It has been quite some time since I visited a subway. My experience was beyond my expectations, my sandwich was great at Jasdeeps recommendation.

This is the go to subway store for me being a vegetarian. They do maintain hygiene here and Jagdish made me a fantastic sandwich. Highly recommend

The place was clean and the subway makers were patiently making the sandwich. Every thing tasted great. Vegetarian options: The options were available and fresh. Dietary restrictions: They listened to our dietary restrictions carefully and changed gloves.

Today I went to subway and I ordered veggie footlong. There was employee named Suman. She welcomed me with smile although she is training the new employee and her service was too good. She did amazing job. I really like her professional way of dealing with customers. Everything looks fresh and clean.

I am regular customer I go there for lunch and always been welcome with smile from one of crew member named Suman . Appreciate her service as well.

Went there with my friends after work and the late night crew was amazing. They had a smile on face and made an excellent sub for us and accommodated well to enjoy the food there

The most chaotic Subway experience. The employees have some weird drama going on and werent acting like a cohesive team. They didnt have many items and some of the staff seemed very untrained. One staff was putting change in the drawer and then touched food and napkins without washing their hands/ putting on gloves. When I was rung through I was told to pay cash because the staff accidentally pushed the cash button and another staff member had to step in to fix it. Then I paid and they forgot to give me my order until I pointed it out. Dietary restrictions: Major cross contamination

Used to be one of our go to lunch spots, will never enter the doors again. We waited for 20 minutes while one of four staff members working made 7 sandwiches for one customer while we all waited. When the customer in front of us voiced displeasure with the service and how long we had waited the staff laughed at him. I will repeat that the entire staff laughed at the customer, I also work in construction, we have a limited lunch break sometimes and to to watch the staff laugh at the customer was pathetic. There is no competent staff at this location, this location doesnt care about the customers at all. Absolutely pathetic to see this quality of employment and no accountability. Will never support this or any subway again. Horrific location stay away

right now 2:15 am lady named harpreet served me really well and made me a really tasty sub thank you . i was really hungry thanks for makin it perfectly tasty .

Twice we have ordered on the app and received no sauce on our subs. Once we ordered double meat on 2 subs and it was not double meat.

The staff is so rude over here. They put very little amount of everything even when you ask them to put more. They never greet customers with a smile.

I went in to Subway this morning at this location to grab lunch for the day the sign was open the door was unlocked but when I came in the sandwich artist rolled their eyes at me and told me the bread is not ready then why is the sign open

I look forward to their soft bread and every time I go, it is hard and crunchy. They don t put enough of anything on the sub you have to ask for so much extra. The meat is to thin since they started slicing it And why were most employees doing other things while there was a line and 12 subs needing to be made

Why do people eat here? Every once in a while my kids convince me to go. The bread is stale every time! Totally ruins it for me. If you like good food dont eat here.

Poor service. Waited 15 minutes with just a small family in front of us. Rather than acknowledge me and my son, they just kept making online orders. Eventually just gave up and went elsewhere. I recommend Dairy Queen or Mucho Burrito rather than waste your time at this location. Subway has drastically gone downhill.

DO NOT GO HERE. I have tried on numerous occasions in the past 6 months to either order through skip or come in directly and every time there is something wrong. On Skip they will accept the order, and then when the driver turns up, the restaurant is closed. IN THE MIDDLE OF THE DAY. Definitely within the hours of operation. You try and call, no one will answer. Then you have to fight with skip for a refund. The 2/6 times I did get my food, it was made wrong, like completely wrong, not even a little mistake but full blown wrong order. The one time I did manage to go in person and they weren t closed in the middle of their open hours, staff were incredibly rude and the place was a mess. Choose the other subway in Leduc, this one needs to be shut down.

Extremely rude customer service. I was being so kind, and they had attitude and were rolling her eyes consistently. She made a mistake on my sub, then I told her, she didnt change it, then proceeded to charge me extra for the things she added without me requesting it. I asked for 2x steak on a #8 Steak and Bacon 12 Sub. She gave me double cheese, which it should come with, and double bacon. Then charge me extra for the cheese and bacon I didnt ask for or want. Then when I told her the mistake with the charge she rolled her eyes and told me its what I wanted. I know what I want, not you, and I know what ibordered, because its the same sub I always order. Very rude and unprofessional. Wont be coming to this Subway again, and dont recommend anyone does.

Service was fast but as the worker was adding the toppings to my sub, she was too busy having a conversation with her coworker to pay attention to what she was doing and added a sauce I didn t ask for. When I asked for the sauce that she hadn t added that I originally asked for, she continued speaking to her coworker and barely acknowledged me. Very poor customer service.

I went today to grab a sandwich and the guy named Jaskirat was really amazing . He was very soft spoken and respectful which is amazing .

Amazing service ! Went for dinner and learned they have a gluten free option for my newly diagnosed daughter . They were fantastic on changing gloves and keeping her food free of contamination.

Ordered online, called cause I forgot to remove bacon. Called 13 times busy signal. Then they called me cause the didnt have the chips I ordered she kept saying sun chips and I said no. Asked for salt and vinegar she said okay. Sun chips were delivered Then I asked if she could remove the bacon and she told me sub was made. Told her how many times I called. And she said we didnt get any calls. (Cause it was busy signal) then hung up on me.

Went at midnight, lady was completely rude saying it was my fault that I had paid for avocado on a rice bowl when I specifically said I didnt want it. She was more worried about closing out the till. Did NOT ask if I wanted my receipt, which I always get, she threw it out before asking me if I wanted it, then proceeded to tell me I had to wait 10-20 minutes for a copy of my receipt if I wanted it. Horrible service if I ever experienced it.

Should have read all the bad reviews before coming here. I will never return after my experience. The very short four foot 11 inch woman with black hair should not be working here. She was wearing a short sleeved tee shirt and each time she leaned over to put a topping on the sub and bowl - yikes!!!! She actually rubbed her short sleeve of the tee shirt on the item she was preparing. The tee shirt sleeve she was rubbing was the sleeve located under her arm pit. Disgusting and sickening, her arm pit almost touch the food many times when she would reach for the topping. Just sickening watching this happen!!!??? She is just too short to be reaching like that! No friendly hello or good bye here.

My Son went in to buy a sub at 7:42 at night the lady was looking at her Apple Watch and making his sub with one hand not cool .she wasn t very customer friendly at all, pretty disappointing for at $18.55 sub I tried to do the survey on the receipt but as it was more than 5 days ago.. I could not so here we are! Will not be returning to this location!

Stopping in at this location was an experience filled with good and not great moments. The sub was decent which is good. Not great was the staff. When trying to pay and present a coupon it wasn t easy. The employee didn t believe me on the coupon I was trying to present on the subway app, saying she had never seen it before and didn t want to accept it. It took other employees to come around to convinces her what to do. Was not to impressed with the staff. Perfect Sub. I get the same classic sub for 25+ years (ham on cheese bread). Lately sub way has been brutal for various reasons, but this one was perfect ! Just bring back swiss cheese. Its really necessary ! Footlong cost me $3.46 wtih the online APP. Very satisfied. Food : 5/5

It appears that when they changed their menu to a numbering system prices were increased at the same time.. product and service is still top quality, but pricing is now to the point of being unaffordable to feed the family anymore.

Waiting in front of the counter for 5-10 minutes while the sandwich artists prepare online orders instead of helping the in-store customers is ridiculous. People in the store should be prioritized.

I ve eaten at my fare share of Subways over the years and I have to say this is by far the busiest one I ve been to. The line up was basically out the door. I didnt experience anything here out of the ordinary so I m doubting the people flock to this particular location for any special service. I m wondering if this is the only subway in town and maybe the one closest to the highway? At any rate our sandwiches were made correctly so no complaints there. Knocked a star off for the ridiculous lineup we had to go through.

Really bad service tonight. Ordered a subway melt, only ever order that one, was given a subway club, mentioned it and Sumara(?) Said she asked twice, when she never asked at all actually. Whatever. Then my daughter asked for more mayo, twice and she squirted literally a portion that covered a1/3rd of the sandwich. Dont care about mistakes particularly, they happen, but the attitude of Sumara was terrible. Disinterested, disengaged and kind of a jerk. Not impressed tonight.

Food is fairly decent, staff seemed hand asleep and would not communicate in a language that everyone in the store can understand (English)

Pickup order not ready within time

Service was meh, they got my order wrong, waited forever to pay for my food only to pay for more than what I ordered because they thought myself and the person behind me was paying together. Last time I go to this place tbh

The staff, and the organization are in absolute shambles. Waited for ages to order, and just when the one girl began making our sub, one of the other workers shoved her out of the way, told her to go work on the other station and took our sub and used it for online orders. Like, really? There are a lineup of people, prioritzing online orders opposed to customers who are actually right in front of you? Waited 20 minutes for a mediocre, soggy sub. Will not waste my time here again. Start prioritzing the customers that are right in front of you. It really is not that hard. Perhaps some better organization and it will run a lot more smoothly. Whoever is managing this place should be ashamed.

I give them 1 star because they were opened. Im not from Leduc but Subway is a go to when Im out of town. The bun was so stale my dog didnt want it. It was not loaded the way they usually are. So very disappointed. Wont go back there again.

I asked if she could put spinach on my sub, she did, but there was one leaf that was all wilted. Instead of taking it off she just flipped the leaf over hoping I wouldnt see it. I just couldnt believe it.

I love the Cold Cut Combo sub, toasted and grilled, with salt & pepper. Choose your bread and toppings. Excellent sub with a variety of different flavours. The price of Subway has always been a big draw for me.

Would not recomend. Staff are more worried about pushing people through the line then getting orders correct. Tuna put on a pizza sub, stacking people up at the till waiting to pay etc. It was a good reminder of why I never go to subway. The area has many other great places to eat dont waste your time here.

Sitting in my truck eating my sandwich now. I don t know what is happening with my bank but both my cards declined multiple times. I checked my balances and I am good. They gave me my sandwich in the house. Thank you sooooo much as I was starving!

The staff were so nice and did my subs up perfy. However, seeing the THICC layer of dust on the heating system and pipes way up overhead was gross. Also not sure the 4$ for double meat is the norm. Good place to get grub, just dont look up

Did you know that Subway backwards is Subway? How is that possible? Well the beauty of a delcious sub at the subway is that no matter what end start eating it from youre still going to enjoy a delicious subway. Highly reccomend getting the same sub youve had since you can remember. Trying new things is not for your typical subway patrons. If youre looking at the pictures and thinking, maybe today I dont get the cold cut combo? STOP. You will never be as happy as you are when you get your delicious meaty cold cut combo. I eat one everyday to stay big and strong.

Subway is both tasty and healthy which makes it a classic place to eat at. I love the Chicken Bacon Ranch, Steak and Cheese, Cold cut combo, and Turkey sandwiches. Many options for cheese meat and vegetables as well as sauces. Sometimes staff isnt too friendly but that is rare. Also the cookies are top of the line

Very bad experience. Ordered a tuna sub and the taste was off. I took it back to the counter after 2 bites. They took a spoonful to taste themselves and told me there was something wrong with my tastebuds. I didnt even want an alternative or replacement after the looks and attitude. I would not recommend the tuna at this location.

I like that they change their gloves between customers most other subway restaurants dont especially the one at southgate.

I was served by a very nice lady. The place was clean. She didnt skimp on the toppings. The only thing is I would have liked more variety of veggies.

Decent enough place. I love waiting while they make subs for skip the dishes, that is a fun new thing. And when I want to make a foot long half meatball half pizza...same price, they are happy to charge me for 2 6inch subs at 6.69 each instead of 9.99 for a foot long. I get the same toppings on both so the effort is nil. And they cut right through the bun.

Clean store, fast service, only thing is the staff dont always understand the meaning of double veggies but thats probably the owner telling them to skimp out as much as possible

You would pretty well expect subway to be the same where ever you go, but this one falls short of the mark. I routinely seem to be shorted on toppings and it seems to be difficult even to get the correct toppings I ask for at this location. In addition to that the last sandwiches my girlfriend and I were made on stale bread. From now on Ill go to the other location in town.
