I’m blown away this restaurant doesn’t have better reviews!! The food was delicious! I had a Brekky Bowl and happen to be very fussy when it comes to hollandaise sauce. Their’s is fantastic!! The servers were very friendly and the place is lovely. Definitely recommend this place!
The start of the evening we got the service but after got our food she never came to check up on us. As well if it is going to be 20 dollars for a meal do not make cheep fake potatoes. The tomatoes in the taco salad were rotten as well. Multiple people were irritated with the service presented by the one waitress.
First of all our server was excellent- he was clear he normally works at a different location but was excellent, My sons had steak both were over cooked and freezer Burnt. The server did take one of our bill and recook and they were delicious. I had pancakes- and they were so greasy it was terrible. He again remade one and it was also delicious.
I’m not usually judgemental when reading the reviews because I want to experience it myself… My husband and I had lunch here yesterday… And that was an awful day of our lives… Literally we just wasted our money!!!! About the food it’s useless eating here… We waited for the pork chop as the waitress said it was thick and needed to be cooked but it ended up thin and over cooked and so dry… Not including the missing apple sauce!!! Better I ate dried fish!!!!! The mash potato is fake!!!! You can distinguish from real to fake mash potatoes… They just cover it with gravy so it will look presentable… And the worst part was the burger which was ham and bacon… I kept looking for the ham… I don’t knew if the ham was the hamburger patty itself… It was advertised as the ultimate burger but why it was so cold, colder than the lips of my cats!!!! If there is -0 star , I will recommend it!!! About the place it was noisy and untidy…
Avoid the pizza here if you don't want to get sick.....for the prices the plates are very poor....good taste but very poor portions... service was good, not busy place
After reading all the reviews I decided to take my parents here for a birthday breakfast as it was a change of location then where we always go. Restaurant had nobody else their however the food was very good and the waitress was nice and polite and the food came out quick. Being that it was empty I can only comment on my experience.
Had breakfast here during my stay at the Radisson. The food was good, but the server, Maitri, was amazing. She was really polite and attentive and asked if I needed any coffee refills. A really lovely young lady.
Wasn’t the best experience. We came as outside of the hotel guests. Server only gave us a minute with the menu, and when we weren’t ready waited another nearly 20 minutes to come back. When food came out, my hash browns were undercooked and still solid in the middle. The “buttermilk pancakes” were thin, and still mushy in the middle. They also don’t use even a cheap maple syrup. Some sugar free grape sweetened not real syrup. Disappointed and won’t be back.
Good breakfast decent service. Price is fair.
I have ordered food for delivery from this place and have never eaten any of it because all three times got cancelled either because it was taking to long or they didn t have what i ordered.
Meal was great but the service was slow, especially considering there was not many other tables.
Cook was the server , waited almost 20mins to get service. No oj or haft of anything on the menu. Dont waste your time.
So disgusting the inside ridges of my take out box were covered in grey fuzz and dirt and had obviously been drug on the floor or something. The beef dip came with no dip and was dry, the potatoes had the texture of a biscuit (and were obviously powdered but oh well), and there were little white flakes of what looked like paint in my container. The turkey dinner was an atrocity, with the turkey being a hard, dry, puck.
This was the first and last experience. It was worst experience. I ordered 2 portion of wings and in that they gave me in total 12 wings which were the smallest in the world & most expensive as well. Hate it. No doubt staff was good in behaviour and services too.
Orderd here 2 nights in a row for take out. Lumberjack buger cooked to order and the spicy chick wrap. Onion rings were and salad...Everything was awesome. Only thing is if you go on line to view the menu, it is old and out dated. Expect to pay more. Call for updated prices.
My second morning breakfast and they have not disappointed me yet. Very well done.
Food tastes really good! Better than Denny s for sure, staff are amazing! Good thing we google a breakfast place in Leduc and pointed us right here!
Stayed at the hotel last night and decided to try the breakfast here at Lumberjack s. Welcoming and friendly service from the employees and the owner. Food was delicious
butter chicken dinner was very bad, rice was bottom pot crunchy and portion was very very small for the price..
Had the blackened chicken sandwich with poutine. The poutine was excellent! The sandwich was tasty too, but my only complaint was it was a bit small. Otherwise, an enjoyable meal.
Went in at 1215 on a Saturday and they were closed. It says closed 1-5 but I guess not. Will not try again.
Had breakfast here (eggs Benedict for me, french toast for my husband). The food was so tasty and fresh tasting.
Great food, and the service was excellent
The food took 50 minutes to come out, the restraunt only had a few tables. They were out of white bread... And the food came out dry and over done.
Thanks for the info and reply, and now worries. Hopefully it works out next time we are in town.
We stayed at the Radisson Saturday night. Not much around to eat so decided on this little place in the hotel. To our surprise it was a great dinner. Food was really good. Waitress was running the whole place by herself and was excellent. No complaints.
Food was awful think of frozen tv dinners and that is what you are getting at 17.99 A plate . I had hot turkey sandwich and it came out as a round turkey loaf that they sliced onto one pieces of bread and my husband had chicken pasta my husband said it was overly salty it tasted like a frozen meal. The waitress was great the service was great just the food was awful
Breakfast here was mid. Thats all that should be said about this sup par establishment, had the lumberjack and the ham looked like it came out of a Walmart, and the hashbrowns where just some potatoes with no seasoning or nothing
Staff was super friendly. Food was really good and not breaking the bank eating here. If your by or in the area would definetly suggest giving them a try.
Absolutely the worst service Ive ever had The waitress walked by me and my wife several times Going to guess that had been there 10 minutes later than us we waited for 20 minutes and still had not been served bar was slow
DO NOT SPEND MONEY HERE. My fiancé and I were treated so disgustingly (July 15/22), I can t begin to describe the disrespect from the owner/manager of the hotels restaurant LUMBERJACK. The most disrespectful event was that the manager lied to us and fed us pork when we specifically told him and the waitress that we eat halal. When I called him out for intentionally serving us something against our beliefs - he verbally abused us and prejudiciously dismissed us. Racism, prejudice, and sexism were blatantly thrown in our face. I m so upset that I m considering legal action.
Horrible! Stood at the front waiting to be seated for over 5 min, finally went in and sat down ourself still with no acknowledgement from the waitress. Over heard a table beside us complain that they have been waiting over 45 min for food and the place was empty! That was enough for us to walk out and go spend our money somewhere else! Pretty sad!
We really enjoyed our meal. The girl who served us was by herself and the place was very busy but in spite of that she did her best to give us great service with a great attitude.
Comfortable atmosphere, nice decor, friendly service and great food.
Stayed at the hotel for a weekend and ordered a pizza and a dessert both were horrible and definitely not remotely homemade, pizza crust was like cement
My chicken and waffles came out with under cooked chicken. They simply put the chicken into the oven to finish cooking it, but left the waffles out to cool off. While my chicken was fully cooked now my waffles were now cold. My brother had the Eggs Benny and the hollandaise sauce tasted off and his eggs were fried instead of being poached. The potatoes served with it were overly greasy and poorly seasoned.
delicious breakfast!! wonderful service will come back!!
We went for breakfast this morning, and had a great meal. Our server was also the cook (first day training a new cook), so it was a little slow, but all things considered, nothing terrible. I had the lumberjack omelette, and my wife had the eggs benedict, portions were decent size, and everything was cooked thoroughly and tasted great.
We went here for Sunday brunch. The service was very friendly and the food was superb. I would definitely go back for another breakfast burger The only downsides were the wait time for the food and the price for the amount of food seemed a touch on the high side (but thats looking more and more like an industry problem nowadays, not just at Lumberjacks) Would definitely recommend if youre not in a rush! Parking: Its at a hotel so parking can change day to day Kid-friendliness: There were kids at another table and they were catering to them well Wheelchair accessibility: They had 6 wheelchair parking spots right in front of the front door
Good prices, breakfast was great, service excellent.
Our fave breakfast spot! Delicious food and amazing service
