Only the second time we've been here, and because of the quality of the food, we returned to see if service had improved. Good news, it really has! All of the staff were happy and upbeat, food was great,Spectrum pale ale was delicious. Last time, the place was full of completely disinterested workers, and the atmosphere suffered because of it. So if you have had a blah experience here, say last summer, try again- it's great.

The food is always excellent here without fail. Very reasonable prices and the pasta has the quality of a more upscale restaurant. The restaurant is clean and gives you the feel of an upscale restaurant without the price of one. I would definitely recommend this restaurant
Food was pretty bland. Meh at best. I get it's street food and it's gotta appeal to a broader audience but I've had more flavorful Kraft Dinner. Nothing egregious, but definitely a let down given the price. EDIT: So, because we did a review, we got a free Gelato... And holy trucking ship balls. That flavour punched me in the face, and wouldn't let up. It's so sweet and peachy I thought maybe I bit into a southern woman's peach pie. I seriously expected to hear my grandma in the kitchen beating someone about the head with a rolling pin. "More peaches! More sugar! How dare you disappoint my Grandson!"
I’ve come to Via Cibo several times! It’s consistent, delicious and bright. The coffee 😍😍 amazing, the Italian Soda incredible! It’s a nice place for a great meal! I recommend it to all my friends!
The staff were wonderful and really kind. I like the quiet atmosphere during 11-12 time. It was really enjoyable. I loved the food too! The tuscan fries are delicious. It’s not too busy during the opening of the place it’s just peace and quiet. The vibe makes you calm down and at ease. The food came out fresh and hot.
We had the pizza and it was delicious! The atmosphere was nice. Music wasnt loud and we could hear eachother talk. Excited to come back and try another item off the menu.

Dined at CIBO for the first time this evening. Got the Gnocchi Gorgonzola - fabulous! Hot, fresh, tasted great, and was well worth the high-ish price. Nice, friendly service as well. However, the wait for the food was a little bit long and dining by the exit door was cold (they leave the interior storm door open and the winter mat on the ground is too thick to be able to close it). But overall, good experience, good food, and interesting dining concept - will return!!

Thought it was a regular restaurant, but you have to stand in line to take your order and then the alcohol is like in a bottle so .the food was excellent, hot, service was very fast. They bring it to your table, but if you re expecting a certain type of restaurant atmosphere this is kind of like a Semi fast food in line experience.
The waitress/front ordering woman, was super accommodating, very polite, very understanding. I m a very super picky eater and with all the substitutions I needed to make usually annoy people in costumer service but not her, she was super accommodating with all the changes. Very outgoing and talkative, very approachable staff, she catered to our needs in a very timely.. food was outstanding, very fresh and hot, super flavourful, and very presentable.

We recently moved to Lethbridge and have been checking out some of the local options. We happened across this place last night, and it instantly became our new favorite! They were very helpful and answered every one of my daughters 47 questions. The kids meals were a pretty sizeable portion for the price and came with an awesome dessert. There was a small issue with my wifes order, which they corrected immediately. Staff was courteous, and the overall atmosphere was perfect for a spur of the moment night out with the kids.
The service was lovely, Ariel was a sweetheart! It s my first time here and loved the food and especially the gelato.

I love that they do gluten free pasta! Opens up so many options I don t normally get. So yummy. Love coming here for a casual date with my husband. Dietary restrictions: I m gluten free so having a great pasta place is such a treat. Noodles tend to fall apart more easily but doesn t change the taste of the pasta! Kid-friendliness: We bring our daughter all the time, staff is always super nice and catering to us! We have gotten a free cookie for her once and they have high chairs which is great.

The cashier was super nice and made everyone drinks super fast. The food came less than 10 minutes after I ordered, and it satisfied every craving I had Vegetarian options: there are pizzas, pastas, etc. with many vegetarian options. Dietary restrictions: gluten friendly, vegetarian options Parking: lots of open spots that are free to park in! Kid-friendliness: The staff were very nice and accepting to a big group of teenagers! Wheelchair accessibility: the chairs are easily movable and the tables are well spaced for everyone to get through.
