all BPs are like this (I hope not at least) but this particular establishment is a complete joke. I wanted to get outta that place asap because I wasnt comfortable here whatsoever. This not only makes Boston Pizza look bad, it makes Leduc look bad too. Wont be back.

I ordered Jambalaya fettuccine baked with cheese for $29.48. Its definitely not worth paying for. Pasta is not Al dente. I entered there as if I was not there , took them a while to entertain me. Chocolate Explosion is good but very pricey for $ 10.29. Triple play for $23.49 chicken strip ( 5 strips) was not good. cheese toast is ok. Overall rating 2 stars. Im definitely not ordering again. . Pasta is bland and lacks flavors.

Terrible service beyond words. Came as a group and we had the worst waiter. He was impatient with us trying to order. We had a child with us who was trying to decide what to order and our waiter was rolling his eyes at us. He clearly is in wrong field of work. Not only did we have to deal with his attitude my child was served her food after all the adults had finished eating. We all agreed that was the worse service we ve dealt with. I do not recommend going here!

Went for lunch. Ordered a club sandwich with a side ceasar salad off of the lunch menu. Waitress was awesome. Did was great. Price was right, $13. Will definitely go back. Thanks BP!

Decent food server was nice

Food was good. The kids eat free. Everyone got their food but one had to wait about ten minutes for theirs. No other complaints. The restaurant is decorated nicely.

Leduc BPs has always been a great experience for us. Quick, friendly service and the food was awesome! When choosing to eat out these days, it makes it worth it to spend hard-earned money and truly get what you pay for.

Tuesday is super busy. Besides that, every was amazing .

Unfortunately the food here did not seem to be up to the standard to the restaurants in the city. Pastas were bland and greasy, and our pizza had to be sent back because the cheddar cheese on it made it borderline gross. On the bright side, or server was extremely friendly and funny.

Came in for lunch, waited 20 minutes before a server came over and asked for our drinks and we waited for another 20 minutes before our drinks came out. Disappointed in the poor service. We recieved 10% off our bill and a free appetizer but for me, it wasnt worth the cost.

Ordered the Boston sized burger like I usually do just to bite right into a piece of a broken plate. Luckily I was offered a replacement and the manager was super nice, got my mom more wine in compensation, and I ended off with no issues in the end!

I am a regular and didnt leave a tip for the 1st time tonight. Took 6 to 7 min to take my order in a slow lounge. I ordered wings to start with an individual pizza with sausage and they couldnt figure that out. I git my wings and pizza at the same time and no sausage on my pizza. And beyond that I had 2 beer and Bill was still almost 60 bucks. Wondering if BPs is the way to go anymore, only 2 stars bc the food.. though cold, was still tasty.

I had the steak sandwich and asked it to be medium-rare, but it came out more on the medium side. I told the waitress and nothing happened, so I just ate it, but I will NOT be going back. Goodbye!

Fabulous staff, great food!

Online order was placed for pickup on the way to the Airport. Requested cutlery in the order. Arrived to pickup was ignored at the counter for 3 minutes, despite staff making eye contact. Was asked about cutlery again, and I said yes please, with extra napkins. When we got where we were going nothing in the bag that was asked for. Ended up going to another restaurant to get what we needed. Food was good other than burnt garlic bread. Was Contacted by the Store Management after a survey but just brushed me off, other then to say I will talk to the staff.

Tabitha is a very special waitress. She was very helpful in helping us celebrate my wifes birthday. Thank you very much But we did find it very chilly. Food : 4/5

A group of us have been coming here every evening that we land from working days up north. Which really only ends up being one Wednesday of each month... Everytime we have come here, we have been served by Krystyanna and she knows where we like to sit and what we like to drink. Last Wednesday I was walking though the door and she already had my beer poured and our table was all set up for us with menus and everything. She alone has made our experience here a memorable one, I mean dont get me wrong the prices are decent and the food is good enough... But she is what sets it apart and keeps up coming back to be served by her. Keep it up Kyrstyanna! Cant wait to see you in 4 Wednesday from now! Lol

The only thing that changes at Boston pizza is the prices.. the food is the same as it was 30 years ago. The only difference is that it now costs twice as much.

Vegetarian options: The salad was delicious, fresh and filing. Tara, our server was lovely and she recommended a delicious beer. We enjoyed our meal and especially Tara. a s lovely.

Zero service. We got sat immediately. And then 10 minutes goes by and no server comes to us. 3 of them did hang out at their front stand, lollygagging. The restaurant was not busy and there seemed to be a lot of staff but no service. Few minutes later, we decided to leave.

Staff are friendly, attentive and super nice, i ordered chicken tenders and i love it! Mash potato are delicious there is tiny bit of bacon and it really blends well to the mash potato.

Nice to have a place close by. To stop in after picking up at the airport.

Food was great and service was ok. Atmosphere was a bit noisy but it was busy. Drowned out the kids anyway. Tipped 40% on a $100 bill and waitress didnt even bat an eye. I took my family there last night and the restaurant was extremely BUSY!! However, the staff were fantastic in keeping up with everything, they were communitive and very empathetic. Yes, the orders were a little longer coming out but thats entirely to be expected. They did a great job and were all working very hard to ensure a great experience for their customers. Excellent job to the team and the food was delicious!

Everytime I come in here I hope it will be better. Wont lie, their food has gotten better but their waitresses are not only bad but look mad all the time. Got a beer and my glass stunk.

Havent been here since their reno. It was just like every other BPs at the time. We often order takeaway from here, usually the Game Day Deal, always delicious, always a reasonable price. ETA: Have now been here since reno, they have lost a star from me. Their menu redo (awful), service was okay, our server forgot (we had to remind him) our kids drinks/and then their dessert ... which was shown with a plethora of toppings... They maybe received 5 m&ms each... our meal took forever to get to us, and at that point, it was pretty close to bedtime for our kids.

Our waitress Tabatha gave the best service weve ever had and really made our night great!

Bit of a disappointment. Came to have dinner with family, 7 adults and 2 kids (who shared a meal). Four of the seven adults received meals at the same time, only two were hot. The remaining 3 meals didnt arrive for almost 25 minutes - when everyone had finished. Two of these three meals were also cold. No one asked how the meals were (obvious to them Im guessing). Asked for ribs but they were frozen, had to order something else - steak sandwich, asked for medium rare and it came well done and still cold. All in all fairly disappointing.
