I have been to this place and its really nice and the environment here is so welcoming, i really appreciate there services. The last time i was there i met with one of the employee there named manpreet, she is really sweet and her way of talking and helping people is so professional.

My family and I went for breakfast after church yesterday and all 5 of us had the all-canadian breakfast. As I speak, we all have been stooling non-stop. It is obvious our meals were either uncooked or prepared unsanitary. I know that none of us would ever visit any A&W in Lethbridge!

Great service! My friends and I went through with are bikes and got free water, we originally asked for three but when we got to the window the rest decided they also wanted water so it ended up being ten, and they did it with a smile!

Always a great choice in my opinion. There breakfast is hot, fresh and delicious. 2 eggs, bacon, sausage, hash browns and toast with coffee. We also enjoy the teen burger combo and several others in there burger family. Diffently our first choice for fast food or just a treat. The staff is always welcoming and friendly.

As I am eating, I am guessing a manager put this in front of me on the table and asked for a review so here it is. Fries and burger where not fresh. To the point of almost cold. There is flies everywhere in the restaurant and there is no air conditioning on.

The Northside A & W contain lots of vagrants and was not as good as the South Side A and W I was harassed by vagrants at the North side and would not go there again!

If you want a rootbear float do not bother with A&W. They do NOT sell icecream.

Food wise it is what it is, a fast food, but the service we received this time was nothing short of excellent.

Food and staff were great. Washrooms were locked but there is no signage to ask staff for keys. My child had a bathroom emergency and we were waiting in front of the washroom thinking someone is inside. Otherwise I would have given 5 stars for service. Please put a sign on the washroom door to ask staff for keys.

Worst veggie burger ever

I decided to be a bit honest about this. I did have some bad onion rings given to me. Although what made me stop going here was that I was certain there was fecal matter on my burger. I called food inspection agency about this and they said that they cant really look into it unless enough people complain. Legally, I am shocked that our government wouldnt really try to do anything about this type of behavior. The A&W next to the casino, I thought was okay until I was certain they too were doing something similar, putting Urine in the pop. That caused me to stop going to A&W entirely in the area. I feel bad for not disclosing this sooner but I felt a bit embarrassed by it to make it public but I feel bad thinking that other people have had the same experience here.

The manager of this location happily discriminates against customers with disabilities, denying them the handicap parking spot by giving priority to the delivery drivers who use it and aren t entitled to and even directing drive through customers to park in that spot while waiting for their food. I hope one of his disabled victims files a complaint with the Alberta human rights commission and he ends up losing his business. Few people would deserve it more!

Went to the drive through and was served the hottest, best tasting sweet potato fries Ive ever had at an A&W. Tried the new triple burger and it was great, just the right combination of onion & tomatoes with not a lot of sloppy extras to be messy while eating it. Server was polite, fast, and had a smile

I have gone to A&W for several years. One special burger I like . Mozza Burger. I really like them. Now they use grass fed beef , and the taste is even better. The grass fed beef is the most healthy . The lettuce is fresh and crisp, and the way it should be . Quality is the priority . The staff is pleasant and will fulfill your requests . For me , extra onions and reduce sauce. My preference. They follow through . If there is an issue, A&W will correct it . Handling the issue with diplomacy. I recommend A&W for a quick fulfillment. Dietary restrictions: There sauces I can not have or in the restricted amount. Make your request known for your preference.

For a fast food joint, A&W has a very good breakfast at a decent price

Pretty meh. A&W is my fav fast food. But my visit here wasnt fast, so I thought it was gonna be fresh, but the teen burger tasted like it had been made the previous morning, and the fries were soo soggy... couldnt eat them, and not a grain of salt on em. Plus, the drive-thru employee was kinda abrupt, bordering on rude. Ill drive to the north side next time.

Had an amazing breakfast! The food was absolutely delicious, and the staff were incredibly friendly and attentive throughout the whole meal.

This place is usually great, however the service was definitely lacking today. We ordered take out, our cashier even asked us and we confirmed. Both meals came out on trays, which is fine. We simply asked for it to be packed for take out. What wasnt fine was when the employee mentioned we should tell them beforehand that we want it to go. Before the transaction even began, we had said to go. It just felt rude and uncalled for when the mistake was not on our end.

Went through Drive Thru, got parked without my drink. Guy brought out my food and not drink, said he was going to go grab it and immediately forgot about me. After 5 mins, had to ask another employee to get my drink...

Order 4 Chipotle wraps and ask to use the bathroom. Seems they forgot to make my other 2 wraps whilst I pateintly waited, seemingly to blame it on the way the computer puts it on the screen. They prepared the meals with no tongs or gloves, making it tough to eat without thinking about it. Overall, Ive eaten a&w my whole life and still enjoy it.

Like this location for drive thru or eat in. Very clean inside. Good food. Often go down the street into the river valley park area to eat in nice weather (particularly with children). Parking: Limited number of parking spots but drive thru flows well. Wheelchair accessibility: Limited handicap parking but all parking easy to wheel in from.

I almost fell off my chair. They brought the bacon and eggs to my table. I got a real ceramic plate and real steel utensils. The coffee was served in a ceramic mug. Wow!! Is A and W trying to revive the 50s style restaurant? I sure hope so!! Loved it. Can you please add thicker bacon slices and steak, real steak, to your breakfast menu? Thanks!! Dietary restrictions: I want to eat carnivore! That means meat meat eggs and more meat. I believe the veg and carbs should be avoided and fed to the cows. I also like my coffee and cream. Says 24 hour drive-thru but at 10:50pm they have the drive thru closed off and no one in sight. No signs indicating what s happening either.

Drive-thru clerk needs an attitude adjustment. Was verging on rude and being condescending while complaining about me showing a coupon at the window rather than mentioning it at the speaker. Youre supposed to show the coupon at the window anyway. I am throughly unimpressed about this display of poor customer service.

A fast food restaurant is not all day burgers and breakfast if i have to wait 10 mins for a burger thats not fast food all day

Ordered 3 double mozza burgers was given singles for all 3 and charged for the doubles. I also specified not to put mozza sauce as I am on keto only to find that its covered in it. Cant eat any of the food that i ordered. Ridiculous. Spent 75 dollars here. Will be taking buisness elsewhere from now on. Watch your orders! Especially if you have allergies, autoimmune disorders that are triggered by certain foods or diet restrictions-know that youre not safe to order from this establishment. Will add pictures for reference. As for the non keto items. That is what my bf ordered.

The kids working here are pretty rude. Ive seen kitchen employees not wearing masks. As well as front staff serving customers that didnt have masks. They dont seem to care about covid mandates.

A&W is one of cabadas genuine cultural food suppliers You can enjoy that unique root beer ( youll never have enough of em ) And i personally have seen the standard of cleanliness they apply to their kitchen and work area I was also one of the team who renovated the ones in Lethbridge So now theyre fresh and state of the art

Me and my friend got Poutine and it was fabulous could not have any better same as there fries and burgers and including their root beer

Its been 3 times I asked them to put no sauce. They do it all time. I didnt complain for first 2 time...now 3rd time today. I tried calling them 3-4 times they never picked up. I am not very happy with them. Every time they ruin the burger by adding those sauces...I had to throw it. Cz I have allergy from mustard..

The new A&W brew bar is dangerously delicious! No ice chunks, not watered down flavor, big sizes! Frozen root beer with a sprinkle of sweet creme. Delish!!!

I dont eat out a lot but every time I have been to this A&W the service was great and the place is clean. Food was as good as any A&W I have been to. Parking: Good parking but a weird layout to get around when busy.

This is usually our favourite a and w location in Lethbridge. However, when my husband brought home our burgers, they looked like they had been sitting out all day and tasted very old and dry. My milkshake was not how I remembered them in the past. I don t know if they changed their recipe but it wasn t thick or creamy. Just watery, barley any flavour and so many ice chips in it. We still ate it as it cost $40. Won t be ordering from the drive through again. If we do come back we will be going inside to make sure they are actually cooking fresh burgers.

This restaurant was filthy inside. And not busy at all. 4 staff behind counter chatting and every table was dirty floor was gross.! Can only imagine what the kitchen looks like.

The food was good and it came fast. However the last few times weve been there we have to deal with inebriated people knocking on our windows and being rude. Not A&Ws fault but off putting nonetheless.

Quite disappointed to be honest. The food was as at par but service was quite slow and we requested some replacements for some items. And the person receiving the orders was totally confused and always had a grumpy face.

I have to say my favorite meal is the teen burger lettuce wrap with the best sweet potato fries in town. The burger is nicely wrapped with lots of fresh crisp lettuce and the fries are always freshly cooked and comes with the best spicy chipotle mayo sauce unmatched any where else.

Always open 24hr for a very early or late night snack.
