Top Pizza & Spaghetti House in Lethbridge

Baked lasagna was awesome. Needs some ac though. Very warm inside.

We have been ordering their calzones for years and love them. Today we decided to try a pizza and what a huge mistake. We ordered the Louis Special and the pizzza had nothing to do with the picture on their website (see picture). I even went back to ask if I got the right pizza and they said yes. It looked very uninspired and boy was it small. The website does not give any option for sizing and the one you end up getting is the small pizza. It tasted okayish but cmon... the small pizza should be called mini or individual, dont know, maybe even joke size. It is comically small and we cant help but feel we got ripped off. Well, back to ordering only calzones as they are truly delicious. The pizza... well... never again.

Terrible service!! We were the only ones in the restaurant and I wasn t offered a drink refill at all! They messed up our pizza order and didn t offer a discount. Food is good, not great but good. For the price you pay, it s time to get the staff trained properly.

I would call it Mid pizza.

Greek salad is the best I have had in a long time. Cheese toast is done the way it should be, very good, Pizza I would rate as one of the top 3 in lethbridge, bottom is a little wet, should leave it in a touch longer to make it more crispy. Price point is on the higher side but decent portions. Wine selection is very limited for an Italian place. Tried again and lasagna was great, Greek salad was very good and calzone was great, but the online ordering gives you a different price, you should either fix your menu or honour the online price not just give your customer a different price Tried again and salad and lasagna were good but tried the deep dish for $28 and to my surprise only 6 peices. Looked online and at menu and doesnt state only 6 peices anywhere. It was a good pie but not at that price.and still different prices online vs actual bill.

Sadly not as good as it used to be a few years ago, but still very good. Odd how sometimes I get free garlic toast with pasta and other times I am charged for it. Wheelchair accessibility: 100% NOT wheelchair accessible.

It was busy, but we were eating within 20 minutes of ordering. The spaghetti is phenomenal! I also had the bruchetta and greek salad. Both were great!

The food was seriously so good! But the price for a medium meat pizza was $30.00 and a medium was more like a small... Ill give you credit, the pizza was so good and made with good ingredients but 8 slices for a medium? Yikes. We spent $70 on all the food and it really wasnt much.

Decent pizza, but 90$ for 2 pizzas and salad is outrageous. Portions do not reflect price.

One of Lethbridge best place to eat!! Food is always delicious, salads are fresh! The staff are friendly and the establishment is very clean! Kid-friendliness: Our grandchildren love to come the spaghetti!!

At one time, this was my go 2 place for 30+ years. Then, when sitting at a table this year, I witnessed the cook wiping his sweaty forehead with a bare hand & continue to cook & handle food. Now, the latest commercial shows 3 people, no hair nets or gloves making pizza (1 gal has red sores on her arm) & removing food from the oven with the dirtiest oven mitts I have ever seen. Have you not learned anything from the pandemic or have you just lowered your standards. Sure not like the original owners. I am so disappointed at your current standards. *In response, Lets take a deep breath & calm down. I actually agree with most of what you say. I did not say you should be shut down, that your food was bad, that you did not cook from scratch, that your restaurant itself was not clean, that your staff was no good or rude nor did I say anything about a dirty kitchen. I am not a troll by any means & am aware how long the business has been in Lethbridge. Commercials should showcase the best of an establishment so going forward, consider the staff & props & look at the commercial from the customers view point. Staff working should be aware that they are in view of customers & hands are not clean when covered in sweat & yes, 550 degrees kills sweat but it is still gross to have baked sweat drops on your pizza. Im sure your pizza & lasagna are still one of the best in Lethbridge, that was not the issue, just bringing to your attention a few points that an owner can use & pass on to staff for educational purposes. The items I saw just leave a bad impression as a customer.

By far the very best pizza I have ever had! The service was excellent and the food even better. It seems most pizza places have raised their prices and decreased the topping portion sizes, but not at Tops! I was blown away with both the flavour and quantity of high-quality ingredients stacked on ever piece. If you want pizza, this is the real deal!

Over priced & underwhelming, worst pizza in town in my opinion

Ordered a pizza and was supposed to add mushrooms to half. Pizza was delivered with half of it all just mushroom. Asked for a replacement pizza and because half of it was right they would only replace it with a medium and I have to pay for delivery. Pizza Is a 5/10 for taste. Nothing special and sure as hell wont spend a dime there again. $54 for a 14 pizza and 6 cans of pop. Pay that much you would think it would at least be a great pizza. Pizza hut is a way better deal

Delicious pizza, hot and fresh! Not your averarage fast food pizza but home made to perfection! Toppings go right to the edge of the pizza. Quick, friendly service. We had water on our table as soon as we sat down. The ceaser salad dressing is home made! A nice quiet, homey atmosphere.

We used to eat here often. However, a couple of years back they decided to charge for refills of pop. When you get a small glass thats full of ice and they want to charge for refills, thats pretty cheap. We havent been back

Pizza is ok. But dont order their cheese bread it is just toast with butter. Ordered it twice and they either forgot the cheese or cheese wasnt included. Their menu doesnt give you descriptions, so you wouldnt know.

We came over with a group, they gave us the wrong order even though it was clearly specified, they can barely cut past the cheese, the pizza came apart. And the sauce on the spaghetti was just red water

If you want old school traditional pizza this is the place. So good. You will not be disappointed.

We ordered cheese toast. No cheese. Our table was dirty. There were 2 highchairs stacked behind us & they were filthy! 2 chairs out of the 4 at our table were so wobbely we could not sit on them. Is there a shortage of napkins? No toilet paper in ladies washroom. Only one server on a busy night. This used to be a nice place but not anymore.

Where to begin? My favorite nostalgic pizza place. I hadn t had their pizza in probably 25 years, and the moment I breathed in its familiar aroma and chomped into that beautiful pie I could have been 6 years old again. I ve been enjoying their Louis Special for nearly a year and it never disappoints. They never miss adding the fresh tomatoes anymore. It s not the cheapest pizza in town, but frankly, I think, it s the best value for every penny. Cheers to Top Pizza

Pizza was kinda greasy and the cheese was not my style.

Ordered their Motor City Detroit deep dish pizza for $27 expecting something that is relatively big, but what came out was a tiny 6 pieced pizza. The price for the size is not worth it. The pizza had little to no flavor and barely any sauce, they piled all the sauce on a piece of pepperoni so the rest of the pizza had no sauce (made it hard to spread as well). A lot of the meat fell off the pizza so you had to pick it up with your fork. There was also just a little too much cheese. The only upside was that the service was nice.

Parking: There is only street parking. On a busy night means you have to walk at least 1 block. Wheelchair accessibility: I didnt see an wheelchair handicap area, for sure not entering into the building.

We went to Tops at the recommendation of friends and we certainly werent disappointed. We were met by friendly staff and warm atmosphere. Our waitress Tierza was an absolute delight. Enjoyed a very generous helping of Nonnas Layered Lasagna with leftovers we are looking to. Will most definitely be back!!

I m a truck driver. I order out to my truck all the time in various locations. As you can t just park anywhere. Lady on phone says nope !!! Guess I ll stick to will deliver to the cardlock. Maybe one day someone will just say Nope to her as well.

Best pizza in Lethbridge - I m never disappointed !

Ordered a 12 Pizza through Skip the Dishes, the Pizza was delicious. The price was $34.00 bucks, YES! $34.00 bucks for a 12 Pizza. Noted on Skip The Dishes it was stated Free Delivery on orders over $20 dollar, yet I was still charged delivery fee and of course the driver tip. I did reach out to Tops directly via their comment page but NO response. With all the hype during Covid and were all encouraged to support local businesses and restaurants, Tops failed.

This place can ruin other pizza places for you forever, once you ve had Top s, it s hard to settle for anything else!

To much chesse on pizzas

First asked for well done dough almost raw. Next black olives taste very metallic. Really disappointed., if this is Lethbridges best pizza, move.

Ordered wings, ice cold - called to let them know - was told immediately they wouldn t be like that. Heard great things and imagine this is a one-off but not a great experience.

I was skeptical but saw all the great reviews. The food was both bland and overpriced. Pasta and pizza were both on par with what Id expect at a $2 a slice sort of place. I called in my order but when I did pickup the staff were berating a young lady for ordering pickup via Skip The Dishes, telling her they cost her fees. Get off the platform then?

Ive yet to find a pizza that can top you guys its been 10 years since I lived in Lethbridge and have many memories of ordering Tops with my Mom.

Pizza is good,but the price point is far too high to recommend unfortunately. The value just isn t there. I am happy to support local during this time but I can t do so at such an exorbitant cost to myself.

Pizza and Lasagna ordered, Pizza for supper and Lasagna for next day. Ordered a small Beef, onion, bacon and green pepper pie; it was very dry without hardly any sauce and the bacon was side bacon crumbles that were burnt beyond eating! Had to pick them all off. After a 12 hr day of work I was anticipating the Lasagna, but again was very disappointed. It was just noodles, hardly any sauce, and a bit of cheese baked on top. Gross!!

Used to live in Lethbridge many years ago and Tops was the go to for pizza. Came back for a short visit and ordered to my hotel. Crust was hard like a rock, cheese was even melted. Worst pizza in years. What a disappointment

Among pizza and wings, this restaurant surely lacks in that special ingredient that makes Italian style pizza and wings delicious. From the highly oversalted Salt and Pepper wings which tastes as if it is purely salt and no pepper. The wings are sure to have guests cringe at the intensity of seasoning on said dish. The pizza was okay, it was absolutely good though. From the hidden spice in the sauce that causes discomfort. Other restaurants in this sort of fashion surely do surpass what Tops has to offer. The service was kind and nice, but after a few mistakes between waitress and cook does turn you off from the whole vibe. Would not recommend the salt and pepper wings, the house ranch is more sour than savory. If you order pizza, be aware of the spice as it may make children or elderly guests not want to finish. The cheese toast is good though.

What a crummy experience with a buisness. Bad Lasagna, Horrible service, takes a long time. Food has been great when we order. However, our last order was incorrect. We received the incorrect food, and when we phoned to get the correct item it was a horrible experience. The person I spoke to was defensive about the order being made correctly. When I informed her that our dish had lasagna noodles in it, but we ordered the spaghetti, the worker was confused. Then, she informed me they could give me credit. Which would have been fine to just order the correct one. However, abruptly another person came onto the phone very rudely informing us there was nothing they could do to correct it. So I informed the lady that I would have to pick another restaurant next time. Her only response was, k. Their workers are careless and rude. Such a disappointment after being a loyal customer. My money was wasted, and they didnt replace the item I ordered. It was a $20 dish I bought for someone else that they couldnt eat. They couldnt bring themselves to eat it because it tasted bad.

First time purchasing pickup from Tops. Underwhelmed by quality overwhelmed by price!!! We went on line to look at the menu and ordered based on website menu prices. At pickup the price was almost DOUBLE compared to what was stated on their online menu. This is very misleading and borders on FRAUDULENT. We won t be back!!!

Did not realize that their large was only 12 for $32. Never have paid that much for a pizza that would go for a small or medium at most places.The website is very deceiving to the point it is borderline fradulent. Wont be surprised if this restaurant fails. Pizza was decent though.

Every time I order from this place they mess it up latest was an order for spaghetti with meatballs and i got spaghetti with meat sauce and no meat balls.When i called to complain the girl says meat balls doesnt come with meat sauce so I speak up saying I ordered spaghetti with meatballs and she pretty mush yells at me saying ya ya just hang on! I have to check the system.... Poor service and to be honest the food wasnt great either. The price is way to high as well. NEVER AGAIN!

We ordered 2 pizzas and some pizza bread. The pizzas were ok the pizza bread was hard to chew and rubbery. The prices on their website are not correct, I didnt see a disclaimer on their website saying prices are subject to change without notice. We were charged approximately $20 more than expected. The pizza is so over priced as it is but we thought we would try it. We will never order from them again, especially after we called them and there was nothing said about anything except that the prices on their website are wrong, so they are well aware that the prices are wrong and are not doing anything about it.

$46 for a salad and spaghetti ... No cheese no extra meatballs and the salad was the size of a small side salad .... Save yourself the money grab a steak dinner or anything else for $46 !!!! Looked like someone poured a can of chef boyardee into the container .... wish I could insert a photo spaghetti doesnt even look good enough for my dog

ZOMG! The best pizza ever!! It doesnt taste like franchise pizza. Ordered the medium fam special. Pepperoni and bacon with xtra cheese on the first one, ham, pineapple and xtra cheese on the second. Its was worth every penny. Spaghetti was good as well.

One of Lethbridges better pizzas. Lots of cheese, good tomato sauce, plenty of toppings. The service is prompt & attentive. Prices are good. They have daily specials & they do take-out & delivery.

Some of the best pizza Ive had in a long time, so glad my GF recommended it. All the food was great (salad, garlic bread all of it) and the atmosphere very pleasant.

Ordered pickup half cheese half pepperoni and mushroom It was a 12-in pizza and trying to find a price on the website which by the way really stinks was impossible so I just ordered it when I went and picked up I came to find that the price was over $30......for.cheese pizza obligated to purchase it brought it home and the whole underneath of it was sopping wet..... Soggy overpriced pizza. The new owner Mitch has run this place into the ground I will not be back!!

The pizza and lasagna are okay for taste, but I was initially turned off by the price. 22$ for this medium pepperoni, seems excessive, considering the size of the pizza. Unfortunately I would have a hard time recommending this place, due to the cost vs size. Disappointing as their selection is good.

There is absolutely NO other pizza within Lethbridge city limits that even comes close to comparing to the pizza from Tops!! LOTS of toppings. So thick and delicious - they re not afraid to layer on the meat and veggies stacking it high atop the crust!! Mmmmmm I CRAVE Tops pizza!! Hands down - THE BEST pizza in (at least) southern Alberta!!!!

I would rate their pizza as the best in Letbridge, especially the ham and fresh tomato . Highly recommended!

Im from out of town and was in Lethbridge for a medical procedure. For this procedure, I had to fast for twelve hours, so by the time I got back to my motel room I was pretty hungry. I ordered a pizza and two can pop from Top Pizza & Spaghetti for $40.00 the two can pop was $6.00, but I was stuck in the motel room and couldnt drive. I asked how long it would take to get it here and was told one hour. They delivered it in about forty-five minutes, I paid and off she went. After she left I realized I didnt my pop... I called back and it was like they didnt remember me. No apology and it was almost like they didnt want to bring me my pop. When the lady showed up with my pop, I gave her everything back. One would hope when any establishment makes a mistake they would own up to it and apologize. I suppose that principle does not apply to Top Pizza & Spaghetti House.
