Ordered pizza and drinks. After well over an hour, still nothing. Called back to inquire, was told they'd cancelled the order. No reason given, and no contact to tell us no food would be coming.
This pizza never disappoints. Salads were fresh and flavourful. Pizza had lots of toppings. Very friendly staff
This is second time i got hair in there pizza, Usually i don’t post reviews when this happened first time i called them and let them know, This happened again, these guys really need to maintain cleanliness as per Alberta health and licensing.
Ordered deep dish pizza multiple times from here. I often found the pizza dry with very little sauce with areas that don't even have sauce and crust too thick. I ordered tonight and asked for extra sauce... well it was very dry again. Very difficult to communicate problems with them over the phone. They were reluctant to retify the problem. Expensive pizza for the quality.
I stayed away from here for a while because of the reviews but decided to give it a shot. Ordered from skip the dishes, when it showed up it was piping Hot! Not gonna lie, it was loaded with toppings and cooked perfectly. I used to work in pizza and gotta say it was a well made pizza and tasted great! Maybe others had bad experience but I'll definitely try it again when I'm back in town!
More then disappointing! Never ever have I had a lasagna made without sauce. Gross! Water and noddles with melted cheese is what you get when you order from them. 0 stars would be more appropriate.
The pizza was really good and filling . Got a medium and couldn't finish it between two adults and a toddler. They were easy to understand on the phone and had it made for pick up in a timely fashion. Not sure what the negative reviews are about..
We had the Chicago deep dish pizzas. Everyone has a different opinion of what makes a pizza good. This pizza tasted alright as far as flavour but in my personal opinion the pizzas were a bit too thick. They were very, very filling but the thickness of the crust and cheese just made them too soggy. They did not reheat well. If you put them on a pan they remain soggy. If you put them on the rack they ooze cheese everywhere. I think I will try the regular pizzas next time. Service was friendly and it looks like they have an array of Vietnamese dishes as well.

Worst pizza Ive had in my life. Ive never actually had to write a review but this place had the audacity to add pickles to a donair pizza. Honestly they belong under the prison. Edit: They also stole/forgot my can of pepsi

Our family loves this pizza, always hot and delishes. If I was to have any vo.olaint it would be a bit light on the meat side but thats an effe t of our over priced country right now. Thanks and we will see you soon.

Took me a LONG time to be brave enough to try this place based on the reviews here. My pizza arrived fresh, hot and loaded with toppings. Pizza was very well cooked too. This is truly a deep dish pizza so expect lots of crust. Is it the best pizza in Leduc? No. But it is certainly deserving of much better reviews than received on google. Skip rates them 9.8/10 when I ordered this evening.

My pizza from here has always been amazing defenetly a large step up from the other pizza in the area. They also have free delivery over 15$ in leduc wich is great! Quite frankly picking a pizza up from here can be alittle annoying as you are ignored untill there ready to come over rather then acknowledging your existance so I would recomend taking them up on there free delivery. My recomended pizza flavors are pretty lady and spicy although sometimes it is really spicy so be ready for that lol
Ordered delivery.Deep dish Chicago style and a garden salad. The smell hit me first and started the drool. The pizza was fantastic,the salad was fresh and clean. I will be ordering again when we return to Leduc.

Ordered through Skip the dishes. And the order was incorrect. Confirmed the order that went through skip the dishes was correct and Confirmed with the Chicago deep dish that the restaurant made the error, Chicago deep dish had Zero accountability, instead of trouble shooting with me, the lady just repeatedly yelled at me the same sentence over and over until I just hung up. Thanks for the great experience!
The service was slow, the pizza had a strange smell to it. We had one bite and spit it out. I have never had such gross pizza in my life. We called to let them know that it was gross and not edible, they were sorry but not sorry. Two pizzas straight to the garbage. Spare yourself the waste of money. If I could give a negative star rating I would.

Great pizza if you can get their attention. Both upon ordering and picking up I had troubles getting their attention. They were all in the kitchen watching something on their phone and showed zero regard for me after knocking and saying hello. Pizza tastes good though. Kinda sketchy looking inside, almost thought it was vacant...
If I could give zero I would!! I took one bite of my chicken wing and nearly threw up on my plate! I guess we should of read the reviews before!!! 100% DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!! I never in my life had a chicken wing taste like that it tasted like just some soggy old grease batter no chicken etc. Took a bite of my pizza and the dough was Soggy like the entire pizza was set in water undercooked dough. Avoid!
First night in Alberta in a long time. Got in to the hotel late and we were hungry. The pictures on Google sold us on ordering. We got a large galaxy and 3 pounds of wings. The wings were great,but the pizza blew my socks off. I have eaten a lot of different pizza in Ontario, and I have never had such amazing pizza. This place is awesome First class.
Order a large pizza and chicken Cesar salad - the chicken in the salad was completely raw & slimy. The pizza was undercooked. The dough was cold & mushy. For the amount of money spent its a massive waste. I suggested just going to Walmart and buying your own pizza. Youll spend less and be far less disappointed. Heres hoping Im not cradling the toilet tonight from the food poisoning Im sure to have gotten. Place this order through Skip. Who told me there was nothing they could do. Which was also extremely disappointing.

When you need deep dish, this is the best pizza around! I usually get thin crust pizza and save the heartier deep dish for special occasions. What s my special occasion? I m just craving their pizza again because I had some last Saturday night.
Never order pizza from here there kitchen is filthy I wonder what product they must be using.Good luck for those who order wont recommend this to anyone.
Ive been ordering from here for years still a satisfying loaded pizza, compare to any pizza place in 21 to their skimpy toppings , thin paste ,exorbitant price and Ive eaten almost all all producers , chains, they are all cutting back

Ordered a deep dish today and half the crust was not cooked. all I tasted was dough and the toppings kept falling off. My husband feels sick! Never ordering from there again!
Cannot understand a word of the person taking orders. Got my boyfriend to call and a friend from Somalia and not one of us could understand a word so we just said whatever and hoped for the best
Ordered pizza last night the deep dish one and it was not cooked in the middle there were still some Raw dough ! Also we ordered hot wings and we just got regular wings it was too late to call back last night because they were closed so I called today and the lady argued with me that she cooks for pizza For 18 minutes She also apologized for the wings but did not offer any compensation or any replacement horrible customer service ended up hanging up on me definitely will not order again nor will I recommend to people they should really work on this or they re going to go out of business
I got a medium deep dish pepperoni and bacon pizza and the thing was like 6 pounds of heaven. Lasagna pizza.
The worse lasagna just some noodles in a very plain sauce no taste.. the cheese bread the top piece of bread was nicely cheese covered the bottom slice no cheese n soggy bread..

Ordered pizza last night from this company and i will never order again. Expensive for a 10 inch pizza. Taste was horrible had 1 slice and threw the rest in the garbage. Chicken didnt taste fresh. Once again i dont recommend ordering from this place.

this is the Absolute worst food place i ve dealt with. I ordered food that took over AN HOUR to prepare, the restaurant and i had to talk on the phone over 4 times before i got my meal- which was so so simple. chicken wings and a salad. my food was disgustingly undercooked and bloody when i finally got it so i couldn t eat any of it. i went in the next day to see my options and the lady screamed at me, telling me to go to the hospital (cuz apparently complaining about inedible food is insane) she finally called the manager or store owner which wasn t any help and as i was on the phone the lady waved her hands in my face and ripped the phone right out of my hands even when i was trying to back away from her. i ended up getting less than half of my money back for the absolute TERRIBLE SERVICE. DO NOT GO HERE!!!!!!!!!

Ordered a large donair pizza on two separate occasions. First order they tried charging us $4 more than the price indicated on the website. We showed the delivery lady the menu online and she amended the price to be correct. Second time we had a coworker pick the pizza up and again they charged her $4 above the price indicated online. Unfortunately the coworker who picked it up didnt know of the previous issue and didnt check the price. After we recognized the issue we placed a call to the building asking for an explanation. We were given a runaround, told theyd give us $4 if we came in later but offered no explanation of how this would be guaranteed, and told to call the manager. Upon calling the manager, the person who picked up (correct name) said they had no association with the restaurant. After further back and forth with the store, we called the manager again and left a message, and have not heard anything back yet (~4 hours ago). The pizza itself was amazing both times though, tasted great and was a good size. 2 stars for the pizza, 0 stars for customer service.
This place is amazing. Not only do they sell puzza but also vietnamese food. It makes me incredibly sad that so many people assume that this place is going to be top tier, as it is run by a single person. A single woman runs this restaurant with little help. She struggles wh english but still works her hardest to give every customer the best experience she can. I went inside to eat with my mother and we were treated with the warmest hospitality. We were given tea and free samples just so we could try things we were interested in bt didnt have the time to order. This place is one of my favorite restaurants.
Lets just say I walked in with a different expectation than what I actually got. I remember the pizza being more tasteful last year, dont know what has changed. Also, its ran by one person so it can take some time to get your order.
If you like waiting over an hour for thick uncooked dough as a pizza crust then this place is for you. I tried them 3 times and have been disappointed EVERY time. DONT EAT HERE
Almost as good as the one in west Edmonton... did wait 35 min in store for it.
They messed up on my order by throwing meat on a vegetarian pizza but fixed it by making a new one so I have a mixed review. Neither bad nor good because they fixed the error. Too bad as it was late in the night, I had to go back to pickup the pizza as they do not deliver to Edmonton.
Ordered Pizza Saturday the entire family has stomach poisoning. This is the second time this has happened to us from this location.
We have ordered from here a few times and always very inconsistent. Today it took them over 2 hours to deliver the pizza and when I complained about it the driver just walked away! Also when I called about it the lady just said Ill give you 20% off take it or leave it and hung up! Never ordering from this place again and suggest not to as they over charge you and have horrible service.
