If I could give a 0 star I would. Asked for cheese sticks got bread dusted with parmasan. Order a large peperoni pizza half the slices dont have peperoni on them and next to NO cheese. Drive 40 mins home and found out how horrible this was not to mention it was more like a medium NOT a large. NO NOT WAIST YOUR MONEY!!!!

Dont expect any help with orders for delivery that dont show up. Hung up on 3 times from the lady that answered my issues

First off, this location has never used the actual online tracking which means you dont actually know when it will show up. Secondly, our order sat for an HOUR before I called and the guy who apparently made it had assumed it was for skip and didnt get it delivered. Despite it having Delivery and our address on the front. He was less than helpful when I called, offering a pizza (which we didnt want and had to repeat several times) before I said send us a Sprite - he sent pepsi. Wrong dips were included, but at least he remade the food. Not impressed at all that we had to call to chase down our lunch or that he sat and stared at it for an hour without actually thinking on it. The different guy who delivered was very apologetic and kind however, and came quick once the food was remade. So this single star is not for him, he deserves the tip that was PREPAID. I wish they didnt jack up their prices for Skipthedishes, because that seems to be the only reliable way to get food.

Navneet provided great customer service! My container of wings fell all out of the box as I was trying to open the door while holding my order - she generously offered to replace my item that fell and became inedible. So appreciative of the customer service at this location!

2024 update: since they moved, it really does taste worse, travels poorly, gives gut rot, etc. Last pizza i had from here gave me food poisoning. This place cannot cook pizza. When you call in about the raw dough of the pizza, they suggest you tell them to put it in again. Should they not know how to cook pizza when the name of the store is Pizza hut? Burned for the last time by this location

I had the Friday special, Chicken Caesar with Alfredo sauce, and it didnt agree with me, In my drive home, I suffered from involuntary expulsion of said food, I contacted Pizza Hut thtu their contact on the home page, and requested a call back, but they havent followed up in over a week, Probably an isolated incident, but most annoying when I requested a follow-up, and they havent,

We ordered the Feed the Family and Wing specials, and were greeted with 2 pizzas with practically no toppings, tiny wings, and overall a very terrible experience for a price tag north of $75. I should have paid attention to the 3.2 stars this place had when I ordered. I cant say I will ever be returning here.

My recent Pizza Hut carry-out experience was nothing short of amazing. The pizzas were a symphony of flavors, from the savory crust to the mouthwatering toppings, all expertly crafted and ready for a perfect meal at home. Parking: Really nice.

When they first opened pizza was good. I used to order about once a week, however the last year, I ve stopped. Gave them a few chances, even filled out the survey that came to my email. This last order will be it. You order a cheese pizza and barely enough cheese to cover the crust. I ordered 2 large pizzas and they could have fit them in medium boxes, definitely not large pizzas and they cut them into 1-2 pieces so you had to take 3 slices to equal a normal slice else where. Toppings are so limited, there was more cheese on the Hawaiian pizza than the cheese pizza. I tried to give them a few chances, but I m done. Go elsewhere for a good decent pizza.

I do not recommend this pizza hut whatsoever. Save yourself from the hassle and go elsewhere. On more than one occasion my delivery order has been missing items or just completely wrong. The food is always cold, hard, and tastes stale. Not worth the money.

Ordered food at this Leduc Pizza hut location recently , store was busy and only one girl was running the show by her self , when i ate food it did not taste very well , specifically chicken wings were not upto the mark . I felt i wasted my money . Moza sticks did not taste well either and there were barely 8 moza sticks for 10$ . It does not worth my money . Definitely not going to waste my money at this location again .

Pizza wasn t very good wings were ok but salty.

No toppings, even paid for extra and had less than 10 pieces on the whole pizza. you could see the dough all the way through, you should only see crust dough. If I wanted dough not pizza I would have asked for it. Very disappointing after 3 times trying them. Put some toppings on!

The workers where friendly. But 2/3 pizza where missing cheese on about 3 of them. Heres the pictures...really uneven. $40 for 3 pizzas. Wont be returning. Papa Johns in Leduc is amazing though! Guy who owns it works there and is always happy!

Used to love pizza hut, but recent order was pretty mediocre. Toppings were lacking and the crust was golden brown, yet lacked any crispiness. It wasnt bad, but even with buy one get one for a dollar wasnt great value compared to competitors in the area

Although I mostly blame the driver for this upset, but I don t appreciate even calling the restaurant and the person on the phone talks so fast you can t understand a word they say, you ask them to please slow down because you can t understand them and they become rude and ignorant just because you asked them to slow down.....even politely!!!! And apparently no managers EVER work, nor can you even get an email address to complain

The staff member really need to work on customer service. went to buffet, slow service plus you will have to wait for pizza for longer. Lettuce was not fresh and you can tell by red color. I wish I knew who to contact part of escalation.

Fast and friendly service

Ive ordered extra cheese for my pizza three times now and everytime atleast 4 pieces are missing cheese. I am then told, to order a different kind or that Im wrong. I love pizza hut, so I keep giving this location a chance as they are the worst in Alberta. Ponoka is even better then Leduc, pathetic. ALSO, tried ordering under a different name and email more similar to the owners Punjabi heritage and its perfect everytime. Also, all their GOOD reviews are fake accounts. Support your own Albertans, just like they do with everything. #FindaCaucasianowner.

No pepperoni on Meat Lovers pizza, no answer from customer service after 15 mins in queue.

Would have given Zero stars if possible. Why dont you offer Butter Chicken Pizza? The only difference is indian butter sauce, chicken, red onion and roasted red peppers. I should atleast have the option to make my own but you dont even offer the sauce. Such a letdown because its the best pizza other P.H. ocations offer.

Honestly ive always been picky about fastfood pizza because some places put to much sauce or the doughs gross. I am really happy ordering from pizza hut. Thier crust is so cripsy and personally the bbq chicken is my absolute favriote! I love the workers because they are always frendly and start conversations with me. Its funny, this feels like alot to say for a review but I genuinly enjoy pizzahut.

They don t follow instructions. I work in Petro Canada and this store is close to me and i give order a pizza with a dipping sauce. I pay $4.50 for delivery for only just 100 meters. When the delivery person was here he charged me for everything and he leave; after, i open a pizza and there was no dipping sauce. I tried to contact them but there no number on google maps and on internet. You guys have to update yourself. I don t recommend this store anyone. Thanks

This has to be the worst pizza hut Ive ever been to. Their ingredients are always rotten which isnt like the other pizza huts ive been to, they also make the pizzas with massive crusts and little cheese and sauce. This location is too cheap and had no care for quality ingredients.

Pizza is mediocre quality. Ordered 1 week, did the requested survey online and recieved a 2 for 1 offer. Store refused to honor survey code 1 week after original purchase. Even refused to honor after a pizza hut customer service rep contacted them and informed them that they were the 1 and only store not honoring the coupon code. Non sence employees, would not recommend. Leduc has alot better options for both price and quality.

Was excited when this new location opened up since the old one was not good and we used to love pizza hut pizza but its absolutely the worst the food is really bad, gave them a few chances and still horrible quality food. Dont order from here plenty of good options in Leduc.

Went for dinner buffet. Pizza that was fresh out of the oven was luke warm. Pasta salad had no flavor. And due to staff focusing on take out, dining room service was completely non existent.

Havent had pizza hut in decades. I always found it too greasy. I had it last night and was very impressed. The new dough is crispy on the outside and nice and soft inside. Toppings werent greasy either. Staff at this location was great. Very friendly and knowledgeable.

Tried to purchase online using the website coupon but wasnt working. called customer support and they got into contact with the local store to have the order go through the store instead of online with the coupon. Showed up to the store to pickup the pizzas and was told that I had to pay full price cause the coupon is only for online even though corporate and the Leduc store promised they would allow the coupon code to be used at store when I showed up. Wouldnt let me speak to the Manager about the situation

Food was good , order was correct and fast. Tried to call in order so we could get the Pickup deal while driving there, we ended up hanging up and walking in to order.

I want to love it, because Pizza Hut is amazing. Im extremely impressed with their ability to disappoint you every time you order! Same complaints as everyone else - zero cheese and sauce, even though I always order extra; and the pizzas always seem to show up totally mangled. When you complain, at least with our experience, they insist its your fault. The last woman said that she cut and packaged the pizza herself and there were no issues. Well, I mean, youd think youd notice only 10 pepperoni pieces on a large pepperoni lovers, or the 5 shredded cheese bits, but..... apparently not. The last time we ordered, our pizza was totally smashed and it looked like someone had been playing frisbee with it as the whole left side was caved into the middle; we provided a photo, but that was our fault (too). I give up. On another note, we selected cash as payment and as mentioned in some previous reviews, the driver didnt have change and ended up getting an 11 dollar tip when I only wanted to give 3.

Edit 2: The amount of cheese and toppings being put on these pizzas has improved drastically. My kids are so happy the pizza tastes like it used to and has the amount of cheese they love and were accustomed to having on their Pizza Hut pizzas. I bumped the stars up to 3 as things are improving! Ill revisit this review after a few more orders. Edit 1: In addition to below, my kids had convinced me to try this location again just recently. When picking up the pizza I took a look before paying and as had been the case previously there was barely any cheese on the cheese pizza. I spoke up about the quality and they made a new pizza for us with the proper amount of cheese. We have since ordered a few more times and they appear to be putting enough cheese on these pizzas now, with the exception of one time. Star rating increased to 2 pending further pizza orders to see if they have indeed changed this practice. For pickup/takeout orders I now only tip for the cook if the pizza looks to have been prepared right. Original Review: Im so angry about the pizza quality. My kids and I have been ordering take-out from this location for the last 3-4 years with, no doubt, a few thousand dollars spent. They must have changed management or have new owners because their pizza quality went from great Pizza Hut standards to absolutely pathetic from a few months ago. We decided to give them one more try today, and regrettably I still even gave a tip for the cook before looking in the boxes. What a mistake. As per their new norm the pizzas again had barely any cheese. I dont care if the Leduc economy has slowed down - it doesnt mean you drop quality and continue to charge the same. Youve lost a loyal customer. I will never eat here again and will instead continue to spend my money at the other great pizza places in Leduc, as will my friends and family. Please do yourself a favor and go elsewhere for your pizza. To name a few - Dominos, Pizza 73 on the discount end of things, or Leduc Diner, Zambellis, Nitzas Pizza for the middle to high end pizzas. I cannot stress enough what garbage this Pizza Hut location is preparing and calling a pizza, and this needs to change.

I live the crust However the last 3 pizzas have had MINIMAL cheese. Half the pieces only have cheese on half. I called to complain, they said each size has a limited amount of cheese. I m sorry you need to increase that minimum.

Pizza was okay, the salad consisted of Romain lettuce, croutons and four different salad dressings, none of which was Caesar dressing. We ended up ordering a Caesar salad for $4.99 because they didnt have the dressing.

I liked their self service option for lunches. Nice and affordable.

Terrible staff and service. Cleanliness of dining room is atrocious. When I asked wait staff to clean tables he gave us attitude as if this was unreasonable. I shudder to think what the kitchen must look like in this establishment. This is my second review Ive posted as the previous one was removed. I most definitely wont be returning here ever again.

Pizza showed up with barely any sauce or toppings. They forgot the salad and they called and said they d send a fresh one right away. A half a container of brown wilted lettuce and crumbs showed up. Really disappointed.

Called to complain about a hair I found under the cheese. Supervisor argued with me and wouldnt replace it. I told him I have the pizza and pictures to prove it- still wouldnt do anything. Selected Cash for payment option, driver delivered the pizza and didnt have change. He got a much larger tip than I wanted to provide. Wont be ordering from Pizza Hut Leduc anymore

That s place is the absolute discrase. The person on the phone called me a liar that my pizza is wrong refused to make it right he said he wants to drive and see it before a new one is made. I WILL NEVER ORDER PIZZA HUT AGAIN OUT OF LEDUC. The delivery driver was wonderful, he deserves the world to have to work with that management. I wish there was an option to give them a negative score.

Super quick take out service

My experience was alright our server didnt really talk to us very quiet and wasnt overly welcoming. We had the kids with us and only got 2 pizzas it was empty while we were there but our server didnt check back in at all more then they could have. Drinks were not refilled and the pizza wasnt quite cooked completely it was a bit doughy in the middle so probably not the best experience Ive had.

I love the buffet at pizza hut so Im fairly bias bout this place... For 15$ I eat all I can. But the service, staff today were just really nice and on the ball... My drink never went empty, table was clean and variety of pizzas was great. Just really good lunch place in my mind.

The pizza is pretty good but the service is God awful. I had to ask the waitress 3 times for my water and there was only one other family there. I have since been there and the service has gotten better but its not perfect.

I went here to dine in with my daughters yesterday. After 10 minutes of being completely ignored, we left. I assume the quality of food is on par with other Pizza Huts, but we did not get a chance to try it, so this rating is based on my overall experience--which is to say all I got from this location was a way to waste my time and make my hungry children hungrier.

Pizza hut is best lol

According to others at my table, the pizza was good and not received. My pastor was excellent. It wasnt over saucy, and the flavors were very good. So was the pictures. The staff was good as well.

Ordered for delivery. Over an hour and half late, no call to say so. Driver showed up, debit machine didnt work. Driver did her best but management made her stand at my door for 15 minutes trying to fix the machine. Ended up handing my cold pizza back and closing the door. Clearly management is lacking and I wont bother again.

My delivery order was cancelled without anyone attempting to contact me via my phone number on the order. This was a terrible experience and I still don t have pizza. It s 11:15pm and they closed at 11. And I ve been on the phone with customer service asking if they had all relevant information, which they did. Do not order from this location. Terrible service and lack of customer care.
