I recently moved from Toronto, essentially Brampton, and was in search of Punjabi-style pizza. This Pizza 73 location exceeded my expectations, offering the best Punjabi-style pizza Ive ever had. Additionally, the staffs hospitality was exceptional, particularly the gentleman who assisted me; he was incredibly friendly and helpful. Vegetarian options: Tandoori paneer pizza

The pizza was burnt and I paid for extra cheese and there was no extra cheese, pizza came cold also. Customer service tried to get me a replacement but they told me they didn t want to come back now I m short $50 plus $5.00 tip I gave to the delivery guy because the pizza was thrown away.

This pizza provide amazing service to all their customers and all pizzas are very delicious every time I always order Punjabi style pizza from this pizza. As well all staff is very friendly and hard working

Best pizza in town

I tried to order 2 pizzas, the people on the phones dont understand English or are not listening to what is being said. Im then told that Im placing a 2nd order. I havent even placed the 1st order. Then, when everything is mixed up, its blamed on the customer not communicating properly. Get real!!!!

Picked up a BBQ Chicken Pizza from here and The Whole Experience was Great.

The pizza stores performance has been consistently unsatisfactory. On three separate occasions, I have encountered issues with their service. The first time, I was unable to place an order online or by phone. When I visited the store in person, the cashier was disinterested in taking my order and made several errors with my customizations. The second time, I placed an online order, but the store claimed they had not received it, despite my having received a confirmation. The third time, I ordered online for delivery, and it took two hours for my order to arrive.

Visited Pizza 73 recently and was thoroughly impressed! The ambiance of the store was inviting, with a cozy seating arrangement that made dining enjoyable. The staff were attentive, ensuring orders were promptly taken and delivered with a smile. As for the taste, the pizzas were scrumptious perfectly baked crust with a generous amount of toppings. A commendable experience overall!

The pizza have a great flavour, a side of the different options to make it, I love the tandoori chicken one with garlic sauce. But you can find a lot of different combinations, sizes are very good also, the large one is enough for a group of 4, medium for 2, and small really enough for one person. Bunch of parking place and nice served. Even the big boxes are good to store 2 pizzas or products in one. Very convenient.

The pizza is always delicious. Préparation time is reasonable Im just a little disappointed in prices, but then again, everything has gone up in price... Food : 5/5

The pizza crust seems to have changed. It is far more like bread than it was. It used to be a bit greasy almost, and that made it good, now its dry and too hard. The toppings etc was good, seemed fresh. Just the dough, it kind of ruined the pizza for us. Its a shame weve been here alot and its been good in the past. Not sure when the change occured. The wings were always really good.

Getting inconsistent pizza when we do order, I have ordered from here probably a dozen plus times, hoping for the way it used to taste like in the late 90s. I guess i have changed, but my teenager loves the wedgies I miss the pizza and wing meals that came with veggies. I like their ghost pepper sauce when they have it, but the food has lost something. I think we may try it once a year. But when you cam make far superior pizza at home why order out, when it just tastes off.

Best pizza 73 ever I visited, I recently moved from Toronto basically brampton and was looking for any punjabi style pizza and here i got best pizza. Moreover, hospitality of staff is also superb, a guy who was dealing me was supernice to me.

Ive ordered the chicken burger a few times and there very inconsistent with how they sauce the burger seems less and less every time I order and theres no real way to talk to the store.

I went already to 9:30PM but the door was closed and evary day timing for that is 11:00 to 11:00 we often go there but staff didn t allow to eat me over there if staff don t want to allow eat over there than why timing is 11:00 AM to 11:00 PM?

I love this place. I order online....set a time for pickup and then go on my way home. Always hot, crunchy crisp crust and melty cheese. Not super generous with toppings but not skimpy either. Store is always super clean and the staff is great! The manager seems to be a down to earth guy who works his butt off & looks like he loves doing what he does. We only get take out every few weeks...

Ordered online. Am a regular customer. Called immediately after pressing submit order and asked for only wings no drumsticks. They refused claiming order was already made. In 30 seconds. Ordered 2 pizzas and a order of wings..got food poisoning and threw up all night.

Ordered $22 special. 2 med pizza, 4 drinks and 2 dips. Online order didnt go through properly. Got 2 pizza for $20 and was told 4 drinks were $4 extra. Ended up paying $7 for 4 drinks. Total $27 and no dips.

I think it was January, February I ordered from skip and the pizza sauce was rancid. Like did not taste how it should have at all. This place has by far the best pizzas I ve ever had. The staff is extremely professional and polite. They always offer me the best possible deals. The manager is friendly and makes sure this location is serving its customers to the best of their ability. I will be returning to this location again!

If I could give 0 stars then I would. I ordered delivery an hour and a half ago and its still not here! Like what is going on?? It said 30-50 minutes, they only need to drive straight down, make a left, go all the way down and take 2 small left turns again and your here, like this is inexcusable. Update: Well not only where you guys late, you guys never even showed up, not even a phone call or nothing. I then had to settle for McDonalds because it was the only place open. NEVER AGAIN!

Pizza is basic nothing special, wings are hit and miss, delivery is not touch less, no tap. The delivery guy reeked like BO. One day they showed up at my house ringing my door bell when I didn t even order!! Learn to read guys, or use gps. Never Again! Wings can be good sometimes tho

Well where do I start. I decided to order pizza from this place as we thought as a family we would do something new. First of all they made a mistake on the pizza toppings. I called to let them know. The guy on the phone told me they would happily make a new one with the right order. My family was hungry so they had a few pieces of the one they made a mistake from. We all waited for about 1 and half for the right away pizza to be here. Well my husband had two pieces of the new one. He was on the toilet the whole evening and night. They put laxatives on the new pizza or something because he didnt feel right at all. Let me say this.. never will we order from this place again!!!!!!! Glad my little children didnt have a slice of the new pizza. How terrible are these people working here to do such a thing to anyone.

Called for a delivery order almost an hour before they closed and was informed that they decided to close early. Real nice. You have business hours for a reason. This was my last attempt with Pizza 73. I am done. You will no longer receive my business or the business of my colleagues. And believe me, we are many.

Donair pizza the best

They have a policy of not switching toppings on their signature pizzas which is ridiculous. Removing one topping to replace it with another topping should not cost the customers extra. The fact that a customer might have a food allergy/sensitivity should not cost them more if it isnt costing them more. If theyre concerned about pennies between the cost of one product and another, then they could deduct the cost of the product being removed. Then add the cost of the product being added. Simple and acceptable for the customers. It makes no sense that a customer should have to pay for an extra topping when in fact there is nothing extra about it. Their customer service team isnt even concerned about keeping their customers happy. They only offer the option of a two topping pizza with added toppings. Im one very dissatisfied customer, but what do they care about 1 customer? Nothing I suppose.

Awesome place . The staff was really friendly. I did not told them to put plates in when i ordered online. And when i went to the store and asked for plates and napkins they were very kind and gave me everything i needed and didn t even charged for it . And moreover they gave me 2 cold drinks free. I really loved this place . I will recommend everyone to try this place once.

I ordered one of their specials that consisted of a pizza and boneless wings and fries. I can honestly say that was one of the saddest pizzas Ive ever bought. Pizza usually has cheese that stretches when you bite into it. This had less cheese on it then a no name brand Frozen pizza. I get that its not a super expensive top-of-the-line Pizza but it shouldnt be that skimpy.

Ive ordered here a few times, but tonight was awful. I placed my order at 7 and the guy showed up at 8. Then his machine wouldnt work. Left me the pizza and had another driver show up 45 minutes later. And both delivery guys didnt call my cell when specifically asked to, so as not to disturb my upstairs neighbors. (Basement suite) I open the box and the 2nd pizza was drenched in donair sauce!! It looked like crust and sauce only. Im not even touching that mess. Get your act together 73!

Wanted to order late, their website shows they are open until 2:00 AM for the Leduc location. When I called at 12:00 AM I was told by their call center they close early if they don`t get orders. This is poor business and shows they are unreliable if they can`t honor their own published hours.

Ive bought pizza and wings from many different pizza73 locations and this was the worst. The store itself is nice clean and accessible. The staff were courteous and helpful. The problem was the product! The pizza was very thin, barely any toppings at all, the wings looked small and dried out. Plus they gave me the wrong order of wings, which I didnt realize until I got home. It was only this location too. We ordered the same order from a different pizza73, and they didnt even look the same. I wont be ordering from this location anymore!
