We go here almost every weekend. Shrimp tacos are my favourite.

Dear god let me tell you about the legendary service from (I hope im spelling this right) Olivia. I have myself served at restaurants and she was the PERFECT amount of helpful and attentive without hovering or interrupting.When food was taking a smidge longer she promptly came over and let us know! She often would do a quick check it to make sure everything was delicious and we were happy. SHE RULES!

This is one of my favourite restaurants, I go here quite often. I am always so happy to have Emma as a server, she does such an incredible job at welcoming and serving us. Her positive energy is a breath of fresh air.

Served excellent food - Madi was our server , was attentive, and made it fun :) would recommend .

My friend and I went into blanco a few weeks ago and had the best experience. Hayley was our server. She was incredibly kind and well versed in the food and drinks. She gave us the best recommendations! I will continue to recommend this restaurant! Amazing and Hayley is the best!!

Hayley took care of me and a friend here recently and was the most welcoming and warm server I have had in Lethbridge.

Olivia, Hailey, and Greg were awesome. Food was great, service was great and atmosphere couldn t be better.

We ve been twice now, and have enjoyed ourselves each time, the food is good, and the drinks are delicious. The servers are great albeit stretched a little thin on a busy night.

I have eaten in many Mexican restaurants over the years and this one it the worst. Borderline disgusting. I had the Diablo shrimp tacos. My tacos came to the table soggy and tasted bland.The shrimp were so small and few you could not tell it was a shrimp taco. I m mentioned the sogginess to the waitress but no acknowledgment. The chips and dip plate was very bland and nondescript . Other people at the table were also disappointed with their meals. Service was lacking. The music was too loud for any conversation. This is one restaurant I will never go to again. I do not recommend it.

We can t say enough great things about Blanco s in Lethbridge . The service was awesome unlike so many places we go to. The bartender was excellent and very informative on the selection of tequilas to try. Which we did lol . Plus the bartender has such a nice friendly personality ,it was what made our afternoon that much more enjoyable . We tipped him well needless to say. The food was very good and filling. The only thing l would like to see is in the summer on the roof top with that amazing atmosphere if they could play Mexican music vs Taylor swift etc. it s just wrecks the feeling you get with the way it s setup not hearing Mexican music in those surroundings in my opinion. But we ve been very very impressed with everything over all. Thank you and keep it up Blanco staff! Cheers

Olivia was an absolute delight! She was super friendly and attentive, making sure we had everything we needed. The tacos were incredible perfectly seasoned with a great balance of flavors. And the piña coladas? Hands down the best Ive ever had so creamy and refreshing. Definitely made for a great experience!

Average food and toxic place for workers

Worst fish tacos I have ever had. Should have taken a picture. Two fish tacos with two tiny pieces of fish with no sauce of any kind. Dry and tasteless.

The OTHER best patio in town! The whole family loved the food and atmosphere on the upstairs patio!

Should have e walked when I realized only the out door patio was only sitting available! Then sat for 20 minutes then had to ask if we could order?? Then at 6 minutes to two asked of it was to early to order the 3 tack special..we were told not before 2. We waited until 2 15,and again had flag down someone to order! Its 2 47 now ,no drink refill or food! Just flagged down waitress and asked where food was? Still waiting!2 55 food arrived! The flour Tacos were made with corn I spend 90 % of my time working I Utah and Arizona and my favourite place to vacation is Mexico, but your food Is nothing to compare to the great food there! 3:15, finally gone,never to return! There was one bright spot was the lovely young lady that served ( and apologized profusely) us!

Ok, imagine you re going out with friends and spending $3 on tasty tacos and $20 on pitchers. Worth every cent.

Went there with my husband and his work buddies and it was a busy night but my food came out quick and service was amazing!

Slowwwwwwwww. Wait staff wasnt overly busy but took forever to do anything. Also, if its 30+ degrees out maybe let people eat lunch downstairs and inside where there is air conditioning instead of sticking us up on the patio where we end up grilled like your fajitas. Just a suggestion. Will not come back. Update - the owner wrote me asking me to fill out a survey. To the owner: you dont need surveys. Simply go walk the floor of your restaurant and ask your customers how they are doing and what they need. Do this several times every week, at both lunch and dinner, during different chef and staff schedules. In my case, you would have had 45 minutes to talk with me before I walked out without ever getting anything to eat other than the few chips and salsa that I got in the first 5 minutes.

Came here with a few girlfriends for tacos and drinks and we were so impressed! The restaurant was very busy but our server Emma was on top of it. She never let our drinks get empty and was super chatty and fun. She recommended the Jalisco hot chicken tacos and they were delish! We will definitely be back.

If you like your food very hot with an odd spice that does not resemble Mexican flavor - sriiracha perhaps - youll get good service here.

First visit to Blanco - got a favorite beer (negra Modelo) and perfectly spiced dishes. Spacious and not too noisy well done. We will be back!!

We went at 4.30pm on Thursday the 19th of Sept. we had been shopping first. Our server was wonderful, she explained all the different accoutrements and choices. Her name is Dominica. She was also the nicest person to briefly talk to. I also had the regular on special Margaritas I had 3 of them to be exact. There was no tequila in them. They were sold as a tequila drink. It was just soda and lime juice with a salted rim. All of them had no alcohol/tequila in them. The bartender had made them. There is something very strange going on at that bar. Very odd! I am not sure why he was not using Tequila or any alcohol. There are many reasons for his choice, as we all well know! So .. I asked for a glass of white wine. They had no wine on the premises, Dominica explained. Very odd indeed. Parking: Parking is difficult in that street that the restaurant is on.

Lovely looking patio but the red tables are AWFULLY uncomfortable. The benches are metal latticework that hurt after awhile. They need cushions! Would not sit at them again.

Nice Mexican dinner . They have a patio upstairs on the roof. Great food and the service was spot on. Very clean place from the door way entrance with fresh mats to the washroom smelling good. Hard to find places that take care of there buildings and serve great food .

Super cool place, somebody obviously put some serious money into it. Feels like the type of place you would go with friends after work for some drinks. Has a rooftop patio that I have no doubt will be an huge hit. Unfortunately the food is very mediocre, the menu was extremely limited and overpriced for what you get. It s not bad, but certainly not great. There are way better options if you re looking for good Mexican food literally half a block away at Tacos Made in Mexico.

Just hit up the new rooftop patio. Brilliant! It was super sunny so I convinced our server to bring us a few sombreros I think they had to pull them off the wall downstairs, long story short. I think that should be a thing there. Definitely a go to this summer.

Stopped in Lethbridge for the night enroute to Yellowstone and we wanted a quick tasty bite. Blanco Costina was excellent; dirty fries, red snapper tacos were delicious and the service was excellent. Would definitely recommend.

Well I give them 2 months till they are out of business . There are 200 waitresses no service. and there is zero parking. in fact it s in the worst spot in town because there is zero parking but at least there are crackheads every where. Parking: There is no parking. the mall is the closest spot you can find. and the crap service is not worth the 6 block walk.

I am visiting Lethbridge on a work trip and went to Blanco solo. The bartender was very nice and made great margaritas!!

Went here for dinner with friends and we all loved it! The food was amazing, the vibe was chill, and the service was top-notch.

Beautiful, interesting, charming restaurant decor, wide open layout and comfortable seating, with excellent, delicious food! Highly recommend the Crispy Fish Tacos and the Baja Shrimp tacos!

Wow. We moved to left bridge about 6 months ago and cant believe we havent discovered this place until now. Amazing food. Amazing atmosphere. Amazing service. The steak fajitas are beyond words for value. I cant remember the last time I went to dinner for this price and left stuffed. Highly, highly recommend!!

Service is the worst I ve ever experienced. I ve been here several times and I plan on returning because I LOVE the crispy cauliflower burrito but I m keeping track of the servers who 1) are rude once you ve settled up and they ve gotten your 20% or2) are rude because they re not your server and you call them over because your own server is MIA and your drink has been empty for 15 minutes.

Really great place to go for some Mexican food or for a few drinks. The vibe is fun and relaxing. The staff were on top of things and the food was great. Their mural inside is really cool too!

Best tacos since we got back from Mexico!!!

We all agreed that the margaritas were fine, and we like the atmosphere, but the food was maybe average. None of us finished our meals, not even the chips and salsa. So come here for a drink and maybe share an appetizer then move on to somewhere better.

This is by far THE BEST restaurant experience I ve had in recent memory. I had family visiting from overseas and our waitress got us a free tequila tree for them to try. The food is second to none and the atmosphere is incredible. I can t wait for the rooftop patio to open.

We had the pleasure of checking this place out before the public can which isMonday May 22, which happens to be my brother. Ive consistently had excellent service and food here. The atmosphere is great. The nachos and jalapeno raspberry margarita are a must try. Great weekly specials as well.

Was really looking forward to trying this new hot restaurant, I have gone twice now so here is my honest review: The Good: -the atmosphere is a viiiibe, we loved feeling like we could be dining anywhere in the world while we were in here- great colors, interesting art and the music is not crazy loud. In lethbridge every restaurant is Beige, its bland, its boring... so this is a breath of fresh air :) -loved the affordable and delicious churro chips for desert,they were $5 and the best part of our meal both times forsure! -loved the virgin mocktails, however we only got 1 each due to the price, if they lowered the cost or increased the size we would have bought 2 or 3 each* Not So Good: -when I think of Mexican food I think large or unlimited baskets of delicious Taco chips with abundant salsa, large platters with beans, rice, dripping enchiladas and needing to package up half my meal and undo my pants top button to dig into dessert... however I left this restraunt hungryyyy after both visits. Literally went through a drive through on the way home after dinner lol. This was hugely disappointing considering the big price tag on essentially everything except the churro chips -very small portions, not saucey, ooee, gooey dripping delicious and there will be noooo cheese pull from your burrito- all ingredients are extremely sparce.. -very small basket of chips (I counted the second time and there were 9 chips for 2 people) with 1 tbsp of salsa -very expensive for what you get, no left overs will ever come home with you As the food and commercial real estate leases sky rocket, I do feel bad for restraunts, its hard to be in business and I understand maximizing your profits by minimizing portions, however adding another cup of rice to a dish, pouring another 3 tbsp of sauce on a burrito and offering a large basket of very cheap chips/salsa would really help customers justify spending money here. Based on the cost of these portions I would not return or recommend to anyone who enjoys a standard Mexican feast.

Tacos!! Margs!! And tequila!! My girlfriends and I had a fantastic time enjoying the vibrant flavours and festive ambiance. My favorite taco IS the baja shrimp, and fav drink is the coconut chilli margarita. Our server, J was great, always polite, and kept our drinks up! Service was fast and everything came out perfect. It s the perfect spot for anyone craving a taste of Mexico and a good time with your friends or family. Come out to try this fantastic restaurant with amazing decor that you will not find anywhere else in this city.

Fantastic! So happy this was a family friendly restaurant . From start to finish we had a great experience here. We came in on a margarita Monday and that just makes me happy. The staff was so quick and friendly. The menu isnt huge but has all the best things on it. They give you a basket of chips and salsa right away which is always a nice touch. The guacamole tasted so fresh. I had a classic margarita on the rocks which was perfect. The burrito with queso cheese was incredibly satisfying and tasty. But shoutout for the churro chips with caramel and icing dip for only 5$. Such a fun and simple dessert and what a great price. Well be back!

I would definitely recommend to anyone as the experience was unique. Their knowledge of Tequila allowed us to find a Tequila we truly enjoyed, and the friendly staff and good atmosphere kept me wanting to stay longer. Parking: Parking is on a small, congested street. Very unlikely to simply find a spot until late if youre lucky.

Best Enchilada Ive ever had, service was amazing as well as the atmosphere cant wait for the roof patio!

Definitely has a good vibe Hired a bunch of competent and nice looking staff Food. Hmmm Had enchiladas wraps and tacos. Not much style or flavour to them. Not considering this is supposed to be a Mexican restaurant. More like something off the menu at a chain restaurant. But hey a great place to hang out and maybe just stick to drinks and the appetizers.

Our first time at this restaurant - a group of 10. I loved the options for vegetarians and they had plenty of different choices which was refreshing! Ordered the crispy avocado burrito. Everything tasted great but there was no Mexican flair to the burrito. Maybe some pico de gallo or some sort of fresh salsa inside? The best thing was the spicy mayo sauce on the table which was delicious! In terms of desert, would be nice if they had something authentic vs churro chips with cream cheese dip. Service was ok. Not the greatest in terms of ensuring waters were filled,etc. The music was ridiculously loud and it was hard to have conversations without yelling. Vegetarian options: Had a decent amount of vegetarian options! Looking forward to trying something different the next time.

Took me long enough, but I made it in yesterday afternoon and it just happened to be taco Tuesday, good like for me. It was around 2 or so in the afternoon so I didnt have to deal with lunch rush. The bartender was super nice and attentive so that and the awesome tacos I had made for an excellent lunch. And the awesome drinks in a heatwave are just an extra bonus! I do believe I need to keep this place in mind as there are so many other things Id like to try! Parking: After 5 nobody has to plug the meter. Kid-friendliness: I believe until 8pm. Wheelchair accessibility: No stairs, you can roll in right from the sidewalk. Automatic doors too.

My team and I from Securcom Technologies recently visited Blanco Cantina for a birthday lunch and it was such a fantastic experience! The staff is very prompt and friendly and the food was delicious. I can t recommend Blanco enough for authentic Mexican cuisine here in Lethbridge.

I cant say enough about the staff here I only went in for drinks but I got greeted with Hi friend I just love the guys working at the bar of the day I was there they were absolutely awesome drink was fantastic I actually had a couple LOL I would go back anytime I got to try the food next time

Excellent burritos and margaritas!

Stopped in tonight with the family for a bite to eat. The atmosphere here is great, a lovely newly renovated restaurant with a cute patio nestled right in the heart of 6th street in downtown Lethbridge. The patio has a great view of everything thats happening in the area. The service was fast and friendly, my glass never empty. The food was good, but not great. Check out the daily specials to save on tacos, drinks and more.

Two of us went in for dinner. Felt really rushed. Got our appie really quick, almost too quick, then got our drinks, and just as we started our queso, our main dishes arrived. So we sat with all this food, and full margaritas. A bit weird to complain about our food coming out too fast but that was the case. Not a great dinning experience, more like fast food experience. Food was ok, but Lethbridge struggles with good Mexican food, service was good compared to what many other restaurants have become.

This place makes great tacos. They are very flavorful, made fresh to order with fresh ingredients. The staff is very attentive and you cant ask for a better atmosphere. Large trees provide shade and shield from the wind with a nice patio on a pretty great street that is active. Only downside is parking but thats a city issue, not a restaurant issue.

If you guys served Picklebacks, and also sold your Queso sauce in jars I would have given a perfect 5 star review. The DJ threw off the country folk vibe. Other than that this place is a jamboree and a half!

Honestly, the food is average at best. The service was attentive and overall atmosphere was decent. If youre looking for authentic mexican food, Tacos Made in Mexico around the corner is a much better bet. Its a one and done type of deal for me on this one.

First time visiting here, made a reservation online for a table of 6. Easy check-in and prompt, friendly service. The drinks were good and all the employees were attentive and had great energy. I enjoyed the surprise tequila shot for my birthday and our whole table got a drink on the house. We will definitely be returning!

Happy hour tacos in the sun cant be beat!

Service was amazing. Great atmosphere and music. Best part of our meal was the tequila tasting. Our server Dominika taught us all about each kind and how to do a tasting correctly. So much fun. Will definitely be coming back! Food : 5/5

What a place!!!! Great food and drinks. Service was very very good. I took some clients here and everyone will be coming back due to the level of service we got. Food was delicious I thought it was expensive until I saw the portion of it. I am a big guy and can eat a lot and I almost could not finish it. Jokes on them though I love fajitas lol. I highly suggest this place for date night lunch meetings or just that taco craving fix.

We had a networking event here for work. It was amazing the food was delicious and the drinks were perfect. The staff is warm and welcoming and so accommodating. The GM Ryan was excellent to work with to set the event up. Thank you all so much!

Tator tots and fries in a Mexican restaurant just makes me cringe. So wrong. The service and tacos were very good though.

Excellent Mexican dishes and cool atmosphere

Friendly staff great atmosphere was very relaxed , however me and my father got unwell after eating there. Over all think it is a great place to start your night off drinks were good and overall price was reasonable

I ve had 3 excellent experiences at this location. Friend had a horrible one. However I had a horrible experience at his favourite restaurant lol.

I had the Diablo shrimp and it was great just the right amount of heat. The portions was perfect, I didnt feel stuffed after I had some room for the churro chips and dip after. I came on Tuesday and it was half off. I think next time Ill come at happy hour. Service was great I didnt even have to ask for refills they just kept them coming. Ill definitely come again

I think the food and service are good but the loud music and party atmosphere are not the greatest for me. Eating on the patio in the summer is really great though.

This place is absolutely fantastic! The staff is incredible, the environment is not only super cool but spotless, the tacos- amazing, burritos - amazing x2 and I highly recommend the raspberry jalapeño margarita. You have to go if you haven t yet!! And then keep going:)

Amazing place, a new fav! Yummy reasonably priced food, extraordinary cocktails, and incredible service! Our server, Ashley, was prompt, friendly and fantastic! The atmosphere was perfect, and the music choice was top notch!

Worth checking out if you like mexican food and tequila

This place is awesome! Great food and awesome staff. Definitely recommend for some tacos and tequila.

The burrito was very tasty and nicely done. The salsa served with the tortilla chips had nice flavour with a subtle spice to it. My wife enjoyed the tacos gringo. The Margaritas were on the small side and seemed lighter in alcohol content than others have been. The wait staff were great! If you are in the area, this place is worth checking out for sure.

Great place Great atmosphere.

We had the greatest experience of our lives here. This is a MUST visit restaurant in Lethbridge. Our server Bre was extremely perspicacious pertaining to the food/drinks they offer. In addition it was amazing service
