Always a great experience.

The manager went above and beyond to assist us in finding a seat, and I commend him for that. We had already left the premises, but the manager made an effort to call us back into the restaurant.

My favourite place in town. Great atmosphere and a service with tasty food

Made reservations and pre-ordered appetizers. Table was what I asked for. At some point they switched where we were sitting, which was still good. But our pre-order was left on the other table. After it sat under a heat lamp for 15+ mins it was served to us. So the preoder was not so good. Dry, rubberry and lacking flavour. Other then that service was excellent and main courses were good just needed more sauce in the pasta dishes which made them a bit dry. Would go back again ....

The food is good most of the time . Once in a while, not so good . . I only do take out delivery. A couple of times during an order I ended up with a sarcastic male taking the order . Which I find is rude. Told me to hurry up in his squeaky voice . I usually ask for a female delivery person , as one male asked do you really need your change back. The other day they sent over two extremely rude and ridiculous delivery males over . I am physically challenged, and one refused to take the container out of the paper bag . Told me customers abuse the male drivers. The male drivers abuse the customers and sneer at customers. Shame on them . Luigis should hire their own staff and not a delivery service, and management should record their staffs mannerisms on the phone . This business is not what it used to be by any means .

The food has always been delicious and consistent. The Fish and Chips are the crunchiest! We just discovered that you can make a meal out of the appetizers. The Calamari meal was great.

I went to this location for the first time in years last Sunday. My wife veal cutlets and a Caesar salad. She said the food was excellent. I had a pizza. And it was as I remembered it. It hasnt changed since 1974. The topping were great, the crust was crispy and just the right amount of tomato sauce and cheese. It is the best pizza in Lethbridge, by far!!! In fact Im ordering another pizza tonight! Parking: We parked in back and there were several empty spots. Wheelchair accessibility: We entered through the backdoor which does not have a handicapped button to open the door. I dont know if the front door has one or not. However, a chair could get over the lip into the restaurant & once inside the floor is flat.

This was one of the best dining experiences my wife and I have shared for years. Great food, service and atmosphere. Lynn gave us terrific smiles that really made us feel special and her service was spectacular. Food

Went out of dinner last night. Food was great and timely, even though it was busy! Steak was cooked perfectly and great portion sizes. So much to choose from on the menu. Our server Lynne was wonderful! It s so refreshing to have a server who does a great job and you can tell she truly loves what she does. We will be going back!

Excellent service, food, and atmosphere. The place was packed when I came for pickup, and I can see why. They stack the toppings to the point where a regular pizza is almost a deep dish, and the staff seems genuinely happy to be there and help however they can.

We had such an amazing experience tonight. We went to dinner for our anniversary, and everything was exceptional. It was Luigi s North 50th anniversary and it was packed. The staff were all friendly, even though it was so busy no one showed a sign of being overwhelmed. The food came out very fast and was so delicious (as always). But the best part of our experience was our server, Amanda. When we got home we were still talking about how great of a server she was. It seems like most restaurants have gone downhill since 2020, and we just except bad service as the new normal. So when someone is so wonderful at their job it really shines through. She was so attentive but not over bearing, gave suggestions and had conversations. We are normally grab food and eat at home type of people but so glad we did the dine in special! It really made our night :)

The male at the front till is not a very nice person. Trying to pay my bill,asked the couple in front of me about their food/service. Dude never said 2 words too me,feeling like this whole area is just racist. But if I was from the colony or of a different skin color it would have been different.

We ve been at this restaurant at least three times, and have been pleased with the food, service, and atmosphere each time. Everything is outstanding, and the care and attention given to our food as well as the service is an example every restaurant should follow. Whenever we re in town, we ll always go to this location when looking for a great meal! Congrats to all involved! Parking: There s multiple sections for parking in the rear.

Fantastic staff, great service. Good gluten free options. My only suggestion is to the customer, not the restaurant if ordering gluten free pasta, ask for a bit of extra sauce. Gluten free pasta always comes out slightly different than regular pasta. But it was still FANTASTIC! Would DEFINITELY come back again.

Hands down best steak house in town! Been eating here since I was a kid. Pasta, steak, appys all on point. Even when I get take out steaks they are cooked better then most restaurants in town. Highly recommend the pizza and stuffed mushrooms. Parking sucks but its worth it always busy hard to get a table on Fridays and Saturday so if you have a group call a head! Never dissatisfied with service or food. Eat here at least twice a month

Best pizza in town. If you appreciate amazing fresh toppings on an amazing crust that doesn t taste like your quick cardboard garbage at the drive thru and don t mind paying what quality deserves look no further. Seriously the best in town and their online ordering is easy to navigate with pin point questioning to get your order correct. They say there is a top choice in town and I ve taken the bait and won t again. Seriously 1/2 the price for better pizza. Customer for life!!!!! Just to confirm this wasn t my first order and won t me my last.

Ive been to Luigis several times and the food has been amazing everytime. It is delicious and a great price. The service is impressive. They make sure you have what you need but do not try to become your best friend.

Came here for a family get-together. First time here and had a great time. The service was great and the food was awesome. I had the Lasagna and was probably one of the best ones Ive had in a long time. Will be back!

You know a place us good, when its busy! And despite us having no reservation, they still fit us in and had a delicious meal for us without having to wait for hours!

Private room with minimum booking of 30. Food and service and excellent and we had lunch for just under $20/person gst and tip included. Room is functional and tables of 8-10 set up in 3 rows.

We held a post-funeral wake for 40 people in the upstairs private room. The owner was very helpful in accommodating our multiple booking changes. Service was too slow to start - we were to have a pizza buffet delivered at 3:20, it arrived at 3:55 after I pushed the staff. Thereafter service was excellent, including multiple orders from the menu in addition to the buffet, buffet refills and our server was cheerful and efficient. The Caesar salad was outstanding, the pizza very good. Those who ate from the menu told me it was very good. Be warned, there are no washrooms upstairs - some of our older guests had trouble with the stairs. The bill for 40 people eating well, including the pizzas, 12 menu orders, 4 bottles of wine and quite a few beers and mixed drinks was about $1,200.00 including a 20% tip. Despite minor problems Luigis deserves 5 stars.

The food was excellent and reasonably priced. The server was exceptional!

The food was great, I would ve given it more stars except we went to the bathroom and they cleared our table. My son hadn t even finished his grilled cheese. At that point we felt unwelcome and left instead of getting cake for my birthday. It wasn t the greatest ending to an otherwise perfect birthday dinner.

lynne was the best server i ve ever had. she had me giggling so hard, always making sure we had exactly what we needed, and our food was prepared perfectly.

I would give a 5 but this review is based off only this visit. Good good, but where s the regular staff! I m missing me some Amanda tonight, or Steve! Where is Steve! Tonight s server has me all sigh.. it s not like she did anything wrong and she wasn t mean but she s most definitely not the vibe I expect when I come in. Usually so friendly and so caring and this girl was a I m just here to make a check type vibe. I get it truly why else do we work. But .. when you re used to cute elderly men jumping in the booth with you and servers that know what you re ordering even before you do.. #teamAmanda. . ps what happened to the steak and ribs!!!

Luigis has been our favourite restaurant for years! Walked in tonite at 5:30 pm...our 53rd Wedding Anniversary...but forgot to make a reservation. They found us a booth and we had an awesome meal...as always! Great service, delicious food, reasonable prices and more! Thank you so much!!

I have never been so disappointed at a meal from this place. a little piece of chicken. tough asparagas.hardly any sauce. watery spaghetti .over salted potatoes For 60 bucks the quality was terrible. Been ordering from Luigis for 30 plus years.

Always quality food here. Pizza is excellent every time! Chef s Special is my go to pizza. And I love that they give you nice thick dinner napkins that don t fall apart as soon as you use them to wipe your hands off.

Im my opinion one of the most underrated restaurants in the city. Luigis Noth has great food and the staff is friendly. Pizza is a bit pricey but its quality pizza. Kid-friendliness: Kids food was good and came quickly, staff was very nice to the kids.

I love coming here every time I can. I always like to bring my family here for the continuously good food and great service. Food is delivered at a prompt time and the waitress we have offers the most friendly service and always smiles while doing her job. Ive been in the service industry a long time, and service like this is what makes good restaurants stand the test of time.

We went there for Fathers day although we did not have a reservation the staff went over and above to get a place for us to eat, the food was very good and there was plenty. We would definitely recommend this restaurant and will go back there again. Thankyou for the great service

I went here with my co-workers for a dinner. I ordered the carbonara which came with a Caesar salad and a veggie calzone. I mention a few times that I can t have any bacon on my food due to my faith (Muslim). Food came, was delicious and after a few bites, I noticed a piece of bacon there. My heart sank as I ve done my best my entire life to make sure my food is never touched by bacon. She returned it and brought a new one, I checked it VERY carefully and found another piece. I asked 3 of my non-Muslim co-workers to confirm that it was bacon again, they said it was. The kitchen tried to shrug it off as anchovies but we all knew it was bacon. I left because I was on the verge of tears. Pano ended up taking my payment and asked how my dinner was. I told him. He completely understood how serious of an issue this is in my faith and was extremely kind about it. I ve dined across many provinces in Canada but I ve never had any restaurant employee understand and care so much. He adjusted my bill and even ran to the parking lot looking for me after I left to give me a gift card. I was just really moved by his understanding of my frustration and appreciated that alone but he went above and beyond. I highly recommend this place for their food and service, I will continue going back!

We came in rather late for dinner, were quickly seated and food came out in a reasonable amount of time. It was tasty, not overly large portions. Not quite as good as I remembered. It was quiet so we had a nice visit. The server was helpful, friendly and understanding. Parking: Parking is in the back off the alley

Celiac patron here. They have a dedicated GF fryer which always brings a smile to us GF people. GF chicken fingers are good, they have GF penne and other choices like pizza, steak etc. Not a dedicated GF kitchen but a GF fryer is huge. Service has been stellar both times Ive been here. Good form, well done.

I didn t realize before that the Louigi s restaurants are no longer associated with each other and have different menus, but in this case I was pleasantly surprised because the food at this location was better than other locations I ve been to! The waitress my husband and I had was very friendly and attentive as well, we will definitely be back! This place is a hidden gem in an unfortunately otherwise questionable neighborhood.
