What can I say about this restaurant! A delight! The pizza is good the magic bread is good the poutine is good! And what can I say about the delivery guys I order and not even 15 minutes later he is already in front of my house I recommend

For the pizza, for the taste its ok, the prices are catastrophic for the quality of the pizza. Seriously we need to change the fries, they are really not good. I think they hold first prize for bad fries. However, this is not not the first restaurant that doesnt have homemade fries. I also notice that they take the time to respond to people who leave a good review. Trying to become better starts with accepting criticism that is ugly and using it to become better what do you think. Sometimes, small changes that dont cost much could make a difference and have an average of more than 4 . Dont give up, but review a few things, especially with the 2 brothers who no longer exist, you have this clientele to keep in your hands ;)

I would like to thank the restaurant for keeping its customers healthy and slimmer. By forgetting a third of my order and not being able to accommodate the person who found themselves without their order after an hour and a half of waiting, it gave us the taste we were missing to cook and therefore saved more than $50. THANKS

this place is the worst place on the planet earth, the owners are angry with customers as well as the rest of the staff are angry as much, especially the receptionists they hang up the line on customers when there is a problem... It takes 2 hours for delivery even on schedule without being busy! ordering is not worth it in any way, in addition to waiting 2 hours and more when you open the box its not even the right order disappointing X 1000

Very nice to have a restaurant accessible after 9 p.m. Kid-friendliness: If you have children who have difficulty sitting still, this is THE restaurant to go to eat. They will have space to move around while you finish your plate. Maybe bringing some wax crayons to draw on the placemat will help?

I have ordered from this establishment 50+ times. The food has been consistent every single time. Hats off!

I usually order pizza and everything is ok. However, this time I decided to make a change. I ordered a smoked meat sub without pepperoni. I get it with pepperoni and another meat. Towards the end of my meal I realize there are pieces of raw meat in my sub. Being pregnant I was very frustrated with the situation. I wont recommend any more.

I called and placed an order for an all dressed pizza. The lady on the phone was really rude as she took my order, but I did not think much of it as I m an anglophone and thought she must have been frustrated trying to understand me (she was francophone). I managed to order a pizza and she took my name and number. She even repeated my order back to me to make sure it was an all dressed pizza and my number, since we had the language barrier problem. So, I went thirty minutes later to pick up my pizza, and there was no order at all. The lady - who I presume was the same one I spoke with as she sounded exactly the same - argued that no order under my name or number was ever made, and that I would have to wait another thirty minutes for them to make my pizza. It s a shame because I was looking forward to some pizza, but really not impressed with their lack of professionalism.

NOTE that I will NEVER recommend this restaurant to anyone and I will never order there again, I am SURE that the pizza from Café des 2 pain would be better

Never cut the pizza. When order over the phone they get the wrong size all the time, and you end up paying more, each time felt like scam so they can make more money. However, the pizzas are tasty tho

Customer for 7 years. I order at least every two weeks. Tonight we have them a wonderful dining experience. Uncooked, thin pizza. Great quality. Call made to explain the situation. Second pizza delivery. Still not cooked! I go straight to the pizzeria. I have been told that it is cooked, it is flat and frankly not cooked. After discussion, the owner told me that the oven was malfunctioning.... Well!! Total refund with complaining from the owner. Well done!! Lost customer!!

I ordered a large half pepperoni and half Hawaiian. They charged me 23.99 for the Hawaiian and pizza and just 1/4 Hawaiian. If you really want good pizza, go to Restaurant Souvlaki Saint-Zotique. At least it gives you what you pay for.

I called 4 times with no response, finally on the 5th I got an answer but after 12 minutes of waiting I decided to do it, very disappointed date; December 16, 2022 at 4:25 a.m.

I live in St.Zotique but they deliver here. Ive ordered a couple of times already and the food was great! Poutine is excellent and the subs are outstanding. Ive read a few of the other reviews and was scared to order but delivery was super fast for us. Ill be ordering again in the future.

Worst place i have ever seen. I order a poutine from 5 mins drive way but still waiting the poutine for +85 minutes from now on. I call the place first they say they dont have my order on their system. When i said i am waiting them for 85 minutes they said its normal delivery time for 5 minutes drive way. NEVER EVER order from here. Edit: so after 2 HOURS i call them 2. Times this time they said their machine broked so that they couldnt take my order. So the person who is talking with me at first was lying to me. YOU GUYS ARE WORST!

I am generally satisfied with the service and the food.. but this evening you decided to close 1.5 hours early and I had just arrived home after work and I didnt feel like making food.. I am disappointed quite a bit that a restaurant closed 1 hour 30 minutes before closing saying that there was no delivery person available. In short, I will continue to order but this time I was really disappointed.

Made 2 orders and they forgot the Caesar salad. Plus they have the nerve to say that they put it in the bag with the pizzas. And it comes with poutine. I think they wanted to be dishonest. They would have said that poutine was missing, right?

Very disappointing! I am a regular customer. I ordered takeout a large lasagna and a 14 submarine. Arrived at home, I open my lasagna and it smells of cinnamon but really intense I had the impression of eating French toast The taste was so intense. In short, I called to inform the restaurant, we apologized, everything was great, so I asked for another submarine instead. She told me there would be a balance of $2.88. pay... If I ordered a large lasagna I will take a large submarine right.no way I argue of course by mentioning that it is their mistake... it happens I understand that but I have. I dont have to pay, Im not going to take another lasagna that will taste the same... its not like it was burnt, its the batch! So I went back to return the lasagna and get a refund. As a result, I didnt eat, it ruined my appetite after all this drama for nothing. I was a restaurant owner for 12 years and I would never have offered this type of service. Its a shame to see this good little place deteriorate. Thus . Its been a few times that Ive been disappointed by their lack of consistency with tastes, portions and quality and Ive never said anything but thats too much. P.s all my google reviews are 5 stars everywhere @ see. In conclusion, I cant wait to see if the restaurant will contact me after reading this to follow...

I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy, Ordered two simple dishes, club sandwich and a 7inch sub with fries .it took 1h40 min to get the delivery, the driver couldn t read the address The food was ice cold, club sandwich soggy and cold fries inedible and the sub was 90% bread 10% filling it makes no sense. The order went in the garbage. Try, ti Pit, restaurant Lea Coteaux ore even Rose Pizza . Never again

Disappointing. Pizza sparsely garnished, had practically no peperoni, I asked for a thick crust, in addition to being regular, it looked like a very dry crust that I buy at the grocery store. And what about the poutine, frozen fries, the little cheese looked like fries with sauce. The aluminum pan was very 1/2 full. Very disappointed when you want to eat a good pizza and then you receive this... if you want to lose your cash, go here.

1hr to get my pizza and it was cold. Called the restaurant the woman who answered was very rude toldbmebshe didnt know what delivery guybhaf my order. The pizza was stine cold the crust was over cooked and dry and not well puffed up so it tasted like a frozen pizza. I asked for meat suace she was then again rude put me in hold because she had no clue what i was talking about someone else served us but was still rude. Friday May 1st I ordered online for the first time at this restaurant 5:30 pm and 1:30 later nothing received yet! So I call to find out whats going on and they tell me youll receive your lunch in a few minutes! So Im still waiting half an hour and I havent received it yet!! I call back and I tell the woman THAT E WANTS THE TRUTH BECAUSE I WANT TO DINNER THIS EVENING AND NOT LUNCH TOMORROW!! AND FINALLY SHE TOLD ME THAT THE ORDER HAS NOT EVEN STARTED YET!!! 2 HOURS LATER.... I told her to send the message to the owner to cancel my order and who to put it on........ DAD GERALD IT S OVER FOR ME........

I ordered two Gyro trios for delivery at 6:30pm, after waiting almost two whole hours, I called back at 8:20pm to inquire about my order. I was told that my order was about to leave the restaurant. Similarly, I ordered a submarine last month which came approx. 2.5 hrs after I placed the order, when it arrived it was basically unedible. Will not be ordering from here again and discourage anyone else from doing so as well.

The past three times I ve order a delivery, it takes over 2 hours and i live not even 2KM s away .... one of those times, i ordered online and they cancelled my order without any notice, i had to call to find it out ... and then they made it seem like a curtasy that they will still make and send my order ... the quality of the food depends on the days. The first time we ordered there, the food was amazing and it s been getting worst and worst since. I called three tomes today, each time they said that my order was out for delivery. I never received my order. NEVER ordering from there again....

Normally, I get a Poutine or a Pizza. I would get those again. Today, i tried a burger, pogo, fries and sauce. The burger came as buns and a patty. nothing else. so dry and nasty... At least i had fries and sauce. Once I got to the fries, NO SAUCE!!! Ate 10-15 fries and tossed the rest. The sauce is good but fries alone... Dry and Nasty. the pogo was fine but once again, no sauce, ketchup, nothing... I would order again but just pizza or poutine everything else i have tried I have been disapointed time and time again.

Order for delivery; They were missing two full meals + one side. The little food we received was colder than the heart of the person I spoke with about the delivery error. The only good thing left of this place is memories.
