Did you ever think you'd have a complaint of too much cheese curds, too much sauce, on an Italian Poutine? Me neither...so awesome!
good fast food
We found the food here lacking in taste and quality. As a family we ordered two large poutines, two orders of chicken nuggets and two pogos. The poutines arrived with hardly any gravy on them. The fries were undercooked. The chicken nuggets were dry and overcooked. The pogo was also overcooked. We vacation in St Zotique and won't be going back to this place.
I've never had a drier burger in my life. They managed to burn it trying to reheat an pre-cooked patty. I actually had to put ketchup on it to make it edible. Never again.
Disappointed 3 times in the last month due to being closed. Please post your hours of operation and closures on line. Food and service is always great.
Their order system sucks. 2 cashes inside an order window outside plus taking orders by phone. This is no means of a good system to get food out in an orderly manner and is why my order was lost in the back, sitting there getting cold. While people who came in after me, left with their orders. The girl that works there explains to me small orders get done quicker... um hello there is no smaller order then 6 hotdogs and a poutine ESPECIALLY when you have baskets of fries made for the supper rush and hotdogs sitting in a steamer all day!.
I visited again today. I have been probably 7 or 8 times in the last few months and the food was good... fast food fare but pretty good. Today I was extremely disappointed! I visited around 1500 hrs - not very busy. There was one lady in front of me who had called in her order - the server said "c'est pas prete!"... not sorry, not it'll be a few minutes. As for me - I was standing right there - not a word, no "Hi", no "I'll be with you in a minute" - nothing! She disappeared into the back and I, and the lady and another gentleman just stood there waiting! After 5 minutes I walked out. I understand that sometimes you have to wait but the restaurant wasn't busy at all! So: my 20 bucks walked out. How many others walked? I don't know but the two people in line with me were not happy either. I will never go back! Rude server and then completely ignoring two other clients! The foods not good enough to be treated with disrespect by the folks who are supposed to be working. Really, really terrible service! If you're not going to work your job - go home!!!
Decent food. The "Ben's" burger is nice with the special sauce. Good service with a smile. The restroom seemed clean but it was hard to see since it's so darned dark in there. Overall good experience. Recommended.

Hello I went to the spot in Ben is honestly its good but not incredible I think the prices were a little expensive the food was good but not incredible and the waiting time for the service was average so thats why I gave this rating

We went last Friday and there were so many flies it was disgusting. To realize that the employees had left the window open for people ordering outside so the flies would come in.
Everything about the service and ambiance was amazing. But the Poutine fries were at least a day old and the sauce was neither cold nor hot. The cheese was the only fresh part.
After trying 3 or 4 things... I confirm that the food is very, very ordinary!! 3 star no more!

The machines closed SEVERAL minutes before closing so it is impossible to get served, even 10 minutes before closing. Ill just go somewhere else next time.

Le club était parfait, les poutines vraiment bonne, huile pour les frites est dun pour être changé sinon très bon. Je recommande le spot à Ben !!! On a aussi prit des bubble tea et ils étaient bon...
two years ago we could buy a large potato and this morning on April 15, with complete confidence I ordered a large potato, when I got home there was only potato crusts in my order! I dont think I would recommend this (chip shop) which already had very good service

I am ALLERGIC (I can die) to dairy products since I was born so I usually ask the waiters to check the ingredients of the dish I am going to have, most of them are very understanding and have no problem in going to find out, but the girl who I kindly asked to go and see the list of ingredients for hot dog bread and sausages persists with me who never has milk in bread, she even asks me if I eat bread at home??? Lets see, its too hard to see on the bag, big lack of respect. You think I have fun asking that at every restaurant I go to? I think I know a lot about what milk is in, thank you my dear

Le personnel est sympathique, les tarifs sont bons mais il faut impérativement quils changent de sorte de fromage pour leurs poutines car il est vraiment de mauvaise qualité, au bout de 2 minutes, ça devient du spaghetti de fromage et le goût est ordinaire. Vraiment dommage, mais je ny retournerai pas tant quils nauront pas amélioré ce point.

This noon August 22, 2023....I ordered 2 hot dogs all dress to bring....I waited 6 or 7 minutes which is quite correct.... In the car, 2 minutes later I decided to eat one of my hot dogs...very disappointed because it was colder than hot....the other, same thing....and the coleslaw tasted just like it. water...best with vinegar and oil

I ate a club sandwich, the chicken inside was cold, like it came out of the fridge. The coleslaw tastes like nothing, the brown sauce has a questionable taste. The poutine, sauce tastes nothing and the cheese on top was cold (came out of the fridge). It was the first time I went there and the last. Little advice, you should review some recipes.

I went to buy a milkshake and the cashier didnt even know the kinds of dipping and the system she didnt know. It cost me really expensive just for a milkshake, $8 for a medium one while at the creamery next door it cost me $5 for the same size. Not recommended for the creamery part. Very expensive

The best place for steamies in the area. Poutine needs work, gravy was kind of tasteless. Staff is courteous, area was clean.
A fast food type restaurant with generous portions. Parking: The parking area is large enough for the number of people on site. Easy to access by the main road, it is more difficult to leave during rush hours, due to the lack of stops on the boulevard.
The spot in Ben is frankly a beautiful place and for eating it is also very good if you are a fan of hot dogs or Poutine and I recommend this place.
