I visited Harveys in Leduc just a couple of days ago. The staff was very polite and gave great service. The food was nice and hot. I highly recommend this location! Well done Haveys!!

Middle of the afternoon very quiet in the restaurant. Food was cooked to order hot and fresh. Far superior to the last Harveys experience. No coffee available for the combo deal.

My family and I have become frequent visitors because we love the experience and service we receive each time. We were looking for something different for our on the run meal away from home. This place checks all our boxes for our family of 4, the kids like building and experiencing, the different toppings, our growing boys appreciate the size of the burgers. Our family tries to support Canadian owned companies as much as possible so thats another plus for us. Also kids meals come with a seed to plant instead of landfill filling toy.

Service was good. No issues with the staff. But man....the food just isnt good here anymore. Burger was dry...all the food was way too salty. Wife and I threw half our meal in the garbage and walked out. Wish Harveys was as good as it used to be.

To the manager of this Harvey s you need to explained to your workers HARVEYS GRILLES THEIR BURGERS WHEN CUSTOMERS ORDERS THEM AND NOT BEFORE. We as customers are paying for our orders and expects better service. I was there yesterday, the girls had the burgers pre-grilled they were going to serve me cold burgers I asked for fresh grilled burgers, both girls started talking in their own language and laughing, also why is that your burgers looks like worms. In ONTARIO burgers are different from Alberta Harvey s. Is there an explanation for this?. ONCE AGAIN PLEASE DO NOT SELL CUSTOMERS PRE-GRILLED BURGERS.

The time is 17:23 May 14th. The lady working the drive-thru is so unpleasant its not even funny. Its like were causing her problems being here. Not friendly at all

Fantastic burger and taste. I ordered the Angus burger and it was thick and juicy with a nice flame. The poutine was fabulous with the right amount of seasoning, cheese and gravy. The staff is very polite and friendly. I recommend coming here.

I stopped in for lunch. Sounds like a disco tech in restaurant. Music WAY to loud. Had problem hearing lady serving me. I would stop in here again.

Slushy machine not running. Sticky tables. Told food was ready in an empty restaurant... then we waited at the counter as they were not ready Music blaring. Unbalanced tables that constantly rock back and forth. Not enough forks provided, and no forks available in the self serve section.

Well, after getting into a yelling match in the drive-through with the manager, I will never be going back to this location .. After I ordered I was asked to wait in the waiting stall for the food to finish. When they came to give me my food I was informed my payment didn t go through. This was very odd, so on the way back through I checked my online banking. Sure enough the payment went through no problem. The manger said she had not got the receipt on her end I said OK well my banking is telling me that it did go through. She refused to give me my food and started yelling at me then when I said you know what screw it just give me my money back I ll go somewhere else . She refused to give me my money back, so I pulled up my online banking app and showed her the transaction to prove that the money had yes, indeed been paid at which point she gave me a now cold bag of food, and slammed the window in my face. Quite the experience today with Harvey s.

This location closed early on me. Then when I complained they offered a free burger. No, it cost me ten dollars in fuel to drive into the city and you think a free burger will make things right? Forget it.

Waited in drive thru for 25 minutes

The tall guy at the front wearing a mask have amazing burger making skills. I went in the afternoon time, he was alone handling few customers and the best part was politeness he carried in him. Food was fresh and the guy made it much more better with the finishing. Just loved it. Will come back again soon...cheers

I tried buffalo chicken poutine really good I definitely recommend this place.

Not looking good for this location. From the miserable Bathroom condition to a much needed clean in the dining room. Dont expect to see someone wearing a hair net. The only good thing is the reel grill This location is really hurting It needs a complete makeover not confident kitchen was clean.

I really like their veggie burger .The Staff is very courteous & friendly. They are very fast and efficient even during rush hours. The thing which i like the most is that they are conscious about hygiene. I would definitely refer this location.

Terrible restaurant. Extreeeeeemely slow. Theyve never taken less than 20 minutes to make an order. So unless you feel like waiting and waiting and waiting i suggest you find a different place to eat. They also go back and forth from touching food to handling money. And the woman in glasses sneezed all over someones order tonight (huge visible spray of snot right into the burger) and Everyone just carried on like nothing. The tall skinny guy just packed it up into the bag and stapled it shut. It was for takeout. I was so disgusted i just left after that. Ill never go back. Thats enough chances for this place.

Very disappointed with my burger and onion rings. It was like to was just thrown together with no care. The pickles was horrified. Hardly any lettuce. And more black Olives then bacon. Wow horrible customer service. Ps I needed to warm the burger in the microwave at home cause it was cold

Was ordering food when a beetle fell on my head from the ceiling. Then, as we are eating, we see ants crawling on the table. So gross. The food wasnt the greatest. The service was poor.

Everything was fine, expect for the service we got. It wasnt objectively bad, but I didnt feel like my business was wanted and that goes a long way for me. Not mad, just a little bit disappointed

Milkshake came out as pure liquid. When we asked the server why is that quality so bad, she said the machine isnt working... ummm why serve subpar food then ? Thats like serving us an uncooked burger saying the grill isnt working. Also, all signage and drive through was turned off. Looks like an employee shut everything down before the place actually closed to deter customers. Franchise should look into this restaurant.

Not a great experience, or even a good one!!! I ordered 2 crispy chicken burger combos, a bacon cheese burger combo and a kids chicken nuggets, as well as doughnuts. I should have been more specific about the kids nuggets, as that all I would have gotten if I didn t ask about the drink as the window. Got (almost) everything in one tiny bag. The chicken was all fresh and was nice and warm .the onion rings we ordered were not. We also had to go back for the forgotten doughnuts. And one of the orders of onion rings. The bacon cheese burger was miss a crucial ingredient bacon . The customer service wasn t great. If I were to ever go back it would only be for doughnuts!! Those were the only good thing about todays experience.

I was passing through and was hungry, after visiting Harvey s and spending $17 I was still hungry don t make same mistakes, avoid this place. You can enjoy of photo with burned meat. Fries was bad too, but who cares about fries without burger. To owner: please don t use standard reply on my complaint asking me to fill the form for free to make your place work better if you care. Just go there and eat your food.

I came to the restaurant a half an hour before you guys closed. When I went through the drive thru I let the lady know that I needed a moment to think about what I wanted. The lady on the other end didn t give me enough time to think. (I would guess less than 5 seconds) I told her I needed a bit longer, and she said to me that we were closing in 15 minutes. I mentioned to her it wasn t going to take me that long to order. I then rushed to get my order in so I wouldn t take up anymore of her time. I do understand at that time of the day everyone is ready to go home, but I also believe no matter whether I was the first customer of the day or the last customer of the night I should of been treated like a valued customer.

This place is one the few remaining stand alone Harveys. No Swiss chalet moving in a confused by things. I had a the Angus burger and quite enjoyed it with bacon and cheese of course. We like the fries and onion rings at Harveys. Great spot to spot if heading south of calgary. I would go back. Staff is very polite and friendly.

This place has very good and tasty food. They are such a nice people and always give priority to customer as well as Well trained staff. Quick service and you don t have to wait in the line for too long. I have tried the lunch for the first time it was delicious burger and fries as well. I recommend to other people if you re going to calgary you should must go there and try the best food along with your trip.

The lady handles the food with her bare hands at the back. She went straight in to the back after helping me at the counter for the payment without even sanitizing her hand and started grabbing the patty and the buns. After noticing me watching her with disgust, she washed her hands for 2 seconds. She wore gloves when she s adding veggies at the front but after seeing how she was prepping the burger, it s just unacceptable

If I could give 0 stars for customer service, I would. I was told to pull over and park while at the speaker. Yet there is no designated parking spots for customers? so I waited at the window to ask where to park and she gave me so much unnecessary attitude.

Ordered deep fried pickles, got chicken strips. Ordered a couple burgers, the burgers had about a pound of relish on them that leaked all over the other food. Hot dog was upside down in the bag dripping ketchup on everything else. What a disappointment. We called and one of the workers apologized and offered a replacement next time we go. No thanks!

Haven t been to a Harvey s in 20 years. Thought I d try it. My wife and I went through the drive through. We both ordered the crispy chicken combo meals with curly rings. There were no other cars in the line up, yet we waited almost 15 minutes for our food! They got the order wrong as well. We got one with curly rings. One with fries. The chicken patties were hard. They had been cooked hours earlier obviously and were sitting around. They were so bad I threw them out after 2 bites. Do yourself a favour and skip the Leduc Harvey s location. There are better places to eat when looking for a quick satisfying, fresh and tasty meal. I won t be going back.

I usually like writing a positive review but unfortunately the customer service at the drive thru wasnt great when we noticed there was a mistake in the order and i was nice and polite about it... i just said im sorry, i didnt understand correctly when you repeated the order but there was a mistake sorry The person at the drive thru was upset with us...anws burgers were good but received warm flat soft drinks with no ice...disappointed... this was a treat for us, we dont eat fast food often!

First time visited Harveys and the lady working there was so rude and did not take my order properly. I m also in the same kind of trade and this is not how we treat the customers.

Wow. Very poor service. Such a shame because the food is decent for the price. I often order from Harvey s on SkipTheDishes but I won t anymore. Supporting people who treat others the way I was treated today (11/26/2020 @ approx. 3:45pm-4:00pm) or supporting a management that doesn t take care of their employees enough for them to want to fake a smile for the business they represent. No respect and childish attitudes. Felt very unwelcome. Hope you look into these two girls.

Original burger was a little burnt on edges the poutine was good but expensive. All in all I would definitely order there again.

These guys think 10% coupon of 38.50 is 1.25 then they have to confirm what 10% is. I should not have had to argue with the lady that 10% of the total is 3.85 . they also didnt use gloves while handling the meat.
