The slowest Wendy s ever not to mention they waited until we got to the window to tell us their debit machine was down.

If they say their debit is measing up dont pay a second time they do not give it back very easy payed twice called they said 72 hrs will be back and still nothing, now have to waist my time calling again and dealing with it

Went to eat in arrived at 9 pm as they said dining room closed at 10 and was met with locked doors. No signs saying they were closing the dining room early. Date night ended up going thru the drive thru and eating in the parking lot. Fries were fresh burgers were cold.

Frosty all sold out. Stuck in drive through with no cars moving for 10 minutes and I can t even leave if I want to. Poor operations. You need to learn to keep the car flow moving and get others to wait in a parking spot if their order is taking too long.

You lost my business today by not being opening your dining area even though its after 8 a.m. Why would I go here when your 2 competitors across the road both have their dining rooms open.

Didnt dine In. Ordered through SKIP . I guess food was ok, but just ok. I ordered three burgers, one chili fries and 2 ice cream softies. Got one pkg. of ketchup, and 2 of mustard. Frosted were melted. Again, hidden costs through skip, and food quality lower than expected. Nobody wants to take responsibility, and provide a competitive level of customer service and food quality, without gauging those of us who have to use delivery Sad state of affairs.

It was pretty good. The food was good, had to wait a while so was a bit delayed. Recently renovated inside and has a Soda machine that can mix many flavors. I had Cherry Vanilla Coke, delicious. Parking: Lots of places to park but the parking lot was busy due to the massive amounts of drive through traffic.

Wendys Lethbridge locations. Normally consistent and good. Had a bad experience Easter Sunday. I waited in drive through, once I got to my turn to order . SORRY CLOSED. NO MORE CAN WE TAKE ORDERS. It was like annoying because it was still 15 minutes before the top of the hour. Now I am stuck in the drive through lanes watching people get their food, and I already waited 5 minutes in line before they told me The car ahead was the last car. Like very annoying. CLOSING SHIFT. EASTER SUNDAY. Mayor Magrath Drive south location. Next to visions.

Of all the fast food options on Scenic Drive, Wendys is the best.

Sign on the door says dining room is open until 10. Doors were locked at 9, with drive thru backed up around the building. Nice and simple, I took my money elsewhere. This is not the first time this has happened, but it will be the last. I wont be back.

DO NOT EAT HERE!!! GO SOUTH. For years we have been giving them second chances.....never EVER do they get orders right!! And they will not do anything to make it right. How hard is putting food in a bag!? They left food out of my skip order....and told me to come in and theyd give it to me.....I ordered because i was unable to go in....in the first place!!!! My husband worked 12hours....finally sat down to eat his burger.....NO MEAT!!!! THEY ACTUALLY FORGOT THE BURGER IN THE BURGER!!!Mistakes happen ......but they are jerks and dont care to make it right! Im done never again!!!!

Do not order from this place. I just ordered a grilled chicken Caesar salad. The meat was so dry It looked like it could have been two weeks old. I have no doubt I would have caught Seminila if I had of eaten any of it. Then they want to give me a hard time about my receipt. I will be going back tomorrow with my bank statement proving that I So they can look up the receipt on their pos system. All they need is a time of sale and they can look it app if they ever give you a hard time about your receipt. Now you know how to fix that problem. Either way, ignorance all around took over 20 minutes to get our order through drive through. And then my order was totally disgusting. If I ran the wendys head office this franchise would be closed. I will be reporting this to the health board.

Happy staff and lots of them,thats how it should be, not along wait and it seems that franchee cares about Custer services and not about saving more money on labour, my one thing is that the some of the food was cold, which Im willing to over look because most times its spot on:) mistakes happen but when service is good I can over look

Keep getting food here at drive thru or skip, that is clearly old and COLD fries and burgers that are clearly at least an hour old. I don t know what they think a valid time to make to serve is but it is clearly not being made fresh in any way shape or form. And even the toppings fail as the picture is what they think is a slice of tomato.

Very disappointed. I ordered, and paid for, a double baconator combo. I received a single cheese burger. I also ordered a bacon poutine. Came with no utensils. Hard to eat without a fork. Was all the way out in the Westside before I knew. Did not have time, nor should I have had, to turn around and go back.

The Wendys renovation has given the store a open and clean atmosphere. The staff were friendly, and ready to help. The food was great, and I realized the pricing is very comparable to McDonalds without sacrificing quality. Well done. Parking: Lots of easy access parking around the building.

I used to love Wendys because the food was actually pretty good. Especially their salads. I just got a chicken ceasar salad and wow has the quality gone down hill. Wont be buying that again. I also asked for no cutlery but got it anyway.

Missed half my order I paid for in the drive thru. Went to go inside to get the rest and the doors were locked already at 7:30pm so I had to go back through the busy drive thru

Wendys app is a joke, I left them a voice message four months ago explaining the problem it gave me. Some person called back and left a message, but the call was breaking up so I couldnt hear what he was saying. Made me mad, read the online reviews, seems Wendys isnt a very intelligent incorporation and perhaps they need to start firing the incompetent people responsible for the epic App failure.

Its Wendys.... Food is Wendys and Wonderful fast. The burger is fast....so is the fries . They got the mix your own flavor (movies theatre style) fountain drink station. I love that. And ask you should receive napkins (why oh why).... All the fast food restaurants are like this.

Mediocre food. Fries are junk. Mens toilet (only toilet) is out of order. Good thing the womens was open so my little girl could go to the bathroom.

This one closes early and not at the posted times. Updating a year later - multiple times it was closed early. Don t bother showing up. Today, I watched all the staff run out the back door, jump in a car and take off at 9:30 as we pulled up to the store

This is my favourite Wendys location for its original 90s style interior. The sun room and the wooden chairs make it one of Lethbridges most unique dining experiences. No, but for real - its nostalgic and special. Best menu items include Daves single, spicy chicken burger, JBC and of course the original frosty.

Food is good and fast but I ve gotten 3 orders wrong now and this last time they said they couldn t exchange it which is ridiculous since I hadn t even touched the food so it s gonna be a while for me to return to this location

I normally go to the other Wendys but today was on Scenic drive. I went through the drive through and spoke with an individual named Nash. He clearly hates his job and the customers. They gave me my food without my drinks so I had to ask for them. The difference in quality between the 2 stores is incredible. The burgers were smashed and clearly thrown together. Neither of us could eat it. I will NEVER return to this particular Wendys again. We were very disappointed.

9:18 PM and the you know what wont let me in to order??? Clearly says 10pm drive thru AND dine in! Absolute trash

If the Downtown location didn t close the dinning room so early more people might come in.

Their app and Google says they close at 11:00p.m. on Saturdays. I placed an online order and arrived at 10:28p.m. on Saturday, July 15th and they were already closed? Nothing annoys me more than wasting my gas for businesses that can t update their hours of operation.

Bought a meal there ask for the upsized, instead got a medium fries and medium drink,and a smaller burger than before. Where as it used be a larger fries and drink, and burger that barely fits in its wrapper. Not worth it to eat there no more and this all changed barely within a month

Asked to swap a certain item which we have done before never a bad issue before but this time holy. Loud, argumentative and not very accommodating.

I usually stop by before my shift to get a burger to eat before my shift, and a salad to eat during my shift. But they have been giving me side salads, instead of the full size salad lately. I specifically asked for a full sized salad at the drive thru, and they gave me a side one. I know it s not that big of a deal, but I called them to let them know they made a mistake, but they went on about how it s cheaper for the side salad. I don t care about the price, I just wanted what I asked for, and they didn t give it to me. The lady on the phone who handled the situation was being quite rude. Im really disappointed.

Slow and 8 times out of 10, they screw uo the order. Every time, Dude at drive through thinks he dosent need to read the order so to make sure it got it right, but in fact, he screws up most of the time. Wendys on southside is 100% better.

One of the cities first late night food drive thrus, in the past 2 decades they only made a mistake on my order once...and it was minor. Ive usually had hot fries even when busy. Usually plenty of parking, but there is a reason this place has a line up when there are no cars across the street, it is hot and fresh. Why 3 stars...its only fast food. Parking: Plenty of parking...just watch for crossing the drive thru to the entrance.

I have never been disappointed by this fast food restaurant. They were the best to quench thirsty hikers thirst!

They ve started closing their dining room at 6:30pm, which I think is insane.

Ordered 1 spicy wrap and they charged me for 2 grilled wraps. When I got my wrap the chicken was old and dry. Make it make sense. The jbcs are dry on top of that. The frosty coffee drink was also bitter. Idk whats happening

Difficult access due to locked doors in the early evening when other customers were eating in. We went to the drive thru and when we got home noticed two of three orders were incorrect.

Ive personally had enough of this location. Not only is my food, half the time never cooked properly or never right. Put 90% of the time when I try to come here at 9:30 or 9:45 theyre closed. Whats the point in even having a store if youre going to close it early?. Why even have it open? Maybe you should change your hours of operations to 9:00 or 9:30. Because this getting here at 9:50 to find your drive-thru with cones in the way and your door locked , is 100% bad business. I hope Wendys rectifies this. If not, gives a stern talking to this location. Ive lived in this area for over 2 years and Ive had more than a dozen times where Ive had to go to the A&w across the street because they decide to close 15 minutes early

Visited your Drive through, ordered breakfast.Took three people to get my order correct. I ordered a #2 with a small coffee 2cream (No Sugar) very simple instructions. was asked two times sugar? Nope no sugar. So I received a small with sugar? Called the phone number several times No answer Rang Busy. Nothing. What if I was a Diabetic as this could have gone alot differently!?!? For a fast food place theyve got great value options and the bestvtasting beef in my opinion.

Drive thru is always busy inside is a little sketchy, food is 50/50. Sometimes hot and delicious and other times stale and not wonderful. Its fast food at the end of the day. Love the salad.
