Honestly the best burgers I have ever tasted

i have ordered off of uber a few times, they haven t gotten my order correct more than once. there was barely an garlic mayo, no ketchup, the tomatoes were literally white i thought they were onions. i am absolutely not one to leave bad reviews, but it has been kinda disappointing. the taste of the hot dogs are always AMAZING even when they screw up my order. i absolutely love this place but i hope they can improve their delivery service :)

We had our first experience eating at South Street Burger today and it was amazing! The meat is very flavourful, the buns are soft, there s a long list of available toppings and the fries were hot and crispy. Service was great, didn t have to wait too long for our order. Will definitely eat here again and recommend it to our friends and family.

They are always so wonderful when we go in and VERY accommodating to my celiac diagnosis. The food is always hot and fresh and the restaurant is clean. And the manager is my favourite face to see when we go in there!

I got the True North Combo. The burger was delicious, especially with the corn relish. And the strawberry shake was also very good. Unfortunately, the onion rings left something to be desired. Many were overcooked and others were soft. It may have just been a frozen clump thrown in the fryer, but Ill try the fries next time.

Pleasantly surprised. I quite enjoyed my combo. The burger and fries were tasty. As per the sign on their window, they have daily combo deals for about $13. This is a great deal especially with having 50 toppings you can add to your burger with no extra cost. There are a few cost upgrades but not they are not necessary. Thursday was the BBQ burger so you get aged cheddar and bacon with the meal at no additional cost though they are additional on a burger you create on your own. Staff was friendly and patient with me reviewing the menu and items. Great experience. Would recommend to someone who likes burgers (beef, chicken and plant based). They appear to have dietary options so that is a bonus ^^

I tipped them on Uber Eats directly to restaurant and left me such a kind note thanking me for supporting their business. I like a burger with minimum sauces and experience the burger as a whole with other flavor profiles such as the toppings. It was delicious and every bite was a new component. It was an excellent first time experience and definitely will be coming back.

unreal burger i got the double Swiss mushroom burger with fries. 1- Burger was delicious meat tasted fresh like you would in a restaurant type of environment. Good sear, juices were flowing and the garlic mayo * chefs kiss 2- topping were fresh as well 3- Signature sauce made in house out of this world delicious. 4- Fries great crisp and crunch while maintain a soft warm center. 5- Customer service was on point not only did she hand prepare my burger but also brought it to me at the table. And then she even came to ask how it was! great customer service and i will definitely be back!

Ordered a signature spicy chicken burger off Skip. The description said it had fried chicken, spicy mayo, maple bacon, lettuce, and tomato. I received it and the chicken burger had nothing on it. Not a single thing. Completely plain. Just a bun and some chicken . Ive ordered from here before and thought the food was great. But Im seriously unimpressed that I decided to spend hard earned money to eat take out for once and paid $14 for a chicken burger with not a single thing on it.

Was just trying this out cause it was new but was completely blown out of the water. The staff was friendly, the options felt unlimited, and everything tasted incredible! Good prices too, pretty typical for a burger joint but theyre cheaper than fat burger and about the same as five guys I believe. 12/10 recommend.

Average at best, the burger isnt horrible, but the bun is pretty bad, and 2 strips of Ready Crisp bacon. A burger and drink was $14.00, for that price i will stick to 5 Guys or Fat Burger. I dont think ill be back.

Walked into this place on a whim with my friends. First thing I noticed were the dozens of flies. One of the employees was walking around the place with a bug zapper swinging at them. I dont think I ve ever written a bad review before but tonight I will. So I go to use a free 4oz burger coupon which doesn t expire until like 2999 right. Turns out that s only for Calgary locations, I hadn t realized that so totally fair that they refused it, however then I tried to use a buy one get one coupon, that only says you can t use it at stampede grounds (obviously not Lethbridge), this expires around the same date as the other one and they refused it as well because they don t have a button for that . Now let s get this back this up to what I said at the beginning, I don t write bad reviews, this is because I work in service, so I am quite understanding of things that happen at restaurants, mistakes happens. Another note to add working at south st. Burgers was my first job and my dad builds the restaurant so close ties to the owners. Anywho with all of that knowledge I am well aware that POS machines have a manual dollar and percent discount. I know for sure that this company also has this type of discount option because 1.I used to work there and 2.Ive worked numerous other service jobs and 3.because I used the free 4oz burger coupons 2 separate times before at this location, they just didn t let me tonight. Another notes to add is that I know their burgers are five oz now not 4oz so if they really wanted to be technical about it they could of just discount $7.15 rather than the full 8.95 that would free up the 4oz. Anywho right, whatever they don t accept the coupons I pay for my food as normal, and then they forgot my side salad. We ordered two meals total. So four things not some huge complicated order. Anyways any south st. Burger is delicious and love the Calgary owners, but extremely disappointed with the service they re offering at this new location. one of the ladies were really nice about it, but the other one, I think was the manager was super serious, and as someone who works in service, that s not how I would talk to a customer. Overall, really disappointed tonight.

Burger was very undercooked

They have gluten free buns!!!! I just devoured their gluten free burger. Everything tastes fresh and a perfect blend of harmonious ingredients to my taste. The fries are fresh and were not too salty. I am impressed with the potion size and the buger was not lacking.
