All the staff were wonderful. They even took my salad off the bill because there was an ingredient on the salad that I asked for on the side. They made me a brand new salad just the way I like it. Cheers to Moxies!

I made a reservation yesterday for 9 people for today and it was confirmed. 2 hours before my reservation I got a call telling me that we didn t have a table reserved after all. No reason given just a pathetic sorry. I had to scramble to find another restaurant and luckily I did. Totally unacceptable. We like Moxies but now I will never go back! Thank you Kelli for reaching out and rectifying the situation. I do really appreciate it and thank you for the coupon. Have a great holiday!

My sisters and I were out for a get together lunch yesterday and decided to give Moxies a try. Food was really good shrimp tacos were amazing and we couldn t have asked for better service moving it to the top of my list for favourite places

First time here. We had a table of 8 for a birthday supper, and the staff were so accommodating and helpful. Each and every staff member was awesome. My cheeseburger with mushrooms was really tasty and done to perfection. Ill be back for sure.

Never been to a more consistent, and enjoyable restaurant. Service is always above the top. Well priced, with great portion sizes. I enjoy the lounge on game nights, I have asked for a particular game on the t.v and always have been accommodated. Vegetarian options: There are options. With knowledgeable staff. Dietary restrictions: Knowledgeable staff at this place. If you have dietary restrictions and are unsure. Give them a call and talk to someone. Chances are they have experienced these restrictions before. So be enthusiastic that you have found a great place that cares. Parking: There is an overflow parking lot, it is just across the street. By Coulee climbing center. Kid-friendliness: Great kids meals, with a wide variety for the small ones. And every kids meal comes with free drinks and a dessert. Wheelchair accessibility: Big or small groups, whatever you are looking for, they have a lot of options. It would be a great idea to call and make a reservation if there are any mobility issues with any of the guests for that party. As space is limited and some nights, they fill quickly.

Absolutely love Moxies! I have dietary restrictions (Celiac Disease) and I always feel comfortable going to Moxies. Moxies staff take my needs seriously and I have never had an issue eating at Moxies. (Caveat: this doesnt mean that it is going to be perfect for you. Do your own due diligence and find out for yourself.) Dishes I enjoy here are: 1. Steak Frites 2. Chicken & Ribs 3. Chipotle Mango Chicken 4. Smashed Avocado Dip (appetizer) Last night, my wife (she can eat whatever she wants) and I ate here and I had the Chicken & Ribs. My only gripe is that the chicken portion is too small. The quantity of ribs is always portioned well. I gripe about the size of the chicken portion but I am always full by the time I finish the entire plate including the sides (veggies & mash potatoes/fries). Every time we go, I always get the Smashed Avocado Dip as an appetizer. It is SO GOOD! I do miss the presentation of the dip in the stone mortar bowl and I think this has been the victim of shrink-flation. Speaking of shrink-flation, I do think the nachos appetizer is overpriced. I have had them on previous occasions but they are way too expensive for what you get ($27 without any extras). I used to enjoy the salted caramel cheesecake but, as an individual customer, it is unaffordable at $12. It is still a great dessert but, as far as I can tell, it hasnt grown in size along with the price. My issues with the costs aside, I know that I would pay more at other local restaurants for the same dishes because I have paid more at those places and I keep coming back to Moxies. Ambience is great. I like to be able to see what I am eating. The staff are very friendly. I appreciate that the folks are not dressed up like they work in a brothel. All in all, I highly recommend Moxies and I look forward to when I can go again. Dietary restrictions: Noted in my review. Parking: Parking is available on the street adjacent to the building, across the street to the east, and in the parking lot on the west side of the building. Kid-friendliness: I brought my own kids there and I have seen others do it too.

I wanted to take a moment to commend Tia and the team for the exceptional service we received last night at Moxies while celebrating my friends birthday. As someone who works in the hospitality industry, I truly appreciate how important it is to provide genuine and attentive service, and she certainly exceeded expectations. Tia s attention to detail, from something as simple as refilling our water to ensuring we were aware of potential allergens in the dishes, really stood out. Additionally, the timing of each course from the appetizers to the main course and dessert was perfectly paced, allowing us to enjoy each dish fully without feeling rushed or waiting too long. Its rare to experience such thoughtful service these days, and I m grateful for the effort and care she demonstrated throughout our dining experience. Thank you Tia for making our celebration even more special!

Went here with a friend while I was on vacation. I have a couple of dietary restrictions and they catered to them for me. This was awesome as I was able to have an awesome tasting meal and not have an allergic reaction on my trip. The service was excellent and very pleasant! Vegetarian options: There are a number of vegetarian options on the menu and they are labeled. If you are looking to make it vegan you may need to make some adjustments, but ask and they will do it. Dietary restrictions: I was able to make a meal gluten free. Just ask and see if they can accommodate your request, they most likely will be able to. Parking: I just parked beside the restaurant. I dont know the area well enough to list other options.

My sister and I were visiting Lethbridge, and we were looking for a place to eat. We kind of stumbled onto this place and decided we would eat here since we no longer have a moxies in Regina anymore. Our server Andi was the absolute best!! She took the time to speak with us, and really made us feel valued!! The service was amazing, the food was spectacular, and the whole restaurant itself was nice!! Will definitely be back!

Always have a great time here. The food is good as always. Went for a birthday party recently and the waitress was cute and had great friendly service. The floor manager came to check if everything was good very periodically and was very courteous aswell. Always enjoy a good time at moxies.

All around great experience. Modern bar and eatery with a classy twist. Well executed service in the lounge with a TV in every direction so you can easy watch the game. Food and drinks were great and they have a late happy hour 9 to 10pm.

The staff was very concerned and courteous of my allergies which was a relief and allowed me to enjoy my meal that much more.

Our server Harve was fantastic and the new summer salmon burger is delicious!

Ordered a few times, tried to give benefit of a doubt. Ordered beef vindaloo this time The peppers were raw and were left in huge chunks. While eating in restaurant a different time my child was also served raw chicken. I think with moxies being a more go to restaurant in Lethbridge we expect a bit more higher quality of food and more consistency.

It is immediately apparent the staff here are well trained. You are greeted warmly and escorted to your table. On this visit I sat in the lounge area at the bar. 2x70 TVs on the wall to watch some NHL playoff hockey and the Blue Jays game. The bartender made me a very good smoked Old Fashioned and the Tuna Sushi Stack I had for an appetizer was absolutely delicious. For my main I ordered the 7oz tenderloin with a glass of Prophecy Pinot Noir. It was cooked perfectly and I have found a new favourite red wine. The bartenders were engaging, very pleasant and humorous. Thank you Moxie s for a very pleasant evening.

Was there on a Friday night with a large group, 31 people, to celebrate an event. We had 3 tables and food was served hot, correct and all together for each table. Nowhere else in Lethbridge does that happen! Everyone was very happy with their meal. Highly recommend them and will continue to go back.

Checked out this restaurant, and I was pleasantly surprised by how good the food was, like, it exceeded my expectations. And the ambiance was pretty nice, just cozy enough to feel comfortable.

I ordered thru phone call for a pick-up order today. Steak frites and Chipotle mango sounded really good. Instead of seasonal vegetables for the side of chicken I asked if I could substitute it with parm fries. Lady said sure and asked if it s with the steak or the chicken order. Upon paying for the order, I didnt realize the total and got charged with full price for the fries. I did call, and the lady now said they couldnt substitute it with anything, so they charged me full price. I said it was okay but still disappointed in how they didnt let us know beforehand. If I had known,i couldve kept the seasonal vegetables for myself and just bought fries somewhere else(for my daughter). On the other hand, the food is good. The chicken is somewhat a little dry but its still edible.

been going to this restaurant for years and neglected to put a review in but was there todaysnd felt it should. I always enjoy their Chimichurri steak salad and The mango chicken when it was on the menu and chicken lettuce wraps but all their food is just excellent and service great and the new renovation is super nice. Love both the bar side and the restaurant side.

Just had our hockey team meal there and the staff was very good and got all 40 of us fed very efficiently! They were great with a loud group of U11 s and that isn t easy!

Things changed... Used to be my favorite restaurant in town but the place changes like a revolving door. Seems like I cant try the same item twice cause its gone. But other than that the vibe is good the staff are great and the food is still good just not moxies anymore

It was very busy tonight but that didn t affect how long we had to wait for our food or the quality. It was nice to have a manager ask about our meals too. We had the chicken + ribs and the chipotle mango chicken. Very delicious!

Good catering

We arrived to a full house and did not have to wait long for the reserved table. The food and service was as expected for a successful chain restaurant. Oddly during the dinner, we noted that the large mirror on the wall behind us was being held up by large plastic clamps as it had been coming away from the wall a week earlier according to the server.

Everytime I go here its honestly the best customer service ever. never had a bad experience. Changing my review. The restaurant itself is fine but every change they make to the menu makes it more boring and harder to find anything good. Truely no great menu items anymore. A Moxies chain problem. Nothing to do with the actual restaurant

We were seated by Kyle (I believe a manager) who was so friendly and welcoming. We don t typically get out of the house without a toddler, so my husband and I were really enjoying conversation when our meals came. Kyle had walked by and said, I noticed it took 29 minutes for your food to come out, this is definitely not our standard so I m going to be taking a look at your bill when it comes tonight and doing some adjusting. I told him we weren t bothered at all, and thought the wait time was normal for a busy Saturday night. And he said we ll definitely take care of you two tonight! Our appetizer was taken off the bill and we were offered a free desert. Honestly we were both kind of dumbfounded! The food was amazing, our waitress was super great and had drinks refilled before they were anywhere near empty, and Kyle really made our experience over the top. We havent stopped talking about what a great night!

Nice patio a bit windy today

This is one of my most difficult reviews to write. I love Moxies. I have been an avid patron since I was a teenager (we would get dropped off by our parents as teens when they wanted alone time ). Their decor game has been augmented, which is cool - the place looks great. The service is always top notch. The food has always been great, I don t recall ever having a bad meal at a Moxie s restaurant. However, the prices ouch. I know that it is dictated by head office, and we are all trying to get bank roll back up post Covid, but I ve had cheaper (and better) meals in New York and Las Vegas. Moxie s is still first and foremost a family restaurant, so it should NOT have elitist prices.

Used to be my go-to place for a Philly but they changed the bun and the sauce and I dont care for it havent been back since

The service was absolutely excellent, one of the burgers we got had more than we expected on it and was fixed incredibly fast. Overall, we thought the food was alright.

My husband and I went here for a date night. The waitress was fantastic, not only attentive and friendly, but was able to have great comebacks when my husband was joking around. The manager was very friendly and was great to chat with when he came around to ensure everything was good. We definitely will be going back and enjoying the great food and atmosphere.

I had the lemon asparagus spaghettini with grilled salmon today, and it was absolutely delicious!!!

Cool vibe, excellent food! I had the tuna tacos as an appetizer. Super tasty and refreshing. As an entree I ordered the crispy chicken sandwich. A mash up of flavors that really work well. The chicken was actually crispy and had a ton of flavor. Service was top notch and they were really on top of things. Highly recommend you check it out.

The newly remodeled atmosphere is amazing. The staff are very helpful and pleasant. I have dietary restrictions, which they catered to and made me feel like royalty. I will certainly be back. And I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone wanting to have great food at a reasonable price, and amazing staff (all of them) who treat you like you really matter.

This place will almost always be 5 stars, or more if I could. Their menu is top of its game and the service is perfect. We had refils brought out without even having to say anything. Everyone is well trained and good is delicious.

Nice atmosphere, good food

My daughter has gluten and dairy issues and once the staff was aware of this, they made sure everything was good with regards to the food, possible cross contamination, etc. The food was very good and we had a great meal, thanks to the server and hostess.

Food was gross, bland, steak was still raw, very small portions, and over priced. My daughter couldnt even eat her chicken burger. Missed order notes, missed part of my order, and still never got help from the manager after trying to give them a chance to fix it. Was still hungry. Will never eat from there ever again. Dont waste your time here, unless you want to waste your money.

I walked up to the door and the hostess had the door open waiting to greet me which set the tone for a classy night. I chose where I wanted to sit which was hard to do as there was no shortage of prime seating. This location was recently renovated and was easily one of the nicest Moxies locations from Ontario to BC. The food was on point and tasted even better since the service from the waiting staff was attentive and always kept my glass full. The managers checked in to ensure everything was delicious and I felt well taken care of my entire stay. Great spot for hanging out, meetings, date nights, and adult family dinners.

First time actually going to Moxies since moving to Lethbridge in 2019. It may not look like much from the outside, but the inside is very nice! We got seated right away. Our server was very nice and prompt, we didnt need to wait long for our drinks or food. My wife and I both had sirloin steak, which was delicious! The atmosphere was nice too, there are a few TV screens playing various sports and its not too loud either, which still allows conversation without the need to yell across the table! Would recommend for a nice date night.

Wonderful experience! Ryann was our waitress and she was professional and personable, great sense of humor! Food was outstanding! We were happily satisfied. Full but not stuffed, that happy place in between. Manager (owner?) Was very cool! This is our date night spot now. The white chocolate brownie is absolutely delicious! Even if you have to take it home, its worth it! Worth every dollar spent and then some! Absolutely recommend Moxies!

The food was DELICIOUS! My husband had the tuna poke bowl & I had the avacado & bacon cobb salad, with the pan seared salmon added. It was filling but was light enough, that you didnt feel over full after eating. The drinks were great, you MUST try the peach bilini! Our server was wonderful! I would recommend eating here. The only thing I would suggest for the Cobb salad, is to chop up the lettuce, instead of just throwing the half lettuce head on the plate. I get that it was for presentation, but I spent more time cutting up my salad, than eating it.
