Not good. When they send out multiple orders with drivers The fish is soggy shrimp cold and fries also 90 plus dollars and the whole thing is cold and soggy. Also inform the drivers. The bag they use DO NOT KEEP FOOD HOT!!! They do not keep it hot. It only gets as hot as the food is. They keep it warm. As long as the food is. The bags do not keep food hot. I argued with the new world fella. He is wrong and the perfume or car smell was over powering. So as for the fish and chips. Cold and soggy. You’re welcome for the 100 bucks. Not again!!! And today they did it again. Nov 16th. Giving drivers multiple orders. Bull. Well this is really enough. They write u back. But mean nothing in it. Drivers don’t care. They already get tipped. So who cares if my food is cold. No tip should be paid. Till after we get our food.
We had a very pleasant experience at this Joey’s. Sam, our server, had 10/10 service, very polite and considerate, really made our supper amazing! If anyone deserves a raise, it would be him.
The leduc location is always a pleasure. Friendly and attentive staff.. I'm not a huge fan of Joey's new menu, but that's a corporate decision. Having the option of a cup of soup as a starter rather than a full bowl was nice, but now discontinued. So now we don't order the soup. Coleslaw, where before came on the plate with each fish meal, now is $3.00 more. Again, a corporate decision.
My brother and I ate here for lunch. I asked the server what the $20 fish was on the menu and he said Alaskan Pollock. Ordered three pieces, got fries and small coleslaw on the side. Water to drink. When I got to the till my bill was $33 after tax. I was confused as he said I ordered the haddock, which I did not. When I got home I looked at pictures on the net and realized that they did indeed give us both the pollock. So they ripped me and my brother off. If you want to eat here, know your fish, or you will be theirs.
What a great meal my wife and I had tonight. Great fish and shrimp meal. Everything was hot and crisp service was the best in Leduc. Will go again no worries.
Fish batter came right off the fish and was chewy. Fries were good. The gravy was so watery it was like broth! It used to be good food but I'm not impressed now. Not sure what happened....
Had a quick and quiet date night after work with my husband last night. Our server was amazing! He was kind, attentive and extremely respectful. Food was fresh and hot! Will be back! I ordered 2 hack and Coleslaw Hubby got 2 hack and fries and gravy!
We were on a small detour and decide to stop @ Joeys for some fish. Small family owned location. The server was very kind and was able to accommodate our different requests without any hesitation. The fish was fresh and crispy just like I like it. The presentation on the dessert amazing. We had a great experience. Definitely a good stop on our trip :)

The place was quiet with only another table or two dining in. We kept having to get the waiter .... cutlery, to order dessert, to pay bill, etc.

When I walked in the restaurant smelled of stale grease. Ordered the fish and chips, it tasted ok however about 30 minutes later it started to not agree with me. The server was very friendly, however, you can certainly tell the restaurant isn t cleaned frequently.
Stopped for all you can eat Tuesday. Very good fish and service as always. Best Joey s I ve been to period!

We ordered the family pack (10pc) for supper tonight. The fish was so thin and such small pieces, not a lot of fish in each piece. This would be fine for all you can eat but it definitely did not feed my family. 3 pieces would equal 1 piece else where. Still have a hungry family. Ughhh.

We went for lunch today. This was not our first visit. It never fails to please. Today we had chowder and we both had cod with fries. Here was my complaint, the food was so hot , yep it was piping hot and excellent. If you havent been , I would highly recommend. Parking: Lots of parking

food is great, no refills on coleslaw though even when you get AYCE fish and chips.
Its really gone downhill. The whole menu has changed, not a whole lot of options now. The fish portions have gotten smaller.

Have never had a bad meal here. The latest visit was incredible. I had the fish sandwich, and it was so big I took half home. The flavours were delicious.
Wife ordered volcano fries but she didnt like the sauce (personal choice nothing wrong with it) the manager offered replacement fries and wanted to comp her meal. Told him it was a personal taste thing and it was ok. He ended up giving us a 25% discount on our next visit. It isnt often you get someone who really cares about their product and customers. Great fish and chips.

For me it s as close as you ll get to back home the fish has always been excellent the chips are good and could be better but we re not in the uk you won t be disappointed with the food. The owners are also excellent and very friendly.

We visited on Sunday evening and we were pretty disappointed. There were only two people running the whole restaurant. They were very rushed and visibly stressed. Our service was very slow and most of our orders had mistakes. The food was very expensive for its quality.
Stopped in while traveling.. and let me just say it has been a VERY long time since Ive had a genuine, welcoming, and happy server like we did. Sam absolutely made the experience a positive one and 5/5 will return due to that. The food was actually hot, unlike most resturants i recieve it warm. My pregnant wife politely asked to use the washroom but the guy refused saying Only for customers . You certainly lost potential customers as we recently moved to town . Never going there.
I was last there about 15 years ago, and havent been back since last week the food was so delicious, my whole family was very happy, thanks so much.

This place is inside a complex of many shops at the entrance to Leduc. There is ample and free parking space. This restaurant is next to The little Cesars. The food was delicious. I got fish and it was good, crispy and not greasy. Its just off the highway towards Edmonton.

The place is a nice place! The service was perfect! They all have smiles on their faces and they were all very polite. The only criticism I can give is that we went for fish and chips, but there wasnt very much fish in the batter. They need to get big chunks of fish in the batter, so that you can actually taste the fish and not just get a mouthful of batter. And I dont eat french fries or coleslaw and in the restaurants in Edmonton they always let me have a small salad or garlic toast instead for free. These guys didnt offer me that, so I just had fish for supper.

The staff and service was friendly and helpful. The fish and chips were great too! We did takeout and we waited less than ten minutes for our food for four people. Will definitely return next time we are in the area.

Had a lovely dinner here, the meal did not disappoint us. Fantastic fish and chips along with some fried clams a personal favorite of mine, deep-fried pickles and calamari perfectly cooked. Hot, crisp, flavorful and not oily as sometimes fried foods can be. The service from our lovely server was top notch, greeted with a big smile, she was extremely positive , friendly and polite a true joy to deal with. Definitely will be back..

Went in for dinner restaurant was empty. A group of 16 walked in right behind us as well as another couple. Food arrived quickly and hot. Large group was also served quickly. Great food and service. Highly recommend Joeys

Was completely humiliated by the waitress. Husband got all you can eat. We exchanged a bite of each others fish and she said we couldnt share. I said Im sorry and didnt share anymore. Husband asked for more shrimp and she almost refused accusing me of eating yet more of his plate was so embarrassing. This is how they treat customers! No thanks. That was horrible. Never going back and will be telling EVERYONE I KNOW TO NEVER EAT THERE!

Very very very good I didnt eat something so fresh and tasty, Im from Montreal and every time I will be to Edmonton I will come here. The tacos, sautee shrimps, calamari and coleslaw all fresh and delicious.

Discraceful, waited about 8 minutes and waitress never came to our table, yet 2 separate sets of guests came and took there orders.. I guess Seniors and Veterans can wait. The one star rating is too high
We had this as take out. We got the fish and chips which were great. We got the fish tacos which were awesome but the packaging wasnt that great, they were all smushed together. We also got the lobster sandwich which was awful. It just tasted like celery.... way too much celery... and the volcano fries smelt awful and tasted awful... the sauce wasnt good at all. Overall though the fish was on point!!!!!!! And the fries were good!!!

The best cooked fish & chips Ive ever had, I will speak fondly of this location every time I speak of fish & chips. Great selection of beers and other beverages! I was here for the all you can eat fish on Tuesday; the fish were cooked to perfection and the fries were nice and crispy and nothing was burnt or soggy.
Had all you can eat fish and chips for 16 bucks. It was awesome, fish was lightly battered and delicious. All you can eat is only available on Tuesday though FYI. Service was very prompt. I would reccomend for sure.

Excellent value for the price. Five appetizers for $25 and they are really good size appetizers. After our family finished the appetizers we were too full for the rest of our meal but we ordered and ate it anyway haha. Honestly though the food was great we will return.
Staff were friendly and prompt with our order. Interior was clean and tidy. Fish tasted fresh and the tartar sauce was pre-packaged. I was not a fan of the coleslaw and urge them to offer some other fare. I would frequent this location again but tweak my side.
Such a gem! We go for all you can eat on Tuesdays and usually get the pollack. The woman that I assume is the manager/owner is there every time we visit, and she has such amazing tableside manner and a great sense of humor. You wont regret stopping here.

One of my favourites! Service and food are impeccable. Ordered for delivery this evening with Skip and the restaurant even took the time to call and double check that the burger my boys wanted was only supposed to have cheese on it. Food arrived in good time nice and warm and still crispy. Absolutely delicious and make for a fantastic Mother s Day treat. Thank you again for a wonderful experience.

Why do you guys cut down the portions? I was asked 3 portions and mine was cut down to 3/4th. Not good. No integrity at all. Very disappointed. Keep the portions for the cost.!!!

Crab was fine, haddock ok ,side orders crap.I found the server to be inattentive and charged for both her mistakes, which came out of the tip. This is why 8% on $100 tab and not 18 and we were generous at that
