Just had dinner here, things were ok then I decided to take 3 sesame ball snacks with me in a tissue to eat as we go to pay. Then all of a sudden they lunged at me as if I m stealing all their entire inventory then they showed me multiple videos of me putting them in a tissue. Felt like I was in deep state China. Literally $0.10

I feel some other reviewers are a bit too harsh on this place. They have a huge selection of dishes and you cant expect every one to be of gourmet quality! I tried a little bit of everything and found the food to be tasty, service was quick, and I like the concept of hot pot/bbq at the table (though I just had the regular AYCE). Good place for a hungry worker to load up on food after a long day!

This is typically our favourite all you can eat place. Im not quite sure why but today they were insanely slow. It took 30 minutes for 2 hand rolls and a salad to come out. (It was not busy) Then we waited another 30 minutes before anything else came out. Finally sometime after the hour mark we got the rest of our first order. Each order took an insane amount of time to come out all while Im watching everyone around us get multiple dishes. There were 2 tables that came after us and finished before we even had half of our food brought out. There was only 3 of us, we didnt order an insane amount of food but it sure felt like we did with the wait.

Just got back from Fusion. Dont waste your money. Its not the food its the service or the lack there of. Watched a table of 3 continually eat as we waited. Didnt get what we ordered watched items we ordered be served to the mentioned table. When at the till I made a comment that we wont be back. When asked why I told then we were basically ignored and didnt get everything we ordered. The comment made was... Did you tell someone? Really? Im the paying customer and I should also chase down the food I ordered? Who cares if they have BBQ if you have to wait for service.

Went for supper tonight,never got the food that was ordered. Nobody came to check how we were doing.This is twice in a row now will not be back.went to pay the girl said was everything good told her our complaint her reply was did you tell someone. Duh Nobody came around.

Staff were friendly and the food came out swiftly. the food specifically, Tom yum, miso and salmon were fresh and amazing. All the appetizers and sushi tasted fresh as well. They have a variety of authentic Thai and sushi cuisine that tasted wonderfully. Definitely one of the best all you can eat sushi here in the city. Will try the bbq next time!

Easily the worst food Ive had in Lethbridge to date. The majority of the food served to our table was undercooked or frozen (including chicken).

The staffs and foods were excellen. Vegetarian options: Lots of option for vegetarian people. Have options like vegetable soup, rolls and other options. Kid-friendliness: Kid price for under 12.

We ordered take out sushi and it was the worst sushi I ve had to date - worse than grocery store sushi The avocado was super hard, the rolls were messy and the salmon tasted bad. Won t be ordering from here again.

Overall, a disappointing experience. They asked us before we were even seated if we were having bbq or sushi, but wouldnt explain what that meant. The QR Code menu system is ridiculously frustrating and wouldnt work properly for most of our phones. I did enjoy the few things I had. Didnt get to try everything I ordered. They expected 10 of us to pick off shared plates without a clue what anything is. I almost came close to accidentally trying someone elses disgusting spicy order. And forced gratuity is just tacky.

I have been here at least 2-3 times a week since finding this place a month and a half ago! Every single time the service is absolutely outstanding, I normally come in and sit by myself as my friends dont enjoy this type of cusine! However every single time I have had amazing service, super quick to get your food, even during super busy nights, very fair prices! Everything is super fresh! Truly needs to work on service as it is awful. Staff is nice, but the service part is no where to be found. They need to pay attention to the online order system by not missing items. Ordered one dish, didn t come for 25min, so ordered the same dish, came out 10min later. Before being done, the previous ordered dish came out an hour after ordering. They always miss certain dishes when you do the online ordering.

I ordered a take out through delivery and one my dish order is missing. And I called them regarding this issues and they dont want to acknowledge of any responsibility of the issue. Its a big disappointment to me and to my family coz were a a regular customer. Thats the worst service it happen to me. Its doesnt matter, coz u didnt addressed the issue properly. And still poor customer service.

don t go to this place their service is so bad and charge u 15% for more then 5 people. Their food tastes like bitter and not good at all. When you order something they completely forget about 4 things that u ordered and when u tell them to get it u wait for 10-15 mins and then it never comes.

Run away if you can! The online ordering system is awful because you keep waiting for some food order that never shows up . The table beside me had to call the waitress a few times to inquire about her order not coming . My teriyaki chicken and tempura shrimp never showed up ! Also , the display photos of the plates online are NOT what the plates look like when they bring them to the table ! Eg . I ordered an avocado salad and it only had 3 very very tiny thin slices of avocado and some chopped lettuce , that s it! Nothing like the menu photo . The same with the garlic beef and wonton soup and most items on the menu . Definitely false display of dishes . If you like sushi, that s the only thing that might be worth going for . Never going back !

The food was terrible. The 15 percent tip was mandatory on groups of 5 or more so the incentive to provide good service was not there. Update: woke up the following morning with food poisoning, the chicken wings were not fully cooked.

Leaves a lot to be desired. I have been to a couple fusions in other cities and have typically enjoyed my experience. However, the service was painfully slow! We waited for 45 minutes for one part of one of our orders. No wonder they have a time limit of 2 hours but, I would argue it s not because we weren t ordering, the service was just that slow. The selection at the lunch service was also less than expected, I really wanted to have sashimi and was a bit disappointed that it was not an option. Likely won t be back to this location in the future.

Honestly fantastic food. Lately the rice has been more than usual and too sticky. Something changed with the sushi. Hence the 4 stars Update: went for lunch today, I got forgotten about, we got our drinks and then waited 30ish or more minutes for food even though the table that got there after us had a table full of food and kept getting food... So I have to go up to the waitress and complain, our food FINALLY gets to the table after another 20 minutes, and then they didnt give us plates or chopsticks. So that was an additional 15 minutes. Awful experience.

Went out with my family for their all you can eat, I definitely got my moneys worth. The food was absolutely delicious, I ordered various sushi rolls and hand rolls, a long with their beef udon. I highly recommend it, definitely a good experience and I still cant get over how good the food was. I think overall I ate about $70 worth of food for I think it was $22? I am totally coming back someday

We were a group of 6 so we were charged 15% service tip in advance. Service was the worst ever. Slow, they only brought 2 of 5 rolls we ordered, when we made it notice, the waiter told they would take 5 to 10 minutes for the missing rolls. 10 minutes later we got one of the 3 and the other two never came. Worst service in town ! Don t recommend it at all.

Dine in as group of 4. Didnt understand why we need to pay that 15% tip and they didnt even ask if Im okay with it or not they just do it on their own and told me that what we should pay. My bad is I didnt check the receipt before leaving the restaurant.

Unique dining experience as far as Lethbridge goes. You can bbq your own meat at the table, and order items through your phone for the all you can eat.

If I could give a half a star I would. We just tried this restaurant and first of all if you dont have a cell phone dont bother to go there. They want you to scan the QR code for the menu and there are no prices listed. We chose 3 dishes which when they came were no larger than a cereal bowl, a small bowl. We ordered 2 iced teas, the waitress said they were included with the meal and the bill came to $69.28! 3 tiny dishes! Bloody rip off! Wont be setting foot inside there again

Was excited to try it but grilled mushrooms for our second thing n my buddy picked one up off the grill n found a long hair on the grill .. we gave it to the waitress on a plate n she just walked away n tried bring us a clean plate wat a rip off in my experience payed 80 dollars for 5 mushrooms n a few pieces of beef we cooked a absolutely disgusting

Currently at this place right now and just had to leave a review. This place is in terrible condition. The meat grill is dirty and our dishes also came out dirty. Then we got our food. First off, the food is just bad quality. Not worth the price. Secondly, we waited around 45 minutes for an order, it did not come. The costumer service was awful. Not welcoming whatsoever. The calamari is horrible, not fresh or well-prepared. Do not come here!!! Avoid at all costs. If you want sushi, go to lighthouse.

Went for supper with a friend cause we wanted to try something different the food was ok not the best but it was super expensive. We got two dishes we had to bbq our selves then 4-6 cooked/sushi rolls, one desert and two drinks. We took a few rolls home since we didn t finish but still a bit on the higher side. I would recommend if you are planning on eating a lot at dinner or going at lunch cause it s around $11 cheaper but if not it s not worth it.

Slowest service EVER! Waited over an hour for my child s food to come out. Within an hour she got a miso soup . Then they wanted me to pay full price when we ended up canceling the orders that never came within the 1.5 hours we were there. Horrible!

Its our first time here. The food was normal, but the server was not visible. Its a system that orders with a QR code on a mobile phone, but I couldnt order anything because I couldnt see the menu for 50 minutes, and the server didnt come to our table. It was resolved later, and after a brief visit to give food, the server disappeared quickly, so I couldnt refill the coke. We ate for about 20 minutes, but we sat in this restaurant for more than 2 hours in total. It was the worst restaurant Ive ever eaten. We will never go again.

While the food was reasonable, it s horrendously overpriced. Buffets with water cost my family of 6 $227 for dinner. My biggest beef is that they automatically added the tip to my bill. I thought the amount of a tip given was supposed to be valued based on the service rendered? No at this location I guess. I probably won t return based on this alone.

Pretty much my go-to Sushi Place if I want to splurge a bit. Always fresh, always delicious, and their chefs always follow special dietery restrictions every time we ordered. Their Seafood Fried-Rice is absolutely divine with huge chunk of assorted seafood mingling around with fried rice. Their sushi and roll selections are always on point, and fresh cut sashimi just tied the entire menu together. You will be treated on a different experience if you dine in as well. Their BBQ selections are only available for dine-in and absolutely worth every penny. Go in, and order the lamb for grilling. Thank me later.

They have many great seating options. The all you can eat sushi is fantastic, and lots to choose from. I have tried the BBQ, but it looks fun. The sushi is of good quality, which is why I decided to make this my main spot.

First time we went was all the way back in October 2022 it was super good, we went again maybe a couple months later the quality of food and service significantly decreased and the price went crazy up. My partner and I went durning the supper time which we understand is $31.99 for each person which is understandable. Tell me how the bill was over $100 for two people who finished their food? Anyways we decided to try it again this time was so much worse sure our bill wasn t over $100 dollars but they wanted to charge us not only the lunch charge (21.99) but since we got there and sat there past 3:30 also wanted to charge the dinner price on top of that! I don t know how you even fathom doing that. The food the latest time was disgusting it was sour and by the time we left I was about to hurl it was by far the worst experience I have had. No wonder the other location shut down. I do not recommend this place to anyone they have severely went down and you can get higher quality sushi at save on food

Not a Chinese restaurant! They have you cook your own food if you choose the BBQ option, which is also more expensive. If you are looking for sushi, they do have a lot of options. They bring out your food as its ready, so it feels more of a buffet style. You pay per person, like a buffet, and have to pay for left overs.

Interesting concept, not sure why they dont do hotpot anymore... we did the BBQ all you can eat and it was fun, we ate quite a bit, although they only bring little at a time and sometimes some of the food you order never shows up either, maybe they forget or the food goes to a different table, not sure. We had to order the same thing more than once to at least get one order. It was very good though.

To be honest, as a university student this was an absolute rip off. WAYYY overpriced and the way the advertise all you can eat is unfair. To feed four people it cost us nearly $200 which is ridiculous. the food was good but the service was poor, with our food taking 1.5+ hour waiting time. will not be back as i simply can t afford cheap food for expensive prices.

Ordered through skip.....well over the $35 required for the sushi order, but never received it. Did no receive the coconut flakes or the dip for the deep fried item. Called the restaurant, got transfered to someone who completely washed their hands of what happened. Refused to send me what should have been sent with my order...oh ya ya ya..call skip...we all know skip doesnt care either....never give you back a proper refund....this restaurantuer has absolutely no loyalty to the customers that support them locally. Well, it sure would have been nice to have been TOLD that if you had extras left over, you had to pay extra for it on top of paying a pretty high price for the all-you-can eat ($32.99). I read NOWHERE that there was an extra charge if you had leftovers or wanted to take stuff home. Theres no way my friend and I ate $65.00 worth of food . . . and then to be charged 10% more for leftovers . . . maybe you should tell your patrons this or at least write it down somewhere that it can be read instead of springing it on a new customer at the end of the meal. I doubt Ill go back - there are other better places in town that arent all-you-can eat where I wont be charged if I leave something behind or choose to take it home.

Service was extremely slow and parts of our order would show up very randomly or get lost and not show up at all. Meat portions were still frozen in the bowl which for grilling ourselves, not terrible but super annoying to seperate and did not help the already frustrated table atmosphere Sushi was bland and teriyaki sauce and BBQ sauce tasted watered down

I LOVE the BBQ here. Definitely worth the $3 extra. The sushi is great but everything else hit or miss. Things Ive ordered have just not shown up before, and their online menu stops allowing orders 1.5hrs after you sit down - meaning its definitely possible that you wait for things to show, and when you realize the last few items arent coming youre not able to order more. The prices are a bit expensive, ESPECIALLY for kids 9-12. My 11 year old will barely eat a small plate but dinner for him was, with the BBQ, $27 - meaning its not practical to take him with; might as well just BBQ at home. Definitely a place Ill go back to, but really wish theyd fix those things.

Poor experience, sat down at 530pm ordered around 6pm only half the things we ordered actually showed up over a 3 hour wait, finally gave up at 9pm and then they force you to pay a 15% tip because there were eight of us. Yet all were different orders. Im sorry, I could understand if your servers were actually waiting on us but seeing them once an hour doesnt earn you a tip. Multiple times we asked about missed items the odd item would then show up. Not pleased, will never return not worth the 35 dollars a plate. Ive never left an all you can eat restaurant STILL hungry before. Dont waste your money!

Now it may have been due to them just opening, but being the second in Lethbridge, I definitely expected more. First it was stating all had to do all you can eat or no one and my wife currently has a specific diet limiting what she can eat. Not only that, they charged us weekend rates during the week. They have manual ordering which was a let down as I enjoy the tablet ordering at the first location. They didnt have peach juice as stated on their menu either. The sushi was delicious but poorly constructed as it stuck to other pieces and fell apart easily. The one highlight was the BBQ grill where you can cook your own meat and vegetables right at your table.

Very very bad burner.. along with servers.. cook over an hour to cook .. not even eaten yet .. told wax paper to use and get change , foods coming slow, even all servers were bossy and rude rude.. servers centered against customers need., BBQ .. means .. fast cook with high temperature cooking., and their BBQ sauce?!? ..just Chinese sauce., abusing real BBQ name .. and they told me stop to me.. and I was rude since coming in .. service food business .. not sure they can stay long enough.. also the last server complained .. COVID issue excuses.. to a customer, me.. said their business slow.. not related my issues with COVID issues at all .. too bad., Just wreck the day fir my friend s daughter grad luncheon .. 2022 may..

The food was ok, but the price was too high for what is offered. When food from your first order doesnt show up until after youve placed your second order (half an hour or more after being ordered) thats bad. Hot pot is no longer offered and the BBQ was lackluster at best.

The food was good for the most part. It was more expensive than another Asian all-you-can-eat restaurant for lunch. The service was excellent

One of the best all you can eat Asian fusion!!!! The food is fantastic, including the best deep fried bananas for desert!!!! The staff is very friendly. The service was amazing and our server Charmaine did an amazing job!!!! Cooking the meat on your own table is another level of experience in an all you can eat restaurant. Well recommended!!!!

My second time eating here. The first time was horrible but I thought maybe because it was new, second time was worst, waited over 1 hour before we got any of our sushi, and every time you ask they say coming up, not worth the wait. Paid $34 per person and felt like we didn t eat anything due to long wait and most orders not showing up. I do not recommend this place, I will never eat here again even if it is free. STAY AWAY!!!!

The food was good, but $35.99 for all you can eat is a bit pricey.

Poor service. Disorganized staff and communication between the kitchen and front end staff. Overall poor experience unfortunately. Sushi was comparable to other sushi places we enjoy.

The owner is horrible she did not care that the food was not fresh and horrible. The mussels were not cooked. She even said that all the food comes frozen so it is not fresh. She said she didn t care about bad reviews and did not offer any discount or care. She said I don t care about what customers think. I am visiting from another province and this was a horrible dining experience. The place was filthy. I saw them Saran wrapping pre made sushi. The table and floors were crusty. None of this food is fresh made to order. They had mussels and shrimps out on the counter not in a fridge. I have contacted health inspections as this place is disgusting and it s no wonder the other location shut down! I feel bad for the employees there as she is rude and yells at them. The employees seem terrified of saying anything to her. I have never met a restaurant owner and manager who was so rude to customers, it s disgusting !

Amazing ! I am French, and I am delighted to have come. The service is great. The system is convenient to order. And the food is just perfect! I recommend !

Great experience! Frist time doing it and with a friend it is so much fun! The sushi was fresh and delicious. And bbq thing was so fun to use and the beef was so tasty! I m so glad we went to this place

Food wasnt bad at all, some orders got missed but we didnt really care too much. Orders also came out quite slow and at a weird place but wouldnt mind going again

Mediocre sushi, not much variety, slow service

We went out to eat tonight with my friends. Would not recommend eating there, the service was not great. We ordered food that we never got. Very disappointed with the way the manager dealt with the situation. Not customer friendly and not willing to work with you. Manager saying it was our fault that we didnt get our food and then tried to put all the blame on us. (That the food wasnt ordered) Manager made us pay all but for one person all you can eat meal. Still having to pay 35$ each for being half full and not getting all the food we ordered is not what I call service at an all you can eat. Manager not willing to do nothing else and was very angry when talking with us. Tired to tell us if we bought each thing that it would be way more and that she was cutting us a deal with not paying for not paying for one 35$ dinner meal. When we didnt even get all the food we ordered. Will never go there again.

Omg, it was delicious. It was my first experience with BBQ on the table and sushi at the same time. I highly recommend it. The atmosphere was great. Im looking forward to visiting this place again.

The service was good but the food was certainly below standard especially the sushi which was heavy, dry, and tasteless. Big disappointment.
