Ordered a few things for the family and it was the thinnest burger ive ever seen like 3 milimeters thick, tiny! Lol very oposite from the name, joke of a place! And not cheap at all

The food has always been good. Ive always enjoyed the coffee until the last 2 visits. It seems to have an off taste. The first time, I thought it was my taste buds then tried again on our last visit, and nope, not my taste buds. I will attempt it 1 more time and hope it is what I used to drink there. It was one of the best coffees you can get in a restaurant. Fingers crossed it is back to the easy It used to be.

Solid meal

For fast food buyers, and fries, its about as good as you can get. As well its good bang for buck

Place has gone downhill. Portions are tiny and overpriced. Food not very good. They screwed up several items in the order and tried to say they didnt (but the reciept doesnt lie). Wont go back.

We did a takeout order and the burgers were amazing! We have never eaten there before but I was so pleasantly surprised. The mushroom Swiss Burger was so delicious, and it was very nice to have a handmade burger patty as opposed to a processed one.

I just tried this place today. It was the best burger I ve had in a very long time. I will definitely be back!

Great tasting burgers!

Ordered online around 10 to be ready at 1:30. Got there about 1:24, litterally handed my order to me at exactly 1:30. They werent packed, but they were busy. Hot and fresh, about $5 more than a combo at a fast food place, worth it. Its an actual burger. I appreciate that. Vegetarian options: Have an Impossible burger they can make vegan!

The ice was to cold, the salt was to salty, the ketchup was to red and the vinegar was burnt but other then that it was good,

Best burger in town

Although Fatburger has been in Lethbridge for a few years, this was my first time that a friend and I ate there. The service was fast and polite, and the atmosphere is cozy. The food was very good quality and very tasty. The price was reasonable as well. Well done Fatburger! A+

Fat burger is great if your craving that beefy deliciousness of a homemade burger.

Absolutely delicious, but maybe not the healthy choice for every day.

The first time I went in it was it! Is yam fries were good the second time I went and I ordered the special which is a double cheeseburger and Jan fries for 1399 I got a single cheeseburger soggy and fries for 1836. I asked them if they re gonna go good on it and he just act like you can t understand me and hung up I won t be back.

Unprofessional and pathetic employee. I called for knowing the hiring status in the store, and the guy who took my call willingly try to cut the call without giving any right information, upon calling second time no one answered the call and upon third time they have disconnected the call. Like is this the way do you talk to the person?

The mushroom Swiss burger was sooo good and the young women cleaning tables stopped by a couple times to see if we needed anything. That was unexpected from a Self Serve Fast food place.

The girl taking the order looked like she didnt want to be there. Even gave a tip, thinking it would cheer her up, she didnt announce it to anyone. This place isnt what it use to be. Then when we go to stamp our card, she said they no longer stamp the burger cards. We wont be back. To us it was all about service. It was sub par. Will go elsewhere for now on. If I could take the tip back I would. Thats how bad the service was

Best burger in Lethbridge for sure. You get a health size beef patty and it looks and tastes like real beef.

Big size orders, but pretty pricy. The meat in the burgers was dry and bland. Fries were ok.

Food is good. Used to be better.. new managers/owners don t seem to care much. At the till after paying, the cashier person loudly announces Fair tip, fat tip, no tip to their cooks.. depending on the customers tip. What a awful awful practice!!!! When I told them it s not kind or nice, even if I tip big or not. It s not nice at all. They said it s a fat burger rule & want to show appreciation to the tip (appreciate the big tip and embarrass a lower or no tip?!? terrible! We felt like it s a note to kitchen to prepare the food in accordance to the tip amount!

The service is wonderful as is the food except the bacon. You need to go back to the original bacon because this brand youre using now is awful.

Usually a favorite place to go, but tonight they failed us. When we ordered no pickles on my burger, I was unpleasantly surprised by the huge slathering of their red pickle relish. I mentioned it to the cashier, she seemed unconcerned and responded when people say no pickles they still want the relish . I said the relish has pickles in it tho. I m just glad it s only a preference not an allergy, Heaven forbid. Additionally, the burger I ordered listed nothing on the menu but cheese and bacon, all the other burgers listed the relish as a topping. Had I seen the relish listed, I would have asked for none. I would recommend that when someone asks for an ingredient to be taken off and there is a similar topping perhaps ask about that? Also perhaps ask if it s an allergy or preference? A small apology when I talked to the cashier would have gone a long way in my opinion described here, tonight there was zero acknowledgment of it.

WOW WOW N DOUBLE WOW!!! HAVE had there yummy burgers a few times over the past couple weeks. Ive never been disappointed by the taste or the potion sizes. Staff is very friendly. The burger reminded me why I rarely stray from my favourite burger elsewhere. It had a mouthful of mayonnaise, little mustard and way too much salt, especially the last three bites. Nice dîner / sports bar vibe though. Parking: I was able to park right at the door. Kid-friendliness: Booths with decentralized dining room.

Always a good burger

Just a great little place to eat. Parking: No issues whatsoever with parking. The number of stalls is pretty much the capacity of the restaurant. Not a long walk at all. Kid-friendliness: Decor appeals to kids and adults alike. 50s and 60s style.

The portions are huge! If you like two guys but are allergic to peanut oil, then this is a great alternative. The food is great, and milkshakes are on point.

I called in my order. They messed it up. I called to let them know and the girl on the other end was the same one that took my order, she was very rude and blamed me for getting it wrong... we go here alot and its not very cheap. We usually order online or go in person. Amanda the cashier is always very nice. Wont be back.

Excellent spot to stop for a great tasting burger. My wife got the pineapple burger and I got the triple king, we upgraded to sweet potato fries and a couple sodas plus I got one bottle of very cold Corona! Cost around $65-$70.

The food is absolutely amazing, everything tastes fresh, the milkshake is well blended and lots of options. Portions are big as well, so its definitely the place to come if youre looking to eat lots. And the service is great as well, the owner is very nice and very attentive. We couldnt finish our fries and before we got the chance to ask for a takeout box, he already brought us one. No complaints!

Fatburger means i get to eat yummyness

I was in town from Saskatoon for a sports event. We ate an early lunch at Fatburger on Friday. The staff were friendly and helpful but Friday night I ended up getting food poisoning. Fatburger was all I had eaten that day so Im pretty sure it was the burger that I ate that gave it to me but I guess you can never be 100% sure. Its unfortunate that I drove 6.5 hours and my entire weekend was ruined but what can you do. Im not trying to bring down the restaurant but just thought I would let them and everyone else know what happened. Needless to say it will be a while before I eat at Fatburger again.

Went here for breakfast and we were not disappointed full spread sausage bacon toast hash browns eggs and pancakes very very nice breakfast and the pancakes were super good service was very nice food came out really quick hot and fresh and lots of flavor really nice place to go for breakfast.

Total 8 drinks in order i said restaurant can i have double tray he said no I don t have it instead of giving me double tray the worker their insulted me and said if you can t take order with single tray don t deliver it. He said me to get out from Restaurant Now When we deliver more than 3 drinks its very hard to carry after picking from restaurant it will be very hard. I wish this fatburger guy will open one more location by saving cost of a tray instead of giving a good service.
