One place with variety of taste
This place is truly a hidden gem. I've been here about 7 times now and each time I've gotten their donairs. And each time, it does not disappoint. The staff is VERY kind, and the wait for your donair is worth every second. You'll be left satisfied with just HALF of a large donair. You could easily share it amongst two people (unless you're a big eater and think you can handle an entire one on your own). A large beef donair with all the sauces they offer is always my go to. Pair it with some fries and a drink and you'll have a perfect meal. The donair is thick and full of flavor. Tasty meat, fresh veggies, soft bread. This is my go to place for donairs in Lethbridge. If their donairs are this good, I can only imagine how good the rest of their menu is. I feel more people should know about this place and eat here. Give it a try, and I bet you will want to keep returning for more!
Worst food no taste never ever going back there
They services authentic Nepali food..everything is perfect..just their Momo sizes are small!!
The best food in Calgary. Momo, veggie thukpa and veggie chowmein are the best. That's what I had , I'm sure everything would be great.
I have tried most of the Nepalese dishes (Momos,Chow mein & Thukpa), and they have all been great. The donairs and burgers are decent. If your working in the industrial park I recommend checking this place out.
While waiting for our vehicle to be serviced, we decided to stop here. Located in the industrial area of Lethbridge, we are pleasantly surprised by the incredible quality and charm of this small restaurant. We only ordered a veggie chili momo (12 pieces) for a quick bite to eat and we are so glad we decided to stop here today. The momos taste very fresh and the sauce was bursting with flavor. We have really been missing our favorite Indo/Nepalese restaurant back home, called Everest so this is a lovely coincidence and very reminiscent of our favorite momos back in Niagara Ontario. We will be returning in the future to try more of their Nepalese options! Give them a try, I'm sure you will not regret it.
I have never tried Nepalese food before, so I decided to give this restaurant a try. It is in the industrial area where The Main and Jerry’s Diner was located. I was excited to see what the new owners had to offer. The restaurant itself is very much the same on the inside as before, but in this instance, I ordered take out. To get a sample of their menu I ordered two cheeseburgers, onion rings, small donair with sweet sauce, pork chow mein, and regular chicken momo’s with a mild sauce. The highlights of the meal were the pork chow mein and the momo’s. If you are wanting to try new flavours and experience new cuisine, I would highly recommend trying their Nepalese food before anything else on the menu. You can tell that the food is genuine and made by recipes from home. The chow mein had a good curry flavour with many traditional Napalese spices. The pork was cut from belly, fried, and had a good crisp to it. It was loaded with cabbage, onions, peas, and was topped with cilantro. Do not get this confused with your typical “American Chinese” chow mein as that would be an insult. The round noodles had a soft bite and were cooked well. Overall, my favourite dish I ordered were the momo’s. These were most likely hand made as the meat on the inside was not compacted together as you would see from a store-bought dumpling. As I cut into one you could see the different spices and meat that was mixed. There was a flavourful chutney to compliment the dumpling. The only thing that was slightly misleading to me is that a few of their pictures on google were from google images and not from their restaurant. I found one of the same momo photos on the food network as I was researching their cuisine before I went. I wouldn’t let this deter you though as it still tasted FANTASTIC. The cheeseburger was a premade patty with processed cheese. For the type of burger, it was it was flavourful, and it came in at a good price of $6.75. Considering other restaurants in the industrial area serve the same thing but for much more it was good to see honest pricing. The onion rings had large pieces of onion and had a good crunch on them. They were everything you want in an onion ring as you often get onion rings with no onions once they have been deep fried. The donair meat was well seasoned and had a good flavour from the flat top. The only downside was that the sauce leaked through to the outside and made everything sticky and a tad soggy. It could have used a bit less meat and more vegetables. Overall, I paid about $55.00 which is more than reasonable considering I got a large amount of food. Great food and a great price.
I picked up take away lunch from here today and I knew it was going to be good as soon as I walked in the door. The place was clean and smelt amazing. My lunch was hot and delicious. I got an order of chicken chow mein and pork momos. I will definitely be back and I'm excited to try some new food and both dishes I got were amazing.
Beef donair on point

Small place but food is great
Amazing food and service.

Amazing cheese burger, its my regular lunch, nice people too Wheelchair accessibility: Probably the wheel chair access is limited Recommended dishes Cheeseburger, Fries
Food is delicious Its not fancy but its delicious Food : 5/5
This is the absolute best donair meat in town. Thick cut and spicy!! Also love the chow mein and momos!
Every time we come here, we have never once been disappointed. When we visited the home of momos, aka the Himalayas, we held the places there to this restaurants standard, and boy, I dont think Ive been that miserable in a while. As soon as we were back, we came back to this quaint restaurant and was blessed by the heavenly momos, the outstanding thukpa and out of the world pyanzee. I think everyone should come here at least once in their lives, if not for anything else, to expand their gourmet horizons. You wouldnt regret it, I assure you.
Chicken chow mein is awesome
Really testy food Vegetarian options: Ask what you Need, they will try to get it for you. Food : 5/5 |
Its been great everytime ive ordered.
Great food, spicy soup (forget the name) but was good!
Favorite resturant for veggie momos. Always fresh and taste good.
Definitely a hidden gem. The momos are delicious!
Outstanding food and very quick and prompt service! Definietly recommend
Not much for decor but this place is definitely a hidden gem. I was weary about a place that sold western food (burgers/fries/fried pickles), middle eastern donairs and their traditional food but I was blown away. The Donnie flavour was fantastic, fresh and hot. The dumplings were Incredible. Definitely going back.
Great food, try their jhol momo...
Highly recommend this small business to family and friends for their delicious Chicken Jhol Momo s.
If I ever get lunch at work I order pick-up from here. It is one of the best places in the city. All of their nepalese food is amazing PLUS they have arguably the best donair around. I dont think Ill get chow mein from anywhere else from now on. Highly recommend.
My family was visiting Lethbridge and decided that we wanted to try something different than the typical big chain restaurants for lunch so we ended up here and were very glad that we did. We only ordered from the Nepali menu, no Western stuff, but everything we tried was absolutely amazing. We may have over-ordered but we left feeling full (in a good, satisfied way) and hopeful to return. Highly recommended! Parking: Plenty of parking.
Well that was yummy. Haven t had Nepalese before and now I m sad we don t have it where I m from!
Great food! Highly recommended the chow mein
Fantastic people and awesome food. Best donairs! Got me hooked. Now to try the rest of the menu. A true hidden gem of the industrial park.
Love Their Thukpa (Nepali/Tibetan noodle soup). Friendly owner. Clean Restaurant. Huge portions.
Ordered Nepalese dumplings on the phone for a takeaway delivery due to the COVID restrictions. The dumplings were to die for.. Very tasty and simply Wow..I would highly recommend this restaurant if you fancy authentic Nepalese cuisine...
Had the special of the day, cheeseburger and fries. Was really good, got lots of fries. Service was good also.
Quick service but the noodles were a bit spicy for me, I am not tolerant of the spicy taste. My roommate enjoyed it very much! LOL
I ate momo, samosa, and chumin everything was very tasty. I m very happy this restaurant is here.
Delicious cuisine!!
Service was good, unfortunately the club sandwich and oil soaked fries were a disappointment. Ive heard alot of people say its good food so maybe it was an off day not sure.
Delicious, quick and reasonably priced. I was able to get an awesome burger and fries on my lunch break and was not disappointed. Cant wait to go again.
