Atmosphere is awesome, classic English food choices, a few tvs with current sports playing. Really enjoy the service here, speedy and top knotch attitudes. Tracy goes above and beyond!

i cannot get enough of this place ! the food is FANTASTIC (mac & cheese and the kingsmen burger are my personal favourites), huge beer selection and i can t forget about the amazing and hard working staff. our server tracey always greets you with a big smile and is always on top of her game. she makes every experience there so memorable. every time i leave, i can t wait to go back !!

Kingsmen Alehouse has such a great vibe it s the perfect mix of a cozy pub and a lively hangout spot. The beer selection is fantastic, and the menu has something for everyone. The staff always go above and beyond to make sure you re happy. It s definitely my go-to for a chill evening with friends!

First off, the service was great, tho it wasn t that crowded. We had chicken wings on a Wednesday, which was wing night, 1/2 the regular price. They were quite good. They also have a good selection of beer. However, the wings and beer are not enough to get me to come back. We also had the mushroom and steak pie and our side dish was the lobster bisque soup. The soup wasn t very warm and didn t taste much like lobster. The mushroom and stake pie could have been a lot warmer. The mushroom and steak pie filling was likely pre-made and then put in a bowl with the pastry top, which also was pre made and baked, just plopped on top for service. Not enjoyable.

Go here all the time, love the stuffed Yorkie on Mondays and the dusted chip poutine is bomb. Very friendly staff and great vibes

Read the reviews and was excited to visit a British style pub. The service was fine. The beer was fine. The food was a 2/10. Had the roast beef special on a Sunday night. Cost nearly $20.. value of about $8. Honestly it was pretty bland and sparce. Small portions with the quality of airline food.

Great place to go for affordable food and drinks. And if youre like me and like the taste of beer without the buzz, their non alcoholic options are crafted and top notch. The server was great and on top of it the entire time, And if you get the chance to have their wings I highly recommend those. Super crispy on the outside and so juicy on the inside. All in all an amazing place to go and I will be back most definitely.

Food was cold , tasteless and took a long time to come when there was one other couple there. Manager response was to talk to the cook. Still paid full price. The replacement baked potato was cold . I will never eat there again! Food

This was the worst food I ever had. First it was cold when we finally got our food then after I sent it back they brought it back and they never seasoned it and was tasteless. I will never go back and I will tell everyone I know not to go there

My husband and I had an amazing time at the pub. They had just been slammed and short staffed, and they still gave us amazing food and service. The staff joked around with us, and just made it really fun time. If I could rate them higher I would! The best experience at a restaurant/pub Ive had in a long time. Highly recommend!

Really used to like going here, but that has changed over the last year or so. The menu has been expanded which is good, but in my opinion the prices have gone up too much. Went last night and both my dusted fries and my wifes sandwich were cold. They were replaced, but by that time I had eaten my sandwich and my wife had eaten her side dish.

Honestly the best sandwiches in Lethbridge. If you have not tried Kingsmen yet you need to! The Rueben is definitely a must try as it simply melts in your mouth! Get the dusted chips as well! Try anything on the menu and you won t regret it. Food

Honestly, the food is great. The service is super friendly. The atmosphere is awesome and its excellently priced so its like a 10 out of 10 for me. I love being able to take my friends or my fiance there just for a nice sit-down meal with great food and a great time. Its definitely one of the most underrated restaurants in Lethbridge. If I could give the smallest amount of constructive feedback, I would say that its a little small inside and it may be hard to accommodate larger parties

This place is consistently one of the best in town for pub food. The portions are great, and the fries are amazing. The staff is always helpful and will give you suggestions if youre new. I recommend the fish and chips if youve never been.

I used to be a weekly regular here and always came in for the same menu items. Unfortunately, I moved away and in that time they got ride of the hot pretzel appy, which is a shame. The Scotch egg used to be full of flavour, I find it was extremely Bland and under seasoned. Even the picked cabbage was poorly done. The place just didnt have the same feel as before. Used to love stopping in here. Hope its better next the time Im in Lethbridge, if I give it a chance. Parking: All along the front of the restaurant there is parking as well as street parking is available. Wheelchair accessibility: Easily wheelchair accessible.

This place is actually a 4.5 star pub but I drove all the way here for lunch and they didn t bother to update their Google My Business hours for the holiday and wasted my time.

Came for the fish and chips after recommendations from family who live in Lethbridge. Service was amazing, friendly and fast, but the portion size so disappointing. Got 2 mediocre pieces of fish with a handful of fries. No everything tasted really good, but definitely not work the $24 price tag.

I would do anything for a plate of dusted chips from here. Dont reheat well tho.

I have been here many times and have never been disappointed. The food is so incredibly delicious (the Steak & Mushroom pie is deadly ). The service is so friendly and they make you feel like family whenever you come. Youre missing out if youve never been. Run dont walk.

Amazing food, staff incredibly friendly. Had some time to kill and was hungry. Sat at the bar and had friendly conversation, great drinks, food and dessert. Felt like you were hanging with your friends.

My wife and I very much enjoy having dinner at the Kingsmen. Weve never had a bad meal there. The food is always tasty and the staff is excellent. A special mention to Tracy. You are not only an excellent server, you are talented in your craft, an entertaining and always pleasant host, a big part of the reason we go to the Kingsmen. Its not just the food, but even more so the people. Without good people, life is pretty empty. Cheers!

The details of my experience are many and varied suffice to say I would have given 69 out of 70 stars. The service Cassandra and Tracey was not only fantastic but entertaining and fun. The wings were the best I have had in Lethbridge. Try it you will not be disappointed!

The Kingsmen is great! I go there not just because the food & beverages are fantastic, but because Traci is AWESOME! FYI, shes not there on Sundays & Mondays. The rest of the staff is great as well.

First time there today with my Dad. He loves fish & chips. The dusted chips were delicious! The fish was horrible. It was thinner than a pancake and so greasy you could see the grease running out when you broke into it. Disappointed for a British Pub.

Atmosphere of the restaurant is good, food was decent but took like 40 minutes to get it. Sort of disappointed.

Food is fantastic, staff is great and friendly. Some of the chairs could use a little fixing, two at our table were quite wobbly.

This used to be our favourite place to go. Food, atmosphere and fun! Tonight, however our experience was disappointing. Food was so, so; some things even tasting stale. No fun promos or food specials for upcoming St Patricks Day. Service was less than attentive and a little lackluster. Probably wont be going back for awhile.

This is the absolute best food I have eaten in such a long time. I had the fish and chips and it was so so so good!!!

Went in for the roast beef Sunday special. Was a little cool for my liking, which they promptly fixed. The meal was great and looked very nice. The service was good. Its a nice atmosphere.

The fish and chips were a very good choice. We had one piece and a two piece. The order came out very fast. The fish was very tasty and hot. I devoured mine so fast and was a bit stuffed to enjoy the dusted fries. Which is Parmesan and black pepper. Coleslaw was very good. The service from Fatima was very good and friendly. Suggested good choices from the menu. Menu also looked interesting. Lots of dishes to bring us back. But the fish and chips will be my Choice. Thanks Fatima for making our first visit so enjoyable. Also the root bear paralyzer was pretty good.

Great home cooked food

It was our first time at this quaint little pub, but it won t be our last. What an amazing atmosphere. A nice variety of seating from the bar, to a pub table, to a little booth in a quiet nook. An amazing selection of beer. And, the fish and chips was outstanding!!! Service was great. Very friendly staff. It hits on all points. If I had to complain about anything, the parking wouldn t be friendly to anyone driving a full size truck. But, if that s your ride, park around the corner and walk a few extra steps. It s worth it. Can t wait to try other menu items.

It was a quiet Monday afternoon. Had to have the yorkshire pudding bangers and mash and it didnt disappoint! Im British and love yorkshire puds. Will definitely be back when next in Lethbridge. Cant wait to try the scotch egg!!

We went on Friday night so it was loud and crowded. We ordered the fish and chips. We were waiting for quite some time, but the fish and chips were delicious. Good size portion. Will be back to try some other stuff from the menu.

Had to reduce rating 4->3. Love the food. But posted menu prices for pudding desert didnt match what I was charged. I asked a server about it and they said the menus werent updated and walked away. didnt further elaborate or offer a refund for the difference. Disappointing and unfortunate for a place I enjoy going to for wings and beer. Left a bad taste honestly.

From a British point of view the service was great, the atmosphere was great , the food was wonderful although the mushy peas could be a little bit more mushy peas than just regular peas mushed up. Would definately go back and recommend it to anyone who likes good beer and good food. Good place for sports fans as well. TVs are well placed to be seen in all spots.

Terrible, steak sandwich was flavorless. Got a potatoe soup and it was just mashed potatoes with gravy and bacon bites in it. Not soup whats so ever! Subway has a better potatoe soup!

Very disappointed. I had the steak sandwich and it was cooked to my order but had no flavour. I even spent the extra 5 on mushrooms and onions. Beans and mashed potatoes were lacking flavour as well. To top it off my wife had the potato and bacon soup. It was basically mashed potatoes and gravy it looked identical to my mashed potatoes. I rarely complain about food but unfortunately this was a bust.

One star because I have to put a star absolute disgrace why have a kids menu if you don t want kids in there, customers and staff rolling their eyes. Yes my son 2yo was being extra loud we were trying to calm him down we don t like it either but to be so obvious is just so rude. From the minute we arrived yes we let kids in but we are a pub. Yes a British one which are family friendly and have high chairs/booster seats when serving food. Would not come again you should should 100% remove the child s menu.

We were in town visiting and were surprised by the wonderful atmosphere and delicious food at the kingsmen ale house. We will definitely be back.

First time dinning here and it was different from what I was used to. Glad we decided to stop in and try it. The food was served with a smile and everything was great. There are a few other things on the menu I plan to try the next time. If you have not had the Scotch Egg, do yourself a favor and order it.

Ive been here once before and it was great, later took my wife here who is normally not a fan of restaurants or such, but she also said best tasting food Ive ever had eating out

Wings were so crispy they were inedible. Pub was quite boring. We didnt stay long as we needed to find something to eat elsewhere.

Never had a chance to experience the food or atmosphere as we were turned away when we showed up at 9:40pm on a Saturday. Closes at 10pm on Friday and Saturdays?!? In my opinion, it s rather odd for a pub to close that early on a Saturday and believe its a poor decision on ownerships part. Too bad.

This has become our traditional celebratory dinner when in Lethbridge for swim meets. They go out of their way to accommodate our team, the food is delicious, and the service exceptional. Hungry athletes leave satisfied, and the prices are reasonable too! I highly recommend them for a satisfying meal.

I had an incredible dining experience! The food was perfectly cooked, and the flavours were so delicious that it was hard to pick a favourite dish. The service was exceptional, and Tracy, who works at the front, went above and beyond to make our meal memorable. She was attentive friendly, and had great recommendations for us. Overall, it was an outstanding experience, and I cant wait to return!

Honestly I love this place. Its like your little back door hole in the wall pub where the food is always good, and the servers greet you like an old friend. Its welcoming and got a unique atmosphere thats cozy but open. Chill out, enjoy a Mimosa IPA, and order some chicken wings! Or if its sunday- the roast beef dinner all day. Yummy and only $18. My hubby and I are going to make it a Sunday ritual. Well see you there!

Boring as hell

Delicious food, and not just bar food. The food was better than most othet places geared only for food. Children love their food too. Hiden gem. The waitress,, Cassandra was super friendly and helpful.

Great British pub experience with 48 draft beers on tap. We had the Raging Red from Tools hed and ESB from Spectrum Ale Works - excellent! Food very nice - BBC burger and flat belly pork sandwich. All very reasonably priced. Parking: Plenty

I really hope the owners see this! Whoever you had working today August 14th at lunch, the young man, you need to know that he was on pace with being one of thee best servers weve ever had. Greeted us kindly and immediately, and when we asked to sit out at the patio with our dog, he said absolutely and brought out water for us, AND a bowl for our pup!? Seriously, phenomenal. Food was good, service was on point and attentive to our needs even though we were out on the patio. 10/10 will come back and now have our go to place in Lethbridge.

Our server,Joey, was awesome! Never once rolled his eyes or looked impatient when dealing with our table of four exuberant ladies. And one calm gentleman. Checked on us frequently and made sure we had everything we needed. Food was good as well.

Came to visit because of its vast options for on tap beer and was not disappointed. The beer was great and the servers were very knowledgeable. This place is not just a place for drinks, the food was phenomenal. Everything feels so authentic and made as if we were family. I personally had the fish and chips with the mushy peas and probably the best fish in chips I have ever had. The bread pudding dessert just pulled it all together. So flavorful! My partner even discovered a new love for pickled sausage. The only thing you could find at home is the water! Everything was so unique and Ive never had such a wonderful experience

We love Kingsman Ale - an easy decision when we need a quick bite or brew. This time it was for a spontaneous Thanksgiving turkey dinner, and it was fabulous! And we really got a kick out of our server Brenna!! Awesome work Kingsman!

And Tracy offers the best service and laughs. Never lost for words. Honestly, without her, service is not as excellent. Good but she is the best. No we dont know her outside of the restaurant. Food is always the same excellent. Tracy definitely adds to the evening.

Good roast beef dish. The schnitzel sandwich should be removed from the fall menu as its lousy. The amount of dried out meat to batter equates to about 4x the batter, then served on a ciabatta bun! Way to dry. The east indian soup is fantastic.

Great beer selection! Never had any complains with the food. It can be a little slow getting attention and service if you sit in one of the front rooms vs the main room. But it has never been an issue trying to get service. Once they notice you, timing in the front rooms is like timing in the main room.

Shockingly bad. The Sunday Roast was dried out flakes of (cold) beef that looked like Tuna fish. The side dishes were burned to a char and the entire meal was fully cold, near room temperature. The portions were measly. The mashed potato was (literally) 1/4 of a cup. I honestly never thought Id see something like this. Not accustomed to leaving bad reviews, but I honestly cant believe we were served what we were served. It was shocking.

Great spot all said. Lots of draught beer options including typical favorites to craft specials in all beer types. The burgers and chicken sandwiches are brilliant and the fries best most others at restaurants. The menu is definitely that Irish style so lots of uncommon eats, but looking around at other tables it all looked great. Our server was fantastic, the food and beer was quite slow coming out was the only thing to mention. Typical prices as well, check this spot out!!

Unfortunately a terrible experience. Four roast beef dinners. Cold, burned Yorkshire puddings. Beef stew was barely warm also with burned meat scraped off the bottom of the pot I suspect. Not what it used to be.

We went to this place on the recommendation of a friend and we loved everything. The service is great and the atmosphere is very cozy with a traditionally English style. The beer list is huge, as are the options for British dishes. The food was wonderful! They always have a daily special so its a good idea to keep an eye out for that. I would definitely come back.
