I think the other reviewers must have been talking about a different place than I visited. 1st, it is not where the map says it is. Its not terribly far away but it created a bit of confusion. When I arrived at. Notthe correct place and went in I waa very disappointed. Bare concrete floors, unpainted and non too well cleaned. The kitchen was visible from the front area and it was really more of the same - dirty grey cement floors open ceiling that probably hasnt been cleaned since the place was built. The girl at the front countee was surly at best and curt in her responses and not particularly helpful.

Ronak was awesome. I accidently messed my order up but he helped me and got it sorted out. The food was amazing and I appreciated his help. 10/10 will be back

App stated closed so could not even order online. they were open.Called my order center n and arrived only to be told I could not use a card to pay. Had to find cash. Not very organized and I suspect poorly managed. Food was fine though.

There are many other choices in this city, try one of them.

Food was good but was concerned for cleanliness and food poisoning walking in and seeing the state of the store First thing I saw was a dirty tissue paper on the floor walking in and a thick black line around the cooler. Walked up to the counter and they had vegetables all over the floor the broom was laying on the floor in my mind this shows the care that the employees take in cleanliness and care for the food which the impression was not great and when I was greeted by the lady working the front counter she seemed like she hated her life and was not very pleasant. I recommend the food but the place needs a good clean and maybe a change in staff

Very friendly front staff, service was quick. Quality of the meal was better than expected and the portion is so large that it will be lunch for the next day too. Thanks Noodlebox, there s not many options for a high quantity fast meal at 10 PM.

I recently visited Noodlebox and had an amazing experience! The butter chicken box was delicious, with fresh ingredients and perfect seasoning. The staff was friendly and the service quick. The cozy ambiance added to the enjoyable meal. Highly recommend for anyone craving tasty noodle dishes!

100% recommended. Best for take out and dine in. I absolutely love their Crispy Shanghai Chicken rice bowl and Bombay cheese balls. They re just too good! Love their food! The way they put roasted peanuts in their food is just a chef s kiss.

Got a teriyaki chicken and chowmein with chicken on it. There was vegetables more chicken and noodles. It was tasteless. The portion was good but I was not able to take more than two bite. The The good thing about this place was staff they were nice.

Will give them 1 more chance. But this is really expensive, hankki across town is way better in all aspects.

I ordered a Bombay Mac & cheese with gosh pepper and I have to say that being a spicy lover this was amazing I ordered the protein chicken, the taste of this chicken was similar to eating an Angus steak raised on the grasslands of Switzerland. Its really delicious

Noodlebox is a go to for me for a good, filling dinner that s flavorful. The portions for bowls like the Cambodian Jungle box are huge. You could definitely share. The service is always friendly and I love the option of calling ahead of time to order on my way home from work or being out and it being ready as soon as I need it.

Changing my review. Charge way too much for extras, virtually no vegetables in the box and more sauce than noodles which gave it a mushy slimy texture. The chicken bites should be half the price since they were half the size of a regular bite. The apple dessert tasted like the oil needed to be changed. I could not eat half of my meal and felt sick afterwards. For the $40 I paid it was hard to throw away $20 of food in the garbage, which was far from $20 worth of food let alone an outrageous $40 total. I wont be calling to complain, there is no point because I will not be eating noodlebox again.

Ive given this place a chance three times. The only thing they can seem to do correctly is the spicy peanut noodle box. Every other order Ive had has been lacking something vital. I ordered a Ginger beef box, and they forgot to put any meat in at all. I unknowingly paid for a $15 box of noodles.

We visited today with high expectations. Unfortunately ordering proved difficult between having to repeat ourselves multiple times and our orders being put in wrong. I ordered a mild ginger beef bowl with noodles for myself and my 7 month old to share as she loves noodles. To our surprise it ended up being really spicy and my baby started screaming when she put it in her mouth.

Very nice staff, more veggies required in order to score a 5 in the vegan noodle dishes, serving size is generous, hot is indeed, hot! Will try again. Parking is good. Stools to sit on while you wait. Thanks for the fresh food.

when I ordered my pad thai to go I opened it up to find out all my noodles were ROCK hard, vegetables were hard and egg had spots of mold. The lady working the till was quite nice. other than that the atmosphere in the store was no better than the food. Kinda sad cause I used to really enjoy NBX.

Really delicious food, I noticed the food I ordered was not high in sodium. I would order again. A family member ordered and picked up the order for me. Courtesy and well-made food...a plus ... everyone enjoyed the food. There are 2 dishes not listed below, but well worth buying. Dietary restrictions: The sodium amount is lower than other Asian foods I have eaten.

Visited Noodle Box and tried their Thai noodles - absolutely delicious! The highlight was the service, especially from the girl at the till. Her warmth and efficiency made the experience exceptional. Highly recommend for great food and fantastic service!

Really solid food.

Order two of the spicy peanut noodle boxes with a kids mac and cheese just to try this place out. Disappointing is the best way to put it. The chicken is incredibly processed and not worth it. The peanut sauce was bland and heavy. KD has a better mac sauce than this place. Please consider upping you game. It was hard to eat couldnt finish it.

Food was pretty good, portions quite large. I ordered mild spice which was the weakest option and if that was mild, I can t imagine the others haha. Super l hot, but if you re prepared you will likely enjoy your meal. Vegetarian options: Lots of vegetarian options and ways to be creative.

This place is so good! First time I had the teriyaki hokkien noodles with bbq char sui pork mild and I couldn t stop thinking about it, second time I went back I had to have it again! Try them! You seriously won t be disappointed

its pretty good i got the teriyaki buy one get on free and i wanted to get another different flavor or kind but it didnt work on uber eats then i started to eat it weird smell to it, but out of all 7/10

Decided to give this new restaurant a try for lunch. We had the ginger beef and jungly curry. Both were loaded with fresh crispy vegetables, mangos and meat! It was a filling and delicious meal! I would definitely go back, they have lots of options.

I ordered the peanut box with crispy chicken from skip the dishes. I couldnt eat it... the chicken was so soggy and overcooked, and all mixed into the dish. I tried picking it out but there was so much chicken cut into tiny pieces I gave up and threw it out. Noodles were soggy too. Not sure what happened but they really need to tweak the recipe because it was not good sorry noodlebox, just wanted to give you guys some honest feedback! Since I cannot reply directly to your response Noodlebox, I will edit my review. I ordered at 2:18 pm. You can also check in with skipthedishes about the details of my order, because I also let them know I wasnt happy with the quality of my food.

The teriyaki box was very tasty and had lots of yummy veggies. However I paid an extra $3.45 for grilled chicken and only received 4 ridiculously very small pieces of chicken. I will definitely opt out of protein next time.

Amazingly delicious!! Fresh and hot, made to order. I couldn t even finish the whole box! Excited to get 2 meals from one portion. And to top it off, a handwritten note! I ll definitely be back for more! Vegetarian options: Tofu option for protein.

The food was delicious and it seemed like good quality ingredients. I will get less spice next time, as medium was a bit too spicy for me. It was a nice change from the typical fast food options. The service was a little slow but they cooked up the food right there, and its a newer restaurant, so that is to be expected.

Amazing customer service!

Decided to try Noodlebox in west Lethbridge tonight and was very happy with my choice. Super friendly staff and the food was fantastic. For quick, on the go bowls this place has a ton of choices. I had the crispy Shanghai chicken with medium heat and it did not disappoint. Their heat levels are spot on and right where I wanted the dish to be. I would highly recommend if your looking for something supper yummy and quick to go.

One of the best fast food restaurant in town especially for those who loves hot and spicy food. I ordered black bean and garlic box, asked for scorching hot level and they really impressed with the level of heat, it was on point. So much impressed with food and service. My kids treated me to lunch today, I got the ginger beef with chow mein noodles. It was really enjoyable, had the right amount of vegetables, beef, noodles and didnt have a lot of sauce on it which I prefer. Thank you Noodle Box!

Ordered my food mild and got a meal that was way spicier, so I took it back and asked for a refund they told me that mild/ medium was the lest spiced that s not what the menu says Called the manager to complain, he hung up, no skills with the public. Management classes would help with this, no class operation

After our first order from NoodleBox we were immediately impressed and very satisfied! We have ordered several more times, again with excellent results. A fantastic menu, very reasonable price, fast delivery times, and most importantly, very good portion sizes that are put together very well and everything we ve had has been exceptional, as well as the option to customize the menu items. I think we have found one of our favourite new restaurants in town! I also appreciated the hand written note in one of our take out orders thanking us for our business and hoping we enjoy the meals. We certainly have and they ve earned some happy customers with us! It s nice to have a delivery option that is much healthier and isn t just fast food, yet is very satisfying and filling! By far my favourite is the butter chicken bowl. The ginger beef is a very close second. Still lots of try on the menu! Also people complaining about spice .you re ordering southeast Asian food that is usually spicy, what do you expect, a bowl of mayonnaise?

Service was really nice! The Cambodian Jungle Curry sauce was really salty, otherwise it tasted decent. The Black Bean & Garlic box was good, but we found a thread of hair-like fabric in the dish. All the boxes were well portioned.

Unfortunately I have to change this to a very low rating. Despite previous good service I went again, today, and the woman behind the counter did not understand English at all. There was no way that I could place an order. My wife was really looking forward to getting food from here today. What future does a business have if it cannot take customer orders??

Asked for no peppers in my bowl so they said I cant have onions either since they come pre mixed. I clarified 3 times, let them no its not an allergy , just a preference. They insisted there is no way I could have onions in my bowl without peppers.

Since I first discovered noodlebox in Calgary, I was thrilled to know they have one here in Lethbridge. My first few orders on skip the dishes went well, as I always got the spicy peanut noodle box with a lot of heat which is always LOADED with the delicious peanut sauce. However, The second last time I ordered it, my almost $20 dish was as dry as could be and the chicken was extremely chewy. Tonight, I decided to give it one last chance and write my last experience as a one off, I ordered it again and not only is mine borderline too dry, my roommates ginger beef bowl had ZERO sauce on it??? I also didn t even get the spring rolls we had ordered lol. Not to mention they give you the option for a box or a bowl and in each of these instances I ve chosen box as i think it s half the charm of noodle*box* and got a bowl. The blatant disregard for consistency and ignorance for a customers order is disappointing. Especially with the outlandish prices. Don t waste your $

I just tried this restaurant for the first time. I ordered the ginger beef and rice bowl to go. When I got home, and opened the bag, the first thing I noticed was there was no sauce added, or that came with it. So the Rice was very dry, not good. At least the ginger beef had a good flavor with a good amount of the veggies I like.

UNBELIEVABLY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! My girlfriend and I went for an early dinner as we had an afternoon/evening full of activities and were crunched for time. We were the only ones in the storefront when we went in to order. My girlfriend ordered the pad Thai with chicken breast and a mild heat level, I then followed with my order and said I will do the exact same just medium/hot instead Should be pretty straight forward! We got our food to go and when we got to our destination we pulled two different packages out of our bag which seemed very odd since we ordered the exact same meal with the only difference being the heat level. No worries, people are human and make mistakes. I call to let them know and ask what can be done to remedy the situation. The woman hears me out but then proceeds to put the blame on me by saying oh you said this Kung Pao I said no I asked for the exact same with a different level of heat again no worries accidents happen she then proceeds to shift the blame back to me and say No you ordered a Kung Pao so I assured her we both remembered verbatim I said I ll have the exact same just medium/hot being the only difference already this is not great customer service as you never blame the customer! She then took my name and number and said she would call her manager to get this dealt with and call me back 45 minutes later I hadn t heard back so I called again she then sounded like I caught her off guard as if I would just go away and said okay I didn t get a hold of my manager give me TWO minutes and I ll call you back I said okay and we hung up Fast forward 20 minutes later still no call I have to call back again this time she greets me with a sharp hello not even addressing that it s the noodle box restaurant until a few seconds later as if she was annoyed at dealing with me and after no call back twice and it being over an hour later she tells me that the manager said no refund, no replacement order because - and I quote it s my fault (WOWWWW A THIRD TIME SHIFTING THE BLAME TO ME) but says I m able to come back and just pay for the correct order that I asked for in the first place so absolutely no responsibility taken on their end completely wasting my time in hopes I would just go away it seems and then I m wondering if she had even spoken to her manager or if she had that she had told him we had ordered improperly and it was our fault and we were looking for them to fix it I can t even fathom treating customers a fraction like this let alone just blaming us repeatedly even though the mistake is on their end. I then said that s absurd that they would blame us as someone who runs a customer service based business I m just in utter shock at this point with how many times this ball has been dropped. So I asked to speak to the manager and they re off today and I can t be put in touch with them she can only pass my info off and get him to call me back (cause they ve been so fantastic at making call backs to me I m pretty well again thinking they re just trying to get me to go away) and then with nothing at all to end the convo or assure me this has been done or taken care of, or let me know when to potentially expect a call, they just hang up on me I just can t even believe this is a reality at all!! I came in to support your business and have a pleasurable experience and you ve made me completely regret that decision. I will not be visiting this location and will make sure to advise anybody else from doing the same. Absolutely unacceptable, and very disappointing!

Tried this place for the first time and the food was very bland. Very disappointing.

First time there. First time trying to fine the resemblance of Thai food in this city. Very disappointed. The food was like everything but the kitchen sink. So many spices and herbs that it did not meld well in the end. It was edible of course but not pleasing or satisfying of Thai anything that we had found in the past. A real Thai restaurant before. Lack of options, I get their thing was noodle boxes but there lacked the traditional style of being able to have 3 dishes and rice on the side to share those dishes for instance. They also got my husbands order wrong. Was supposed to be mild spice and it was nothing of the sort. Very heated and the teriyaki was barely there. I don t think we will go back again. Not even to get a replacement of the order they messed up. I had the Yangzhou fried rice box. The pork was barely noticeable. The shrimp was nice, but as mentioned, it was just too much

The food is tasty enough but the portions are very small. My son had the butter chicken and the takeout container was less than half full with only a few pieces of chicken in the curry sauce - not a proper portion of chicken- esp for the price :( I cannot recommend because of this

Medium spicy is more like extra hot. Was hard to enjoy the meal because it was so spicy. Would recommend warning patrons of the spice scale .. I ll re review it when I try something else off the menu and get it way less spicy. (And I m a person that loves hot food but this is insanely hot ) if the spice wasn t so intense I would have given 5 stars bevauee the portions are good and overall it s well put together.

Love this place! I always get the spicy penute bowl ribbon noodles and crispy chicken but I ask for double noodle and only broccoli with the peanut sause and Roasted noodle and they always do it for me even thou its not technically on thr menue...Ill continue to go back always :)

I ordered the spicy peanut bowl with rice noodles because I asked for the gluten friendly options. This bowl was very delicious but it was definitely not gluten free. I ate half of it very fast because I was hungry but my stomach has blown up 3 inches and im very sick. I havent had a bad gluten reaction in years. Please check your ingredients for people who ask for gluten free. I think there must have been wheat flour in the sauce.

Its rare that I ever leave reviews online, however my experience at this restaurant was excellent. The staff were friendly and quick. The portion sizes were generous and the food was very flavorful. There are a lot of choices on the menu and you can customize your order however you like, I got the Kung Pao with chicken and Ill definitely be returning. My mom and I went for supper here. I ordered the teriyaki chicken and she ordered pad thai, both with crispy chicken. The initial wait was about 15 minutes and when we received the order there was only one meal in there. I brought it back in and explained there should be two, they forgot to make my teriyaki chicken. 7 minutes later, when I did get it, there was absolutely no crispy chicken (there was some other meat, I think beef), it was much more spicy than I asked for (mild), and didn t taste like teriyaki at all. My moms also didn t have crispy chicken. First time and will be the last time.

Food was delicious and piping hot even after we got it home. Cambodian Jundle Curry was fantastic, with lots of veggies and noodles in a creamy sauce. Spice level is customizable from none to Scorching Hot. The medium/hot was perfect for our tastes. Only issue was the added charge for proteins. Base price is vegetarian, proteins range from $2.45 for tofu to $4.45 for sirloin or prawns. Went with the Char Sui BBQ pork, but there was next to none in my order. Highly recommend as a new fast noodle option. Price is very reasonable for the portion size, just maybe dont pay extra for protein.

Takes a bit of time but i dont mind since its made fresh right in front of you, needs salt but other then that its delicious. Employees very friendly. Definitely will be back

This was the only restaurant missing in Lethbridge and HERE IT IS! Went in for their test kitchen to meet the owner and staff, they are all wonderful! The food is to die for and Ill be eating here as much as possible! (Ive been 4 times since opening day already!) So excited Noodlebox took a chance on Lethbridge- definitely check these noods out ASAP!

Their prices are a bit high, but its boutique noodles. Ive had noodle box before those locations quality is the same, tastes great, with large portions. The spice scale can really jump up there quick, so be careful if your sensitive to spice. Parking: The parking situation out front is quite limited, however, the entire parking lot is available so its not actually so bad.

I order spicy food often, and I often cook spicy food for myself. I usually order food at the spiciest level a restaurant will give me. 19 times out of 20, spicy really means medium-ish . I am currently drinking and gargling milk because I foolishly ate several bites of food from Noodlebox at their highest spice level without trying it first. It hurts. I appreciate it. I was warned, but didn t believe it.
