1st time and last time I'm ordering from there. Ordered pizza and submarine. Pizza was ok, submarine was below average. Asked for the total amount so I can prepare the money. When the food came there was a surprise $3.00 charge hand written on the bill. We live 7.8 kms. away. Very disappointed
This used to be a really great restaurant but it has gone down tremendously. The pizza is overcooked every time I order. Last night was my last attempt I will no longer spend money here. Don't know what happened but they went from a 5 star rating to a minus 5 rating.
Pizza was so filling, tons of toppings, very delicious. Crust was also very delicious. Passed the hubby & teenagers test for sure 🙄 - Ordered for delivery and delivery was very friendly and quick. Wings were OK, no choices of sauces, they are served one way only(with a BBQ Gravy that was also very delicious to dip your crust in). This is definitely a rocking Pizza Place, not so much a wing place if that's what you are looking for. Worth every penny. I'm still on the lookout for a stellar wing place... I'll keep you posted! 😂
Very disappointing! Always ordered from there. Tonight got a stone cold pizza and a piece of a sticker from assumingly the vegetables they use on my cold pizza. Called back and spoke with "Jimmy" said he was disappointed to hear after giving excuses about it leaving a half hour ago and having it on cameras...still doesn't fix a $40 cold meal and a plastic sticker in my meal..will order from Pizza Giny next time-always great food and service!😠
I had their pizza the last 2 times i went. Their spaghetti sauce is very bland almost just like tomato sauce. I took a lemon meringue pie for dessert. I hope no one will take the lemon meringue pie from this restaurant. The filling was grainy ( almost like a sandy texture) the taste was off. The meringue was not a meringue. It was like a frozen fat free miracle whip. I do not like miraclewhip to begin but this was unedible. I love lemon meringue pie. But one bite was all i took. The service was ok... Defenitly not a place i would rush back too.
Pizza was ok but wasn't pizza sauce, crust was reallygood thought. . Onion rings are awesome.

We were in for a pizza-ghetti but were really disappointed! Pizza was ok and spaghetti was awful! Lots of overcooked pasta with a bit of liquid sauce. Would give 3 stars for the pizza and 1 for the spaghetti, for an overall of 2 stars. Will not return!
I ordered... never received my order... after an hour and a quarter I called back and the delivery guy hadnt come back to work... so the employee asked me to come pick up my order.... and they didnt redo my order... everything was cold.... a disaster.... they could never order me from this restaurant!!!!

Good food, but service wasnt there. Not a cat in the restaurant, no one came to see us after eating or during the meal. We wanted to have a beer before leaving but we went straight to the cash register to get our bills. Waited +/-25 minutes with no news after finishing eating. Maybe just a bad time?
Friday evenings the closing time is 830 pm ask for an order for a pizza and a fries at 730 pm and we are sent back and told that the kitchen is closed....not very much I miss the old owners a lot

The food was good, however we didnt appreciate hearing the employees burping very loudly. No class! Im willing to believe that there arent many customers, but thats no reason to behave like this.
One of the worst service at 7:15 p.m. the menu is snatched from us and we hear the owner say that he will arrange what he orders we will not stay here until 10 a.m. worst service I have seen I will not come back again
0 hello throws us and our menu and snatches them from our hands super hurry to close at 7:15 instead of 8:30 as marked it pushes us to the exit

Terrible pizza and even worse poutine We are far from what this pizzeria was before. The cooks dont have a net on their heads and even the delivery guy goes into the kitchen without washing his hands.

Unfortunately bad experience. We were alone in the restaurant, no smile from the waitress. Service absent during and after the meal. We asked for utensils after being served. After the meal, after waiting about 20 minutes, we got up to ask for a box to bring our leftovers. The waitress showed us where the boxes are and we did the work ourselves. For the bill, she no longer remembered our order.

-The crust was like that of a frozen pizza (dry and bad) -He ran out of butter -he ran out of spicy oil (the chef improvised a very fishy oil for us, see attached photo. -the waitressa forgets our pepsi -the bathroom ventilation opening is very dirty. Clogged with dirt and dust I do not recommend this restaurant

Dry pizza crust, acidic tomato sauce, thick sliced pepperoni and it was cold. A frozen pizza would have satisfied me better.
Not to our taste, and lack of cleanliness in the kitchen. Delivery man arrives with his mask and takes it off to walk around with his face above the pizzas in the kitchen with his coat which doesnt look too clean.

Malheureusement, pire poutine que nous avons mangés.... Frites pas cuite, fromage pas en grains et toute fondu, pratiquement pas de sauce et qui goûte leau... Vraiment décevant pour 38$ de poutine. Je ne comprends pas pourquoi la personne dans la cuisine na pas vu que les frites étaient pas cuite, ça ne prend pas un doctorat messemble...

No air conditioning (same thing 15 years ago), restaurant snack bar which doesnt make you want to stay there, the pizza was excellent.
Its now after covid plus a take out restaurant not a place to eat still but prices are the same as luxurious restaurant so its a fast food more a pizza place...
Worst pizza eaten. Brown, dry cheese and cold pizza (cooked too quickly). Notify the waitress who talks to the Chef about it. He tells me its not his fault, the oven always remains the same temperature. He returned to his kitchen. Poor waitress who works there It cost almost $50 yesterday August 17, 2022

The portions are generous, the service is very good, it is clean, bright and spacious. What disappointed us a little more was that we found that the pizza lacked sauce even though it was very generous in meat and cheese. The onion ring was gargantuan and really good and as for the poutine I found the fries a little soft, the sauce a little bland and the cheese seemed to me to be cheddar curds instead of the traditional squish squish cheese

A little too expensive this time. Couples dinner on August 18, 2018. We found it to be too expensive this time. Large all dressed pizza $24.50, fried for two $4.95 and $2.50 for my wifes can of diet pepsi. Total of $36.74 with taxes. We left Thérèse a $5.00 tip. Afterwards, we realized that a small fry would have been enough for us and that $2.50 for a can of soft drink is clearly exaggerated, to put it mildly and to remain politically correct. A moderately satisfactory visit this time but the pizza was satisfactory. We have some photos to offer you. We ordered a large all dressed for $24.50 and a regular fries for $4.50. The pizza is always good but the fries werent great and my wife pointed this out to the waitress who offered to bring us another one cooked in better, newer oil. We were too hungry and refused his offer. Total of $33.34 with taxes. We brought back two pieces. The major downside of this restaurant has always been the noise and extreme echo. Forget this place if you want to eat in peace. Its probably less noisy in the room further from the counter with the tables. We were sitting too close to it in the booth near the front door. The worst pizzeria that exists on the hills!!!! He says his farm is 2 hours away but you call at 1:15 am no answer!!!!! If you are not able to respect the written schedule and change your hours!!!!! Very disappointing it was a thousand times better when it was the former owners even dad Gerald the sheapest pizzeria in the area is more reliable than you!
